I love Chick fil A, but the new set up they've built for the drive thru is ridiculous. You've got 3-4 lanes to choose from, you have to stop 10 times before you're given your order. It made it worse instead of better
Super impressed with the new setup. Went through the drive-thru express today for lunch and got through faster than I ever have. Line was to the other side of the building but moving insanely fast. The parking lot is definitely much smaller on that turn right when you come in from the intersection so be wary of cars coming because there were a few going the wrong way and blocking the lot. Everyone was super nice and made sure I knew where to pull up to for my lane. This CFA has got it down. Keep it up guys!

The best Chick-fil-A I have ever been to! Expect a little bit of a wait on their super busy days, but it is worth it! Everyone is always super nice, service is fast but precise and customer service is fantastic. The lobby is spotless and comfortable. LOVE THIS PLACE!
Chick-Fil-As has been and will be my go-to restaurant for a quick meal. I used to go there with my daughters for Daddy-Daughter Date Night, which they used to have. The associates are always nice and cordial, treating you with respect and kindness. Definitely recommend Chick-fil-a to everyone.
I love this store! The workers genuinely seem to love working there. The owner is always there when I visit. He's extremely nice. The crew is nice and very helpful. I love the size of the store. You don't feel like you're having to sit on top of each other. The food is always too notch!!

This was approximately the 3rd or 4th time I went for breakfast after 9am. Each time the muffins were hard as hockey pucks and food was not hot. Barely warm.

My experience at this Chick fila location is most always pleasant, I typically go through their drive thru or curbside pickup and my order is most always 100% accurate. When it is not, if I let an employee know, they correct it every time without any questions asked!!! I HIGHLY Recommend this place for food at any meal of the day!!!
We stopped on by for a quick lunch, found plenty of parking. we where able to order quickly enough, it took a bit to get our food, but it was the lunch rush hour, but the food was hot and there was plenty of sauces!

The location is spacious. Plenty of room for drive thru. This is the first chik fil a I’ve been to that the food was hot. Like right out of the fryer and I love it. Staff were friendly and fast. I wish all chik fil a franchises were like this.

Wow. This is genuinely such an amazing experience I had. Kaylin took our order and she was very kind and also she was sweet during our order. I got my hands on the Banana Pudding Milkshake alongside a chocolate brownie. The atmosphere at this location is astonishing and beautiful. The shake was very tasty and delicious. I could even taste the bits of banana pudding in it. The same said to the brownie. The flavor was tasty, and it was gooey. Oh and to make things better, they still say "my pleasure" to every customer including me when we thank them for taking care of our orders. Keep up the great work and I especially love the traditions of this chain.
I love Fall season because Chick-fil-A Tortilla Soup is back! Chicken-noodle is good, but Tortilla is my favorite, along with a sugar free lemonade. The restaurant was busy, but you would not know it, the crew works so well together. A beautiful tree in the corner, fresh flowers on the table, Christmas decorations all about. Always a great experience at Chick-fil-A.

