What an amazing time we had. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday. César a multi language singer sang a beautiful birthday ranchera song. He sand salsa, boleros and the like. He even went further to sing in English a beautiful song just because my son in law speaks only English. They made us feel right at home. We’re so happy we’re celebrating my granddaughter and grandson their birthday in a couple of weeks. This place has games for the kids and great attention, great drinks and great music for all. We danced, we sang & we enjoyed. Great place. We’re gonna make it our weekend escape with the family! Thank you Emerson who attended to us like kings. I felt that they didn't have enough people to take care of the bathrooms but they had about 400 people or more and they didn't have enough restrooms for women and chidren and the security should have been all the way up to the bathroom there was a lady that cut the line and then proceed to break the toilet because she was drunk.

Came to Rancho Miami on a whim. We were originally heading to Nando Grill but were disappointed to find it was just a food truck with a tent. Luckily, my mom found Rancho Miami on Google and wow — what a hidden treasure! We wanted to sit outside but there were no tables available. The manager, Christian, immediately stepped in and quickly set up a table for our group of 8. The setting made me feel like I was back at my family’s farm in Colombia — such a warm and authentic atmosphere. The food was amazing, and they even had a live singer who performed any song we requested, which made the experience even more special. Evelyn was our waitress and she was attentive the entire time, always making sure we had everything we needed. They didn’t have dessert or coffee available, but once again Christian saved the day by bringing out a delicious cake and hot coffee for us. Overall, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Incredible service, great food, and a beautiful atmosphere. 5 stars all around — we’ll definitely be back!

Good for salsa music and drinks. The food is ok but to expensive for what it is. Parking is $5. Will not go back to eat only to listen to music and have some drinks.

The space and location is awesome, but the service is horrible due to the worst management I ever seen. We went for a World Cup game with reservations; waited over an hour to get something as simple as water and a bucket of Coronas because they sold out of Águilas. What Colombian restaurant sells out of aguilas?!?! Our food arrived 2.5 hours later. All that was available was picadas and poorly cooked empanadas. Tv service crashed temporarily and we had to watch on cellphones. Clearly the were unable to support the amount of people. The little bit of food served, was greasy and of poor quality. Many skipped out on the bill, not because they were bad Colombians, but because there was a total breakdown in management. They are lucky someone didn’t catch heatstroke or a caused trouble out of frustration. The space has tremendous potential, but will fail if they don’t overhaul their service immediately. It’s sad. People like places like this And want to support fellow Colombians, but chances are, this Colombian will never go back.

This place is overpriced. It's in an industrial area but they charge for food and drinks like it's Doral or Brickell. They charge for parking during special events. The food price is outrageous. It's like price gouging. We had an appetizer that had fries, potatoes, chicharron, and fried pieces of chicken. Something you would order at Chili's for $15 came out to $35. We then ordered a chorizo with arepa. Something that should be around $6-7 came out to $12. Beers are $6 and up. Water is $3. There is no free water. Every time you order, you have to pay first. Their literally treating this like a nightclub. But there's more. Every time you swipe your card, you get a service charge. And they want you to add a tip to the bill. I'm not sure how long they have been in business, but this can't seem like a good recipe to success. Forgot to mention, bathrooms are dirty and smell of urine. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the service was good. Hopefully the owner reads this. It's a great concept but there is much more to do and fix to get it right.

This place is good for dancing, maybe a drink, and the “picada”, don’t expect organized service, the tables were completely dirty and we had to ask to have them cleaned after the server had taken the order, one person asked for refajo and He brought a whole pitcher so be aware, trying to oversell, the place offer pony rides but there were none, there are picture of “carne a la llanera” but they don’t have the set up anymore, they used to have it out with some seating out with a fire pit not anymore. Restrooms are a 4/10. They charge $5 for parking. They offer sancocho de gallina and sancocho de gallina but both are made in the same liquid, they just add the different meat. There was a bouncy house for the kids, the ponys would’ve been better. The music is really loud so not comfortable to talk. Music library is good thought.

Brought my family for mother's day and the service was terrible. It took 3 hours for two different waitresses to bring something to drink. Everyone around us was waiting as well. The food was overpriced and of poor quality. The seats were still wet when they were given to us to sit in. Not only was this place and experience a total disaster but it was also truly embarrasing to bring my family here. Never again!! Pésimo servicio y comida. Las meseras se demoraron 3 horas para traer un fresco y una "picada" que parecía hecha de los sobrados de ayer. Honestamente me dio hasta pesar traer mi familia aquí. De todos los lugares que existen en Miami, en Hialeah y en el Doral, creo que este es el peor. ¡Que falta de respeto!

Even tho that the atmosphere was great, It was my first and the last time at this place. First: They get you with $10 valet parking. Second: $5 per person to get in. And last... The service and the management were horrible. Me and my family waited 2 hours+ to get a ”picada”. I ordered some appetizers and they brought them hot on the outside and ice cold in the inside. Every time I reached out to the waitress, she would give me an excuse; I also spoke with the person in-charge and also an excuse was given and the end nothing was resolved.

Worst customer service of my life. I waited for 2 hours for food that never came. Mind you, just my soda took 40 mins to come to my table. This is unacceptable. I waited an extra 80 mins for my food with kids along and just sitting there looking stupid. My first time excited to go to a restaurant like this and I will never step foot on this place ever again. Also, they changed us over 50 dollars just for 4 sodas and few beers, including 12 dollars of tip. How am I forced to give you tip when it took you 40 mins for soda and 80 mins for food that never came. DONT EVER STEP FOOT HERE.

I was in a party of 4 people, the service was crummy. After 1 hour waiting, finally a person attended to us. Then after 1 hour and 40 minutes more, my order never arrived and qe had to leave to eat at other place… THAT’S INSANE!! My first and last visit to this place… TERRIBLE!!!! Don’t waste your time a patience in this place!!

Really bad service. The food took more than 1 hour to be served. It came out cold. It is not a place recommended for groups. The big orders are complicated to them. The price is very high for the level of food. The music is excellent.

The organization was terrible, they sold twice some of the tables, the show started so late (almost 5 hours later than announced); nobody was able to answer in case of emergency. The only good thing was the kindness of the waitresses. In general, I would not recommend this place. Terrible experience!
