Went here to celebrate a birthday with a friend. Loved the food and the atmosphere. The dim lighting, with the birthday signage, and mellow music - it was the perfect ambience. Our waitress was very friendly, she gave us good menu recommendations. In the end, she got the dessert out with a pretty sparkler, and she also informed us that our dessert is free of charge. All in all, it is the perfect place for birthday celebrations.

Great new spot in Downtown Campbell! Lounge atmosphere and small plates, mixed with craft cocktails.

❤️Galentine's Party of 9❤️We had an amazing time. 💕Our servers Shawn and Jason and the hostess Jade were amazing! From the time we arrived, we were greeted professionally and enthusiastically by all of the staff. It was such a pleasant experience. And the courses came out promptly, Yay! Thank you for hosting us!

This was giving me districto federal vibes which is another place that opened shortly before this one. I expected a neon, loud lounge with decent drinks and this place delivered. The food was surprisingly decently priced and surprisingly good. We ordered the sliders that came with a perfectly toasted brioche bun and medium (almost medium-rare) patty. Definitely one of the better sliders I had. The additional side of truffle fries were crispy, not too greasy with just enough flavor. Shortrib pappardelle was a bit salty for me compared to the numerous other shortrib pappardelles I've had in my life. Ok - so the only umimpressive drink was the Mez Around drink I got. I almost never get a mezcal drink that is not outstanding but this one frankly, just tasted of mostly mezcal. Our server, Camille, was great. She knew exacly when to ask us if we needed anything. When we asked her to check on our drinks, she said she didn't hear us (we ordered from another server) instead of jumping to conclusions. Also sensed when we were done ordering and wanted the check. Such intuition. Overall, super fun time and would return to see if it's just as good.

Great ambiance, delicious food, and nice service. Went there for birthday celebration. I reserved a table in advance, they had put ‘happy birthday’ lights on the table.

Wild Rose in Campbell is such a vibe! The atmosphere is amazing, and even though there was a long wait when we arrived, the owner greeted us personally and found a way to accommodate us—a fantastic hospitality touch that made the experience even better. We had the sliders and garlic shrimp noodles, both of which were delicious, and the drinks were just as impressive. It’s definitely a great spot for a fun night out, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for good food, good drinks, and great vibes!

My two friends and I came today for the first time. No reservation was needed. We got seated fast, food & customer service were excellent. The owner took the time to visit our table and was super hospitable. Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.

Had the Beet Salad & Lechon Pork with a glass of Deschutes Squeezy Rider. Beet Salad was tasty. Flavors & textures were a nice blend. The Lechon pork had a nice kick to it. It was NOT overly hot and I thought it was flavorful. My partner in crime had the Short Rib Pappardelle. She thought it was quite good. The Squeezy beer had a strong hoppy flavor with a pleasant fruit after taste. Service was great & I enjoyed the decor & the Halloween costumes of the staff. Will be back.

What an interesting and fun place in Campbell. Came here for date night and called in a last moment reservation and luckily we got a table in the lounge area. The vibe was pretty fun, music was awesome and we liked the ambiance quite a bit. We got seated right away and our server came after a few mins. The drinks looked amazing but we skipped it this time and went straight to ordering dinner. We got the salmon, chicken lollipops and the ragu short rib pappardelle pasta. Have to say all of it were delicious. The place kept getting busier as we progressed through the night and the music continued to be great. We wrapped up our meal and asked for our check but that took very very long. Our server told us multiple times she would be back but she didn't so we wanted for atleast 30 mins after she told us she would be back with the check to actually getting it. Other than this, everything was great and we had a good time. I also noticed how many people were celebrating their birthdays here.. seemed like a popular place and rightly so! Happy to be back with friends sometime again :)

So glad to see Wild Rose finally open. Didn't eat today but thoroughly enjoyed the fully stocked bar! Welcome to the neighborhood! Soft opening currently. We ended up staying a bit longer than we planned. A couple of tasty finger-food type dishes.

Newer spot in downtown Campbell that fully renovated the old campbell brewing facility. Gives an upscale lounge with palm springs ish type vibe. Great option for late night lounge activities (drinks + bites) or HH. Food well priced and drinks were good.

