I always love the people. They always help me even though I am very specific with my orders. The food is always the greatest. The ice cream is the best in the whole world. Plus I can get some of my groceries out the way while I am here. If you have never had a hamburger from this place you are not living. Try it out.

Braum's has the absolute best fast food breakfasts of any place. It's just as good as restaurant breakfasts . The food is excellent quality, you get coffee refills, there's nice music in the background and it's quiet. This is my second favorite location to eat, number one is the Braum's on Fox Avenue off of Interstate 35 . That is actually the oldest Brahms in Dallas , opened in 1976. I would definitely recommend trying that . It is the only Brahms without a drive-thru but great service!

Norris took great care of us when taking our order. He was helpful and polite. Our food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Highly recommend the bacon cheeseburger.

I always got the bag of burgers and assumed braums was of lackluster quality but I went inside for the first time and was nearly blown away. I didn't realize they had a mini grocery store. Their burger meals actually slap ngl. Wish I got those to begin with, my wife loves their Sundays.

We love the food and ice cream here but they are always understaffed. Takes forever for anyone to help you but once your order is taken the food is made super fast and tastes amazing.

Always a delight for my family to eat there and especially for the desserts. I usually get either a single dip or sundae or fancy sundaes and the orange feeze!! The burgers and fries are great as well. This location tends to get busy but I can understand why! If you don't like a crowd, steer clear of their lobby in the evenings of Friday-Sunday!

Braums has one of the best burgers for fast food. Not to mention the shakes and ice cream. The fries are OK, to be good they have to be cooked where they are a little toasty. If they are under done they can be mushy. Today's had a nice golden hue very good.

Breakfast bag of burritos are awesome eggs, sausage, pepper jack cheese (i think) tomatoes and onions, (5) for less than $8, feed some people for a great price. Any burger with crinkle fries!!! And braum's sauce!!! A must as far as I'm concerned.

Braum’s is a solid spot for ice cream. Everything I tried tasted fresh and really good. The prices are fair for what you get, and I left feeling pretty satisfied. I especially liked the fruit yogurt swirl — it was light, tasty, and just the right amount of sweet. They’ve also got a bunch of different ice cream desserts to pick from, so it’s easy to find something you’ll like. Definitely worth stopping by.

This location has been our go to for 10 plus years now. For the first time we tried their fast food - though the chicken was greasy and not fresh, the beef burger was ON POINT! The staff for checkout for both fast food and grocery could have had a better attitude. The two ladies that checked out us for both specifically needs to learn customer service and how to greet customers. Apart from the not so great staff the food was good and the grocery is always stocked. Long time favorite braums. ♥️

Love braums! The ice cream is always delicious and my go to is the mint chip, but don’t forget they have delicious food too! The cheeseburger and fries and fantastic and very affordable. They are friendly there and work quickly to get you your food. I usually only wait 5 min or less for my meal. I enjoy the little grocery store they have there too. It’s helpful for a quick one stop shop. We will absolutely return.

I still love their burgers. Over the years the burgers have gotten smaller and the price goes up. I particular like the grocery store section. Good variety.

One of the best fast food burgers. Their milk and ice-cream (same farm milk) is by far the best. And a good price too. Some of their other self-made stuff is too (muffins and macaroons). Their management, at this location, I feel, are a setback. I find myself watching exactly what they're charging me because they don't care if I want a "combo" without a drink: and will still charge a full combo. One of their cooks is awesome and does things with care. He's a workout buff guy that's down to earth. A couple of others there make looking past their management easier.

Basic burgers and pretty good ice cream. Service was so so. They forgot my order so I patiently waited but had to go check in when I heard numbers way past mine being called. “Sorry our screens turned off.” Soo if it jumps 10 numbers maybe check in on those before you just skip them.

Great burgers, fries, and shakes. New to the area and only been a couple of times, but they are pretty solid. So far they have messed up on the order 2 of 3 visits, so check your bag before you leave, but otherwise a good experience.

Delicious food as usual but the lobby was dirty. Most of the tables were empty but were covered in receipts, napkins or food crumbs.

