Had my best Whopper today at Burger King – it was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! The flavor was spot on, and everything was made just right. Customer service was also great – friendly and efficient. Definitely a satisfying visit!
So clean and cozy inside 💛 They still have the “take as much as you need” ketchup station — something that quietly reminds me: Freedom only lasts when people are self-disciplined. Once it’s abused, it never comes back.
Their impossible wibber is a good vegeterian choice. The oatty is made of meat plant based sub. The rest is all vegeterian content. You can check with BK for more details. And as the name implies, its impossible to believe its not meat! Tonight I tried this location drive through, it was great , verygast considering i made the online app order ahead of time. The location has restrooms for customers, multible seating options , ample parking, wheelchair friendly all accounts, pricescare insanely value for money with BK app. Absolutely, no question about it a 5 star, here in ky sweetest home, Folsom, tge most beautiful town in USA, I say that, many others share my opinion, but what no one denies, that Folsom is very beatiful, and this BK, is a sweet location! We visited the Burger King at Iron Point in Folsom today, and honestly, it felt like stepping back into the days when fast food places truly cared about their customers. The restaurant was clean, the service was warm, and everyone seemed genuinely happy to help—something that has become surprisingly rare. Special recognition to Marta, who was amazing! She paid attention to the little details, made sure we had everything we needed (napkins included!), and treated us with real kindness. It’s refreshing to see a team that still takes pride in good service instead of just doing the bare minimum. These days, many fast food restaurants feel like they’re cutting corners everywhere they can. But this Burger King clearly values its customers and its staff, and it absolutely shows in the experience. Great job to the team here—please keep it up! 👏🍔🔥
The food and service were great. There was a billing mistake that I did not know about. I had already paid and they let me know before we left and let me know the solution. I recommend stopping in for lunch or date night. Enjoy.
I've been to this location 3 times in the last few months. The service here is outstanding. The 3 for me special is the best value i have seen. Can't even buy fast food for this amount of money plus the quality of food is really good. I've had the burger (qp and smash)and the chicken sandwich there on the special. The cook has prepared them perfectly. I think that's the best burger I've had in years. As good in quality as shake shack, but twice the size. The amount of food you get for the money is amazing. Of course it's chilis so you get the environment. Enough TVs to watch the game yesterday comfortably. Highly recommend this location. 2 meals including burger fries drink chips n salsa , other 3 fo4 me with chicken sandwich and soup fries drink. Under $24. We had an entire meal to take home with us. Side note, the service was great and the cook must really care about the food. Cooked to perfection and assembled with care, evenly distributed fixings.
This is the second time I have been to this particular Chili's and thought it warranted a review. Normally, for us, Chili's is a fairly safe option to get food and get out without expecting much... I mean, we barely get seated at the other ones but thats another story for time when im waiting for them to open up the "Restaurant" seating. This Chili's is completely different. Its like a mom and pop establishment due to its exceptional service. Somehow they have this same thing going on in the kitchen because whomever is making these burgers deeply cares about the experience I am having and it shows. So if you want a meal from a different timeline, one that has nice things, this is your place. It doesnt hurt that our full lunch was $25.00. Thank you, Folsom Chili's ❤️
I had a great experience at Chili’s thanks to our waitress, Lilly. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our meal was enjoyable—from being attentive and friendly to checking in at just the right times. Everything came out perfect, and her positive attitude really made the experience even better. Because of her excellent service, I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you, Lilly, for such great hospitality!

Best service ever! My sis and i placed a big party platter order for our mom’s bday party and they made sure everything was perfect. They even called the morning of to verify if i needed a specific item to be gluten free because i had mentioned someone was GF at the party.. great attention to detail! And everything was perfectly ready on time and not a single item missing! Our guests loved all the food and were raving about the chicken pasta and burger bites! Always a hit! Thank you Chilis Folsom and the manager Lisa for ensuring a perfect order!!!
Came on Veterans Day with grandpa to celebrate him. Food was okay. Service was amazing. Waiters name was Dylan he was so kind and made the whole experience amazing. Really great time. Hope to come to again and have him wait on our table.
Food was great and came out within 10-15 mins max. Our server, Ej was great and checked on my family and I multiple times!! The “3 for me” deal was great and filling. We will definitely be back very soon with friends. Over all really good food and server was really sweet and respectful. Thank you chili’s.
