L’operetta è un bel pub dove poter mangiare dei buoni piatti senza troppe pretese e bere qualcosa dopo cena. La cucina è discreta, con alti e bassi ma sicuramente di buon livello, il personale è gentile e cordiale. Ambientazione piacevole, apprezzabile dagli appassionati di musica rock/metal. Prezzi leggermente sopra la media, ma in generale si può fare una buona cena con poco. Consigliato!

Un pub molto particolare e bello, cibo buono ma nulla di speciale. Il personale è stato un po’ lento e spesso si dimenticava le cose richieste però nel complesso ha un ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. Con una spesa di circa 20/25€ si esce dal locale più che soddisfatti.

A nice pub. We walked in without a reservation on a Friday at 8:00 PM, and it was a lucky break, as it filled up within 20 minutes. The burgers were good, the bread soft and fragrant, and the beer the waiter recommended (a bitter red), I don't remember the name... was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

We went there this evening, making a last-minute reservation over the phone. We ate inside, but there's also outdoor seating. The sandwich with fries was good, as were the pasta dishes, with generous portions! The staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend it.

I've been to Operetta three times. It's a nice place with lots of choices and great prices. The service, however, needs work, and let me explain... The first time, everything was fine, but I asked for a beer that I never would have received, and I found a waitress who couldn't tell me what kind of meat was in the burrito (i.e., pork, beef, etc.). The second time, everything was fine. We got to dessert, and I asked the same waitress what was in the Oreo dessert... I left it at that. She came over and brought me the Oreo dessert, which I hadn't ordered. I told her, and instead of taking it back, she told me I had ordered it, so I took it, ate some, and paid for it (nothing exceptional, you make mistakes in life). Tonight I come back, and the same waitress deliberately avoids us. I look at her to get her attention without raising my hand or anything else so as not to annoy her, and nothing. She looks at me, but she doesn't come... then I see her say something to her colleague, and they both look at me. At this point, thinking he might not understand that I needed a waiter, I raised my hand to avoid any misunderstandings. He nodded that he understood, came to the table three times in the next 15 minutes, and never once asked us what we wanted. I hope they improve in this area because the place deserves it…

Abbiamo preso delle birre e qualcosa da stuzzicare, nessun problema. L’unica cosa che consiglio è un po’ di entusiasmo per il personale! Nell’ ordinare era una tristezza infinita!

We ate at this restaurant on a Monday evening and didn't need to book. The menu is very varied, offering classic pub fare like burgers, as well as bruschetta, pasta dishes, and main courses. The bruschetta was delicious and elaborate. As for the rest of the food, we had to wait 45 minutes for it to arrive. My sausage, egg, and burger was good, except for the burger, which was the driest thing I've ever eaten. I don't think it's an experience I'd recommend to others.

Pub-like, very crowded, good for a snack but not for dinner. We didn't like the burgers, nothing special, and neither did the first courses. The carbonara was drowned in egg. The charcuterie and cheese platter was good, but the quantity wasn't right for the price. The location was good because it was close to the castle, where there was ample parking.

Panino schifosissimo in piú due panini un the alla pesca ed una birra 60 euro, mai piú.. Nemmeno fossimo sulla costiera amalfitana.

Tavolo da 9. Abbiamo aspettato più di un’ora e mezza la nostra ordinazione. Sono arrivati 2 piatti alla volta, praticamente ciascuno ha cenato da solo. Club sandwich freddo con ingredienti estratt…

Che dire nel 2024 ancora non riusciamo ad avere servizio bancomat funzionante..... Mmm..... E cmq camerieri a dir poco scostanti sicuramente non adatti al lavoro con il pubblico.... Donanda avete rifiutato solo una transazione? Se ai mi sorgono piu di un dubbio... Se è no non so come sia sicura in che tavolo fossi io... E cmq a me il disservizo lo avete dato con la scortesia già primadl'accaduto e dopo con il bancomat! Che x altro è obbligatorio x legge... Ora io che sono sicuramente sanitariamente piu competente non voglio stare qui a spiegare che spesso non ci si riesce ad arrivare in bano sobratutto in malesseri che non sono da sbronza xke ka ragazza in questtiono ha bevuto 2 birre d cui una piccola non era sicuramente ubriaca! Ha avuto un effetto legato ad una patologia e mi creda non è stato carino come vi siete comprati

Non ho mai mangiato così male, domenica sera, locale semi vuoto ben 20 min prima di ordinare , ordiniamo io e mio marito abbiamo preso lui l hamburger con le patatine e io chili messicano o per lo meno c'era scritto così.. dopo un attesa di ben 45 min arriva patatine ghiacciate come se fossero state cotte nel pomeriggio come abbiano fatto a pensare di servirle non ho idea lo abbiamo fatto presente alla cameriera palesemente in imbarazzo e cosa risponde? Va bene te le riscaldo anche no ! Non è assolutamente colpa delle cameriera ma di chi ha servito una cosa del genere deve avere parecchio coraggio, il chili era a dir poco terribile che l ho lasciato praticamente tutto nel piatto era un ragù con fagioli e peperoni il chili non l ha visto nemmeno su youtube la ricetta pagato ben 11,00€ letteralmente soldi buttati, mi spiace ma sicuramente non ci andremmo mai più

Hi everyone, I sincerely don't recommend this place... I had a Fassona beef burger and it was beyond disappointing!!! I told the owner about it and he responded rudely. I hope they get a full recovery, because going there takes guts.

I regret having to give this place only one star, which I've always enjoyed and enthusiastically recommended to friends. Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered a sandwich, specifying that I wanted two ingredients removed. However, after reporting the error, the same sandwich was brought back, with the extra ingredients from the sandwich that was supposed to be... thrown onto my plate, without even a fork to pick them up. This type of service is unacceptable. It's essential that those who work in front of the public know how to welcome and accommodate customer requests; otherwise, I would have made my own at home, which might have been even better. The beer I was served wasn't what I remembered either, being watered down, and the burger was inedible: overcooked and full of spices, so much so that my companion and I had to leave it on our plate. It's a real shame, considering the quality of the meat used. I sincerely hope this was just an unfortunate evening and that it doesn't happen to other customers in the future. However, in light of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable recommending this place. It's a shame, because the atmosphere was very promising. I hope this review can serve as a starting point for improving your service and the customer experience.
