I tried the Taco Loco (Doritto shell) I know it's fast food, but I think I could have eaten ten of them. They are scrumptious! Service was a little slow, but in their defense, they were very busy, I can see why. 👍

The last time I came here the customer service was pretty average. I felt like the employees in it really want to be there but at least the food was made good. Taco Bell is always a 50-50 chance of either being delicious or tasting horrible. At least I get the food part right

Such a great selection of food here. I love the steak quesadilla, and Doritos locos tacos. Also Baja blast is the best drink on the market! Perfect to satisfy your late night cravings, and a good place to get breakfast if you get up early enough.

Cowabunga! I’m sorry… MEXICANS MAKE PIZZA NOW? Holy CHRIST! Yep… and it’s good too. I come to this restaurant quite often to procure a late night Mexican Pizza as well as a myriad of other faux-Mexican food items. Ever heard tell of a crunch wrap SUPREME? Well… they got THAT here and it’s rather divine (aside from the queso 🤮🤮🤮🤮). This restaurant also happens to carry QUESADILLAS (chicken, steak, other meats, etc.), these are delicious as well and are made with the most scrumptious sauce! It’s simply a flavor explosion! Yum! The best part about this place is that it closes at 2 AM! Holy crow! You have a HUGE window of opportunity each day/night to EAT this establishment’s FOOD!

I absolutely love taco bell. This spot has never failed me. It's pretty straight forward, order online or the drive thru or the counter and get exactly what you ordered. Please don't stop doing what you're doing cause you're doing it right.

My daughter LOVES Taco Bell!!! We visit here quite a bit. But, it's usually her father and her who go get the food or eat there and bring something back for me. We usually get good food. It's just once in awhile when they screw up our order. We either are missing an item or two or something was made wrong or they repeat the order back correctly but when we receive our order something is missing. And upon reviewing the receipt, we see they never charged us for it. So, I mean, it's not too bad. We still come to many Taco Bells upon our daughter's wishes.

There is a chill kid who is always taking orders and handing out food. He was grinding at midnight before thanksgiving. He’s so chill and nice and is probably very good at call of duty. He’s an absolute king and is the reason i frequently attend this taco bell. it’s 12:18am (it closed 18 minutes ago) and he’s still grinding out orders in the drive thru like angel he is. It's good to have a variety in fast food, less you get tired of the taste and not visit there for an extended period. It happened to me. A little dirty what do you expect when school is around the corner! Great service from the brunette working the drivethru, very fast and professional. She was great and patient 👍 received 3 different orders and told her it would be okay with whatever we got. She got the 20+ items correct and lots of napkins and hot sauce!

They let us walk through the drive-thru at midnight and we got our tacos very quickly. Tasted great too

This Tacobell always seems to have the food done right but maybe a littke less food. It has a weird smell in around the building, like sewer or septic. Tacosmell?

Fast service. There is a lady that works here that is wonderful. I hadn't seen her since the pandemic started. When I saw her a few days ago she had the biggest smile. She remembered me before the pandemic hit.

Went back to basics with a taco supreme and burrito supreme. They made me a big one (burrito). Tasty. Mom had her favorite taco salad. Went through the drive thru. Didn't take them long. Service with a smile.

Only gone here to the drive through, the ones that work it are pretty friendly. Food is pretty much what you would expect, but is it me or did all locations up the salt content? Wish they would pull back on that, but still a go to for price point.

Overall, this is a standard taco bell. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was that the drive-thru is too small. My OEM stock crew cab pickup truck tire and rim rubbed on both sides to make it through the drive-thru. Having learned that lesson the hard way, I always dine in or go in and grab a to-go order vs the drive-thru. If you drive a larger vehicle, suggest you do the same to avoid an potential vehicle damage.

I love Taco Bell ... easy dinner when you have time constraints. I usually use the drive through, and it's 50/50 chance that they've forgotten to place an ordered item in my bag. I now ask them to check before I leave the window. I will say they are pretty good about customized orders (i.e., asking for no onions or adding letuce).

We received our food fast!! But maybe the cashier was new or needed more training. Had to repeat my order 3 times and then went back to the counter to ask for my drink cup that she forgot to give me.

I always use the drive thru at this location. Never had any problems with my order, be it accuracy or anything else. The crew working is running a pretty standard show, but they seem to be a fast working crew. All the food is pretty standard of what Taco Bell is, so if you like that and expect it, you got it. 5/5 Stars

Staff always seems to add the more expensive add on's rather than the base. Like nacho cheese, instead of grated cheese, whole sausage patties rather than crumbles, etc. App costs vs. actual costs always are off by dollars vs. change.