Came to chilis for an early dinner today and Thomas was our server. He is the best! He was very attentive and friendly. He went above and beyond, making sure we had enough chips for our appetizer, our drinks stayed filled, he checked on us and made sure we were satisfied with our food. We couldn’t ask for a better server. Food was great as well! Thank you Thomas for a delightful experience.
We had an early dinner here after going snow tubing at Tahoe. The food is great and service was fast. I shared the Chicken Crispers Combo with my 3-year old since she wanted fries. I chose the honey chipotle sauce for my chicken and it was good. The mac and cheese was great. My husband enjoyed the fajitas and even took home some of the leftover since it was a big serving.
I have not been to a Chili’s in forever. But Hubs saw a commercial for the 3ForMe. The cheeseburger looked mighty tasty on TV, so what the heck. He talked me into dropping on in for a lazy Sunday lunch. So glad we did. Our meals were tasty and bargain priced. The customer service all around was fantastic. The place was clean, inviting and family friendly. We ordered off the 3ForMe menu. The 3ForMe is offered everyday and not just for lunch. Meals come with fountain drink or iced tea; choice of starter (chips n salsa, green salad, caesar salad); and entree. Hubs ordered the Old timer cheeseburger and opted for chips n salsa. $10.99. The burger patty was hefty sized. Juicy, flavorful. Tasted fresh and looked free formed. The chips were served warm and lightly salted. It was a plentiful serving size. The chips were delicious. The salsa was tasty, it had a sauce like consistency. I ordered the 6oz steak. $16.99. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare as I asked. It was tender, soft. It came with loaded mashed potatoes and brocilli. The brocilli was cooked to a perfect doneness, not crunchy nor mushy. I opted for a green salad, it was basic iceberg. Nothing wrong with that. Michaela was our server. She was terrific.

Sometimes I get a hankering for a charbroiled burger. When that hankering hits, this Burger King is my go to. It’s on Iron Point Drive near Folsom Blvd. The hamburger patties have a charbroiled smoky flavor. Classic signature BK style. Oh so darn delicious. I usually order in the drive thru. I’ve had no issues. Staff has always been courteous and helpful. Plus BK’s menu pricing is a bit cheaper than the golden arch’s.
I used to go to this Burger King if and only if I receive coupon deals. A year ago it sure didn’t look like this. It was the first time I’ve walked by it after renovation and it looks like a very contemporary fast food place. Hopefully coupons will start coming in again for me to go in there again.
Stopped in for dinner, before attending a Sacramento Kings game. (5pm) Not too busy. Seated right away. Ordered chips and queso/ deep fried mozzarella as appetizers. Deep fried mozzarella came after our meal. Ordered Mushroom Swiss burger, sliders, Boneless Buffalo Wings and sides of Mashed Potatoes/Steamed Broccoli. All food was hot and fresh. Service was outstanding!!! (I wish I could remember his name!) Very attentive and polite. Plenty of sports to watch while dining....Chili's never disappoints!!!
I had the unlimited soup and salad lunch special with unlimited chips and salsa which was a great deal for just over eight dollars. The portions are large anyway, especially the chips! I docked a point because the salsa was not spicy at all. Added the mini chocolate lava cake for just a few dollars more. Totally worth it. Service was great! Mega disappointment. They don't serve food on their happy hour menu consistently anymore... it "changes every semester". So if you're looking for a good deal for happy hour food, don't come here.
The staff there is very quick and nice. But it seems like Burger King's food is going downhill. I know it's always been microwaved My son worked for Burger King 15 years ago. Maybe they changed the microwaves. I really used to love Burger King's Whoppers in mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks aren't hot and juicy like to use to be either
This was an okay experience. The food came really fast and my chips were so salty that we had to ask for them to remake them even though they argued with us and said that it was impossible to have chips with no salt because thats how they make the batches. Our waiter was an angel and sweet but I could tell did not know what to do because after every request we asked, the manager who speaks very loudly, came out and had to say the opposite of what he said. I love Chili's but I do not know how to feel about this location because it left me uneasy. The hostess with big blonde blowout hair was not very welcoming to me or my mother at all. She never greeted us, she only greeted the parties that were mainly of Caucasian decent, and when it was time to leave and there was no-one else around she deliberately turned away so she did not have to say bye. My mom also wanted to ask her a question and she walked passed without acknowledging Normally I would not a review like this but I think first impressions are everything. And for some reason it did not seem like she wanted us to be there. Do better be better. Kindness goes a long way.

