Nice and quiet family outing. Would really love to see a play structure for kids. Grew up playing in the ball pit sad to see no bathrooms. Show carls jr some love not everyone needs to be cramming up the in n out lot. Show love to all restaurants make all business and restaurants prosper there hardworking human beings working these jobs so appreciate them and put food on their families tables.

Oooooh Weeeee! So I just started using the app and started racking up rewards, but this time I ordered the western bacon cheeseburger with extra barbecue sauce, a little extra, not a lot extra and add a touch of mayo and jalapeños… Total game changer it rounds out the tanginess of the sweetness of the barbecue sauce, and the bite from the jalapeño Goes perfect with the acidity of the onions 🧅 and the onion rings! I think I’m gonna continue ordering it like this from now on of course with the Dr Pepper and no ice. Maybe next time we’ll get the waffle fries instead of the natural cut….

My visit to Carl’s Jr. was amazing, and Jose made the experience even better. His friendly and attentive service really stood out he made sure my order was perfect and constantly checked in to see if I needed anything. It’s rare to find such great customer service at a fast-food place, but Jose truly went above and beyond. We were traveling through the area at night recently and stopped in late at night. We were worried their lobby was closed, but they welcomed us in and were very friendly. Their dining area was spotless, though dated. Carl's Jr in general is a decent fast food option, though they are relatively expensive. The quality is notably better than some of their cheaper competition, though. Feeding our group of 5 came with some sticker shock, but it did the trick, and prices were generally more expensive in CA than what we'd get back home. Another quirk we dealt with in CA, especially here, was having to get the bathroom key from the front counter. This was a mild inconvenience traveling with two kids and a few people with chronic stomach problems; we had to ask for the key several times during our visit.

Usually my favorite burger place, friendly knowledgeable staff, but has gotten exceptionally expensive. I rated the atmosphere as a three-star because I didn't go in, i used to drive through.

Workers are nice. Food is pretty good considering it’s fast food haha. I HATE THE AI BOT THAT YOU HAVE TO TALK TO WHEN ORDERING. SUCH A STUPID AI. TOOK FOREVER. ALMOST GOT MY ORDER WRONG BECAUSE ITS SO DUMB. IT IGNORED ME. BRING BACK HUMANS!!!!!!

I cannot stand the drive thru AI. Put a real person on the intercom not a robot. I avoid ordering from this location often just because of that AI

Carl's Jr might win the dubious award for the worst food in California! If you have even a vague interest in dietary requirements, their menu reads like a nuclear waste site of dietary disaster. The only reasonable item I could find was the grilled chicken salad. This half-hearted attempt at healthy food was a pile of iceberg lettuce, scoop of grated cheese, two tomato slices, two red onion slices and a dried out overcooked chicken breast. I threw most of it away. Might as well just give up and get the Bacon Western Cheeseburger, it will kill you in the end, but at least it tastes good. If it matters, the restaurant was clean, the employees were helpful and there was a nice outdoor seating area and a large play place.

I ordered my kids This old disgusting food you can zoom in to the pictures I was so upset I didn’t even take pictures of the hard rock fries! If I could Rate zero stars I would. I told the manager and he said no we don’t serve old food but he wanted to replace it never again will I visit Carl’s Jr. in Redwood City again….

Order on the Carl JRs online app they messed up my online order JOSE working up front said it's not his problem I ordered it online. What does that have to do with you incorrectly making my burger luckily the other person working didn't catch his name after going back in forth with Jose stepped in and said he would remake it. Mistakes happen doubling down and saying not my problem when u order thru there app is ridiculous

Ordered through DoorDash and they left off one of two sandwiches. That's just unacceptable. You get a refund from DD, but that just makes it a really expensive trip for 60% of a meal. Very annoying.

They ignore customers in drive thru as early as 1 hour prior to closing. You can hear them manually stopping the AI from taking orders.

Tried to get drive thru and we wanted to know menu a bit more since we last went to carl jr the person in the drive thru was rude and impatient which I would get if there was customers in line but there was not anyone in line inside the or in the drive thru will not come back again and had said under his impatient breath of oh my god, I would do zero star service if I could, I suggest going somewhere else for food and a different carls jr if you carve for it because you won't enjoy yourself here

*0/5 stars* Our recent visit to this location was a complete disappointment. What was supposed to be a quick stop turned into an uncomfortable experience due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. An employee in the back was loudly arguing with the employee working the register, and the situation escalated to the point where they were cursing at each other. The topic of their argument was about the drive-through, with the employee in the back apparently upset that the register employee didn't own it. What struck me most was the complete lack of regard for the customers. Despite the commotion, neither employee made an effort to tone down their language or resolve their issue in a more discreet manner. As a result, our family, including our two young children, were subjected to a barrage of profanity and hostility. It's shocking that in a customer-facing environment, the staff couldn't maintain a basic level of professionalism. The experience left a sour taste, and it's hard to see how this location can recover without addressing the evident issues with employee relations and customer treatment. Until they get their team dynamics in order and prioritize customer satisfaction, I wouldn't recommend bringing your family here. The potential for a repeat performance is too high, and there's no need to subject yourself or your loved ones to that kind of environment.

The absolute worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Twice! It really seems like they do not care about service and basic courtesy. Very rude and talking to people with attitude when there was no call for it. I truly do not understand. Have not experienced this in other food establishments, only here.