Fun restaurant bar, you can tell the staff enjoy their jobs there. Plus the purple up-lighting is gorgeous. Thanks Camille for giving me a great spot to read my book.

Celebrated my 21st birthday with my family and the AMAZING servers Camille and Kayla! Despite closing at 10 they took in my party of 12 at 8:30 and provided the warmest hospitality. Loved the light up birthday sign and felt catered to the entire night. They made my day so special and memorable — thank you again! Also the drinks were amazing and we all enjoyed it so much (the sparklers were the best part) ⭐️

This spot is an absolute gem in the Campbell area and a perfect choice for a date night. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone for a classy, upscale evening. The food and drinks were equally impressive, making for a memorable experience. We started with the truffle fries, which were perfectly crispy and paired beautifully with a garlic aioli dipping sauce that was rich and flavorful. The drink menu is extensive and well-crafted, offering a variety of unique cocktails that complement the dishes well. For the main course, we ordered the seafood pasta — a standout dish of the night. It was incredibly creamy, flavorful, and generously loaded with fresh seafood. We also tried the chicken satay. While it had a nice flavor, the texture was slightly on the dry side, which was the only small drawback in an otherwise flawless meal. To finish, we took the chef’s recommendation and ordered the bread pudding, which was truly the perfect sweet ending. Served warm alongside vanilla ice cream on a bed of rich chocolate sauce, it was indulgent, comforting, and beautifully presented. The overall experience was top-notch, with attentive service and a sophisticated atmosphere. This restaurant isn’t just about great food — it’s about creating a dining experience that feels special. Whether you’re planning a romantic evening out or celebrating a special occasion, this place absolutely delivers. It’s a high-end, must-visit destination that I’d gladly return to. Highly recommended for anyone looking to impress!

Great happy hour spot with a fun, elevated vibe. Came here on a Tuesday night and it was surprisingly empty which was a little weird but we didn't mind the intimacy. We got a bunch of different apps and they were all good. Some better than others and nothing too amazing but all still very tasty. The seasonal cocktails were fantastic, with creative mixes that hit just right. Service was attentive, and the interior had a classy lounge feel with dim lighting and comfortable seating. Happy hour prices made everything feel like a steal compared to similar spots. Food: 8/10 Service: 8/10 Atmosphere: 9/10 Value: 9/10

100000/10! Great customer service, all staff were very nice and always checked on our table and make sure we were okay throughout the night without us even having to get up and get their attention. Kayla G did a great job she was our main server but her team were super great as well! The food matches the aesthetics! Not only is the inside so nice but the food is incredible! Very tasty and doesn’t make you feel like that heavy full. Even the desert was great ! The ambiance is beautiful! Loved the dim lights (we went around 7pm), the interior design and decor was so pleasing to look at. Such a vibe ! Now the music, that playlist was slappin! R&B vibes all night and it was loud enough where you can have a great time but still have a conversation. We went on a Thursday night for my bff bday dinner, when we walked in they added a special touch to the table decor to acknowledge her bday! So thoughtful and very much appreciated. I brought my toddler (2 y/o) and had no problems! I will say maybe the weekend is not toddler friendly and a different vibe after 8pm since it closes late. Clean and good smelling bathroom ! They have different options, high tables, regular tables, booths and lounge seating. As you can see, this place was a hit !

Wow!! Outstanding service and food!! We were sat at a cozy booth about an hour and half prior to closing. Mikayla was very sweet and personable. She assisted my friend with making an informed beer choice and checked in throughout the night. I have to say the baked oysters rockefeller really stood out! So flavorful. I enjoyed the hamachi crudo as well. My only issue were my scallops not being seared, so I would rate this 4.8/5, plus I would definitely visit again!