The BEST Chick-fil-A store in the nation! No, seriously. This is where the company tests innovation and trains out-of-market personnel. They are incredibly involved in the community and genuinely love their customers. We have young children and eat there often. 5-Stars! Updated - I want to be thoroughly honest, so I've come back to edit my post. As I mentioned before, we eat there many times a week and will continue. However, due to the merging of stores during construction and reopening the 27 location, they've struggled getting orders perfect. Nine out of ten trips, they'll forget food, or details of the order will be off or forget to put splenda, or sauces or something to stir it with or straws etc etc. I believe it will work itself out, but this has happened for many months now and I hope they correct it. So FOR NOW....it's only 4-Stars. I'm counting on updating this when they get back on their game.
Dirtiest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Literally had to clean my own table, trash was overflowing, and there was trash and food all over the floor. Food was great and people were friendly though.
I live 30 minutes from chick-fil-a. They left out 2 orders of mac and cheese. I called them to tell them I was missing my Mac and cheese. She said I see it on the counter. She said, "Can you come back to get it. I said I live 30 minutes away. That I couldn't come back. She said I'll give you rewards for 2 mac and cheese. You can get the next time you're here.
It was the first time that I’ve been there since they demolished & rebuilt it. The young ladies were FANTASTIC. The only thing that I could not believe is the canopies are not connected to protect the workers from the elements. The canopies are huge. I don’t understand why they didn’t connect them being they spent a FORTUNE remodeling this restaurant. I made a remark to the young lady that took our order & Chic fil a could only hope for their other employees to be as gracious as she was. She said “ they switch us out so we don’t get over heated. “.
Drive thru wait was a little long but the food was good
This is my preferred place for worry-free fast food chicken. I feel they are less likely to have health, safety, or icky issues. Fast, friendly, efficient. I try other places and always come back here.
As you know, the plague lead CFA to develop the most amazing drive thru system on earth. It has slipped at this location. The mechanics are in place but felt poorly staffed. Many many customers as you expect but not enough runners. Not a terrible wait but certainly disappointing. Chicken still delicious, fresh and hot.
I know that chick fil a is a busy place always but when I place an order online to ho thru tge mobil line it ALWAYS takes me forever to get my food. I sit in that line and watch oeople order, get there food and leave that I passed when I got in line. If I want to use my app to get points for free items then I have to use the app to order,if I go thru the regular drive thru EVERYTIME I get my receipts and try to add them to my app I can never add them because something is always unreadable so I don't have all of the information to add it because their ink doesn't print on the paper. Other than that the food is always good and my order is always correct.

Food has not been as consistent as I expect from Chick-fil-A. This past weekend in my chicken minis for breakfast one of the nuggets was the size of a peanut. This morning the bread for the minis was very hard when they are supposed to be quite soft. Service is always good and the mobile order drive thru is definitely much faster than their already quick drive thru. The restaurant is always very clean and we’ll kept up.

The food was great. In other Chick-fil-A reaturants, they bring the food to you if you are dining in. At this location, the food was placed on the counter, and I didn't hear our name called. Very confusing. The food was good, but I was very confused.
I’ve been to this location many times and every time I go it has been getting worse. Just last week, I placed an order with a young lady in the drive through. She began to lean her whole body on my car which at first was no big deal. She repeatedly started touching and leaning on the car and when finalizing my order she slapped my car door in an attempt to be “friendly”. I was taught to not touch others personal property and in this case their car. When receiving my food I spoke to the team member about the occurrence. They followed my comment with SARCASM and I quote “ am I getting too close to it?” This was an absolutely ridiculous response to what had happened. If this business wants to keep succeeding then they need to work on their employees mannerisms and the way they engage with their customers. Throughout the whole occurrence I kept calm and respectful. There should’ve been no reason the employees to treat me in that manner. This whole situation was handled very unprofessional. I wish this location the best.
Seems like there has been a noticeable shift in Chick-fil-A in the past couple of years. Wait times are so long. Getting the order correct is now a 50/50 chance. People are still nice it's just time and accuracy that has degraded drastically.
Chic fil a used to be great. It still is has good food for sure but little bits seem to be going down hill and not much done about it. I know that they typically hold their employees to a high standard but they seem to be letting the ball drop. We have had several mistaken orders. Had to wait astronomical wait times for simple food. On their BUSY days,such as Friday and Saturday they need to add one-half hour to breakfast rush. People especially on Saturday like sleep in a little and by extending breakfast an extra 30 min. IT GIVE people a chance to still come Chic-Fil-A and get breakfast. The one Major thing that needs to be done is to bring some their original items,such as breakfast platters and biscuits and gravy. Your breakfast menu has become stagnant and needs to be updated badly,the sooner the better. Please lower your prices or I START looking looking for someplace a little less Expensive
Giving this a 3 star. This is my local CFA that I visit weekly. I’ve never had a fast experience through the drive thru. Even if you you order ahead you’re still slower than everything else. By far a slow service. Writing this in hopes that the owner sees and fixes the drive thru.

