It's located in an easily accessible location and has parking, as it's located within a plaza. The food is delicious, with good portions and affordable prices, well-prepared with fresh ingredients. The highlight is the brioche bread. To drink, there's only Coca-Cola, different flavors of snacks, and bottled water. The wait staff is very friendly, although in my case, I had to go to the counter to order my food. They were always very kind. Given the amount of food we consumed, they even gave us a free order of large French fries. The point the restaurant manager should pay attention to is the furnishings and the presentation of the place. It looks abandoned, and that's understandable, partly because their main focus is delivery. As they say on Facebook, this doesn't affect the taste or service in any way. I would definitely eat at "El Tío Artesano" again.

Their first location is on Avenida Central. Their second location is in the Santa Lucía neighborhood. Their third location is in Plaza Girasol. Their fourth location is on Avenida Plan-Chac. If you want to try these delicious hamburgers, look them up on Facebook as El Tío Artesano, and I assure you that you won't regret their great flavor and the great promotions they have for you. I really liked the buns used for the burgers, but I can't say the same about the meat and toppings; they were very simple. I think they could be even better, but I still recommend them.