It's Taco Bell, you know what you're getting yourself into! Food is consistently Taco Bell! I like it and I know you do too. 3 stars for this location as they tend to be stingy with the hot sauce. When I say a lot of FIRE sauce, I mean a lot!!!! Don't act like you're going to grab a bunch and pull out 3 packets.... Is your hand the equivalent to a TRex arm? Not much to say about Taco Bell. I visited this location a few times using the drive thru and had no issues with my order. The speed of assisting customer through the drive thru could need some improvements.

Took forever for someone to greet us. But once we placed our order they were quick. Food was good.

The food is cheap and good. It used to be better, but the food had been losing quality over the years. The taco shells and burrito tortillas get stuck to the paper. The flavor of the food has also declined.

The staff inside closed and locked the doors to the lobby while we were inside. They told the doordashers to go through the drive through that was wrapped around the parking lot. They also were laughing about it saying it wasn’t their problem. Took half an hour to get two Mexican pizzas and a burrito.

In my experience at this location… The a.m. and afternoon shift staff is absolutely phenomenal. However, on this specific occasion, with the late night shift, staff was extremely unattentive, rude, and dismissive. If you do visit this location, do your best to avoid the late night shift.

The do ok work. I found water spots on my car. Not to mention they have a bad disposition in not telling you that your car is ready for pickup. Instead they leave the driver's door wide open while they go on to the next car. Unless service improves I can only give Three stars.

This place is usually pretty busy. It's not unusual to see 10+ cars in line through out the day since dinning room is closed. They seem understaffed during the peak hours of the day & the speed could be a bit faster.

The food is alright, if the order even come out correctly. They have forgotten items every time I go. Everything is small, they don't make the burritos big enough. Nothing "fast food" about this place, it takes forever to get your food.

Pretty much automated ordering now. Drive through still great and quick. Stingy with the sause packets.

Staff was friendly. I ordered a bunch of food in the drive thru. No hassle quick and easy. They only thing i disliked was the quality of the food. Some taco shells tasted stale and the beans were not very good. Everything else nachos, and other tacos tasted where they should be.

Really, I wouldn't eat here if there were more late night options in Canyon Country. While their food is about what you would expect from taco bell, they often skimp on the ingredients, so that you end up with a lot of tortilla and not that much inside. I give them two stars instead of one just for being around and open late.

My son had been craving Taco Bell, so I stopped at this one as it was more convenient on my way home from work, and is closer to home than the one on Bouquet Canyon. I ordered a Beef Quesarito, no chipotle no sour cream. Another Beef Quesarito no chipotle, 1 chips and cheese, 5 crunchy tacos and a Beef Supreme Burrito. The time on the receipt indicated 7:13 PM. They were not busy at all. 2 people ahead of me and one after. A few car in the drive thru. The 2 ahead of me received their order. The woman who was later identified as the manager, told the employee's they needed to show a sense of urgency. (I thought about this on the way home, and wondered why she didn't show any urgency. We had made eye contact several times while I was waiting for my order.) The woman after me received her order. There was a man who walked up to the counter from behind me who was wearing a Taco Bell jacket. The employee who took my order had returned after several minutes and inquired if I was still waiting for my order. I told him yes, and he told the manager. I heard her say it wasn't on her screen. He asked me for my receipt. He took it to the other side of the line and informed me they would make my order right now. I asked him to make sure the quesarito's were made correctly as ordered. The manager had walked away and met with the man who was wearing a Taco Bell jacket. At 7:36 pm, they brought out my order and I asked which quesarito was which. They showed me how it was marked. The 2 employee's apologized and said they included a couple coupons for a free taco and an order of cinnamon twist. I thanked them and went home. At no time did the manager ever approach or say anything to me, When I got home, my son noticed his quesarito did not have the cheese sauce, nor did my wife's. I call the location and informed another female employee and informed her of the missing cheese sauce. She apologized and asked if I could come back. I informed her not tonight, She took my name and said to come by when I could. I asked for her name, and it was not the same as what I was told the manager's name when I was at the location earlier.

At 9:45 PM I got in line, the 2 people who were there before me left saying they were going to Del Taco, there were probably 4 Uber pickups while I waited in line 15 mins to order at 10:04 and then it took another 15 mins for 2 tacos & an Enchirito. There were 6 people behind the counter, they locked the doors at 10 and 2 people asked me to let them in because their orders were wrong. Then an Uber driver waiting there for 25 mins who continued to ask about her pick 3x asked "what's that pickup order? They said that's yours..... It was cold and was sitting there the whole time she was waiting.🤯😠🥴

