The young lady cashier on Wed 05-22-24 in the drive-thru later at night actually seemed to enjoy being courteous, helpful, and patient. This is our first stop off frwy at this KFC with frequent trips to/from MX. I would go back there just because of that cashier. Also, they took a car in drive through right at the last minute before closing! Kudos to them, because most similar establishments want to stop serving 10 minutes prior to closing these days.

Long wait, didn't have dark meat chicken, the bowl I ended up ordering only had 5 small pieces of chicken in it.

I ordered a 2 piece meal, white meat, original recipe, with mashed potatoes and coleslaw as my sides. You can never go wrong with the original recipe. The chicken was tender and flavorful, cooked right. The slaw was crunchy and flavorful. The mash was creamy with that nice, savory gravy. The drive-through and service was a bit slow, however, cashier was kind and attentive and was pleasant, which made up for it.

I have been getting chicken from a different chain for a while now, but I was walking by KFC and craved a biscuit and gravy. It was good but smaller and less fluffy than the other place. Too many of the chicken items had bones and skin which don't suit my fancy.

She gives you the total snatches your money and then shove your food to you. Had a bad experience with her inside as well always seems to have an attitude. Work on your customer service and cleaning the place up and you'll be a five-star place

The wait times I regularly experience in this drive-through are insane. It truly boggles the mind that sometimes you just sit for 15 damn minutes... not moving, no-one ordering... don't know if all the employees head in to the walk in fridge to smoke a joint or what. But it's crazy.

Today I went to order 12 pieces of original chicken, everything was normal, when I was almost finishing dinner we noticed something strange on the plate, it was a worm, this was the most disgusting thing you can find at your dinner. I went back to the store to ask for my money back and the general manager was rude when I told her to be careful with her food, I hope I don't have health problems and have to go to the hospital.

This is the first time I had a bad experience at a KFC branch. The place was messy and disorderly. All the tables were dirty and some of the chairs were dirty with food crumbs. The restroom was really unkempt. The trash was overflowing with garbage with some of them already on the floor. The customer service was terrible too. We bought a bucket meal and was only given 4 small sachets of ketchup. And when we asked for some more we were only given 4 more. We asked for water cups for water and was commented rudely by a staff that it was only for water. That's basically why we asked for water cups in the first place.

I said ok no problem can I get a refund on the drink portion. And she said sorry no there is no discount on that. She then proceeded to say next guest and that was the end of it. The other employees in the back were just looking up front at me with a blank stare, no initiative to assist. Unacceptable service.

We love KFC, its always busy so other people obviously love it too. I’m glad it has survived staying open through the pandemic since many other local restaurants did not. Unfortunately its service and food are struggling, not sure if the employees hate working there but they are mean and rude, and the food you can tell is poor quality and just not the same. Colonel Sanders would be embarrassed of the rock hard biscuit I got today, and the watery mash potatoes. 😖 I hope someone in corporate reads this and fixes the issue, so we can get back to delicious food and happy service like before.

This was the worst KFC I ever had! To start, the service was extremely slow. I walked in. Apparently I should have gone through the drive through because they had no problem getting their orders quickly. My main gripe here is the quality of the chicken. I ordered the family meal which isn't cheap. When I eat KFC, I expect the KFC special recipe flavor that I've been accustomed to since I was a little boy, 40 + years ago. This chicken had almost nonflavor. It was Like they forgot the special seasoning. I'm so disappointed. It will be a long time before I think about trying KFC again. The saying that comes to mind is, all good things come to an end. Something I see all too often. Sad.

Long wait bad service. Saturday pulled up to the drive up line at in 5:50 ordered at 6:05 got food at 6:35 ..pay window was closed ...waited a total of 45 minutes..they forgot the gravy for the mashed potatoes...been a regular customer... called manager ...very disappointed...they lost a good customer today....I would avoid this location if I were you! I counted 3 people visible working on a Saturday night! I live and work here this should never happen.
