Truly a great place that makes you feel welcome. A casual, industrial place where good humor reigns. There are four large refrigerators filled with excellent meat of all kinds. You choose it, weigh it, and eat it (expertly cooked and served). The potatoes, mashed carrots, and fried sage are excellent! We always accompany our meals with gin and tonics. My father and I decided to travel about 130 km to reach and savor this meat paradise, especially the famous "rotten meat." Haha. The experience was such that we left thinking, "This is meat!" The quality of the meat is excellent: flavorful, succulent, and cooked to perfection. The owner, a friendly and knowledgeable person, immediately puts guests at ease and guides them with professionalism in choosing the right cut and the characteristics they want to perceive on the palate. If you're craving a steak, this is definitely the place to be. The owner will show you the different breeds available and will recommend something based on your preferences. He also shows and highlights the prices, which is much appreciated. The meat was delicious, and the dinner was excellent. See you soon. Below are photos of our selected dishes. A must-try steakhouse! A very nice place, both for the decor and the lighting—everything is very unique. The menu is very varied, obviously based on the meat theme, with many cuts and combinations available; the graphics are also well thought out: clear, intuitive, and beautiful to look at (although I would have designed the cover differently). The tables are served by young but knowledgeable staff, and the "Pokėmon 2" waiter is the best, especially if you like to ask for advice on the best house selections. Trust me, he knows how to advise you perfectly! Even on the desserts! The dishes—what can I say? Everything is delicious! The tagliata was excellent, especially the one with gorgonzola fondue, it's my favorite! But the best of all is the Black Angus Entraña—juicy, flavorful, and melts in your mouth, I assure you! I also highly recommend the French Fries—obviously much better than the classic ones from the packets, but much crispier and not at all greasy! As for desserts, you absolutely have to try "the chef's delights" (I think). However, whatever's off the menu is very, very good! Even the Nutella cheesecake is absolutely delicious! It's very soft in the mouth, and they're generous with the Nutella. The only changes I'd recommend for the restaurant to improve are: - the music is a little too loud, with some songs it's a bit annoying, especially if you want to have a conversation; - the kitchen should manage its timing better; a hamburger was brought to the table, and after the person ate all the fries and almost half the hamburger, the other dishes arrived; - the issue with the three menus, in my opinion, makes things a bit confusing on the table; I would have preferred to find everything at the bottom of the menu, but that's the least of it. In conclusion, a lovely evening, good food, fair prices! I'll definitely be back! Recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

È un posto storico per la generazione dei quasi quarantenni o giù di lì... Serate memorabili in compagnia di amici. Trasformato un una diciamo steakhouse moderna con tocchi milanesi e oggetti disposti non a caso nel locale. Decine di tagli di carne tra cui scegliere (il prezzo al chilo direi che giustifica la qualità della carne) oltre il menu classico con hamburger, tagliate e Co. Il taglio di carne è difficile da finire ma sublime nel suo essere. Gli altri piatti giusti nella quantità, leggermente sopra la media dei prezzi ma glielo si perdona. Il servizio al tavolo va migliorato ( e di tantoanche), molti ragazzi a servire ma tempi lenti e richieste da ripetere molte volte prima di riceverle. Morale della serata? Puntare subito sull'orecchio di elefante

A well-kept and very Instagrammable location. Service is fairly quick, but not very attentive to explaining the menu or any special or new offerings, especially to first-time visitors. The quality and variety of meats are truly exceptional, both raw (tartare and carpaccio) and cooked. The side dishes are good, but could be greatly improved. Recommended.

For my first experience, not knowing the place well, I took the waiter's advice (very welcoming and very affable, in addition to his professionalism). There were 4 of us, and we chose the tasting menu plus a beautiful and excellent platter of 36-month-aged patanegra. Excellent! I highly recommend this place to meat eaters. P.S. the meat is super tender! And I also compliment the in-house butcher, who explains very well, then once the meat is chosen, he cuts it and brings it to the table before cooking it so you can see it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

We've been to Nonoia in Casale Monferrato several times and can say it's a truly unique place, with a youthful, refined, and easily recognizable style. The first time, we started with an exceptional horse carpaccio, a dish that impressed us with the quality of the meat and its flavor. Next, we were presented with a truly remarkable selection of dry-aged meats: over 40 types available, a true paradise for meat lovers like me. We chose a rib-eye steak, specifically requesting a cut of about 1-1.1 kg since there were only two of us. It's a shame that when we got the bill, we found ourselves paying for a 1.8 kg steak, without the owner having informed us of the error when he brought it for us to inspect before cooking. It would have been more appropriate to communicate this immediately. That said, the meat was cooked to perfection, accompanied by delicious side dishes and served impeccably. We spent €220 for appetizers, meat, desserts, a beer, and a plate of ravioli for my one-year-old son, who thoroughly enjoyed it. The second time we returned with friends, we tried the charcuterie board, the smash burgers, and the tagliata: everything was delicious. On both occasions, we couldn't help but mention their fantastic breadsticks and warm bread bites. As for the desserts, there's room for something more appealing. The availability of a high chair and changing table was much appreciated, as was the large outdoor area, also equipped for children (mosquitoes aside, but unfortunately, that's how it is in the Monferrato area). The presence of their German Shepherds, who roam freely without disturbing, was a pleasant experience. The service is fast, the staff is knowledgeable and attentive, and the owner, despite his somewhat exuberant nature, especially with younger guests, knows how to entertain and make the experience memorable. Overall, a place we recommend and will definitely return to: high quality, a unique atmosphere, and meticulous attention to detail.

Highly recommended for meat lovers! The owner is friendly and welcoming! The burgers/cheeseburgers for kids are also excellent. I recommend the onion rings. The pork ribs were delicious, but one of my friends' only gripes was that they arrived cold 🫤 but they promptly took them away. (Unfortunately, they weren't replaced, just reheated.)