My friend and I had made reservations for dinner at Wild Rose at 6 pm, unaware that happy hour was available until 7 pm throughout the whole restaurant. Opting for seats at the bar instead of a table, we were served by a friendly and attentive bartender, Michelle. She skillfully crafted the Wild Rose cocktail for me, which was delicious. And my friend had a draft IPA. To our delight, the happy hour menu featured all the items we wanted to try. Our order included Hamachi, truffle fries, salt and pepper wings, sliders, and garlic noodles. To our surprise, each item was well prepared and delectable – a rarity on happy hour menus. Everything came out quite swiftly. Service, in general, was terrific. And our bill was very affordable! Generally, we don’t tip based on the happy hour cost; we tip based on what we estimate our bill would be on the regular menu so that the wait staff and bartenders wouldn’t receive less tip for the same hard work. Wild Rose is spacious, exuding a chic, modernizing, and sexy ambiance. It attracted a younger crowd of professionals during happy hour, some of whom were louder than most. We can tell it’s a cool spot for late-night outings in Campbell. Parking is easy in downtown Campbell, with free street parking and nearby lots when it’s earlier in the day; it can be challenging on weekend nights when there are large crowds, but it’s never been an issue for us. We recommend Wild Rose, and am anticipating our return visit, as most aspect of our experience at the restaurant this time was great. Our only request is taller bar stools, albeit the chairs were nice and comfortable.

My oldest daughter recommended Wild Rose Eatery & Bar for a dinner outing with my sister-in-law, who was visiting town on a Wednesday evening. It turned out to be a fantastic choice, as the ambiance was just right – not too busy, with a sexy and vibrant atmosphere that immediately caught our attention upon entering the restaurant. We loved the dark, cozy vibes that added to the overall calmness of the place. We decided to indulge in the happy hour appetizers menu and ordered pretty much everything it had to offer. From the Hamachi Crudo, edamame, salt n pepper wings, sliders to the truffle fries, everything we tasted was absolutely divine! However, the Spicy Poke could have used a bit more seasoning and spice. Despite this, our waitress kindly offered to remove it from our tab, which was a thoughtful gesture. Speaking of our server, she was truly amazing – attentive, friendly, and provided great service throughout our meal. Overall, our experience at Wild Rose Eatery & Bar was top-notch, and we highly recommend checking out this gem in the downtown area. Thanks for the wonderful dining experience!

We stumbled upon this gem luckily when we went out for a drink on Friday night. We were there early around 7 pm and it wasn’t too crowded but it was gearing up for a busy night. From the moment we walked into Wild Rose, the setting and atmosphere were incredible. The space felt warm and thoughtfully curated which is the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed and excited to dine. The vibes were immaculate and set the tone for an amazing experience. Lily was truly an exceptional server. She paid such close attention to our table without ever being overbearing. She was incredibly caring and she always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and that we were enjoying everything. You could genuinely feel that she cared about our experience, not just doing her job but going above and beyond to make us feel taken care. The wonder made experience even more memorable (Ben), the owner. He personally came by our table and checked in on us multiple times, making sure everything was perfect. That level of involvement and care from an owner is rare. He made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated, not just like customers but like guests. I go to a lot of restaurants, and the sincerity and warmth from both Lily and Ben stood out immediately & it felt real and special. also the food was phenomenal. Every dish was packed with flavor. Everything tasted so fres and perfectly balanced. As someone who considers themselves a big food critic, I can confidently say there was nothing to complain about. There was no wait, the food came out quickly, and the quality was outstanding. Overall, this was one of those rare dining experiences where everything aligns which was amazing service, incredible food, and a beautiful atmosphere. Our group split appetizers and drinks and while the choices were vast the drink prices are fairly steep. Service was very slow and the music is a little too loud for a sit down restaurant.

Solid 4 all around. Upbeat bar type atmosphere. Low lit with accent and neon lighting throughout. Cozy booths, short low seating tables and high bar top tables. Good appetizers to compliment your cocktail, beer, wine or spirits. Entrées are tasty as well. Lots of music. Dress up for the occasion!