Chick Fil A is the best fast food restaurant out there imo, but this location is not up to the standards most expect from CFA. Five stars on the food, but this location has fallen off since the rebuild. Very unwelcoming and extremely inconsistent now. I'm glad there's other locations to choose from. This place needs a pickup because it's falling off sadly. This old photo is from better days at CFA, pre-rebuild, back when it was consistent and the best, now it's "another fast food place", only it's closed sundays.
Man they are the slowest Chickfila I have ever been to. It takes forever to get your food even at non busy hours. And your food will get cold before you get it because it’s been sitting out on the counter outside.
I'm sorry to say that at the time we ordered a catering meal this restaurant was overtaken by young people getting a snack after school. We showed up 20 minutes after our catering order was supposed to be ready... It wasn't. Then when we got it, we had to box the sandwiches ourselves. I'm not sure if this was to save them time from distributing it to the boxes themselves, but it certainly was not as efficient as I would expect a catering order to be. If this is Chick-fil-A's new idea of catering I hope they rethink the process. The sandwiches should come in the box if it's a boxed meal. If it's a build your own box meal the boxes shouldn't even be opened, they should still be flat from their shipping crate.
This is hands down the absolute worst Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had. The chicken tasted like it had been sitting out overnight - dry, stale, and completely inedible. There was nothing fresh about it whatsoever. I ordered this first thing in the morning at 7am expecting hot, quality food, but what I received was a disgusting, rubbery mess that felt like it had been reheated from yesterday. I'm beyond disappointed - this was a total waste of money and completely unacceptable from a place that prides itself on quality. I will seriously reconsider ever coming back.

Had dinner last night. Sandwich was stale and hard on the bottom from resting on the warmer for what must have been a long time. Fries were stale, mushy, and again staying heated after cooking for what must have been a long time. Disappointing and definitely not fresh cooked. This store has gone downhill since the remodel.
This is one of the lesser CFAs I've been to in a long while. I'm rewriting this review because my last one was shortly after their remodel. Yesterday, I went for breakfast and my food came out quick, but I received soggy hash rounds and my lemonade tasted like soap. This was the first time I threw away half of my lemonade (my favorite drink from CFA). The staff was tolerable, but you could absolutely tell they didn't want to be there. Half were working while the other half were either sitting down talking or chatting with people in the lobby about things I won't repeat on here (I'm guessing friends from the college). The drive-thru isn't an option nowadays because they can't manage the 3 lanes they put in and it's always a cluster trying to get in and out. Thank goodness for the CFA on Bankhead. Avoid this CFA, especially when Central High School is in session, but that has nothing to do with the restaurant itself, just a general tip.
I've said this time and time again Chick-fil-A please give me something new. Yes, the food is decent quality. The service is you usually good but it's been the same those same over years. Give me something to be excited about. Give me something different. I write this reviews hoping that somebody will listen to me at least respond
We have eaten here twice in the last week. Once for breakfast, and again for dinner. Both times the food was awful. The biscuits were cold and rubbery. The fries tasted like old oil, the bread on the grilled chicken club was stale. Try to call no one answers. I have come to expect high quality from Chick-fil-A but something is not right of late.