I love Braum’s. Absolutely love it. The burgers are delicious. The crinkle fries have no competition. The ice cream is the best on earth. And the prices are so much better than their competition. Less than $3 for a double scoop of ice cream?? Who else is doing that? My head not concern is that many of the restaurants are older and in need of a deep clean and some repairs. I don’t mind it, but I could see it turning some away and causing them to miss out on a delicious meal. IYKYK. If you don’t know, give them a try and soon!

The ice cream line took longer than usual, but 2 sundaes, a banana split, and double dip cone for less than $16 was worth it.

They left the grocery counter unattended for good 5 plus mins even if they saw us and old gentleman. The old gentleman smashed the bell and then I had to walk towards the restaurant counter. Otherwise all ok . Big nice location within residence area.

Came in for breakfast during the week. The drive through was a bit busy but the inside was slow. I was greeted as I approached the counter and my order was taken promptly. The food came out timely and was hot. This location is nice and clean. The grocery section was well stocked and organized.

We travel alot and we love ourselves some braums especially because we originate from kansas and have them all around us. The food was great but the service was horrible from the start. It's a bunch of disrespectful kids that ignore you, then rush you while you're ordering. My son went back up there to order something else and the snatched the cash from him and we just rude about it all. Again, food was great but these kids need to learn at least basic customer service. Another thing I would can say they could improve is add in a baby changing station in the bathroom. I had no where to change my baby and had to improvise.

Enjoyed from for both their burgers fries and especially the ice cream. Really enjoy the ice cream. It's always been good. Service is always been well at this location and others as I recall. If you're in the mood for burgers and ice cream it's a great place to go visit.

The servers here are super friendly and kind, but the food is just not up to scratch. Coffee full of grounds and smaller portions compared to other Braums stores.

We frequently go to Braum's. Today I ordered a double hot fudge sundae. As you can see from the photo, they decided to greatly limit their toppings. There is almost no hot fudge. It was in a bag so I didn't realize until after I left. So disappointed.

Well, ice cream... yeah. Always good, but the young staff inside left the overall dining area not wiped down, trash not cleaned up. Person who took our order was good, others not so much.

I hate giving low reviews, because I understand people/places have their off days and that's okay. But tonight when I went inside to order to-go for my family I just had an uncomfortable experience. There was a young man working the counter, and I read off from my phone what I wanted. He seemed confused and after clarifying multiple times for him he finally put in the order. I got the order and saw he forgot an entire chicken strip dinner combo, and 2 sides of fries. I paid for the extra fries which is fine, since he never put them in to begin with. Instead he gave me 2 of the same Cheeseburger combo, which I only wanted one. When I told him what was wrong, he smirked and smiled and just looked at his manager and then pointed at me. Didn't say a word. He made it seem like I was the issue and was practically making fun of me. Didn't apologize. Just laughed. The manager came over and she was very polite and quickly got the Chicken Combo for me. Her, and the taste of the food was the only good thing about my experience tonight. I felt weird about the whole thing and it makes me not want to ever order in person there again. I'm not sure what his issue was, but he probably shouldn't be working the counter unfortunately.

It seems everyone had the same thing in mind, because they were extremely busy and unfortunately short staffed. So much so that no one made time to wipe down the tables in the dining area or work space, but they were working fast to get everyone's orders completed. One gentleman continuously wiped down the counter where you ordered and changed his gloves every time. Our desserts were deliciousness. 😋

Went today for 4 singles and 2 of them were so small. Seemed like half a scoop. They also forgot to add caramel on every single one when I asked for hot fudge and caramel.

I hate to do this but I’ve just never had such a bad experience till today, I’m in the drive thru not sure if the worker was new or not but I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich she then said number 7 or 8 like it’s number 7 the only thing on the menu that is a chicken sandwich if I wanted the club I would’ve said so, but then she asked spicy, grilled or regular, it’s not like I ask for a spicy chicken sandwich from the beginning but it’s all good right. Then she asked would that be the meal or sandwich I said meal please and she said your total is 4.48 like I thought I was about to get a meal for under 5 dollars turns out she never added the meal so I said how about my drink. Anyways long story short I just asked for a spicy chicken sandwich meal with just a large drink but I got large everything sooo and got charged for it woooo hooo

Even though it wasn’t a busy time, the service was slow and there were empty ice cream containers. As for the cleanliness, it’s always messy, so I won’t mention it again.

