Great sandwich! Loved the bread options & fresh ingredients. Large variety of chips & drinks. And the establishment was clean.

Decided to branch out of my normal BLT or the Turkey BLT. I chose the meatball with French Bread, toasted, of course, and it was AMAZING!!! could barely finish my twelve inch. I will ask for that sub again. The experience was when ordering was friendly, the gentleman that was making our subs. Presented great customer service, even giving me his suggestions for my sandwich. I am satisfied with his recommendations.

I have been here a few times now and am consistently satisfied with their excellent service. The staff is great, the atmosphere is clean and inviting, and the music is always great every time I come in. Oh, and the Sandwiches, of course, are always delicious and well made. A great place to get some lunch and I highly recommend it!

Very friendly staff and quick service. Ingredients were fresh and my family and I enjoyed our sandwiches. My personal favorite is the Cali on squaw, I enjoy it with avocado and extra sprouts. Parking is always available and located conveniently off the 78 freeway.

I absolutely love submarine because it is extremely fresh. All the condiments are always fresh. The bread is extremely fluffy and the meet is freshly cut. What made this visit extremely special was the lady who helped us. Her name was Susie. She was so delightful and a happy energy. She tied this whole experience together. It's refreshing to see happy and great customer service. We felt appreciated and we are full of food. This visit was a success! Please give Susie kudos. 🙏 Thank you Submarine for being the best! Oh and fresh!

I don't know what happened to this Submarina location but the last 3 times we ordered the DOUBLE MEAT (PILED HIGH) French Dip we got what actually looked like half the meat it should have had for a regular order. I love the quality of their food but I will no longer pay $18 for a sandwhich that is supposed to be DOUBLE instead of half!

I just visited this sandwich shop and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience—so much so that my family and I walked out without ordering. This used to be one of my favorite spots, and I even convinced my family to give it a try today. Sadly, it’ll probably be our last visit. When we arrived, the young man working behind the counter didn’t greet us, even after we stood there waiting for about five minutes. He was busy with prep tasks, which at first seemed routine—but what we observed next raised serious concerns. He was refilling the lettuce container, but instead of using fresh ingredients, he picked up loose pieces from the counter and added them to the serving bin. That was questionable, but what followed was worse: he washed his hands quickly, without soap, then put on new gloves. After disappearing into the back briefly, he returned rubbing his shirt and face, scraped debris off the counter with his bare hand, caught it in the other, and dumped it into the lettuce container again. At that point, we told him this was extremely unsanitary. He and another staff member simply nodded and said nothing. No apology, no corrective action. We left immediately and won’t be returning. I hate to leave a negative review, but I can’t recommend this place given what we witnessed.
