Abbiamo pranzato io e mia mamma qui. Focaccia buono, prezzo onesto. Lo spaccio è molto grande e ha un reparto anche per celiaci.

Ottima tappa per una pausa al sabato pomeriggio, abbastanza scelta di dolci e caffetteria, cioccolata fantastica. Se ci fossero più tavoli sarebbe il top, purtroppo lo spazio del locale è un po' ristretto per la consumazione. Ottima idea di offrire anche un'area vendita di prodotti dolciari anche di loro produzione

A truly beautiful bar and sweet shop, with a wide selection! They also sell party favors and children's toys. The parking lot is tiny, but you can use the parking lot in the store further inside. The bar offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and the staff is really friendly. The only drawback is that it's a bit pricey. I recommend it for women's days, Valentine's Day, etc., as they always have lots of great ideas.

I went there for an aperitif; the place is nice and well-stocked. Unfortunately, when they brought the aperitif to the table, the chips weren't stale, but very stale—not very nice for a place like this. Also, recycling products or leaving them to dry out through neglect isn't ideal. The portions were good for the food, but small for the drinks, at least in my opinion.

Unfortunately, I can't give more than 2 stars. On Saturday afternoon, I ordered two Albertengo panettone online. The next day, a very kind woman called me, letting me know that one of the panettone I'd ordered wasn't available. She went out of her way to resolve the issue, offering me a series of alternatives; eventually, we found a solution. To apologize for the unexpected, she sent me two bags of delicious nougat with the panettone, and two more pieces of nougat that I have yet to try, but they look delicious. The only downside, unfortunately, was the packaging. Both panettone arrived squashed; they may be good, but I was truly disappointed as a gift. Perhaps it was an isolated incident, but if not, I hope more attention is paid to the packaging to avoid dissatisfied customers.

Cioccolata buonissima ma cameriera( dirle scorbutica e’ farle un complimento)veramente scocciata a servire i clienti. Mi son trovata una scheggia di vetro in bocca perché il bicchiere era sbeccato chiamo la cameriera e le dico che e’ il caso di buttare il bicchiere perché era rotto e mi son ritrovata la scheggia di vetro in bocca e NEMMENO UNA SCUSA anzi mi ha guardato pure scocciata una vergogna…….Va be si vede che in quel posto lavorano così mai più!!!!!!!

La cameriera che lavorava lì non era all'altezza del servizio. Dato che io e la mia famiglia eravamo di origini straniere, lei faceva movimenti e sguardi inaccettabili e non ricambiava mai un saluto, e non era per niente contenta della mia presenza come se avesse pagato per me.

Terrible experience After ordering "randomly" at the cash register without even a price list, we decided to look for a free table on the veranda. Unfortunately, among so many free tables, we didn't find a single clean one, so to avoid controversy, we cleaned it ourselves. Shortly afterward, our order arrived: two reasonably good flambés and two rather chewy macarons accompanied by tea and a soy cappuccino. And here's the worst part of the experience: the cup of soy cappuccino came with a saucer and teaspoon that were visibly already used and covered in chocolate. As we left, I mentioned this to the cashier, who apologized, but apparently reading other reviews has confirmed that the cleanliness in this place is truly terrible, and I find it pointless to apologize. More attention would be enough.

Absolutely not recommended. We went in and were told we had to order first by paying at the cashier, without even seeing a list, so we just ordered randomly. When it came time to order (Sunday afternoon with 3 degrees outside, a very cold day), they told us the hot chocolate was out and that we had to wait at least 20 minutes, and that it was the twelfth time they'd remade it. Since the sign "chocolate shop" was clearly visible on the window, the fact that the hot chocolate was out and it was the twelfth time you'd remade it is none of my business, you have to organize yourself. So I ordered a hot tea and the waitress brought me a filthy cup. I went to the barista to tell him, and not only didn't he say a word, but he even looked at me dirty and gave me a new one that was dirtier than the last one... EMBARRASSING. To stay away from.

I wanted to drink a latte macchiato. It's really 6:50 PM and they close at 7:00 PM. But I saw people at three tables who still had their glasses full and food on their plates... So it seemed fair to me to be told that it was almost closing time and if I could manage to finish at least once with the customers so that I could be served... Because I don't think you're looking to kick people out on time if they haven't finished what they have in their glasses and on their plates... So most likely in 15 minutes I would have finished my coffee too... That's it... It happens again...

SHAMEFUL I often go there for dessert or just a coffee. Nice place, good service, friendly staff. It's a real shame, in fact I'd like to thank you for the embarrassment you made me make. About ten days ago, I bought some classic Lindor chocolates as gifts (about €30). This evening, as planned, I gave these indulgent treats to the daughters of acquaintances whose house we'd been invited to. The 9-11-year-old daughters thanked me, opened the bag, unwrapped the chocolate, and exclaimed, "Oh, but they're free!" In fact, all the chocolates had the word "FREE" written on them. Totally embarrassing. So, please consider your comments. I'd really love to hear from the owner. Thank you for your reply. They may no longer be around now, but they were! The photos prove it!!!! BUT YOU NEVER MAKE MISTAKES, OR YOU DON'T ADMIT MISTAKES!! All that aside, tell me, should I go to the girls and get their treats back, which they've probably already eaten, or should I take the small amount back home? Are chocolates chocolates with or without the word FREE? The embarrassment remains a embarrassment, and your response proves you're POOR! After my response, we spoke on the phone. Actually, from a company like Quaranta, I would have expected a different kind of response, but... Gentlemen are born, not made. As you admitted your mistake... on the phone, you could have admitted it publicly in your response, and look, since making mistakes is human, I would have removed the review immediately.
