A much needed new coffee house in the neighborhood! Their coffees and lattes are delicious and bold! The strong coffee aroma escapes through the drive thru window and makes you want to stay in their outdoor patio even when time doesn’t allow! They have a variety of sweet and savory foods that I’m sure are all satisfying...just as the many items I’ve already tried! Even my pickiest eaters have enjoyed this place! Stop by and try it for yourself!

Great selection of food and drinks! They have such creative flavors like the Snickerdoodle Latte which is my favorite! Drive thru, dine in, and outdoor seating available. Great staff as well!

We love the staff. My bf and I went coffee tasting :) and when I accidentally ordered my first one wrong they switched it for me without charging me. We loved all of them, but beware the drinks might be too sweet for some ;) the place is cute

I and some of my buddies meet up here to visit and have some good coffee. This time I had one of their egg and cheese sandwiches. The ambience is clean and casual and also inviting. There's the main room, but there are two other gathering areas. One is fully enclosed and the other is open to the outside air. We've previously met when it was cold outside and today we met when the weather was nice and pleasant. There's plenty of parking and they never tried to rush you out.

It’s a place to savor not just delicious food and drink, but also the genuine warmth of human connection.

Amazing local coffee shop! Surprised it isn't more popular. The coffee is good, but the food is what keeps me coming back, especially their pizza! I never thought I'd ever get such a great pizza from a coffee shop and through a drive-thru no less, but they really succeeded! If you're looking for coffee, I can't speak to their espresso drinks, but the nitro cold brew was perfectly smooth. Definitely worth trying if you're passing through or live nearby.

If I had to say one negative, be careful…you will get ADDICTED!

Pros: Their house coffee blend is the best around! The pizza is yummy & made to order. The friendly employees & patrons make for a nice atmosphere and a refreshing alternative to the bigger coffee chain franchises. Cons: While the coffee is good, the espresso is not my favorite. Pastries & other food offerings could use some work: recipe and preparation-wise. They don't look all that fresh or appetizing. And because the sandwiches are premade it's hard to remove allergens. The music mostly consists of covers of top 40 hits and can be hard to tune out when studying. (Would be nice if it were more theme-based with "Havana" or "Savannah" Cuban instrumental? Nature sounds?) Not sure if Christmas music is playing yet, but I'd appreciate that for holiday season! Overall, a wonderful cafe and one of my favorite places in the area to stop by.

I asked the barista what her favorite blended coffee was and she said a mocha something or another. I ordered that and I enjoyed it very much. Sometimes it’s good to steer off of your normal routine. This coffee shop was clean, organized and the baristas were friendly. It is a large enough place to sit and get some work done or invite a friend to enjoy one of Havana Savanah’s blended coffees. This business offers a nice change from all the other coffee places out here that are basically corporate. I had their coffee con leche and that is a delightful change and something that I come back for.

Toilets didnt have toilet paper, grilled cheese not cooked which is a shame because it was great when I've been here before. My drink lid was half off when they alserved it where I could have spilled my hot drink all over me. I mentioned to staff abt the bathroom and they blew me off. I used to LOVE it here.

Over the past 2 years, I had uncomfortable interactions with one particular barista. I often feel singled out by her behavior. For example, during my previous visit, she took my order without facing me, continued doing other tasks while speaking, and wasn’t standing at the register. It came across as dismissive, and I could barely hear her. Fortunately, she took my order in the end. When my food was ready, she placed it in the pickup area by forcefully dropping it and the lid literally opened. Luckily, the food was intact. In another visit, I sat on the larger table where I was sitting and then she dropped a box with unnecessary force coming from the storage area. I get it if it’s heavy, but the action felt more exaggerated and it felt unnecessarily rude. There have been other moments that added to the pattern—such as saying “goodnight” even though I clearly wasn’t leaving yet, or one time when I went to the restroom and found the hallway blocked by the rope that leads upstairs to storage, making it difficult to exit. These repeated experiences have made me feel unwelcome at this location. I haven’t done anything wrong. Maybe I should’ve tipped more 🤷 Nevertheless, I love the food, the seating, ambience, atmosphere, and the service from the other baristas!

The coffee is good, but going to work for a while is uncomfortable because they have the music at full volume and the people serving talk very loudly, laugh, play games... they make much more noise than the customers, which is why I don't like going. Please turn the volume down a bit; we're not in a nightclub, thank you.

Was today for quick lunch with kids. It was our first visit. Menu slightly different from Starbucks options but waiting time is longer. Stuff is very nice and proffesional but pizza guy disappointed - he was walking around offering free slice of pizza to everyone except us … that was weird and unpleasant . Probably won’t back there again.

I used to LOVE this place. It was my favorite coffee place that was close to home and wasn’t a Starbucks. Unfortunately, the last 4-5 times I’ve gone my drinks have been extremely watered down. Didn’t matter if it was a coffee, smoothie, or slushie drink, they were all SO BAD! I’m not coming here again. So disappointed, they’ve clearly gone downhill or have someone constantly making awful drinks ..

For reference, I live next to coffee kiosk and pass at least 3 Starbucks to go here. Lately the coffee has tasted extremely watered down. I used to compare their sandwiches with sauce on the side to the sandwiches from 30 rock and this year whenever I go and order one they are soggy and completely untoasted. I am appalled at the constant lack of quality control as of late and will no longer be coming here. It is clear management and ownership have zero standards.

I’m HUGE on customer service and EVERYTIME I visit and this certain person is at the window, I feel like I’m not wanted and honestly feel racially profiled against. I don’t know her name but she’s a blonde with highlights in her hair. I just left at 12:46pm Today October 21st 2025, so whoever was at the drive thru window at that time is who I’m talking about. She’s doesn’t greet me, she always has this attitude and disgusted look on her face. I say thank you-she never says you’re welcome, not a have a good day, no have a blessed day, as soon as she hears a black person on the intercom her whole vibe changes. It’s just a terrible feeling overall, especially since my friends who live in and around the area who’s Caucasian, Irish, Jewish, Spanish doesn’t get treated by her the same way as I do. My family member who works in the same plaza and visits all the time noticed as well. It’s not a comfortable feeling at all! Other than my issue and bad experiences with her the store would get nothing short of 5 stars from me and my family because I have had not one issue with anyone else who works here.