Usually makes order wrong and forgets items. Did not receive a crunchy taco last week, told them about it today, girl at the window said it was in the bag and it wasn't. Called and they brought out 2 tacos for the trouble. Get home, realize they gave me a chicken quesadilla instead of a cheese one. Called and the manager doesn't seem very apologetic at all. They need more competent employees. I usually get my items replaced the next time I go, but my orders are simple and should not be messed up pretty much every time I go A year later and apparently they can even mess up a cheese quesadilla. Tortilla, cheese, sauce. It's not that hard!! And this has happened on more than one occasion. Not only did my quesadilla not have the creamy jalapeno sauce (literally the main reason i even go there) i asked for extra on the side and they gave me spicy ranch 🤦‍♀️🙄

I have been going to this Taco Bell for decades. I ordered two Taco salads. I received the smallest taco salads I've ever bought at a Taco Bell. When did they miniaturize the taco salad. I wasn't notified, I would have never bought this thing, it used to be a decent size and would satisfy your appetite. The new shell is considerably smaller and there was about one-third the usual amount of food in it. Like I said I've been going there for not years but decades, if I want fast Mexican food I will go to Del Taco far more Superior than Taco Bell.

I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with extra cheese and add sour cream. I believe the extras were 70¢ each, which seems a bit high. Also for some reason they added extra onions to it which after 2 bites made the burrito inedible. The drive thru moved fast and they were friendly, but I just couldn't eat my food, and I couldn't go back as I left town and don't live in Santa Clarita.

Always love Taco Bell! Definitely my guilty pleasure. This Taco Bell unfortunately is such a disappointment. It’s dirty on the inside and the drive through is slow. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for them to make the fiesta potato side and the car in the drive through behind me was honking. The attendant at the drive through asked me if I still wanted to wait or if he could just give me an extra burrito instead, but I decided to wait. Once I got home, the potatoes were no where to be found, and the majority of the food was cold. What was the point of making me wait?

Rush Rush Rush, every time I go through the drive-thru here they Rush the order at the speaker " anything else?" After every single item... YES!! something else I have 4 kids How about you wait for me to say that's it.Then they shove the bag through the window and ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS forget or leave out at least one item. Went today with the kids and spent over 40 dollars they forgot 2 items after I asked the lady at the window was everything in the bag, she assured me it's all there. Forgot the Mexican pizza, burned the quesadillas, my Supreme burrito was only beans meat and cheese?! Then I get home and realized they left out the Supreme Taco too! Tried to call the location and the line is constantly busy, guess they don't want to hear how terrible their service is. Clever customer service work around. Can SOMEONE PLEASE OPEN A NEW TACO BELL IN CANYON COUNTRY?! or get a manager that can actually manage this place. I would boycott this place but my kids love taco bell and it's the closest one. Guess we'll be ordering inside every time now. Prices go up and service goes down... hard!

This place is horrible I got a breakfast wrap and specifically asked 3 times no meat in the sandwich. When I get home I realize that they put bacon in my food. I don't eat pork and these guys had bacon all in it. I was so mad that I called to speak to someone. The manager I forgot her name she was a Hispanic lady very rude asked me to come back and she will change it. I live 15 minutes away and have a 3 month old that was out of the question. I simply asked to have my name taken so that next time they could make it up to me. SHE LAUGHED AND SAID IF I CANT COME THEN IT PROVES I WAS A LIAR. SERIOUSLY THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR PATRONS. Very poor drive-thru service after 10pm. They get easily overwhelmed at night your order will be wrong and the line will take around 30 minutes.

Went in this evening. The place was absolutely filthy. Dirty tables, dirty floor, nothing stocked, trash all over by the soda fountain, absolutely disgusting. I had to wait 5 minutes just for someone to help me then the cashier had to wait for the lazy manager to get change for him. Not going back there again.

Bought a chalupa meal and after informing them there was barely any meat of vegetables in my chalupa, they gave me back the same chalupa. Manager tried to argue with me about it. The food should match the advertisement, it shouldn't be an obvious bait and switch.

very disappointed with the service I received today from your restaurant. I went thru the drive thru and when I got home I realized they did not give me the drink (order was for my wife). When I went back the girl took my receipt and asked me what the drink was supposed to be. I told her Dr. Pepper which I found out when I got home she gave me Root Beer instead. On top of that she did not give me the receipt back and when I asked for it she had no knowledge of what she did with it. She then gave me 2 receipts out of a trash in the dining room none of which were mine. I hope this gets straigtened out before my next visit!

Horriable service, burritio ordered fell apart on first bite , long wait for food while employees gossiping among customers/friends , place had no napkins , they had a roll of paper towels on counter for a temporary fix . nothing like eating somewhere, where the staff needs a babysitter , overall poor experence will not even think abiut going to this dump again.

Line is so long every one fights to get in the line ahead of you. There food is so chintzy my 5 layer burrito only had one layer and as far as beefy I would have to say where’s the beef. Taco’s barely had any meat. I’m sad since this is the only one around us.

