Hemos ido a comer y hemos salido encantados. Croquetas de jamon y croquetas de cabrales, cecina, cachopo y de postre tarta de queso. Todo esto para compartir, porque en este bar se comparte todo y es genial! Nos ha encantado y el precio muy bien, calidad precio espectacular. Destacar el cachopo, buenisimo.

Vinimos con expectativas altas al recomendárnoslo mucha gente y aún así se superaron. Los productos de muy buena calidad y con mucho sabor. A destacar las vieiras y la tarta de queso, simplemente espectacular! Lo recomendamos 100%. Aunque vinimos sin reserva, es aconsejable llamar con antelación para reservar porque se llena.

Comimos tres con cuatro platos: El tomate aliñado, muy bueno. Las croquetas variadas también. El cachopo y la cecina, impresionantes. El precio muy correcto. Muy recomendable, volveremos.

La fama que tiene es más que merecida, nuestras expectativas eran muy altas y he de decir que se cumplieron holgadamente. Estábamos de ruta ciclista por la zona unos amigos, estuvimos tiempo preparando el viaje, y La Sidonería era uno de los sitios que queríamos conocer. Indudablemente acertamos. Si quieres afinar el tiro, la reserva es obligada, puedes no tener sitio. Nosotros reservamos con bastante antelación. Nos ofrecieron cenar en la sidrería o en la terraza, lo hicimos en la terraza. Local peculiar, pequeño, acogedor, decorado con una espectacular colección de sifones, y terraza con una mayor capacidad. Todo lo que tomamos estaba buenísimo, además de bien presentado y explicado. La tabla de quesos, con su protocolo y orden para degustar cada veriedad. La tarta de queso ¡ESPECTACULAR! Nos quedamos con ganas de pedir más platos, pero no por habernos quedado con hambre, al contrario, por probar más delicias. Platos bastante generosos y a precio bastante razonable. Las mesas un poco pequeñas, pero como traen los platos muy ordenadamente caben bien, los que tienen que estar un poco más ajustados son los comensales. Son gente muy agradable y amable, muy atentos, nos trataron igual que si fuéramos de casa de toda la vida. Están muy pendientes de si está todo bien, en todo momento. Muy muy muy recomendable.

El mejor restaurante para comer en Cangas de Onís. Todo está espectacular, pero la fabada y el cachopo son increíbles. Además, son muy amables.

Si no es el mejor de Cangas de Onís se queda cerca,se come muy bien,precios adecuados a la calidad y cantidad,y el personal muy amable y profesional. Sin lugar a dudas recomiendo visitar este restaurante si estás por la zona,por qué está todo buenísimo.

Ambiente único y buen sabor Sifonería Lo Celso combina un local con encanto y una propuesta gastronómica interesante. Platos sabrosos y bien elaborados, aunque sin ser extraordinarios. Ideal para disfrutar de una comida tranquila y diferente.

Visita obligada en Cangas. El dueño un máquina, súper agradable y atento; los camareros también. La ensalada de pera y queso espectacular, las croquetas variadas muy ricas y el revuelto de oricios nos sorprendió mucho, muy muy rico. Y de postre arroz con leche, poco caldoso pero perfecto de sabor. Nos quedamos con ganas de probar más cosas, repetiremos en nuestra próxima visita.

This is a very popular restaurant, and for very good reason. The food is excellent and the emphasis on sharing dishes makes it feel incredibly homely and communal. The staff are warm and welcoming and there's always a pleasant, buzzing atmosphere. It's worth booking in advance because the restaurant is always busy. There are frequently queues of people trying to get a table at the last minute!

Excellent range of sharing dishes (everything designed to be shared in the middle of the table), particular stars are the cheeses (both savory and the sweet cheesecake), the fabada and the solomillo. If you're particularly adventurous you'll love the mollejas or the callos too they're both top notch. But really everything is delicious and it's the nicest vermut in town, has a lot of character as a venue and plenty of outdoor space (with cover). Also fantastically reasonably priced. Hard recommend if you are in town!

Excellent traditional Asturian dishes that delight the palate. The Fabada was so flavorful with beans that melted in your mouth. The red peppers filled with rice were delicious. The cheese torte for dessert was a sweet finish to the lunch. Including a glass of the excellent house vermut and a glass of wine each, the check for the two of us was 44.10€. The outstanding meal was well worth the cost.

We went for a light lunch (didn’t want Cachopo o Fabada although they looked amazing), so instead had the Cold Cheese & Embutidos, Cecina Tuna and Red Peppers and the Variety Croquetas. An excellent choice and probably the best lunch in Asturias. All local ingredients, the Cabrales cheese and croquettes were amazing. The bread hot and Soft and great. Highly recomiendes and should make a reservation.

Fabulous! Very cozy, home-like atmosphere. Very helpful and friendly staff. But the food is where this place shines. It was exceptional! We loved La Fabada and the Cabrales/pear/walnut salad, and also the arroz con leche for dessert. We would absolutely return, and it is our highest recommendation in Cangas de Onis.

