Nach der Fahrradtour war der Durst und der Hunger größer als das Fotoherz! Vorspeisenteller mega lecker und vielfältig! Hauptspeise Chicken Madras und dazu lecker Pilzreis. Das Curry mit einer gesunden Schärfe. Service sehr gut. … und ich bin wieder überrascht, dass in einer Touristenhochburg qualitativ so gutes Essen möglich ist! Also immer gerne wieder!

We dined early in the evening around 5pm and got sat down as a family of 4 easily. The staff were brilliant, friendly and tolerant of our 2 young children. Food was beautiful!!! I ordered the Agra special - it was unreal, creamy, nutty, and ordered at a medium spice which was perfect heat. My wife had the lamb madras, good quality lamb and great flavour, heat. One portion of rice and one naan bread was enough for 2 people to share, and they said they would be happy to bring out more quickly if required. Pistachio ice cream was lovely too. Plenty of ground nuts inside rather than just being pistachio flavoured. We will likely return before the end of our holiday!

A Royal Treat in C'an Picafort! My wife and I decided to try the Royal Indian restaurant on a Thursday evening, and we were so glad we did. Finding a table was no problem at all, and from the moment we sat down, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. For our main courses, I opted for the house special creamy curry. It was absolutely spectacular; wonderfully rich and flavourful with perfectly cooked, tender meat. My wife, Sara, chose the tandoori mixed grill which arrived sizzling and looked magnificent. She said it tasted even better than it looked, with each item cooked to perfection with that authentic tandoori flavour. The entire meal was faultless from start to finish. The food was genuinely spectacular, and the service was top-notch. We will definitely be returning to the Royal Indian very soon. Highly recommended!

Very busy Indian restaurant in the evenings, which is always a good sign. It was, our meals were delicious. We had starters and mains, to full for puddings. Accommodating and knowledgeable with gluten-free. Staff were attentive and pleasant. Definitely worth a visit if your in the area.

Da ich gerne indisch esse und dieses Restaurant anscheinend neu hier ist, musste ich es probieren. Hatte das Chicken Curry und fand es sehr lecker, sehr geil fand ich auch das Bhatura und das Naan mit Knoblauch. Wartezeit war angemessen, war aber jetzt auch nicht so stark besucht. Kellner war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ich werd im nächsten Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und kann es nur jedem empfehlen der indisch mag.

Service was perfect from the moment we sat down, didn’t ignore you at all, explained food choices and spices etc, food came surprisingly fast considering how busy, ordered a spicy Agra special and it was spicy! By far one of the best Indians I’ve ever had, perfectly priced as-well. I cannot recommend this place enough to anybody!

Absolutely amazing Indian food. The lamb was melt in the mouth- so so tender. I had passanda and my boyfriend had rogan Josh and both were superb. Guru our server was very attentive and helpful. A must visit for a Can Picafort holiday.

While on holiday in Majorca we were getting abit fed up of the hotel food so decided to go out for tea one night, when doing some shopping we stumbled across this restaurant and from the smell we knew we were going back for dinner! We arrived about 7:30pm and were sat instantly (offered if we wanted inside or out, we chose out) we were offered an English Menu which was very clear and easily set out, we ordered some drinks and popadoms which arrived quickly with the pickle tray which was lovely! We then ordered our mains I went for a Chicken Tikka Madras with Keema rice and a Keema Nann and my partner chose the Chicken Tikka biriyani and a Garlic Cheese Nann! We both agreed this was the best food we have eaten all week and the staff were super friendly! The food came quickly and hot also a huge bonus was the candles that came under the curry dish to keep it warm while you were eating! The restaurant next door has loud music playing, whilst we enjoyed the music and atmosphere if you wanted a quiet dinner this would not be the place to go! We really enjoyed this meal and would definitely go back if we visited Majorca again!

Wir haben eine große Auswahl an veganen Optionen gehabt und durften zwischen unterschiedlicher Schärfe wählen, sodass es auch nicht zu scharf für uns war. 🌶️ das Beste war aber der super Service - eine so super aufmerksame Bedienung habe ich lange nicht mehr erlebt! War der erste essende Kunde am Tag, ich bestellte naan brot carlic und agra spezial. Ich wurde superschnell und sehr freundlich bedient. Das Essen war wirklich sehr sehr lecker. Würde ich immer wieder hingehen und weiterempfehlen. Ein tolles Erlebnis. Kompliment an die Küche

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend im royal indian tandoori. Der Service war schnell und aufmerksam, das Lokal nett eingerichtet und sauber. Viele Kombinationsmöglichkeiten aus Grundsaucen, Zutaten und Schärfe. Standardmäßig wird gefragt, ob das Gericht mild, medium oder scharf sein soll. Die beiden höheren noch verfügbaren Schärfegrade gibt es auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch und eigene Gefahr 😉 Alle Gerichte waren schön würzig, ausgewogen abgeschmeckt und sehr großzügig portioniert. Eine Portion Reis hätte auch für uns beide gereicht, vor allem, da man sich das köstliche Knoblauch-Käse-Naan nicht entgehen lassen sollte 🤤. Persönlich mag ich Gemüse-Pakoras lieber flacher und knuspriger, aber sie waren sehr lecker gewürzt und empfehlenswert. Einziges Manko: wir hätten gern noch einen Mango-Lassi probiert, waren aber viel zu satt. Vielleicht beim nächsten Besuch!

