The atmosphere is youthful and up-to-date, and if you go on Sunday there's also a DJ set.
Their cappuccino is the best I've ever had, not to mention the croissants, which are absolutely wonderful. It's hard not to order another after finishing the first.
We went to have a spritz.... I would say the presentation was very nice and the spritz was good!! Advised!!

Great place for a Friday night with friends. Finally, someone who doesn't close at 11:59 PM. Cocktails at the outdoor kiosk are average.
The place was recently renovated. It now appears modern and welcoming. The employee I spoke to was very kind and informed me that they will also be offering lunch service by the end of February. So far, the impression is excellent.
Excellent bar. Located in Casalpusterlengo on Viale dei Cappuccini. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great value. Excellent for breakfast or an aperitif with friends. Worth a try.

Penny is a place for young people at night and not-so-young people during the day...a little something for everyone. In the morning, it offers a wide selection of croissants for breakfast. The aperitif is varied and interesting. The owner is helpful and friendly.
The place is always very crowded, with long lines and fairly dirty bathrooms (due to rude guests). There's plenty of space, but it's difficult to get a seat, especially in the summer when they try to make the most of the outdoor space. The only redeeming feature is the kindness of the waitresses, whom I've always found polite and creative in creating the drinks. Fast service, and parking 50 meters from the place.
Simple, lively, and welcoming, this place offers much more than these initial impressions: friendly service that respects and practices good manners. It strives to make your stay pleasant and always fresh, with its youthful and trendy interior and its simple and practical exterior.

Nice and well-kept place, the problem is that when they have to serve you it takes half an hour and sometimes it even happened to me that they served people who had arrived after me, this is because probably according to the bartenders, they were nicer, "beautiful", "shic" and fashionable. If you don't meet their standards, they'll snub you and serve you last. I enter only to challenge prejudices and show them that I don't care what they think of me.
Terrible. After waiting 15 minutes at the table to order, I went to the counter to order and was told that the wait time for the croissants was 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, my coffees arrived, one of which was supposed to be decaf. After asking which one it was since all the cups were the same, I was told she didn't know, leaving the coffees on the table (without the decaf) without asking if it was still okay. After waiting another 35 minutes, I asked for the croissant I ordered (since they were serving it to new customers) and was told it was still in the oven. After another 10 minutes, I asked again with no response, so I went inside and finally got it.
After asking if I could eat three times, after an hour they told me they had nothing left.
Aperitif with a lowercase a... When asked to know the still white wines we were told "is a Lugana okay?" ... Ok zero wine list... After 10 minutes with the glasses in front of us they reassure us that they are preparing some appetizers.... A few chips and 5 pieces of cold pizza. Tip: if you run a bar you should know that for two people you never bring anything odd.... One of the two will eat three pieces of pizza, the other only two... The icing on the cake we saw different wines from different bottles mixed together... Never seen that... We will never go back again
