Excellent service, awesome beer list. Loved the burger menu, lots of unique flavors going on here including different protein options. Not a fry girl but theirs are fresh cut and seasoned perfectly with some tasty house ketchup.

Very kind and helpful staff. Had the pretzels with cheese, bison mexicali burger no guacamole or lettuce, side of fries. Decent taste, but fairly pricey for what you get.

For a burger place, loved it. Great selection of creative burgers. Fried and onion rings are good. Service was good despite the server being new. Great local and craft beer selection on draft and bottles. Good cocktail selection a well. The appetizers and other entree options were good if you opt out of a burger.

We stopped here after a baseball tournament. The draft beer is ice cold and delicious. I also cannot say enough about the onion rings. If you go here, they are a must try! All of our burgers were cooked perfectly.

We really enjoyed this place, the food was fantastic and the atmosphere was very relaxing and more upscale than most burger places. We had great service and the prices were very reasonable. If your looking for a great Burger with an upscale tilt this is the place for you.

Great spot for tasty and unique hamburgers. They manage to come up with some very unique combinations of ingredients to really provide a burger experience you've never had before. They even have impossible burgers for any vegetarians or vegans out there. I'm not a fan of having to pay extra for fries, but they are exceptionally delicious and their ketchup is some of the best I've ever had. This location is actually quite a bit bigger than it looks on the outside, though it did start to fill up quickly on a Thursday evening.

Super gourmet burgers. These are the best French fries I've ever had and they're crazy consistent. Make sure you get their homemade ketchup, it's fantastic. We've been coming here for years and never had a complaint. Service is good and friendly. Absolutely one of our favorite restaurants.

Visited while on a business trip. Enjoyed the food and the service was great. Our waitress was super attentive.

I like everything about this place. The burgers were juicy and delicious. My onion rings had a savory and crunchy batter. I also enjoy a very delicious and refreshing mocktail, but something so simple as french fries, we’re not fried in clean oil, so they had a dark color and off flavor. Our server did a tremendous job. He was constantly asking us if we needed anything else and did it with class and without interrupting us. In other words, he timely ask, do not to interrupt us in the middle of our conversation. The atmosphere was great. The place is very classy and clean for a burger joint and pretty much for any restaurant, for that matter.

The burger was cooked well and very tasty! We ordered a side of chili cheese fries however and there was a hint of sweetness to them that I didn't particularly enjoy, but my husband did. Nice restaurant and the service was quick!

Great brunch (really a late lunch) option for Memorial Day. Light crowd, no wait, got seated immediately. The friendliest staff. Food and brew options did not disappoint. Great spot for family, friends, or a date. We sat in one of their large booths, which , in my opinion, would comfortably sit at least three people on each side. This place is the goat's. I've been here multiple times, but I'm writing about my first. The photos I include will be of all the places I've been. When my mother took my brother and I here, I was skeptical about this place because I thought, "How in the heck is this a burger place? I kind of felt underdressed when I walked in because of how fancy and stylish it was, but I got over that because it had a refreshing feeling of cleanliness and a calm aura (Restaurant appearance 5/5). The menu was a huge surprise for me. It had many options, which were good for people who don't eat meat, etc., and you know a restaurant is doing something right if your mouth starts watering while reading the menu. I had chosen to customize my burger; my mother chose a impossible burger; and my brother had two things: a chicken sandwich and I think some sort of spicy burger. (Dessert 5/5) After we ate, we moved on to dessert. My family all ordered what I think it is called bread pudding, with vanilla ice cream and drizzled caramel and pecans. The warmth of the pudding and the creamy cold ice cream work so well together, and I recommend getting the pecans on there. The crunch brings everything together. Everyone should try this place at least once.

We loved BRU's! It was a last minute dining decision mostly because it was only a half mile from our hotel and it was snowing. Everything was perfect. We were seated quickly to a nice cozy table in the back. I would definitely describe the atmosphere as warm and inviting. We started with the Bru Board and I am still dreaming about the Pimento Cheese, which was the best I ever had. My hubby had the Mexicali burger with onion rings. I didn't try the onion rings because I could tell he was enjoying them too much to share. I didn't try his Mexicali burger because it would be impossible to eat without getting all over myself. He gave it a thumbs up. I had the garlic three cheese burger which was heavenly and...not messy. I would order it again if I went back. Last of all, I love Cosmopolitans and when I saw a pear Cosmopolitan, there is no way I could resist. It was so refreshing, yet the perfect cocktail for a snow night. I will probably not be in Carmel, Indiana again and my biggest regret will be not dining at Bru's Burgers again. The total bill for everything I listed plus an ice tea and tip was $86.91.