Wir haben hier sehr sehr lecker indisch gegessen und würden geschmacklich auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. 1 Stern muss ich leider abziehen da wir fast 2 (!!) Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet haben während um uns herum die Gäste bereits ihr Essen bekamen. Ich korrigiere auf 5 Sterne, aufgrund des tollen Geschmacks haben wir es nochmal probiert und bei den nächsten !2! Malen war das Essen super schnell da und mega lecker! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Mitten in Can Picafort gelegen zeichnet sich dad Royal Indian Tandoori mit original indischer Küche aus. Die Bedienungen sind freundlich und schnell, das Restaurant sauber und aufgeräumt. Die umfangreiche Karte bietet einen breiten Querschnitt durch die indische Küche, das Essen war frisch und sehr lecker.

Als erfahrener Restaurant Besucher, oftmals auch Indisch, können wir diesem Restaurant liebend gerne ganze 5 Sterne geben. Das Essen ist außerordentlich gut. Perfekt abgeschmeckt 👍 waren hier zwei mal in unserem Urlaub essen, da es uns so gut gefallen hat. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, das die zugegebene Reismenge etwas wenig ist. Vielleicht auch weil wir es in unserer Stadt gewohnt sind, dass wir zu unseren Gerichten so viel Reis inklusive nachbestellen können wie wir möchten.

We ate here near the end of October. Food and service were brilliant, gorgeous tikka and just the right heat. Service was efficient, polite and friendly. The score for Atmosphere isn't fair because it was the end of season and there weren't so many people about. I think 4.5-5.0 out of 5 is about right overall.

Waren für unsere Flitterwochen in Ca’n Picafort. Sind durch Zufall auf das Restaurant gestoßen und wurden mehr als positiv überrascht! Waren bereits 2x dort und würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen ! Fazit: wenn ihr in can picafort seit, geht vorbei und überzeugt euch selbst wie gut authentisches Essen sein kann!

Pierwszy raz spotkałem się z indyjską kuchni i bardzo mi smakowała, może gusta są dość mocno ostre i nie zawiodłem się, jeśli obsługa mówi że coś jest ostre to tak właśnie jest 😅 Dania słodkie są naprawdę słodkie. Restauracja do ponownego odwiedzeni zdecydowanie! Obsługa bardzo miła, a lokal klimatyczny!

Wir waren heute das erste Mal hier und waren sehr zufrieden. Alles frisch und sehr aromatisch. Der Kellner kam extra an den Tisch, um zu fragen, ob der Schärfegrad so in Ordnung wäre oder er uns etwas Joghurt zum Abschwächen bringen soll. Ein Besuch hier lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Vielen Dank

The restaurant was very busy that's why only 4 stars on service as we waited 20-30 minutes for our meals. We had 2 chicken korma's and a chicken masala, probably the best korma the daughter and I have had. Masala was very nice also so says our lass.

Sehr leckeres Essen mitten auf der Straße zur Promenade Can Picafort. Uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Eine willkommene Abwechslung zu den ganzen Italienischen Restaurants! Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend.

Das indische Essen war sehr sehr lecker 😋. Bestes Curry das ich je gegessen habe. Die Kellner waren sehr freundlich und wollten ein ehrlich Feedback (unserem Sohn hatten die Kindernudeln nicht so gut geschmeckt und wir haben als Ersatz gratis Pommes bekommen). Ganz ehrlich dieses Restaurant ist das Beste in dieser Gegend und wir würden es für jedem empfehlen. Verständigung im Restaurant ist kein Problem.

Wir sind für 14 Tage hier in can Picafort und waren schon 3 Mal hier essen. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen kommt zügig (wir waren immer am frühen Abend dort) und ist sehr warm. Geschmacklich hat uns nichts gefehlt, wobei zu erwähnen ist, dass wir in unserer Heimatstadt kein indisches Restaurant haben und wir somit nicht als DIE Experten gelten können. Die Größe der Portionen machte und seeehr satt. Wir hatten die Hühnersuppe als Vorspeise, welche wirklich zu empfehlen ist. Eigentlich sind wir von keiner Auswahl enttäuscht worden und werden ziemlich sicher noch ein 4. oder sogar 5. mal dort Essen gehen. Nachtrag vom 19. Mai: wir sind schon wieder hier essen gewesen, und sind nicht enttäuscht worden!

