Excellent flavor. Very tasty and highly recommended. Excellent staff service :)
It's located in an easily accessible location and has parking, as it's located within a plaza. The food is delicious, with good portions and affordable prices, well-prepared with fresh ingredients. The highlight is the brioche bread. To drink, there's only Coca-Cola, different flavors of snacks, and bottled water. The wait staff is very friendly, although in my case, I had to go to the counter to order my food. They were always very kind. Given the amount of food we consumed, they even gave us a free order of large French fries. The point the restaurant manager should pay attention to is the furnishings and the presentation of the place. It looks abandoned, and that's understandable, partly because their main focus is delivery. As they say on Facebook, this doesn't affect the taste or service in any way. I would definitely eat at "El Tío Artesano" again.
One of the best burgers in Campeche. Very affordable and very well served. The service is exceptional; they always provide excellent service.

El Tío Artesano is a local chain that sells the best hamburgers you'll ever taste. This small business—well, not so small, since it currently has four locations in the state of Campeche. Their first location is on Avenida Central. Their second location is in the Santa Lucía neighborhood. Their third location is in Plaza Girasol. Their fourth location is on Avenida Plan-Chac. If you want to try these delicious hamburgers, look them up on Facebook as El Tío Artesano, and I assure you that you won't regret their great flavor and the great promotions they have for you. I'm thrilled with the burgers 😍 They're the best I've ever had. 🤤 My mom and I are huge fans, and whenever we can't get together, we eat there 🥰
I really liked the buns used for the burgers, but I can't say the same about the meat and toppings; they were very simple. I think they could be even better, but I still recommend them.
They have all the necessary health and safety measures in place, including social distancing. The hamburgers are excellent, and the potato wedges are top-notch. The meat has a premium flavor.
The boneless BBQ and buffalo are huge, worth every penny! However, delivery takes 70 minutes.
Very tasty and well served. The service was very good. The only thing I didn't like was that the mustard and ketchup didn't have their original flavor.
Their best burger serves two or three people and is very tasty. When I ordered it to go, they told me it would take up to 30 minutes. I don't think that's a reasonable amount of time, but fortunately, they delivered it in 15 minutes.
The burgers are delicious, the meat is homemade, and they're very well stocked. Just so you like food porn burgers.
The place looks nice, the service is good, but the burgers are very expensive and bad. I ordered a classic with pineapple, and it was a large piece of pineapple and very small meat. Maybe the vegetable pieces shouldn't be so thick.
I ordered delivery, and the large French fries were expensive compared to the quantity and quality of the presentation; they were burnt and tough. The crunch burger had chunks of breaded chicken that were chewy and hard to chew, and were overly fried (like a shoe sole). The delivery was on time; the flavor was passable, but the preparation process wasn't optimal (everything was overcooked and overfried).
False advertising. It doesn't look like the photos. The place is dirty, and a health worker came to say they had to fumigate. They also had almost nothing on the menu. I don't recommend it.
The worst burgers and hot dogs I've ever had, a disappointment. The sausage smelled bad and the burger bun looked moldy. Rating 2/10 🧐
Very fast service, lots of marketing, and very little they offer. Moldy bread and red meat... leaves much to be desired. If you're going to do your job, please do it right, and fresh bread (without mold) please.
I ordered a burger with pineapple, and the pineapple was bigger than the patty. They're really stingy with the fries; my burger was supposed to have wedges, but it only had four. The bun was way too big for so little meat. The price is outrageous for such poor-quality ingredients.
Far removed from the advertising, for the quality of what's delivered, a 25-peso burger cart is better. We tried two of their products; the advertising image was nothing like what was delivered. They were poor in meat, flavor, and everything else. It's not worth it.