Highly recommended! Very warm atmosphere, great service, and delicious food! All dishes served to share, like Spanish tapas. Excellent experience! For 3 adults and 1 kid, we ordered salad, zamburiñas, croquetas, merluza, tortilla, and carillera, which was spectacular. In the end, we ordered 3 desserts, which maybe was too much, but very tasty. We shared an ordered of traditional croquetas and spinach croquetas. We accompanied it with Sidra Let me tell you about those spinach croquetas, lets just put it this way i had to come back for the rematch, they are the Best!!! In few words • One of the best places to eat in Cangas. Very tasty food, amazing service and perfect presentation. Like most restaurant in the region you have the typical heavy food (meat and stew and cheesy tapas) but also some lighter stuff like veggies and chicken. Correcto, pero sin más ​Un sitio decente en el centro de Cangas si no quieres dar muchas vueltas. El local es pequeño y con ambiente de taberna. ​Probamos el "asadillo de pimientos", el puerro relleno, aunque ponga en la carta puerros rellenos (es 1) caro puerro; y el pollo macerado; raciones escasas para lo que esperábamos asique nada sorprendente. La tarta de queso rica, aunque muy común.

Sitio con mucho rollo. Parada obligatoria en Cangas de Onis. Probamos todas las croquetas y la que más nos gustó fue la de cabrales, muy rica. Los puerros increíbles y la fabada también rica. Gran variedad de cervezas y el vermú obligado. El cachopo no lo probamos pero tenía pintaza, la próxima lo pediría.

No le ponemos 5 estrellas porque ha sido una sorpresa encontrarnos con que en la carta no venía el iva. A la hora de pagar hemos visto que se ha incrementado la cuenta y es por eso, porque en los precios no estaba puesto el IVA. Los precios un poco caros. Pero la comida, el servicio y el ambiente muy buenos.

Lovely traditional restaurant with amazing regional dishes. We tried ofcourse the Fabada (white bean casserole) This may well be the most famous dish in Asturian cuisine. The main ingredient is fabes, which are large white beans, cooked with what is known as compango, a mix of different meats such as pork belly, chorizo and morcilla.and the Cachopo. This is a meaty delicacy, consisting of two veal or beef steaks filled with cheese and a slice of ham

Small place with great service and attention in to details (clean tables and menus, music, Sider purring etc). We had croquettes, cachopo and a cheese cake for dessert. The croquettes was good and not oily. The cachopo was good but enormous - it easily could be a dish for four people. We couldn't finish it. Sometime a big dish is not an advantage, there was lack of proportions.I think if they had did it smaller it was much better. The cheese cake was light, soft and was a good finish for this havey dinner.

The place itself is really small with barely 4 tables inside. Outside they have a big terrace with many tables. Inside is super nicely decorated with siphons (this is where the name comes). As far as the service is excellent and the food is good but is completely overpriced. They take advantage of this villa which is super tourist to charge 40% more than other places. We can have exactly the same quality of food or even higher at any other place much cheaper.

Nos pedimos el cachopo pensando que teníamos de sobra para dos por el precio (31€) y todo lo contrario. De sabor estaba bueno pero venía crudo, algo frío y en comparación con el precio... Un abuso, bastante pequeño y escaso. Hay mil sitios mejores en Cangas para pedir un buen cachopo. Además, nos pusieron sidra DOP sin preguntar por 4,30€... El sitio más caro donde la he pagado en Asturias. No lo recomiendo.

Las croquetas de cabrales , les falta bastante cabrales , las vieiras están buenísimas y el cachopo , sinceramente deja que desear , el jamón ibérico es de cebo , es decir … No vale 29 euros , es para vale15 o 18. Le faltaba sabor .

Menudo robo a mano armada. Seis trocitos de solomillo 23 euros. La comida no está mala, pero me parece desorbitado el precio. Te pone que todos los platos son para compartir. Un solomillo triste con 7 trocitos para compartir??? De coña. Te quedas con hambre en general. No lo recomiendo. En total 40 pavos por una ensalada y esos trozos de solomillo.

Sinceramente no puedo entender estas valoraciones, llegamos a este restaurante por ellas y ha sido uno de los mayores fiascos que hemos tenido. Hemos pasado bastante frío porque el local es muy pequeño y no paraban de abrir y dejar abierta la puerta, había gente que tuvo que comer con el abrigo puesto. Otra sorpresa fue la carta, las opciones no eran nada atractivas y además era todo para compartir, cosa que te da a entender que las raciones son bastante grandes, pero nada más lejos de la realidad. Pedimos unas croquetas cuyo interior estaba aún más frio que el propio local y un cachopo con patatas que de no haber sido por el aceite viejo y requemado al que sabían ambas cosas podría haber estado decente pese a su tamaño ridículo y el queso crema en el relleno que aún no entendemos, 31€ de cachopo, en otros sitios de 10 te comes un menú chuletón por ese precio. No nos atrevimos a pedir postre después de todo.