As far as the quality and service- this location was fine, but on a nationwide level I have to say we were shocked that the biscuits are now miniature. Literally so small!! The peice of chicken looked like a chicken nugget. They are cutting cost by serving much smaller portions- my yogurt was filled up halfway… it’s just sad to see places rip us off and only give half of what we’re paying. So now they are raising prices and cutting portions. Sad state of the country we are in… may have to skip eating out all together if this continues.
Mobile drive Thru.. You HAVE to do better. There was maybe 4-5 cars in the mobile lane and the other two lanes were slapped full. I remembered the last two cars I saw in those lanes pass me. Not only that but after those cars had left, my buddy pulled in to the drive through and saw my truck waiting at the very front while he was at the very back. HE even got his food before me. while Im sitting there waiting, i see one of the employees holding a bag (which happened to be mine) and she’s giggling and laughing with another employee across the lanes. She was literally at my door but wouldnt hand me the bag. That irritated me so bad. Isnt the point of the mobile drive through to make it faster? Aside from that, I can definitely tell a change in this store. Not what it used to be. Everyone used to be quick, have GREAT etiquette, service used to be amazing. Times have changed at this location for sure.
Had lunch there today. Salads were horrible with huge chunks of lettuce core and wilted lettuce. Threw half of it out. Chicken strips were not crispy and hot and fries were lukewarm. Very disappointed. Have eaten at Chick Fila all over the US and this was one of the worst meals ever.
I am a huge fan of Chick-fil-A, but this was by far my worst ever CFA experience. Not only was my order missing requested condiments, including the dressing for my cool wrap, the staff were unlike any CFA team members that I have ever encountered. From being unfriendly to sighing and seeming inconvenienced when asked for wet napkins (the new honey jalapeno pimento cheese sandwich is out of this world delicious, but it is very messy, especially when your kids are eating it in the backseat of the car 😂) to neglecting the trademark "my pleasure" reply, their behavior was an embarrassment to the culture that the Cathy family has built.
Ordered a Chic Fila deluxe fried sandwich in the drive thru on 11/22 at 8pm and when I got to my hotel there was no chicken in the sandwich. Had to go back and wait in line again for 15 minutes to get a new order. I requested a coupon for a free item and they wouldn't Give me a call please me one.
This chick fil a has gone down hill significantly. Recently, my food is never warm, the line takes FOREVER to get through. And several times, I have gotten bad customer service. Every time I get a kids meal, they NEVER put the toy in the bag and I always have to go back and ask. Just now, I got breakfast and it took me 10-15 minutes to get through the line. And I had like 6 cold hash browns in the box. They forgot my orange juice and when I told the girl who brought my food, she said “are you sure?” It literally says it on the sticker on my bag. I have been going to this chick fil a for 15 years and it has just gotten horrible in the last few years. I’ll be going to the other chick fil a from now on.
This place always has a problem if your not putting salt on the fries then put extra in the bag if your not putting suger in the sweet tea out it in the bag if I say I want 5 honey roasted bbq then I want 5 not 3 and a crap ton of mayonnaise that I didn't ask for what's the point of asking me if I want extra stuff if you're not going to listen and put it in the bag?
I'm not the type that likes to give bad reviews, but what is the deal with the parking lot? The spaces are so close together that all of the larger vehicles are parked over the lines or hanging a few feet out of the spot. Who wants to park their car somewhere where they're afraid whoever parks next to them is going to dent their car?
Went in tonight for a replacement meal due to forgetting sauce and drinks spilling because the lids were half on just for the replacement meal to be also missing sauces (2 out of 4 we had 3 meals) Manager on duty was nice but staff were visibly confused. Always seems to be a problem at this location and the sweet tea is bad while I’m at it.
Listen, I’m not one to complain about food or food places, but this is absurd…. let me tell you a story… I worked at Chick-fil-A Carrollton from the time I was 16 until I was 21, and in all the years I worked there, not ONCE was I taught to brush off a customer the way an employee just tried to brush me off. We got a large fruit cup today, and this picture is what was handed out. When I went back to the store, a little boy in the drive-thru was at the window. I told him we had just come through and showed him what the fruit cup looked like. He then looks at me an proceeds to say “well, these are made based on weight”…. SIR, first of all, as a customer i dont care if it’s based off of the serving size in freaking China. Second of all, I KNOW. I worked on the prep table the majority of the time I worked there, I still don’t care… What I want is for some one to fix it. I didn’t pay over $6 for my fruit cup to be less than halfway full. Shout-out to Mike for coming to the rescue and making it right. Do better, CFA.

Paying 24 dollars for 2 breakfast meals and didn't even get the granola for the parfaits or the salsa for the burritos.