BRU Burger Bar has been named with the honor of having the best burger in Indiana. Our experience helped to convince us it's true. Add to that stellar service and atmosphere, and you have the makings of a perfect lunch. Oh, and a great friend and a tasty Bloody Mary. The Bourbon burger was delicious, as was the Garlic three cheese burger. Perfection indeed.

We really enjoyed our experience at BRU! Our server, Hailey, was attentive and friendly. She was more than happy to check with the kitchen to make sure my food was free of my allergens. The food was excellent! You must get the BRU Board if you go. It's a charcuterie board well worth the price. We also enjoyed the fresh burger and salad. Both were clearly made with high quality ingredients. The large size salad is no joke! Drink selection was nice. My husband had a beer and I got the pear cosmo. Both were cold and delicious. I would very much recommend this place for a night out.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Their customer service is out of this world! Kind, courteous, helpful, and patient are a few things I’d say they are amazing at. They were willing to accommodate me and my family for a wedding rehearsal dinner, and it could not have been any better! The bride and groom looked so happy! The food was fresh, hot and delicious, and the servers were fabulous! Kudos to the cooks! Steve, Kalara, Truman, Jackson & Laura were so helpful and I would definitely recommend this for your next venue if you want it to be a big big hit! Best place for a Black Bean Burger, in my opinion. This restaurant is so beautiful inside. Staff is friendly, food is excellent, and the prices are great.

10 stars for our group of 26 (family reunion) and our first night was at this amazing restaurant. We had the back room and we were very fortunate to have Hailey as our server. I so hope management & ownership acknowledges her incredible hospitality - many of us had separate checks - some had multiple family members on a check. She is a PRO! Outstanding food / greet menu and we all had the best time. Too bad I live in FL!

It was my first time sitting outside, and i loved it. Gave a very warm, cozy feeling. Our weightress was sweet and accommodated my food allergies. I absolutely love this location and will come back soon.

I had the Bru Burger, my wife had the Black Bean Burger and we split the Onion Rings. Delicious. Or waitress, Chloe was delightful, fun and efficient. We plan on returning.

This location of BRU Burger has a little bit of everything. Weather permitting, the outdoor dining is really nice, quiet, and private. Interior dining has a lot of good going on as well. The food is the star and I give the quality 5 stars.

Bru Burger Bar in Carmel never disappoints! The burgers are flavorful, juicy, and perfectly cooked — you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. I especially love the creative combinations on the menu, and the fries are crispy and seasoned just right. The atmosphere is lively but still comfortable, making it a great spot for a casual dinner, date night, or meeting up with friends. Service has always been friendly and attentive without feeling rushed. If you’re in Carmel and craving a really good burger, Bru Burger Bar is definitely worth it. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

Arrived just after 530p. Not too busy. Service was super fast for our orders. I had the Bru Burger, cooked as requested, medium, however I felt the taste of the meat was lost in the sauce. My husband had the Melt Your Face burger, implying spicy hot but he said it really wasn't hot at all but he enjoyed it. I ordered onion rings which were tasty but felt it had to much breading/batter.

🍔 Bru Burger Bar 🍔 🏡🏭🏚🛖 LOCATION - Bud burger is a very fancy and classy restaurant with an array of outdoor and indoor seating. 🙋🏼‍♂️💁🏼🕺✍️ SERVICE - Service was prompt and correct. 🍔🥗🍕🍜 FOOD - For a burger place I must admit that I didn’t enjoy the burger. By the time the burger hit our table the bread was very soggy. The meat was cooked correctly, but the burger was just not very good and it kept falling apart while eating. As well, the cheese, lettuce, and sauce were not evenly spread out amongst the burger (which was not ideal as my wife and I always share meals) 💰💵💲💳 PRICE - Price was EXCELLENT for the quality and quantity of food you receive. You’re looking at $12 - $15 price point for the burger meals with fries. More than fair. 💃🏻🎊🤭🍻 EXPERIENCE - Excellent experience all things considered. The tv’s in the bar area we’re very nice and all the staff was kind and considerate. 🤔 Overall Thoughts - I enjoyed my time at Bru Burgers and would recommend it to friends. I assume that my burger was probably rushed in the back by a single employee who didn’t take much consideration for making it nicely. And it may have sat in the hot line waiting for it to get picked up for several minutes before being delivered which would account for the soggy burger. I’m sure next time will be much better, I’m confident in the success of this restaurant.

