I have not had a Round Table pizza in almost 10 years! I reside out of state but used to live here and couldn’t wait to sink my teeth into a pizza. This Round Table did not disappoint! It was just like I remembered. The kid working the counter was very friendly and efficient. I will be back to this place specifically when I return.

Shopping nearby at Nugget and kids decided pizza is what’s for dinner! They love the pizza here. We ordered to go and walked to nugget. By the time we got back, our pizza was ready! We usually try to see what the special is as it’s normally a better deal than just ordering a regular pepperoni. Today’s deal was a pepperoni triple play for $19. Cheaper than a large pepperoni. I’ll take it. There are plenty of tables if you choose to eat in and a salad bar. It has all the usual stuff, nothing amazing, but will do if you’re craving salad. There are usually sports playing on the large TVs and a mix of adults and families eating in. It’s certainly more expensive than cooking a frozen pizza at home, but sometimes getting a pizza to go or delivered is great too!

There was only one other customer dining in. And one customer came in to pick up a To-go order. Otherwise it was delicious as always!

I can honestly say after ordering the royal feast with a double play pepperoni large pizza that the pizza pie itself is crap does not taste good I don’t recommend it. It is a waste of money. Don’t know why round table skimps on this pizza probably because it is the special . do not recommend buying any specials from round table.

Hate to leave negative reviews, but DO NOT go here. 20 minutes standing in line before even being helped or greeted at the register. The employee took an order and then disappeared into the kitchen with no communication. Very cold, disheveled, unfriendly, unclean, and looked to potentially be on drugs while working. Pizza was also overcooked : (

The ice machine had mold in it. Every time I went to get fresh ice little black mold fell into my cup! That says enough about this locations sanitary conditions. Will not return.

Worst possible service ever. If the hired staff doesn't want to work, fire them. We will never order here again.

I order food at this location EDH Town Center about two time a month. I have not had a time where the pizza was on time with there suggested time for pick up. So I ended up coming later (15-30 minutes) than the time given and the pizza is still late. I understand being late once in a while but literally every time being late is ridiculous.

Terrible experience here. Ordered pizza online for pick up, when I arrived had to wait 20 minutes in line while they dealt with issues other customers were having. When I finally got the front of the line they stated they had not even started making the pizza and would take an additional 20 minutes. I did not have the time to wait and requested a refund. They stated it would take 3-5 days but the refund never came. Had to request a charge back with my credit card. I emailed the address the owner gives out in reply to these reviews but nobody responded. Won’t be coming back here.

Also she didn’t give me the correct amount I ordered in the first place. I didn’t bother staying for them to make more when it already took 40 minutes.

I ordered a pizza. It was late by a half hour. Meaning a full 1.5 hours had past before anyone even bothered or cared to notify me that you ran out of dough. When I called, I was put on hold after I explained the issue. I was told I would have to wait an additional few minutes until the manager was available. When he finally came on, it wasn't, let me make you a pizza, it was, I will have to cancel this order and start a new one, and work on getting you a free pizza in the future. Unacceptable on every level for a pizza that is +30 buck and I always tip well. I will go anywhere else than this pizza establishment in El Dorado Hills. Terrible customer service, I mean the absolute worst way to speak to a customer who was waiting a total of 1:45 minutes before getting some resolution as to where my pizza was. A phone call would have been nice, I am an understanding person, but ignoring me, like pretending me and my order were going to magically go away and not be hungry? Now I am foced to find other dinner plans after returning from a long trip.

I've ordered the same pizza for over 10 years. Italian Garlic Supreme no tomatoes on original crust. The pizza that was delivered was a thin crust no tomatoes no garlic no creamy sauce and no green onions. I called and talked to "Carter" manager. He told me that he made my pizza and everything was on it and the Italian Garlic Supreme doesn't come with green onions on it. Learn your job and know your product. Some customer service refresher courses might also do you some good, Kiddo!

Called 90 minutes after ordering my pizza to check on it even though I had asked for texts on the status of my order that never came. Delivery driver answered the phone and informed me that he wasn't sure when it would be delivered because they got busy. I ordered at 4:30 and it is 6 now. Asked to speak to the manager and learned that my pizza still had not been made and she was unable to provide a time in which it would be delivered. Second time this has happened there wont be a third as you have lost a customer, congrats!

I noticed the lettuce was very low, and another patron was putting some salad they had dropped on the counter back in the tray, so before I ordered I told the cashier, Jake, "looks like we are going to need some more lettuce". He agreed, stating they had been very busy. I paid for my salad and asked if he could replenish the nearly empty, and now tainted lettuce, to which he responded, "I have 3 pizzas to make first, then I will make more salad". Are you kidding me? Its lettuce. It's a salad to go. You are required ZERO effort other than to put some lettuce in the bin! I asked for a refund, rather than wait for him to make several pizzas to which he seemed completely pissed about. Then he said he would just "void" my ticket. All he did was write "void" on the ticket. No attempt to actually refund my purchase. How this place stays open baffles me. People like Jake have no place in customer service, and you can see from other reviews, this is a common theme at this location.