The food here was amazing! I brought my friend here last night to celebrate his birthday and we both work late so we needed a restaurant that stayed open late enough for us to sit and enjoy ourselves. Wild Rose was the perfect choice! I ordered the sliders with truffle fries and my friend ordered the butter chicken with focaccia bread along with white chocolate bread pudding for dessert. Everything was amazing, there were no leftovers. Service was prompt and the waitress/bartender was very attentive. THE BAD: My friend and I both ordered mango mule 'mocktails' because we both had to wake up early for work the next day. The waitress knew it was my friends birthday so she spiked our mocktails with 3 oz of alcohol. She did tell us that she did this and we were okay with it. The problem arose when I paid the bill. I was not given a receipt to review before paying the bill. My card was scanned, I gave a generous tip, then had to ask for a receipt! When reviewing the receipt I saw that the waitress CHARGED ME for adding alcohol to our virgin cocktail orders which essentially doubled the price of each drink! THIS IS NOT OKAY. The bill was already paid and it was my friends birthday so I didn't make a big deal about it, but LESSON LEARNED! Do not pay your bill without first receiving a receipt, and if the waitress spikes your drink make sure s/he is doing this free of charge!

Wild Rose has brought a whole new crowd to the downtown area but in a great way. It’s a great date night spot for sure! The food and drinks are a bit on the pricey side but besides that this place has such a chill mellow vibe. Melu is an amazing bartender and very knowledgeable on drinks. Gave us amazing recommendations and would definitely be back for the drinks

Any chance to get dressed up, yes please!! Although I dont think there is a dress code from the looks of the many people that were there on a Friday night. We made reservations for a Friday night at 6pm, they open at 5pm. There is street parking as well as parking in the garage, so parking is super easy. I arrived first and the first thing I noticed was that there was an overwhelming smell of fish/seafood. I had taken a look at the menu prior to arriving and I saw that the menu had a lot of seafood but walking into that smell was not what I would have liked. I have been to many places who specialize in seafood and have not been hit with the smell at the front door. We were seated and given menus, water was brought almost immediately. Our server was amazing! I wish I would have gotten her name so I could give her a shout out. Cocktails were yummy and when asked for a recommendation our server spoke from personal experience which I appreciate. We ordered the steak & frits, calamari and the sliders. The steak was excellent cooked exactly the way we requested although it was kind of on the thin side. The sliders on the other hand were amazing, I would recommend these as they were packed with flavor. I didnt eat the calamari but my friend said it was good and he would order again. As the night progressed there were people having birthday parties, dates and just out having a good time. While we sat in the dinning area the bar portion looked to be really busy and they had tv's with sports on them. Im embarrassed to say we were there for 4 hours and not one time did we ever feel pressured to leave or wrap it up. I would go back and try some other menu items and cocktails. It does get loud in there so if that isnt your vibe then try some place else. It is a very diverse group so that is refreshing considering its in Campbell

Nice place with a modern decor, unfortunately too noisy, we rash to eat and get out. The food was good but a little price ( $30 for an American Kobe mash burger ) The appetizers are great and very good.

Amazing experience. We celebrated our friends birthday and they have special arrangements for birthdays with birthday logo. Great vibe and good service. The food was yummy and drinks were good. Love the bone marrow and poke tacos the most. Great place for celebration or group outings for drinks and food.

We visited Wild Rose Eatery and Bar to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the experience exceeded our expectations with its delectable cuisine, delightful cocktails, and exceptional service. We have had the below food from their wide selection of options. Fresh Oysters: A delightful start to the meal, these oysters were fresh and flavorful. Noodles Fry: While the noodles were tasty, the cheese was a bit overpowering for our preference. Calamari Fry: Perfectly cooked and seasoned, the calamari was a crowd-pleaser. Edamame : The bone marrow was well marinated and literally melted in our mouth. Highly recommend Steak: The steak was cooked to perfection—tender and juicy. Service: The staff at Wild Rose Eatery and Bar went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made our celebration truly special. Overall Impression : We highly recommend Wild Rose Eatery and Bar for its delicious food and outstanding service. It’s the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or enjoy a casual meal with friends and family.

Went on a Wednesday afternoon/evening. Enjoyed happy hour fries and edamame. Pricing seemed pretty standard for cocktails and apps. The Mango Deck cocktail was pretty (and came with a show) but tasted a little bit like a Christmas margarita - not a super great combo in my opinion. The Counter Productive was tasty. The vibe is cool. Fun music, sports at the bar, tables for fine dining and lounging areas for relaxing.

