The pastry shop is excellent, the service very disappointing, the clerks are annoyed, and, in my opinion, there are too many mocking faces. It's a shame to get takeout pastries and not tare them. The scale was at zero, so you pay for the wrapping as if they were pastries. It's a shame, small details that can make a difference. It's still the best pastry shop in the area.

Well, I'd say it's a nice place, excellent products like coffee, cappuccino, etc. And as far as I'm concerned, I also prefer to keep dogs outside for hygiene reasons and judge the pastry shop only on the quality or otherwise of the products... well done.

Excellent quality croissants and pastries. The only problem is the incredibly long service times. At 9:30 in the morning, the most popular croissant flavors (chocolate, jam, cream, and plain) are already sold out. These problems are especially prevalent on Saturdays and Sundays. Prices are a bit high; unfortunately, it's located in a town where you won't want to go unless you live there. Five-star quality, but not the rest!

Undoubtedly high-quality products. In my opinion, the pastry shop suffers from the presence of the bar. The two businesses don't coexist well and create management problems for both. It's a shame because it would be nice to be able to go for a coffee or an aperitif and be served adequately. Today, that's not the case. If necessary, the pastry shop remains, of high quality but a little above average in terms of prices.

We were very disappointed with the service. We went for breakfast, and in addition to the classic croissants, juice, and cappuccino, we ordered a mini portion of Bella Elena cake and were charged an extra €0.60 just for the cut, something we've never seen anywhere else. Furthermore, when we got the bill, they mistakenly added another portion we hadn't ordered. When we returned to report the mistake, the clerk refunded our money, but with an annoyed and unprofessional attitude, huffing and puffing as if it were an inconvenience. It's a shame, because the place seemed nice, but good customer service makes all the difference. I don't think we'll be back.

It's embarrassing that in 2025 they still don't allow dogs in... in fact, it's the only bar/pastry shop that prohibits them in the area... a shame because they're shooting themselves in the foot!

Animals cannot enter, the only bar in all of Italy, reason: in the past two dogs have bitten each other, so if two people fight inside the bar you don't let people in??? What a hypocritical and tasteless justification. For the rest, service and quality, I cannot express an opinion as they chased my wife and me away as soon as we sat at the table. In this regard I would like to point out the provisions of the law: In fact, the Presidential Decree 320/54, police regulation veterinary, allows access to dogs in public places and means of transport as long as they are on a leash or wearing a muzzle. No trader can therefore prohibit the entry of dogs. If a citizen finds himself in the situation of being asked to leave a place because he is in the company of his four-legged friend, he can report it to the traffic police, who will ensure that the law is respected.

A terrible experience, because I had to repeat the type of juice I'd ordered four times. The worst part was being kicked out of the bar, especially on a rainy day, because they don't allow dogs inside, even though there's a law that clearly states this. Dogs can't be banned. The owner was making senseless arguments. But that's just how it is, I'd say it should be avoided entirely!