Visited this location and when we asked to try the ice cream the shift manager Juan told us that he was only going to give us 2 samples. My family and I have been to many Braum’s and have never heard of this, so I asked if it was a new rule. The manager informed us that this was “his rule”. Mind you the place was completely empty and there were three of us. His body language and behavior were really rude, definitely won’t be coming here again.

Have been coming here for almost 20 years. Made it here this evening by 10:38 to simply get a half gallon of chocolate milk. Was rudely ignored by anyone of the people who saw me. I know they have a shut down procedure to end the day but on this night they were not honoring the 1045 close time. Truly a let down.

Going off of my experience with customer service today it would definitely be a one star. New staff has really brought the place down. Miss the old manager! The line wasn’t that long and we waited 20 minutes the customer service was terrible. I’ve been other times but all of the staff looks new and today the workers were laughing and taking breaks. This place definitely needs a wake up call. Won’t be back here again! I witnessed about 4 customers walk out. Ice cream is still my favorite but this location not at all!

This place is consistently dirty, and the employees don’t change their gloves after handling money, adjusting their caps, or touching their faces. It’s really disappointing to see such poor hygiene, especially when they’re handling food. They have 5 employees working drive-thru and 1 person working the inside ice-cream line. At least change gloves.

The pictures were after everything had to be cleaned up... My family got some to-go sundaes, and once they got home, everything was all over the bag as the lids weren't put on completely. What a mess. However, looking at these reviews, it appears the store has been a mess for a while. It's a shame. Might as well spend the money at a grocery store instead.

Maybe Ive simply had bad luck my last several visits but man service and quality has dropped hard. Maybe it’s the new kids they hired but dang no smiling, no hello, orders are wrong and no apology when asked to fix it. I dont ask for anything complicated. I ask for chocolate, I get vanilla. “Excuse me, I had asked for chocolate.” I get a blank stare, they walk away and come back with chocolate followed by more blank stares. No acknowledgement or apology or anything. Today was the final straw before I decided to write this review. Ordered a shake and on my last sip, a piece of plastic in my throat I had to cough. My family visits here twice a week but after this plastic in the food incident? Done. Last week there was a big piece of lint in the burger packaging. Also I noticed the ice cream scoops have been very small (and I don’t mean due to inflation). When I ask to correct this, I get a “can you just leave and not come back?” Kind of look. Also the food counter looks filthy nearly every time we visit. We’ve been going here for some 15 years. The new people hired here just don’t care. I rarely make bad reviews and as said previously, these bad impressions have been happening these last few months, hoping for improvement, but alas, seems to be getting worse. I loved this place, I really did and my family and I have finally decided to affirm that this will be our last visit. Very disappointing.

Went through the drive-thru tonight, it was a long line but went decently fast. I ordered two malts. My wife got halfway through hers before finding a folded up chunk of cardboard in it, about 4 inches square. I'm sure it was an innocent mistake and someone just took the bottom of the ice cream box with the scoop, but it's still a contaminant and kinda gross if you aren't sure what it is. Overall, avoiding this location in the future, unfortunately.

In the drive thru, the order taker did not say hi or welcome to Braum’s, just asked “What can I get you?” The speaker was super quiet and at times could not here the person on the other end. I asked if they had lime sherbet, heard her say yes, and ordered a lime sherbet freeze. I could not understand what she said after that. I pulled to the first window, guy just stick out his hand for payment, never said anything. I pulled to the second window and received an ORANGE sherbet freeze. I told the guy I ordered a lime sherbet and he said it said, “well, it says Orange sherbet.” I had to reiterate that I asked if lime sherbet was available and then ordered lime sherbet having said it twice in the order. He rolled his eyes and asked me pull off to the side and wait. I would not recommend this Braums. They make you feel like ordering ice cream is not a fun thing.