We ate there yesterday for lunch and we really enjoyed the very qualitative food. One of the best Indian restaurant we have been to. Spices are well balanced and the amount of food is generous. The staff is really nice and special thanks to the boss who took time to explain us how the Indian food is prepared and to show us the tandoor. We definitely recommend this place and might go there a second time this week!

Am Ende unserer Wanderung war uns nach indischen Essen. Wir haben es nicht bereut. Essen war sehr lecker. Der Service zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Auch hier gibt's verschiedene Schätfegrade, wir kommen mit der mittleren jedesmal prima zurecht.

Wir sind aufgrund der sehr guten Bewertungen her gekommen und wurden nicht enttäuscht 😊 zur Vorspeise hatten wir diese Beef Spieße, die sehr würzig und lecker waren!! Siehe anbei das Bild. Das Chicken Tikka Mango und das Butter Chicken waren sehr lecker! Der Reis wurde extra berechnet, was wir so nicht kennen. Das Knoblauch Koriander Naan war auch sehr lecker!!! Wir empfehlen das Restaurant gerne weiter! Einziger Kritikpunkt für mich ist die etwas lautere und schrille, blinkende Umgebung. Irgendwie hat die Atmosphäre auch etwas, erwarten braucht man hier jedoch keine ruhige romantische Atmosphäre. Alles in allem für uns tiptop!

Ich war da, weil meine Begleitung ein Hüngerchen hatte und was soll ich sagen; wir wurden umgehauen von wahnsinnig gutem Essen und einem unglaublich netten Gastgeber. Ich hab mir was Kleines bestellt und musste mir Reis nachbestellen weils einfach zuuuu lecker war. Uuuuund wir wurden bei diesem Restaurant zum Wiederholungstäter!!! Ich würde da jederzeit gerne wieder essen! Jederzeit!

Guter Service, große Auswahl an Gerichten aus verschiedenen Regionen. Man kann zwischen fünf Schärfegraden wählen. Papadums, Naan und Samosas war alles frisch zubereitet und lecker. Der Mangolassi war auch top. Selbst der Kaffee. Daumen hoch und 5 *****

Pedimos comida para llevar y lo tuvieron listo en 20 min. El local tiene una terraza cubierta y espacio interior, todo parecía bien limpio y decorado bonito. La comida fue espectacular, el pollo Tikka bien jugoso, las salsas y cebollas bhaji ricas, el naan con ajo y queso súper rico, y me surgieron el arroz de coco que nunca probé y la verdad encajaba perfectamente. Además nos regalaron pappadums con las tres típicas salsas. Con 50€ por dos personas no es la comida hindú más económica, pero la calidad y el servicio rápido y amable definitivamente valían la pena. Ahora solo tienen que hacer entrega a domicilio 😁 🙏

Comida increíble y sabrosa. Camarero atento, impecable y muy muy simpático. En resumen un lugar para almorzar o cenar muy completo con opciones vegetarianas y algunos platos veganos. La carne de los platos estaban blanditas y las salsas eran increíbles. Sin duda alguna volveremos pronto.

La verdad que ninguna queja sobre este establecimiento y sobre su comida, comida India espectacular, recomiendo el pollo con salsa de coco y almendras, el arroz blanco y el naan de queso con ajo.

Pedimos comida para llevar y lo tuvieron listo en 20 min. El local tiene una terraza cubierta y espacio interior, todo parecía bien limpio y decorado bonito. La comida fue espectacular, el pollo Tikka bien jugoso, las salsas y cebollas bhaji ricas, el naan con ajo y queso súper rico, y me surgieron el arroz de coco que nunca probé y la verdad encajaba perfectamente. Además nos regalaron pappadums con las tres típicas salsas. Con 50€ por dos personas no es la comida hindú más económica, pero la calidad y el servicio rápido y amable definitivamente valían la pena. Ahora solo tienen que hacer entrega a domicilio 😁 🙏

Comida increíble y sabrosa. Camarero atento, impecable y muy muy simpático. En resumen un lugar para almorzar o cenar muy completo con opciones vegetarianas y algunos platos veganos. La carne de los platos estaban blanditas y las salsas eran increíbles. Sin duda alguna volveremos pronto.

Nos apetecía comida india y buscamos por la zona. Este nos sorprendió porque tenia 5/5 y eso es prácticamente imposible porque siempre hay alguna pega de alguien pero al ir comprobamos el por qué de que todas las opiniones fueran buenas. Se merecen un 100/10 !!! QUE ESPECTÁCULO DE COMIDA Y DE TRATO!!! Hemos probado muchos restaurantes indios pero como este, os prometo que ninguno!!! Sois unos cracks chicos!!!