This place has a lot of potential, and the food and drinks are fantastic. However, the service was terrible. I had reserved a table for my birthday, and everything was going well until the server came to our table. He was incredibly rude, and we felt rushed while ordering. To make matters worse, he forgot to bring out all of our drinks and never returned to take the rest of our order. He seemed hard to reach, as he spent more time attending to other tables instead of ours. It felt like he didn’t care about us since the tip was already included. We literally had to hunt him down just to get our check. I traveled from Southern California to visit family and was really excited about this place, but the server's attitude changed everything. I don’t want to leave a poor rating because the food and drinks were delicious, but Wild Rose Eatery and Bar really needs to hire servers who genuinely want to provide good service.

It was an ok experience overall. Unfortunately it was far too loud and our server was not very kind. They seemed annoyed to be there. The food was ok but not worth the price.

The food was excellent. However, the first waitress we had, Melanie, was extremely rude to us, for no apparent reason. She messed up our wine order, and didn’t have good knowledge of the menu. She was dismissive. I don’t understand why she chooses hospitality as her present job. I praise the restaurant for quickly realizing that we weren’t happy and switched us to MIchaela, who was awesome! The rest of the night was amazing. Had we started with Michaela, this review would be 5 stars. We will go back again and give the restaurant another chance.

This place thinks it’s a club. No one told the people running it that it had been turned into a restaurant. So the music was club music and close to the same volume. I JUST LOVE SCREAMING TO SERVING STAFF AND NOT BEING ABLE TO HEAR MYSELF THINK OR TALK NORMALLY TO OTHERS CLOSE TO ME. I don’t know where they got the barstools for the place, but they’re at least a foot too short to be useful at the actual bar. They were having what seemed to be an owner’s relative’s birthday party about to go down, and they just happen to have a new “food tower” that they hired a pro photographer for, who was also there in the chaos. I was there during happy hour so ordered from the HH menu. Garlic noodles and a half dozen fresh oysters. The oysters were nicely cold and the mignonette delicious…good start. The garlic noodles arrived and were absolute mush - ok, I don’t care if it is HH and those $0.09 worth of noodles are 20% off, lots of people test new places during HH, so why ruin a first impression?? The garlic noodles also came with a new person….who hung around after they were served. I asked if he needed something. He said no, he was a brand new employee. I congratulated him and asked what his role was. He said he didn’t know yet….and just stayed there staring at me. I mentioned that I was quite sure his role wasn’t to stand and watch guests eat their food. He smiled, but still didn’t leave….someone who was paying attention to the party walked by and told him: MOVE ALONG. It took 4 tries to get *anyone* else’s attention about the noodle mush, so when I finally got it, I said: THESE NOODLES ARE MUSH PLEASE TAKE THEM OFF MY BILL AND GIVE ME A FINAL CHECK!!!! THANK YOU!!! I also asked them to turn down the club music so they could hear me….and others who came in to eat and not for a club…but they all insisted they didn’t know how/where to do that. Also wished I could have paid with my phone and left, but nooooo, had to get someone’s attention again to make it happen so I could leave. I don’t know what kind of restaurant they’re supposed to be. The word ‘Peruvian’ appears a lot on the menu, very closely followed by aji amarillo leche de tigre. Granted, I haven’t spent a lot of time with the culture or food, but I’m pretty sure dumping Tigre on whatever they’ve cooked up doesn’t really make it Peruvian.

Had Wild Rose dwntwn Campbell on the must go to list for a while. Visited early August 2023 on a Sunday afternoon (Campbell has an awesome Farmer’s Market on Sunday). The place was empty-we thought it was closed with two other small groups in the large bar area. Camille greeted us promptly and suggested menu items. We had drinks only-Vie En Rose, Late Night in. Brooklyn and Weekend Getaway. Cocktail presentation was nice but the drinks lacked in yum. We thought we’d get a nice variety in flavor profile in these three drinks but none of em were really specifically memorable. They were pricey too, more than our usual venues along the dwntwn strip. The place was big; perhaps a good place for groups. Don’t think I’ll be back unless the future group majority says yes and will then update…hopefully with a good review. Restrooms were clean. Parking all around dwntwn.

