It's not the most amazing donuts I have ever had but they get the job done. I will say they are much better if you get them hot instead of waiting till later in the afternoon. Selection is good and I usually get a decent variety. Not exceptionally cheap but you get what you pay for

This place can get quite busy at times. I like how the pastries are neatly displayed behind the counter, and the menu is clear and easy to read, with drinks conveniently accessible for customers to grab. There’s an impressive variety of options to choose from. A few tables are crammed in for a quick bite, but the pastries especially the sausage rolls are best enjoyed fresh when they’re just made. However the self life is great. After an hour or two, the donuts turns greasy and undesirable.

I frequent the Arlington location , but stopped here since I was in the area. The glazed donuts were dense , the taste was right just the texture was off.

Buyer beware. I used the online ordering option. The order was ready and easy to pick up. However when we got home and my son opened the box, I could hear him counting because the buttermilk doughnuts and blueberry were significantly smaller he didn't think we got a dozen. Technically we did. It now feels like we overpaid for several mini doughnuts. The cake doughnuts were also a bit overcooked. I pass by several other doughnut shops to go here and today, and will try all those other locations before going back. The ordering process was fine, pick up was fine. When the product is beyond disappointing then the rest doesn't matter much. I wish I had been in the kitchen when the box was opened to get a picture of it, unfortunately I didn't but here are two to give an example. It's pretty difficult to upset a kid with doughnuts if that helps the understanding.

First time at this location. I usually like to go to the one in The Colony. The store is bright and nice and clean on the inside. Was disappointed with the customer service. The person who helped me seemed bothered I was there and in a bad mood. Didn’t really look at me when I ordered or checked out until I asked for her name. I ordered 3 donuts, some sausage Kolaches, and ham & cheese Kolaches. The donuts were good. I was not a fan of the ham and cheese kolaches. They don’t look anything like the picture on the website. The Ham was rolled up tight so when I bit into it, it was hard. I like the sausage one but in general both have a lot of bread and a small portion of meat.

I've had Houston Shipley's so I'm biased. But the quality here is not at all up to the standard in Houston. The donuts down there are so soft and warm that they practically melt in your hand. The ones here are just.. average donuts. Same with the kolaches. Very disappointed. Came from out of state for Texas Shipley's and ended up with the experience of an average donut shop.

Read decent reviews about this place and thought, “why not give it a try?” Well, first impressions are often lasting and I will not spend anymore money here. I got 4 assorted - all different flavors. They were HIGHLY overrated. 2 weren’t fully baked through - yes, wet/doughy inside. The other 2 were dry and underwhelming. Sometimes, it’s best to stick with what works for you, so I’m going back to the mom and pop donut spot in my area. Save your money on this LOCATION. I can’t speak for all locations.

First time at this location. Service was not friendly. Kolaches were dried out. Chocolate donut was actually a burned donut.

Ordered off door dash. From my location to this Shipley location is only 5 min away. My half of dozen of donuts are cold and my hot chocolate watery. There's no way my donuts should be cold

I haven’t had a problem with this store and I’ve ordered through Grubhub. I ordered an old fashion connection roll, a devil food donut and a half glaze. When it got delivered they substituted the old fashioned cinnamon roll with a different cinnamon roll with nuts. A man does answer the phone a little after they closed. About a 10 minute call with me trying to explain and figure out what nuts they are. We could barely understand each other but he was gaslighting me and telling me they came on the old fashioned and that they are walnuts. I am allergic. If it wasn’t for the gaslighting I would have loved to come the next day when I wasn’t sick. At my old jobs we would call if something the customer ordered wasn’t actually in stock to see if they wanted an appropriate substitution.