I normally love chick fil a but this is the third time going to this location and having horrible service. The first time they forgot my fries. The second time I went I ordered coffee and was told to pull up and it would take 5 minutes. 25 minutes later I got out to see what was going on. They said they were sorry they forgot then laughed about it to each other with me standing right there. Then tonight I went and asked for honey mustard for my wrap and some for my husband's fries and we got neither. It's always something. We will not go to this place again.
This would have been my last choice to sit down and eat at but my insurance agent wanted to meet there to sign the paperwork for new health insurance. When Mr. Cathy was alive and running the company they had Christian values throughout the company. Today they are a woke company pandering to a woke agenda and I have no desire to spend my hard earned money in any of their restaurants. To bad the owners sons didn't take after their father. I do NOT recommend eating here ever. Just my opinion.
Went through drive thru just now, had to place a regular order and to pick up a mobile order, if I went through the mobile line there would be nobody to take a regular order so I went through the drive thru, the lady that took my order had no problem with it but when I get to the pick up section, lady has my regular order but when I let her know I have a mobile order to pick up too, she gives me the nastiest tone and says I’ll go check on that. Then she comes back and says “just to let you know for next time, try to keep it all in one order because your food almost just got tossed”. I’ve never been to this chickfila before so I didn’t know how it worked there and i understand I could’ve done that, but the way her tone of voice was and her gesture, like she was very rude about it. 🙃
Today when I pulled into the far drive thru lane there were only 4 cars in line so I drove up to the last car. I did not see anyone taking orders while I was sitting there except behind me. They were not busy at all. I pulled forward as people got their order. I was all the way to the front when I finally got the attention of the guy bringing orders out. I told him that I havent ordered. He directed me to move out of the lane and stop by the stop sign. Then he started to explain that I shouldve known to stop at the island so someone could take my order. Nobody was standing there. If they had been I would've stopped. So he blamed me for not being aware of how they organize their order takers. If there was someone there when I came through, why didnt they come up to my car and take my order? As I said, they were not busy at all. The guy kept trying to explain how I was to blame. I interrupted him and asked that he just take my order. He then proceeds to ask me how my day is going several times and repeatedly asked if he could pray for me. Finally placed my order. He comes out with 1 small bag and my drink. I look at him and say, this doesnt look like 4 sandwiches. He realizes his mistake and goes back to get the rest of my order. Meanwhile my frozen coffee is no longer frozen and he hands me my order with no apology. Service is usually fantastic but this time it was horrible. By the way, if you ask someone if you can pray for them and they say nothing just drop it. Not every customer is a religious person and thats okay, isnt it?
Never have I ever had to sit in a Chick fil a line for over 25 minutes first of all. They had two lines open and the first one 10-12 cars moved before one on our side. When the food was finally brought out, the car ahead of us didn't get theirs but 5 cars behind us did so we still had to continue to wait another 5 minutes for their order to be brought out. Make it make sense please
Normally I am very patient and understanding but 20 minutes in the drive thru for a milkshake and cone is about 18 minutes too long! We were first in line so we were holding up many others behind us, who, by the way, got their food first! Had we not already paid we would have drove away. First a girl came out with a pack of dipping sauce and said our food would be out in a minute. We told her we didn't order food, told her what we ordered and name. Waited about 5 more minutes and called her back over to the truck and asked if perhaps they lost our order, we only ordered milkshake and icecream. She asked our name again. We waited. Finally a man came out and asked our name again. Then a young guy came about 2 minutes later with a bag of food and ice cream cone and milkshake. He said"Danny"?. We said no, we didn't order food, just the cone and milkshake! We should have taken the food for our trouble and left but we didn't. Ok, it was busy. Ok, maybe the workers were new. But come on now this was ridiculous!