Is this a high end restaurant, a night club or chucky cheese, because I tried to dine there Saturday at 7pm and could not tell the difference. The website looks like a elegant finer dining restaurant, but when I walked in at 645pm is. The techno was rocking fierce. As a single I went to the bar (the child free adult zone) well not here. 5min after I sit down they send a family with 4 strollers to hang out ring behind me. After 25 minutes I asked for my tab. I only ordered my wine and appetizer and I had to leave. The fact that they let toddlers run dance and scream in the bar and did nothing was infuriating. I paid my tab said nothing and left hungry and angry. Thanks for ruining my evening, but who cares right Im just 1 guy!

Excellent ambiance and top notch well-timed service, but the food leaves much to be desired. The Oven-Braised Spicy Meatballs had three medium-sized balls of high quality beef with a fantastic texture and decent flavor, but the tomato sauce was watery and almost tasteless. The garlic bread to accompany them was just three crusty little crouton-like discs cut from a small baguette. The Wagyu Smashburger's beef, aioli sauce, and cheese were superb on a brioche bun, but looking back at the menu after we left, it was supposed to also have tomato, lettuce, and pickles of which mine had NONE. They were really needed to offset the richness. The "signature house fries" were cold, chewy, and so bad it's hard to know that someone let them out of the kitchen. The poke tacos had a fine tuna chunks, but were tiny and the shells tasted and felt like they had been made hours earlier. The Roasted Broccolini that we ordered with them was perfectly cooked and excellent. The Seared Citrus Scallop dish must have been a culinary joke. You could barely see or taste the "luxurious citrus reduction", the garlic mashed potatoes were runny and tasteless, and the spinach while fresh and well-cooked was also tasteless. And finally there are the overpriced cocktails. For example their house martini, which has no more than $2 worth of cheap vodka and vermouth, is an absurd $15.

I chose Wild Rose Eatery & Bar to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. Despite making a reservation and specifically requesting birthday service in the notes, the service was subpar. While the drinks and food were delicious, they were painfully slow to arrive. The real issue began when I requested a birthday cake for my girlfriend. Not only did the cake come out extremely late, but it also lacked the birthday sign and sparklers that every other table around us received. We witnessed at least 5 parties with the special birthday treatment. This was supposed to be a special moment, and Wild Rose Eatery & Bar completely dropped the ball. To make matters worse, our server, Shaun W., gaslit me by claiming he didn’t know it was a birthday, even though I expressly told him it was my girlfriend’s birthday and requested a cake. He offered alternatives like lava cake or cheesecake and even provided champagne, but then acted clueless about the birthday request? While Shaun did comp the cake and champagne, that’s the same service everyone else was receiving, but with sparklers and signage! Overall, the poor service and Shaun W’s dismissive attitude ruined what should have been a memorable celebration. I am deeply disappointed and will not be returning. Wild Rose Eatery & Bar needs to improve its service and staff training.