I had a good experience here, but my husband had the better experience. We each wanted to try bru burgers for awhile, my husband still rhinks Bru has some of the best gourmet burgers to this day. Both of us ordered our burgers medium well, we tried the oniom rings to try. The onions rinns were huge and you can tell their hand breaded, it doesn't get any better than that. My husband was head over heels with the ketchup, if I'm not mistaken it's the restaurants own recipe so that's one more thing to appreciate. I could taste how well the aoili complimented the Burger patties charred taste. For gourmet burgers and it's own home-made ketchup, they do not disappoint. The service was not bad, we just happen to go on a weekend so it was really busy. If you like a nice gourmet Burger, don't overlook Bru.

Our family has been going to Bru Burger for the last three years since moving to Indiana, and it’s been one of our steady favorites. The food has consistently had great flavor, the seasoning is always on point, and the overall vibe is fun without trying too hard. It’s the kind of spot that works just as well for a quick dinner as it does for a relaxed weekend meal. That said, we’ve noticed a couple changes over time. The burgers themselves seem to have gotten smaller, and the menu selection feels more limited than it used to be. Not deal-breakers, but definitely noticeable if you’ve been coming here for a while. Still, Bru remains a reliable go-to with good food and a comfortable atmosphere. We just hope they bring back some of the variety (and maybe a bit of the burger size) that made it a standout when we first arrived.

We had 6 kids with us all 6 years old or youngerand our waitress was incredible. She took care of us which wasn't easy. Food was good and service was exceptional.

It’s a good option for a casual, no-frills meal. Not a place you go looking for something memorable, but definitely one you can count on when you want something easy and dependable.

Honestly I think i was overcharged but im not worried about it, the overall burger tasted good but i couldn't taste the meat. The soda thru the bar gun wasnt right on Pepsi or mtn dew but the bartender claims that is normal,which isnt the case normally. They are rated 4.5 but i honestly didn't have that kinda experience. Its in a safe trendy area.

“Meh” at best. Beer selection was horrid…please don’t consider Blue Moon and Fat Tire as craft beer…Yes, these were “new-ish” in 2001, but you can literally find these beers at any dive bar. Burgers were ok. Nothing to drive out of the way for.

Went in for dinner as we had before. We got a hamburger and some chicken wings. The hamburger was kind of burnt and had a precooked taste to it. Service was mediocre at best. As far as price it was way over the top for service and quality that we got.

Underwhelming. The bourbon burger had good flavor. The black bean burger was plain tasting and wasn’t heated well. Fries and onion rings were very good but the onion rings were room temp when they came to the table. Usually onion rings burn a hole through your tongue when first served, not at this place. $9 for an ordinary craft beer. I’m not 100% sure the glasses are a full pint. They serve everything in a Pilsner style glass, not pub pints. The atmosphere is very bland. Lots of grey and brown everywhere. The bar is a very nice size but the bar back is boring and dull. Good service and very well staffed. More of a weeknight with the kids place than a date night or weekend treat. Plenty of large tables to seat large groups and families.

Ridiculously priced for an average (at best) burger. Not much different than pretty much every burger restaurant out there at this point. $80 for 3 people is outrageous. One appetizer and 3 meals and non alcoholic drinks.

Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with tomatoes and no ore vegetables and get a burger with no, tomatoes, no bacon, no special sauce and caked with lettuce and pickles on the side! Never make this mistake again!

If you are looking for a cheap good Burger, this is not the place for you. Burger was expensive and tasted like a salt lick. Fries were small pieces and black, not so much burnt but black from old oil in the fryers is my guess.

I have ordered food on 3 different occasions expecting something might change. Nope. They routinely miss adding or removing items requested. Salad: one time missed salad dressing. This time did not remove the croutons. My burger, asked for. No bun (actually chose place on a bed of lettuce). They put it on a bun. I will not be back.