I ordered a South West salad, with the salad they are supposed to give you two packets of dressing. I even ordered at the restaurant in the drive through, I thought I had checked my bag thoroughly. However when I got home I only had ONE dressing and was very upset. excuse that is a pretty big salad to have one dressing and then it wasn’t even the dressing it comes with😔. I was offered a free item due to a extra charge on my meal and that was nice. The next time I stopped by I experienced bad customer service in the drive thru. I was in drive thru and stopped there for a good minute and 2 drive thru workers were standing there talking and neither one acknowledged my presence or said anything The workers stood around talking and walked up to each other and were talking, and I didn't get any service. Even though I mentioned it to an associate and manager it was brushed off and no apologize. It like you should accept rude behavior no matter the circumstances these days, but I won't return there because I'm not going to accept it.
Why are there 3 lanes when it takes forever for food to be distributed? I’ve never sat in line for 20 minutes at a Chick-fil-a.
If disappointment had a flavor, it would taste like Chick-fil-A. First off, the line was longer than a DMV wait time, and for what? A sad, overhyped chicken sandwich that tasted like it was seasoned with someone’s last breath of enthusiasm. The waffle fries? More like ‘waffle lies’—soggy, limp, and colder than my ex’s heart. And don’t even get me started on the ‘legendary’ customer service. Sure, they smile, but it’s the kind of forced, dead-eyed grin that says, ‘I’d rather be anywhere else.’ Never again. One star, and that’s being generous.
I ordered and got food at 3:51pm. Experience was the usual, pretty good. That is until this morning. I got food poisoning and had to get up to throw up twice in the middle of the night at 3am and 5am. That is just so far what I’ve gotten at the time of writing this review in the morning. I don’t feel like I even got it all out yet. That is why I am waiting for the rest of it while I write this review. The whole sandwich was probably contaminated. I threw up what looked to be lettuce, tomato, and possibly chicken. I ordered the spicy deluxe. This was not a good experience.
I went to this drive thru today. It was extremely slow. My food was set outside on a stand for at least 10 minutes while I was in line. I have always been brought my food at Chick Fil A even if I had to wait for the cars in front of me. My drinks were hot! When I told the girl working there she just laughed and said have a good day!! This is the first time I have had this happen at a Chick Fil A!
EXTREMELY disappointed in this chick fil a!!!!! Never have I experienced such poor attitude and customer service at one of these sites. The fruit bowl I ordered was a large which came to me half way full missing blueberries. When I spoke to who is the manager I was informed this is a large one and they are out of blueberries. I asked if we could have more strawberries due to them being out of blueberries and what I get is a nasty attitude nope we can’t it’s a corporate thing. I won’t be visiting here again.
(Today 11/20/2023 order placed @12:06- picked up @ 12:30)Food is great, but there is too many personal on one shift. We order online to pick up in the store, get there and wait for the food. The food comes out and everyone is just looking right past the bag, others are watching TikTok on the job. Why, I don't know. I would rate better stars if my food was still hot every time. Please fix the over surge of useless employees that are just standing around doing nothing.
I literally worked at chick-fil-a and every single time I come to this one it amazes me how much they get the order wrong or it makes me sick. The food never tastes right and they have yet to get one of my orders 100%.
I did not like the overall service . Sat in the dining area more than 25 mins with no food .
Ate inside with my little boy this morning. Had been sitting at the booth for about 10 minutes. Went to give my son some orange juice and a roach was crawling on the seat… needless to say I’m no longer eating out anywhere.
Only 1 register open with very long line. Girl was behind register and told me it wasn’t open and get back in other line….come on Chick-fil-A do better, have at least 2 registers open with 15 people in line.
Twice I have ordered close to $100 ,and twice I haven't received 2 sandwiches got nuggets and fries and brownies no sandwiches
Went again today. Ordered a hash brown scramble bowl. Missing cheese, hashbrowns look greasy. This is the 2nd time in a month they prepared food wrong.
ordered food, never got a receipt and never got food, worker camped in the bathroom for 30 minutes, ant in ice cream, DO NOT RECOMMEND
There was only person working the drive thru and the line was backed up unbelievably long. Another employee dropped our order on the ground. We must have waited over thirty minutes. These people need to either be better trained or fired.
Food tasted horrible, my senior citizen friend didnt get much help with menu, horrible service really