Alles in allem wunderbar. Wir hatten Chicken Tikka Masala mit Reis und Knoblauch Naan. Das Hähnchen war leider nicht so zart und saftig wie wenn es in einem traditionellem tandoori Ofen geworden wäre aber trotzdem war das Gericht sehr lecker und empfehlenswert. Direkt in der berühmten Einkaufsstraße ist die location natürlich auch super. Direkt zwischen Hauptstraße und Strand. Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und haben sich angestrengt.

Sehr leckeres Essen mit perfekter Schärfe und sehr freundlichem Personal. Für unsere Gewohnheiten etwas zu teuer aber man bekommt auch eine dementsprechend große Portion für das Geld. Zudem wurden pauschal 10% Trinkgeld ohne Vorwarnung aufgeschlagen, was an sich kein Problem ist aber ein Hinweis wäre nett gewesen.

Aufgrund der vielen anderen positiven Bewertungen wurde hier ein Tisch reserviert. Der Service war aufmerksam und das Ambiente eher mäßig - jedoch sehr gut zum Touristen beobachten. Das Essen war super lecker, preislich etwas teurer. Die Hauptgerichte werden ohne Beilage serviert und kosten mit Beilage rund 20€. Es war relativ wenig Fleisch (4 Stücke) im Butter Chicken. Insgesamt ein toller Abend und wer die indische Küche mag, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Update one year later: I visited again this year and unfortunately things have clearly declined. The menu still displays prices without VAT and there’s no clear information about that when ordering. When the final bill arrives 10% VAT is added on top of the listed prices. That is misleading and dishonest because the customer has no way of knowing the real cost upfront. I saw your reply claiming that VAT is included in each dish price but that is simply not true. The receipt clearly shows that VAT is calculated and added separately to the base amount. This is not transparent and customers deserve to see the full price when they order not just on the final bill. On top of that, the food this time was not as good as last year. The flavours were different less authentic and overall the quality felt lower. It felt like shortcuts were taken or recipes had changed. The service was indifferent and lacked the warmth and attentiveness from before. Last year I was very positive and forgiving. But after this experience I will not be returning. I can’t recommend this place anymore to those who care about transparent pricing and consistent quality. Original review from last year: This used to be one of the best restaurants I visited in Can Picafort, and easily one of the best Indian restaurants I had been to. We tried many restaurants in the area, but most served low-quality tourist food. Wir waren letztes Jahr zur selben Zeit schon einmal in diesem Restaurant und hatten damals eine wirklich außergewöhnlich freundliche und gesprächige Servicekraft – leider scheint er nicht mehr dort zu arbeiten. Der aktuelle Service ist ebenfalls freundlich, aber eher zurückhaltend und spricht sehr leise, was die Kommunikation etwas erschwert hat. Auch sprachlich gab es kleine Verständigungsprobleme. Das Restaurant an sich ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Toiletten könnten jedoch eine Modernisierung vertragen – sie entsprechen nicht mehr ganz dem heutigen Standard. Das Essen war wie beim letzten Mal sehr lecker! Wir hatten zwei Gerichte bestellt, jedoch wurde nur eines serviert. Ein kleines Missverständnis, das wir im Gespräch leider nicht richtig klären konnten. Das servierte Essen war geschmacklich top – hätte für unseren Geschmack nur ein kleines bisschen mehr Salz vertragen, aber das ist wirklich Kritik auf hohem Niveau. Preislich ist alles im Rahmen und die Lage ist gut erreichbar. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Besuch mit sehr gutem Essen – mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit beim Service und einer besseren Verständigung wäre es perfekt gewesen.

The service was very good ,attentive but not over the top. The food was hot, and tasty poppadums ok, mango sauce very runny , onion bhaji tasty but to salty, the tikka massala did not have as much chicken as we are used to and the gobi aloo side is large, more like a main dish than a side, peshwari naan delicious. The meal overall was OK, the down side was the loud music/ noise from the clubs/ bars next door and opposite, we had to almost shout at each other to tryand hold a conversation not the restaurants fault but spoilt the evening.

Ich kann die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Unser Essen war qualitativ maximal befriedigend - Note 3. Nur der Reis war Note 2. Es fehlte einfach „der Pfiff“. Als wirklich erfahrener Besucher indischer Restaurants ist das mein objektives Urteil. Das Ambiente ist ok, gepflegt und sauber. Der Mann im Service (5.2.26 Abends) war jedoch mehr mit seinem Handy beschäftigt und mit Fernsehen, als sich aktiv um Gäste zu kümmern. Wiederholung Besuch: Nein.

Dafür das das Restaurant in der Hauptstraße liegt, war der Inhaber sehr hochnäsig und arrogant. Es ist eine Frechheit für den Reis extra € zu verlangen. Soll man das Fleisch denn ohne Beilage essen. In Deutschland verlangt kein Inder extra Geld für den Reis.
