Every time when we arrive in Cancun we go here the first and last night for dinner! Amazing delicious Mexican food. Price/quality the best in the area. Every dish on the menu is amazing!

Great value for money. The meals are very good. The guacamole could have been a little bit bigger for the price, but other than that it is well priced. The staff is very nice and able to speak english to support foreigners in their choice. We also enjoy some live music which was a great addition to the vibe.

Flavors are awesome in this place. I loved the quesadilla and the Picana taco. You will fall in love with these tacos. Tacos range from 1$ to 2.10 top shelf beef 🥩. I would highly recommend the service and the food. Their hot sauce also has a kick to it.

The food is incredible. Service was ok, a bit slow but great English and explained the options easily. The best Pastor taco I had all week. The price was also very good. 550MXN for two meals and 3 drinks.

Food is good, in particular the mixed meat platter and the cocktails are nice. I enjoyed the outdoor seating with live music. Unlike other reviews I found the singer to be quite good. Service could be friendlier (I got a smile when I paid... and tipped!)

This is one of the older steak houses in market 28 areas, it has gone through ownership change recently from last I was there. I ordered a picana steak, to my surprise the stake was don exactly how I ordered compared to last time I eat there, and stopped visiting the restaurant. If you are in downtown area near market 28 and are craving to have a steak stop here. (Recommended Steak) Order and try Local steak Picania you will enjoy it. Until next time. Cheers

We visited this restaurant in Cancún on Tuesday evening. We ordered a picanha and a ribeye, along with a couple of glasses of wine. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. The service was inattentive and not up to standard. When we asked about the wine options, the staff had no knowledge and couldn’t provide clear answers. We requested a sangria, but were told it wasn’t possible to prepare one. As for the food, the meat did not arrive cooked as requested. While we decided to eat it anyway because we were hungry, it was still not what we expected. The wine we eventually received was acidic and unpleasant, but since there were no alternatives, we drank it. Overall, the quality of service was poor, the dishes were nothing special, and the experience was not worth it. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food and attentive service in Cancún.

This was such a disappointing meal. Had we followed our instinct, (it was completely empty and not as clean as it should have been), we would have left. Instead, we ordered 4 tacos of Picanya and 4 of skirt steak along with a queso fundido and sides of frijoles (a soup) and guacamole. The cheese didn’t look like real cheese, it was clumpy and flavourless. The Picanya was dry and hard - clearly not seen a grill all day. The skirt steak was adequate, but again not freshly made. The portions were very small and the price was very high - we left paying close to $50 (880 pesos) for this. It was a meal we were really looking forward and the reviews were positive. I hope someone like me reads this review before choosing this restaurant.
