The atmosphere is elegant, warm, and comfortable, with well-spaced, tastefully furnished tables of the right size. The service was efficient, pleasant, and unobtrusive. We opted for the 7-course menu for €75. We found some truly interesting dishes, such as the pairing of liver and mango or the venison fillet, which were perfectly cooked. We didn't understand the serving temperature for the first two courses (fusilli and ravioli), which we found a bit cold. The other dishes were a bit bland, like the dessert, which didn't convince us. In any case, it was a pleasant experience, one we'd love to repeat.

No, I didn't like it. "Too much," as the English say. For some time now, this restaurant has been on the path of "refinement," which, however, isn't easy to achieve. The dishes are too elaborate, with too many ingredients in each dish, resulting, in my opinion, in the indifference of the flavors of the food you're eating. And the ingredients weren't at all satisfying. And as a result, the bill was decidedly on the high side. This is my opinion, of course, and I wish them the best: but it doesn't make me want to return anytime soon.

Too much show, too little substance. Having the sommelier describe every glass of wine to me or the waiter explain where the grapes I eat were harvested is pointless. The food is overly sophisticated, served in microportions, at an exorbitant price. You can be high-class without starving your customers, and above all, without showing off. For the record: after spending almost €200 for two, we had to go get a pizza because we were both still hungry.

Se la tirano un po!! Trovare posto è complesso. Giardino carino e musica indecente. Cucina fantasiosa. Sapori intriganti. Vini validi. Gentili. Parcheggio vicino. Prezzi in salita. Rip roveremo per capire meglio Questo era nel 2020. Da allora prenotare un tavolo per due un sabato sera è più improbabile che essere invitati alla Casa Bianca. Hanno eventi, questa la motivazione. O sono fully booked, ma sarebbe curioso sapere chi sa prenotare con successo. Il mistero ligure si infittisce. In ogni caso, lo stile ci ha fatto smarrire ogni interesse. Ad malora!!

La mia esperienza presso Osteria Scola.. Siamo di ritorno con mia moglie da un giro in moto e, lungo la strada decidiamo di mangiare qualcosa. Entriamo (vestiti non con cravatta) chiediamo: c’è posto? Il signore (se così si può definire..) Inizia a guardarci dalla testa ai piedi come se fossimo 2 senzatetto… Ed inizia a mmmmm hhhhh mmmm “Se volete dare prima un’occhiata al menù…” (Come dire ma avete i soldi per pagare..?) Alchè noi decidiamo di andar via… Lui: ma no, se volete il posto lo troviamo.. Ora se scrivo ciò che penso.. non riesco a scrivere parole con educazione.. Vorrei solo dirgli al famoso “signore” Che, 800€ liquidi in tasca li avevo e, se eventualmente non fossero bastati.. avevo a disposizione 2 carte di credito… Complimenti per la professionalità! Sicuramente faremo tanta pubblicità..
