From outside it looked to be a fancy burger place. The building was very nice. The food was reasonably priced for the area. Double chat meal deal for $15 and change. I added cheese and mushrooms. The cashier was real nice and the food was prepared quickly. As I waited, I looked for a table and the dining area was messy, not a clean table in the place. So that's why I gave 4 stars. The food was good. Way better than the drive thru places for sure.

I didn't like how the prices on the menu didn't match when I was rung up. I'm assuming the prices on the board/wall are not counting cheese. I ordered just the charburger, listed as $5.79. I ordered just the charburger sandwich and the lady asked if I wanted cheese. I said yes and it was $6.69 before tax. I'm not trying to make a fuss over 90 cents, but it's principle. If you're pricing a food item for a certain price, make sure to list if add't toppings are extra. Makes me wonder if the rest of their listed menu prices are accurate 🤔🤔

Have been eating here for over 3 years. I had to provide fewer stars as it has become a consistent 3-star experience. The quality of the food is worse. Orders not done correctly (missing cheese in a cheese burger, burger made "upside down", old grilled patty - not made when ordered). It becomes even more annoying to get your meal this way if you drive there to get it, and get home expecting a basic burger order to be correct and its not. With the prices of meals also going up - it now becomes debatable if the meal itself is not going to be on par, and it's more expensive, there are other choices.

Pretty solid burger place where a burger costs between $8-12. I think the alluring smell of charbroil burgers on the outside is what enticed my dad to check this place out, but unfortunately didn't really get that charbroil taste from burgers. However the ingredients were fresh and nice, and I felt like it wasn't bad overall. I'm still trying to wrap my head around how any sauce you get for the sides still costs $0.60... I forgone the ranch the tempura avocado wedges comes with and wanted a different sauce instead. Yet, they still charge me like I wanted extras anyway...

The product and the building site and location are pretty darned exceptional - no problem there. But the current staff (seems like a family franchisee) does not understand the crucial importance of keeping the front-of-house spit-shine clean. There were maybe ten people behind the counter, we were the only customers at the time, and yet there was nowhere we could sit due to food waste all over the tables/floor/seats of every booth. Really awful. We very politely mentioned we needed a clean place to sit and very slowly one person emerged to start wiping and sweeping up a bit. A real pity since we’d kinda like to come back but might just skip it in favour of Smashburger or others.

Its is one of the only places that doesn't close at 9pm in Campbell. I got the salad and it was light and not too fatty. My only gripe was the amount of onion in it

We used to love this place, but it seemed to go downhill food wise a couple of years ago, just quality and consistency not aligning with price increases. We decided to try it tonight again, to go. Neither my husband's burger nor my ahi sandwich had tomato on them. I requested both sauces on the side for mine (which I've done prior and successfully received) but only received the tartar sauce. The ahi was more hammered cook wise than before. The extra crispy fries looked cooked on the outside, but were completely mushy and had that gritty starchiness to them. Was hoping they'd gotten back to how good they were several years ago, unfortunate. 2 stars because it wasn't inedible

Good food and service but I saw one attendant cleaning the soda machine and the counter, still having the same gloves on, touched all the peppers on the pepper bar to sort them out. The towel and the counter are not sanitized so she potentially contaminated all the peppers.

WORST BURGER EVER BEWARE! 09/27 went to pick up my online order and not only was my order wrong. (Missing fries) but MY BURGER MEAT WAS COLD! Also filled with a bunch of mayo and missing pickles and tomato (added this into my burger only before biting in and tasting cold meat. Definitely will not be coming back. Also customer service was contacted regarding this health hazard. ⚠️

As long as I have been going to this habit Burger, I think today has definitely been my last straw. Every time I order, it is a specific order. I always order the impossible meal with extra crispy fries. 1) I never get the extra crispy fries that I order yet alone they are always cold and over salted and super soggy. 2 ) I ordered an impossible burger with no mayo, onions, or cheese. For some reason, I received a burger with a real patty and mayo in it. Which I ended up throwing away. I lost almost 10 dollars on a burger due to the employees either not caring or just being negligent. I AM VEGAN AND CAN NOT EAT REAL MEAT. BIG MISTAKE...

Ordered 2 burgers to go from this location and when we got home we found both burgers were still raw inside. Had to throw them away to avoid possible food poisoning. We went back to try and correct the issue and upon speaking to a Manager he explained they could not remake the burgers nor give a refund. We went hungry that night and didn’t even get a refund after taking the time to go back and try to correct the issue. This is not how a business should run. Needless to say we won’t be going here again.
