EXCEPTIONAL!!! There's no other word to describe today's lunch. A complete menu with five appetizers, two first courses, two second courses with sides, and finally, a spectacular dessert. Impeccable service and very courteous staff. The lady at the table is truly friendly and, in addition to serving, is happy to chat (when time and service schedules allow) with customers. I even had the opportunity to "tell me" about an appetizer (she happily gave me the recipe), and I'm grateful for that. Highly recommended, but reservations are absolutely essential, otherwise you won't find a table.

This Piedmontese trattoria offers excellent food and a good value. The set menu features traditional dishes, including various appetizers, two first courses, a choice of second courses, cheeses, and desserts. Coffee and house wine are also available, with bottled wine also available. We'll definitely be back.

You cannot avoid to try this place. The food is home made, original, fresh and good. The owners and waiters are with a high sense of humor. Timing of serving is good. Value for the money. I added the place in my personal list for another lunch when in the neighborhood.

It was a very good lunch. We tried authentic Piedmontese home cooking, recommended by our friends who live in the area. I especially recommend the tagliatelle di nonna with meat sauce, made by her grandmother. But all the other dishes were also very good and carefully prepared. The house red wine was better than many renowned wines! Perfect value!

Ristorante ottimo, personale accogliente e simpatico, portate ottime ed abbondanti. Troverete tutti i piatti della tradizione cucinati in maniera impeccabile, le porzioni sono abbondanti e non si esce certo da li affamati. Anche i vini ed i dolci sono molto buoni.

Four appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, drinks, cheeses, and dessert. Price-fixe menu at €35 (no à la carte). The fig and walnut tart with cocoa-roasted hazelnuts and the selection of cheeses are excellent. All traditional Piedmontese dishes are tasty but prepared without taking too many "risks." Friendly and friendly staff!

This is the quintessential Piedmontese Italian restaurant, just as you imagine it. A whole family is there to ensure maximum customer satisfaction: the mama in charge, the son in the kitchen, and the daughter in the dining room. A real whirlwind of service and an avalanche of dishes, each as delicious as the last—in short, a wonderful, authentic place that I highly recommend.

We were touring nearby and the owner of another restaurant had recommended this trattoria. There were 4 of us and a bit early for lunch but they sat us right away and brought us wine, bread and some grilled vegetables. The mother is the main cook, the son is sous chef and daughter waits on tables. We met the family and asked that they choose what we would eat... after 9 courses we had to cry basta. Every course we had was very good to excellent; quality that I would have expected from a higher rated restaurant in Milan or Florence. It was fun to watch the cooks go out into the side yard to collect fresh herbs and some of the vegetables for our lunch. When you go, be sure to ask for the preserved figs with the cheese course.

The food is truly excellent, classic home cooking, generous portions of first courses, and excellent quality. I'm sorry to have to give it only two stars, not for the food but for the bill. The bill is a surprise; there's no menu with prices; the lady explains to you that you can choose between two courses: appetizers, first courses, and second courses, or all three. There's no choice of dishes; you eat what's available and then pay. We found ourselves spending €60 in a small-town trattoria (€30 per person) without knowing why, and we only ordered appetizers (tastings), a first course, a quart of wine, a dessert, and a coffee. I repeat, the food is very good, but overpriced, and above all, there's no real price on the menu.