Ok, it pains me to write this review. I always enjoy a late night whopper meal BUT this night was terrible quality. Went through drive through, ordered whopper meal plus extras, paid and got my meal. Then, when I got home. What in the miserable state did I get burnt, leftover, at the bottom of the corner old fries!!! No, it was terrible looking and not edible. I EVEN ordered another large fries thinking it would be of good quality. What a waste of time and money. $30 worth now actually $15. I feel cheated. Fries had to be thrown away. BE CAREFUL with drive-thru. To the owner, ya'all need to ensure employees follow rigid quality standards AND don't give your customers food you wouldn't eat yourself, let alone hide in a bag given through drive-thru. I'm sure they saw the food in its current state, why was it even a notion to give this to any customer!! Bad employee, bad manager, reflective of a careless owner. Please course correct before you continue to lose customers! Regards, a very unhappy Burger King customer who now questions his loyalty to the brand. I hope this store changes their ways and focus on quality as well as service. Sigh.
I don't understand how fast food workers be crying after minimum wage got raised, and ya'll STILL can't get the simple job done! Aug.7 2025; I see an add for a BBQ Brisket Whopper that looks pretty good; something new I decided to try.. Funny thing is when I got home, you know what they forgot to put on it?? The mother Frankenstein BRISKET! Are you kidding me!? To add the cherry on top, the onion rings are salty as sweat from my eyebrow and taste about the same; and the milkshake machine always seems to be down. If I wasnt worried about them doing something to my food, this was one order worth driving all the way back out to get fixed.. how do you forget the one ingredient that makes this sandwich unique!? As it stands, I wasted $18 like throwing it in the garbage, and I'm still hungry. Thanks "Salty Bugger King" (Manager, please check the schedule who was working around 9pm on Aug7, someone should be fired over this.. No, I'm not a Karen, but you pay them too well now to be making this big of "mistake")

Don't come here at least late night (about 10pm). Burger was lukewarm at best. Soggy. Old. The fries were worse, and I got about a small's amount of fries in a "large" container (and price). I was already at my destination before I noticed the fries. I tried the burger as soon as I got it because I wanted to eat it hot. No luck. Didn't finish either one. Gross. Also, they entered my order incorrectly, so instead of getting the BBQ Bacon Whopper Jr. which was cheaper than the regular Whopper Jr. they rang it up as Whopper Jr. + Bacon, which was rather more expensive. Please train your employees.

I ordered my Normal order and When it was ready, the employee gave my order to some other guy. And at first, he wasn’t going to make it right until I showed him my receipt and he spoke to a manager and when I finally got my food, my order was wrong and my food was cold. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Even after I got my food, that guy was still really rude. That bothered me the most. I work in customer service, I know that even if you’re having a bad day, you have to be nice to customers. It does not matter how you’re feeling when you’re working with customers you’re representing that company!
I love Burger King's food & their deals, like the 2 for $5 or 3 for $7. Unfortunately, when I entered the entire place was filthy & I lost my appetite & left. I went to Chili's (in the same parking lot). I can understand how it could happen during extremely busy times but there wasn't a single customer in the place - not one! The staff were just kind of standing around looking half asleep & no one was cleaning anything. I was really disappointed. But, it wasn't a total waste. We got a lovely booth at Chili's, great service, & even better dessert!
Homeless camp. My kids really wanted the burgers and crowns. The walkway leading up had a homeless guy laying down vomiting while the parking lot security guards was standing 20 ft away smoking a cigar(by gas meter). I brought my concern to the staff and they did go ask the guy to move on. But instead the homeless guy entered and sat at a booth until asked again to leave. He left and walked to the patio area to collect items and finally left. There was also vomit all over the patio area and trash. It was evident he was there for a while. My kids and I left passing other homeless people walking up to camp out. I will not come back to this location. It is filthy!
Was given attitude by the employee just because I was letting them know their soda machine wasnt working properly and all sodas were watered down and overcarbonated.
Usually when you ask for no pickles.... it means NO pickles. wasn't even busy here and the food prices are ridiculous. $8.99 for a two cheesburger meal (small) and the burgers aren't big, they look like kids burgers. Ridiculous to have 2 people order simple meals and it is well over $35?! Food is terrible and not even worth it for a quick bite.