I've been buying food from Taco Bell since the 1960s when they first opened in California and they've changed a lot since then some good and some bad !! But I've always been able to walk up to the counter and order a BEEF Burrito without having to jump through 20 hoops to get one !!!! NOW it seems that in order to order a BEEF burrito which the counter service person says is no longer on the menu one has to order a BEEF and BEAN Burrito without the beans in order to get a BEEF Burrito . What the hell is the matter with you people at Taco Bell ? Really a BEEF and Bean without the bean to get a beef burrito . Now it seems that if you order a combo meal with a drink they seem to be out of large cups and you have to ask for the discount or they still charge you full price .

This location is always closed at 10pm if corporate can change their online times that be helpful for a lot of guest. Cones in the drive through doesn’t say much other then we don’t want your service and we’re just trying to go home.

Place was filthy! Grease and garbage all over all the tables. Food was nasty. Smallest amount of meat I've ever gotten at a taco Bell, so you can imagine. Workers were busy visiting their "homies" crossed the counter, which I wouldn't care if the food was even decent. My burrito supreme was tiny, like a joke. I thought I was on one of those reality shows for a minute.

This has to be the worst taco bell. They have a bunch of kids working there and they just don't care about people's orders. Every time I have gone there or ordered from there my order is always screwed up, then when you try to confront them about your messed up order, they give you aditude. I am done with this taco bell. I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint with them as well. This taco bell unfortunately gives the other ones who actually care a bad name. This taco bell needs to be closed or re-evaluated for new management who can actually bring this taco bell back to the way most of them are.

I’m a Taco Bell fan, though I give 1 star for poor quality from this franchise. I ordered veg pizza with black bean, they filled it with beef. Missed an item from my order. In spicy potato soft taco the potato was hard.

I normally don’t bother to leave good or bad reviews anywhere but i came here with my husband and order a few things only to realize they forgot some of my order. This was so upsetting bc i was craving it and literally spent the last of my money on it. I also ordered a large drink and got a smaller size. While I have always loved Taco Bell. Great memories as a kid, haven't been there in awhile. We decided to go in so we could look up at the menus on the wall. Hmm no menus on the wall, no employees to greet you and a giant nearly empty seating area. But yes, two large electronic self check out monitors. We ordered, sat in the quiet dining area and waited. We just watched the line of drive thru cars keep going by and food for deliveries being picked up. Wow. Taco Bell might as well shut down the seating area and have drive thru and pick up windows only. Yay for that minimum $20 an hour.

Went there last month, took 45 minutes to get through the drive thru, including 20+ minutes from the order to get to the window. Terrible service. When I complained to corporate, some lady named Irma Perez claimed to offer me a $20 gift certificate for my troubles, but of course never followed through and I never saw it. Poor service, shady management and rude employees. It’s actually kind of amazing how far this store has gone downhill in recent years. They lost a loyal regular customer and obviously couldn’t care less. If I were you I would avoid this store like the plague and go to the one on Valencia Blvd instead.

The drivers I have texted have said that the drive thru is busy, but over an hour is absolutely ridiculous. The phone line is “currently busy” no matter when I call. Absolutely ridiculous.

The turn over rate here is so high they don’t even have a staff member that can fold burritos. I’ve been a regular at several Taco Bell’s across LA as I’ve moved around the last few years and this location is by far the WORST. My husband requested no lettuce and I think the person didn’t realize at first and tried to scoop off what they could and left dozens of broken chunks of lettuce in his beef. My burrito was literally a taco with half cooked rice. The management of this location needs to seriously be looked at. I don’t know what yall are doing to your workers to make them leave so fast you can’t train any new ones. I get that it’s fast food but our order was still $40 and to have it all be practically inedible in THIS economy where that meal was 2 hours of work. Not cool to treat your customers or employees like this.

I have to say this taco bell is ran really bad they don't care of you eating inside. They worry more about the mobile orders and drive thru orders first. . People inside the restaurant have to wait more than 15 mins for there food. It's ridiculous. Coorparate should close this store.. and then the workers want to argue with you and say to me that door dash and drive thru are first. And the inside clients have to wait.. it's wrong and I won't be coming back here. Nobody is waiting in dinning room

I used to be a huge Taco Bell fan, every weekend! But ever since I moved to Santa Clarita, this location has totally ruined it for me. Seriously, it's the worst. They never make the food right. My favorite stuff tastes absolutely awful here. Everything's tiny and barely has any filling. Tonight, here’s a pic of my Cantina Chicken Crunchy Taco. I've had it tons of times at other Taco Bells, and it's usually so good. But this one? Flat, hard tortilla, there may have been chicken? (I sure didn’t taste it) and like, two flakes of cheese. I'm not talking about a couple of bad days either. It's always this bad. Something needs to be done about this place. We need another close location that doesn’t suck! ☹️