Worst place to go! I was there on a Sunday I had to tell them 6 times what I wanted ended up with the wrong thing anyways. Don’t ask for a malt because the malt powered is added to the top of your drink not blended in and when you ask who the manager is no seems to know but his name is Quentin he is the store manager. Oh and by the way when you do finally get a hold of Quentin he tells you he will replace your order not hey thanks for the heads up this is a training opportunity. He doesn’t care. Customer service is nonexistent there.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Ordered fries and waited over 10 mins to discover no one dropped the fries in the basket for the fryer. There was only one helpful worker and I didn't get his name but the rest of the staff seemed to be in Highschool and just didn't have any customer service skills and were just rude. The tables weren't cleaned off and there was alot of standing around and talking going on when someone could be dropping food in the fryer or cleaning off tables or be polite.

Don't waste your time. I made my order inside, there was nobody inside customer wise waiting on their food. The same guy that took my order didn't make my shake, when he was asked to make my shake for my order he made it and then put it with a to-go order. Only after he was done playing on his phone. I asked for a refund. within two or three minutes the burger and fries were ready. Great job chefs.

I’m very surprised and disappointed with braum’s. I ordered a burger and there were pieces of long hang in the meant. I pulled a long strand out and immediately threw away my dinner.

Decided to try to get food today only to go through drive through and a sign up to come inside due to system down. Got out to go inside only to get to the door to find out that they were only taking cash. Every time I go to this location there is a system issue so I am never able to get food. I ended up having to get Sonic from next door again.

I usually always go to this establishment however yesterday I was extremely disappointed with my service I don’t know what happened with the ice cream but after two tastes of the ice cream I started to notice extreme pain in my stomach, then 30minutes later I was left with a VERY unfortunate surprise that ended up in me rushing to the restroom only to be in there for an hour because the ice cream gave me extreme diarrhea. I ordered a chocolate almond milkshake and the milkshake was so thick I couldn't even drink it. Then on top of that I open up cup And I had a piece of broke cup in milkshake.

Third grade customer service. My kids wanted ice cream so they talking among themselves. Person on counter seems did not like it and he just went somewhere without saying anything. He did not come back for long time. Another person came to the other counter but ignored us and started serving new person. Person from my counter came but then he started helping someone else standing near ice cream bins. Such a pathetic customer service. I will never come back again.

Horrible service! My granddaughter and I waited in the ice cream line for 45 minutes! It was dirty! Trash and mess everywhere! When i asked when someone was going to come back and start taking ice cream orders i was told "that's not my job".

Came in Saturday evening to grab some burgers and fries , after getting my order I saw I was short 1 fry spoke to a young man told him I was missing a french fry and also i had asked for my fries to be well done , The young man informed me I was only charged for one fry I had to pay for another on which was fine. While I was waiting on my french fries, a young lady approached me and asked me what was I waiting for? I told her I was waiting order a fries was missing in my bag. And asked if she could cook them well done so she came back with one order of fries and I told her I was still missing another French fry she rudely ask to see my recipe which I showed her she went an got another ff handed it to me I looked in the and saw 2 different sizes I asked her why that was , she grab the fries and said it wasn’t mine , I told her but You handed it to me then I ask to speak to the manager she said she was the manager and for me to leave her store, OMG I thought..Her name Dalia , now I’ve been in food service business for a very long time and I’ve dealt with a lot of un happy customers before I know how customers can be but bottom line. You should always give the best service to your customers… I don’t feel like I was being rude to her. I was a customer asking questions about the order that I had placed and paid for I really felt embarrassed degraded by the way this young girl spoke to me. I have been coming in this Braums for 25 years and have never been served so badly. This little girl does not belong as a assistant manager , she does not belong on face to face customers .. This place is understaffed for the amount of people here. 30 people in line for ice cream... ridiculous. Waited in the food line for about 10 minutes just to order....and there was no one in front of me. Not even an employee. The food looked and tasted like a hockey puck that was put in the microwave for 5 minutes. Hard. Dry. No flavor. Horrible. The bathrooms looked like someone TP'd it. This is my first time and last time here.