I always come here but lately I've been getting not cooked chicken I'm highly upset seeing as I had a bad stomach condition and this kind of thing would make it hospitalization!!! I was told they can't control how long chicken cooks no matter if it's done or not basically it's a chance your food may not be done if so we remake but we send it out however it comes out!! That's not acceptable your job is to make sure the customer has done hot and fresh food and great service!! Someone needs to go back to the drawing board at headquarters and add extra time for chicken to be cooked!!! Everyone doesn't like half done food!! Everyone doesn't want to be sick! That's what temperature checks on meat is for in restaurants!!! Check your products before sending them out to your customers!!
I generally avoid complaining because I truly respect the hard work that goes into food service, but my experiences at this location have been consistently disappointing. Even for simple orders, there seems to always be a problem. This isn’t even my first complaint, as I’ve submitted a complaint on the app before for a separate issue. Today, I placed a mobile thru order for a single float. While waiting, I watched multiple standard drive-thru customers, who arrived after me, receive their orders while I waited for mine. Even the customer behind me in the mobile thru line received their order first. (So keep in mind at this point my car is now holding up the line behind me). It took several minutes of waiting before a team member finally approached my car to ask what I was waiting on. They were then able to hand me the drink immediately, which suggests to me it had been sitting ready for some time. My whole drive thru experience probably took at least 15 mins, which is quite a long time for one beverage. Because I live so close, I’d love to see this location improve, but the consistent issues are making it hard to justify coming back. I feel that this CFA has lots of room for improvement and is in desperate need for better training or new management.
I doubt my wife & I will be back for awhile. Ordered food. Got drink. Food was delivered. Told the employee we have no received our milkshake yet. Employee said they would get it. We finish our food. Go up to ask about milkshake. Proceed to wait about 10 mins before someone helps us. They say oh here it is and tries to give us a milkshake that has just been sitting there. We ask for them to remake it so its not just milk... We have been here a lot but will be taking a long break. Employee gave us a free brownie but it was a very poor experience today.
Just went through the Drive-Thru hassle at Chick-fil-A on Maple St in Carrollton GA. In short: Wasn't worth $20 or the 30 min wait(!) & I won't be back. I got in the drive thru line at like 2:20pm today & moved thru the line all the way to the very end & had to inform the employees my order was never taken after they tried to hand me a bag with a chicken sandwich in it. They took my order but it took an additional 10 min to get my food and this was after waiting about 20 minutes in the line. So 30 minutes to get this meal it should have been comped but it wasn't & they didn't even offer. $19.90 for 4 Strip Meal (fries & bottle of water) & a bowl of Chicken Tortilla Soup. Wasn't worth the 30 minute wait & wasn't worth the $19.90 my card was charged. And they didn't give me a receipt or tell me how much my order was going to be. This is my last visit to Chik-fil-A.
I am a frequent of this CFA and there is always a problem! I have reported many times, and nothing is ever addressed. I have been charged for items I didn't receive and then never reimbursed. I have ordered catering and not gotten all of my order and told to "just come back and get it" I live 20 mins away... I can't "just come back and get it" - I could list numerous other occurrences... This morning, I got biscuits for a work meeting and ordered 13 chicken biscuits and 1 chicken and cheese muffin. I counted all the items before leaving to ensure no one got left out because it is a common issue with incorrect orders here, everything was good, so I thought... The chicken and cheese muffin was an egg white grill with no egg. Y'ALL NEED TO PAY ATTENTION it is so frustrating that this is the norm here.
I love Chick-Fil-A, however my experience at this location today shocked me. I placed a mobile order at 10:45 am, sat & waited in line for 30 minutes. During that time i only saw 2 orders being taken out, & others were just placed on a table. When I got my food, My fries were cold so I was already going to ask for fresh ones, but there were HASHBROWNS in my fries. I understand breakfast closes at 10:30, but when I recieved my food at 11:07, why were there hashbrowns from the bottom of the fryer in my food. I did recieve more fries, but they were soggy. It genuinely seems like the people in the back do not care
Never ordering chick-fil-a delivery again. Y’all charge too much to be giving this level of service. Fries weren’t even done and even though I bought a large they didn’t fill it all the way. they forgot my sauce, they forgot a straw, they were 10 minutes late. So disappointing. They also gave me regular lemonade instead of diet.
Very disappointed. I have gotten a Cobb salad from here before and it was extra good so I decided to go back today and get one. After waiting in a long line, I get my salad and go home. I guess it's my fault for not checking the bag but they didn't give me any toppings and the salad looks no where near what it's supposed to look like. They set the standards high with the first salad I got from there and this one was definitely disappointing.
