Terrible service. I placed a pickup order, it took over an hour to be ready, and they didn't deliver the full order. I ordered three rolls, and they only delivered two. Awful service. The rolls taste good, but the service makes me reconsider buying from this establishment.

It takes forever to get your order. An hour and 20 minutes for 6 rolls. Seriously, don't even bother coming here.

Bad. Lately, they don't even answer messages, much less calls. They don't even have the decency to tell you whether they have service or not. Another issue worth addressing is that they seem to change the kitchen staff every day, because one day they're good and the next they're rubbish.

I ordered a mixed yakimeshi delivery service, nice presentation but the rice was all sticky and tasteless, I don't recommend it, I won't buy there again.

The worst thing I've ever bought was watery sauces and the eel sauce mixed with cornstarch. It was the first and only time I bought something there.

Terrible place. Their website says they close at 10 pm, but they always close earlier. If you order delivery, you can be sure they'll turn you down because your order has to be bigger (meaning more expensive, which I don't understand since I'm just one person) or because it's already late. I called at 8 pm when I was going to order around 900 or 1000 pesos worth of food, and they told me I should have ordered two hours earlier. I asked why two hours earlier, and two hours before they actually close, for example, 6 pm. Aren't they supposed to close at 10 pm? The first situation happened to me before, and I let it go. If their hours are different, they should change them.

Terrible, it arrived at 9:35 and I wanted to order and they told me that they no longer have service, a girl who even has her children there in the kitchen sweeping and she got upset because I told her that if it's closed she should close the door so she can let people in if she no longer has service and I emphasized that her schedule says they close until 10 and she got upset and continued arguing... Anyway, I wanted to try the yakimeshi because the rolls are not good, they only taste like rice.

Well... you expect too much... the portions are big and tasteless... Hahaha I bought a mixed cooked rice... which is a ball of cooked rice blended with some shrimp and meat. I imagined it would have something in the center but nothing. 😣😣 I would tell them it tastes great.. but nope... hahaha I will have cooked rice for a week.. 😥😥😥