Decided to try BK after 20 years. Went for their "2 choices, $5" special that I had seen on TV earlier in the day. Bait & Switch right out of the gate. Ordered a Whopper Jr & Bacon Cheeseburger. They actually tasted better than McDonald's or Wendy's. Problem is that they gave a brand new meaning to the moniker: "Where's the beef?!?" So I paid $3 each for the smallest burger patty known to man! Very sad. I guess if I ever get a craving for a fast food burger In-N-Out is about the only option left.
I was seated by an area manager or owner. They were short staffed & he seemed irritated that he had to be there. Could pick him out because of all his merchandized gear. Had a decent meal, a burger & a beer. Everything was fine until I went to leave & got to witness him berate a new staff member while inspecting her section. I understand attention to detail, cleanliness in food service, but right as the restaurant was closing down I got to witness how senior staff treats new people on staff & it was vomit inducing. I would rather spend my money at a place that served me off the floor than spend one more dime in that restaurant after watching a team lead speak to a person that way. It would feel less disgusting. Being clean is important. I ate there, I want my food to be clean. At the same time, if the way you speak to people is filfthy no one will ever remember the speck of food on the inside of some menu you humiliated a young woman about in front of your staff & customers. Used to work for a chain, I know it's different with each franchise & owner. Even then, don't think I'll ever walk into one of these places again after that. Would be hard not to think about how horrible he was even just driving by one & seeing the sign. I hope someone speaks to him, & shows him how to be a compassionate leader that inspires teammates to work towards those high standards I was used to instead of using their stature in the workplace to make subordinates feel inferior. It was really difficult to witness; didn't feel right saying nothing so I'm leaving this comment. Think I'll find somewhere else to eat next time.
It literally pains to write this, we had the best service waiter and stuff etc. BUT I drove one hour because I wanted the classic nachos. Got a baby sitter. No joke, left my 4 month old and drove an hour to get the classic nachos to be told the discontinued. STOP DOING THAT CHILIS! 😡
I never imagined I’d be compelled to write such a review for a restaurant that has long been a family favorite. Tonight, we came to celebrate my son’s 13th birthday at the Folsom Chili’s, only to leave disappointed and disheartened. After waiting 15–20 minutes, we were seated at a table for six. We typically start with chips and guac which is my son’s favorite but despite ordering it right away, it never arrived. We later realized it had been sent to another table. Mistakes happen, but what made it worse was the lack of attention from our server throughout the evening. He seemed far more attentive to the tables on his right, while ours was repeatedly overlooked. We waited far too long to place orders and struggled to get his attention for even the most basic requests. When it came time to pay, we noticed the chips and guac were still on our bill. After struggling to get our server’s attention, my husband finally flagged down another staff member and said, in a lighthearted but genuine way: “Hey man! Our server is struggling, can you please help us?” Instead of helping, his response was: “Have some respect man, we’re just really busy.” In all my years of working in the service industry, I’ve never spoken to a guest that way, nor have I ever been spoken to that way as a customer. It was unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessary given how politely the request was made by my husband. I want to be clear: I am not sharing names because this isn’t about singling anyone out. We know many of the staff are young and still gaining experience, and we genuinely respect that they’re doing their best in a tough job. The concern here is that management hasn’t provided the training, guidance, and support these employees need to succeed. That lack of oversight left us feeling ignored, dismissed, and disrespected. Unfortunately, the manager’s own response: “We’ll talk to them, but we’re busy” only reinforced the impression that customer experience isn’t a priority. We had hoped for a simple, special dinner where the staff might even wish my son a happy birthday, but instead we left disappointed and unheard. Sadly, after tonight, I don’t think we’ll be returning to the Folsom Chili’s.
This was my first—and definitely my last—visit to Chili’s. When my water was brought to the table, I was shocked to find a large, dead fly floating in the glass. It was hard to miss, yet it somehow made it all the way to our table. When I showed it to management, the only response I got was, “Do you want another one?” There was no effort to acknowledge the issue or take it seriously. Since we had already placed our order, we decided to stay, though I felt uneasy from that point on. I felt like I had to double-check everything before eating, which is not how anyone should feel at a restaurant. Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for the experience. My chicken fajitas had zero seasoning—they were bland and dry. There was no salt or pepper on the table to help. Even my kids were disappointed with their food. Between the lack of cleanliness, the unappetizing food, and the way the situation was handled, this visit was a complete letdown. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for a decent meal or basic quality control.