I NEVER give a bad review but the service was the worst I’ve experienced in a really long time. Our waitress let us know as soon as we sat down that they were short staffed and a large party was placing an order ahead of us, no problem. We asked for sugar with our coffee and it took her a while so we were able to ask a busser for some. He bought 3 packets. We needed two more. When I asked my waitress for sugar, she said “Oh, I thought you had some.” She proceeded to pick the used packets off the table and mentioned that we had three. I let her know we needed more. The larger party left and another group of 4 sat across from us. It had already been 20min since taking our order. For context, there were only 2 of us dining. My French toast was brought out (I ordered French toast, bacon, coffee and the shooters). I was waiting for my friends food to come out which it didn’t so I split my French toast with her. We finish the shooters and look for our waitress to order another drink. She doesn’t stop back by. The table who sat down AFTER us received their ENTIRE meal. As the waitstaff walks away, I ask him can he tell me how long our steak and eggs (my friends meal) would be AND my bacon. He says about 10mins. Our waitress comes over and says let me check on it. Miraculously, it was coming out as she went to go check. The entire plate of food was lukewarm. She brought my bacon at the same time. At this point I am really upset BUT, trying to keep in mind she had a large party earlier (the place was not crowded at all), I thought I’ll leave it alone. So, during our wait I decide to walk up to the bar and order drinks. I kid you not, I walk up, the bartender looks me dead in my face, looks at the money in my hand and walks away. He goes to load some dishes so I’m thinking ok, he’ll help me once he’s done. He walks PAST me, and helps 3 young ladies with food and drink orders. After he takes their order, I ask him can he help me. He lets me know he just started work so give him a second. He goes down to the end of the bar and asks another bartender to help me. She comes over takes my order, lets me know she was waiting to get change etc. The drinks were great. Our drinks were $37 so I leave her a $20 tip. I truly appreciated the service. I’m feeling better, I sit back down and we are just hanging out. Our waitress asked us were we ready to check out and we were. She brings our bill and it’s $160ish. O glance at it and notice there were 4-5 items that were not ours. I let her know that she handed us the wrong bill. She looks and says oh the breakfast burrito isn’t yours. I’m no ma’am, the 2 or everything else is not ours either. She looks again and lets us know she will bring the correct one. She comes back and there are still 2 additional items that are not ours. Instead of giving us a new bill, she pulls out her calculator, asks us what we had and then told us the total. I double check the amount and paid once I came up with the same total which was $93. We split the bill AND I still left her a tip because I do know that people depend on that money. The moral of my review is the service is absolutely horrendous but the food is good. The service was so bad that I have a hard time chopping it up to maybe it was a bad day for her, which I usually never give up on a place. The service seemed very dismissive and borderline line racist, which is a harsh statement for me to make. Shout out to Alex(is) at the bar. Not because her drinks were good but because she had great customer service!

We came here about a year ago about two weeks after their opening. The food and service were both horrible. A year later we tried it again and nothing has changed. After being seated took 30 minutes to get our drinks, and it’s been nearly 50 minutes and we still don’t have any food. I normally have grace for new restaurant but this place is unacceptably bad.

Open table reservation, sat, given water and forgotten for 20 minutes. Sat us down, and said “You have to be done by 8”. Two hours in this overly loud restaurant sounds like hell but we’ll try…. There was no service after seating…got up and left after twenty minutes. If we just sat there and your service is slow, what am I to do? Enjoy that experience? No one had food all around us, servers MIA.

What a joke of a place. It’s trying so hard to be a club, it forgot to be a restaurant. We were seated, waited 20 minutes, and not a soul came by. The only thing prompt was the hostess reminding us we had to leave by a certain time — ironic, since no one ever planned on serving us anyway. When we walked out, she didn’t even flinch. Guess she’s used to watching tables walk themselves out.

This was supposed to be my first bar experience after finally turning 21 — and it was extremely disappointing. The manager looked at my real, valid ID for only a moment before declaring it fake. When I asked if they could scan it or verify it in any way, they refused and said, “I’ve been doing this for 20 years, I know this is fake.” There was no professionalism, no attempt to confirm, and frankly, it came across as a power trip more than proper management. I was treated disrespectfully and told to leave without any fair consideration. It was an embarrassing and frustrating experience, especially for a first night out as a legal adult. Management should really reconsider how they handle situations like this — it’s not right to turn away paying customers without even verifying the facts. And for anyone thinking of coming here, you might want to bring your passport or birth certificate, because apparently a state-issued ID isn’t enough.

The service was extremely poor, and the waitstaff clearly treated customers differently. While they were checking on the table next to us every 5–10 minutes asking if everything was okay or if they needed anything, my friends and I waited over 20 minutes just for someone to take our order. When we finally tried to order, the waiter had no knowledge at all had to go ask someone else and still had no understanding of the menu. I ordered a steak and was told there would be no side vegetables. However, after waiting for over an hour, the steak arrived completely burnt and came with potatoes anyway. When I raised the issue, another waiter came and simply asked if I wanted to return it. After such a long wait, receiving that kind of response was extremely disappointing. I’ll never come back. I had no choice but to speak to the manager before leaving.
