Long line but definitely worth the wait
I ordered a mandilon (energy Drink) it’s ok but the person who made supposed to put all the monster in my drink instead, he saved some and drink it.. come on!! $6.75 for 1/2 monster, shaved ice, a little chamomile, a tiny piece of lime.. not worth it… don’t drink people’s monster
The horchata de fresa was decent although overpriced. What was disappointing was that the were 2 young ladies and one male working, I had been standing there for a few minutes and no one greeted me. Is not acknowledging your customers an Arizona thing? I waited for the other customers to get their orders, the male cashier just stood in front of the register, I was standing 4ft in front of him, he crosses his arms and looks away …… when I’m standing right in front of his face!!!! I said, “I’m ready.” He said, “What? Oh, ok.” For an overpriced drink I could at least get some basic customer service.
bien sucio it’s so dirty we came when it was calm during the week so it’s not like they had a rush and the guys on their phones as their whole workspace is all messy couldn’t pay us to come back

Ordered 60 order of shakes crujicremas and raspado and they took a lomg time when they gave us the order the crujicremas was missing alot of the ingridients didnt notice till we got home
I brought the family here for a Sunday treat. I've been wanting to stop by bc the outside of the building looks very inviting. When we arrive there's a small child crying non stop, which the little boy was opening new water bottles, and the clerk just put them up front to be sold. After we look at the menu we order. they don't have either of the drinks we ordered. No big deal We then order a sandia loca. Which I was expecting to have cut up watermelon and to my surprise I was served a watermelon shell filled with ice and some juice with a few cut up pieces of fruit that wasn't watermelon, which is so strange considering they had the watermelon on their table for over 5 minutes, were they feeding our watermelon to the crying boy that couldn't be satisfied? There was only two small slices of watermelon in this entire thing and very old tasting fruit We were so disappointed This was our first and last time coming to this location
I paid $10 for canned fruit. Overpriced and not worth it. Just not good at all. Not recommend it.
I ordered two hot dogs and they got both of the orders wrong.
I had a cockroach on my nacho order.This place used to be good. If there is cockroach or pest how clean can your food be. It seem that is no longer family own .I will never buy here again sorry
If there was an option for no stars I would put none. The guy and girl that work there will news up your order and won't do anything to fix it. No one eat there they have horrible service and are rude. No refunds and won't fix your order.
the lady that i was talking to so rude the 1st girl told me she would help me then this girl came up what a horrible person saying she's too busy to help. But yeah she wasn't busy enough to interrupt.
