One day I was in a super big rush to get my smoothie and go to work and not be late at which point I quickly realized I was going to be late if I waited any longer for my smoothie. I told the cash register employee I was apologetic and I needed to go and he told me he would happily refund me for my smoothie that I had already paid for. I told him I didn't want the refund I just wanted to smoothie and I'd be back later for it. turns out they gave me a $10 gift card and a credit for a new smoothie and they called me multiple times to make sure that I got that smoothie that I had paid for it this is the best customer service I've ever received by far from anybody is this entire world. This manager needs a 5-star review from everyone and a raise.

Addicted! So glad I came in here, I no longer buy starbucks every morning. When I need a boost I come here instead. The pitaya bowls are so good, ladies who work here are awesome. Good pricing. I hope to try more of the menu

HONESTLY This Place Is Amazing The employees at this location are actually Phenomenal I come here about 5 days a week after my Workout I actually order the same protein shake religiously 1st shakes always tastes great and is consistent which many other places is difficult 2nd every employee is always beyond pleasant even when I have witnessed the bad attitude given to them by some customers All the employees are younger and hope their employer knows how lucky they are to have them try it its great

So yummy! Creative and fresh ingredients. It doesn’t feel like a chain at all. I got a smoothie made with their home made almond milk! So tasty for my drive back to Los Angeles.

After traveling and not eating the best I was craving a massive smoothie bowl and this place came in clutch. Located not too far from the heart of Palm Springs, this place has a great selection of smoothie bowls and their sizes are very generous with the portions. I got the acai based bowl with one of their recommended favorites and was pleasantly surprised. This was exactly what I was looking for. If you're in the mood for a smoothie bowl this is your place.

Amazing Acai bowls

Great smoothies, never disappointed, BUT they are so slow. 20 minute wait for one smoothie? I'm amazed.

The smoothie was fine. Star taken for two reasons. First, there's nowhere to sit down while waiting for your order. This is very rough on older people with health issues like me. Worse was the customer who was allowed to bring in his Weimaraner while waiting compounded by the (non-service) dog actually breaking the waiting/food prep area border when the owner picked up his order. The health department would not be amused. I will not be back unless they prohibit pets.

Amazing place the couches are a little dirty and so are the tables but other than that it’s great! I recommend trying the açaí bowl.

It's alright. I'm fond of fresh squeeze juices and often get them when I'm out. The menu at this establishment is quite unusual and not suited to my taste. The atmosphere feels impersonal. I won't be returning.

I’m pretty loyal to fresh and enjoy all the smoothies. But this girls working this morning Friday 17th at 8:45 had a severe attitude problem when I was trying to pick up an order. They slammed my smoothie bowl on the counter and were just overall rude.

Super busy with only 2 employees who were working non stop. The air conditioning was either broke or not set right because it was super hot. My bowl and husband's bowl were awesome. Low rating because of understaffing and the heat.

Order a large pedal power with an extra scoop of almond butter... It was an eleven dollar shake. TooT fifteen minutes to get and my cup wasn't even full. What really irls me is I watched the person who made it, dump extra shake from my blender into the sink. Other places give you the extra after filling your cup up. I think IllI take my money there.

I visited this place recently, but unfortunately, I didn't feel welcomed. The atmosphere was clean, but the staff didn't seem attentive or friendly.

This morning (12/2/2016 7:30am) i walk in and the girl that "helped" me wasnt so helpful. She didnt greet me when i walked in and when i ordered she didnt ask me for my phone #. She had the "i dont want to be here" attitude. No smile no anything. I had to tell her to have a great day and i grabbed my own lid for the bowl. I get it we all have our bad days but leave that at home. Because with attitudes like that makes people not want to come in, like myself.

Just picked up my PB2 bowl & it was the worst one yet. The last one wasn't Great and of course sometimes mistakes happen but the one I just got was awful. The bottom half of the ball was one giant solid mass of, I don't even know how to describe it, solid purple goop that would require a knife and fork to eat. I'm officially done with this place.

Food. I asked for pittaya bowl, still got definitely an acai, also didn't taste any pb in the pb2. My daughter got an acai smoothie, which came very sour and grainy. We asked to reblend it with maybe honey or smth, which they said they won't do because we already tasted the smoothie. So I had to stir the honey in. Service. Everyone is super grumpy. I don't know what's going on with these girls. I saw them drop the cups, spill things and not wipe off after. You expect a healthy smoothie place to be cheerful. This was the opposite. Atmosphere. Dirt behind their bowls of ingredients that face the customers, specifically the powders they use. The couches are sooo old, the tables are shaking (top broken off the leg). Just overall makes me feel that the business is struggling. I'm sorry for whoever manages it, but a bit more of a positive approach would be greatly appreciated.

Takes way to long to get your juice due to process disorganization and under staff.

Pin pad were you pay is dirty and full of prints, I advised the guy with the conceded attitude just because he has small lumps on his arms. He did not care after I advised him he told me to wait outside and did not clean pin pad.

Well I first tried phoning in my order and phone just rang and rang. Thinkin it was busy I just showed up. To three girls just sitting there talkin amongst themselves. When I showed up it was empty and they just continué talking until one finally greets me. And takes my order. Where’s management.

Idk why but they just totally forgot my order. Just ordered a 16oz smoothie and they served like four people before me. Eventually I went up and asked. They just said, "Which one was yours?" I regret tipping. Also the atmosphere is disgusting. The couches are dirty and gross.

Tho two ladies that work there are very RUDE and do not know how to take correct orders. The owner needs to actually look at the customer service.

Really don’t understand how there is 3 girls in the back and yet all decide to work on açaí bowels rather than going by the orders coming in. They all look like they didn’t get along there was no communication between any of them teamwork def lacking which made the service suck and drink tasted rush since I had mention liek hey been waiting here all most 15 minutes for a smoothie are serious. One should be on açaí one should be doing smoothies and the other one should be ensuring she can assist where she can. So bad never coming back

Disappointing. I have patroned this location on multiple occasions, both in visits to the storefront and ordering through apps. Today I ordered a 'half' sized tropical acai bowl and received about half of what I have experienced on previous occasions (Basically a quarter order). I called to seek a remedy to this and when the associate I spoke with asked their supervisor I was told that this was the standard serving size. So by that standard every previous time had been an egregious over serving, I made sure to make this clear and was still offered only the same excuse. Consistency in product would be great so that my standards aren't set so high on a par product, glad I paid full price.

That's really sad to see a place that supposedly should be all about feeling good, making you and your family feels uncomfortable, unseen, unworthy. And not to mention that there was only one customer at the location when we arrived. Only one customer in front of us and they took 22 minutes to be with us and they didn't even noticed that we(a family of 5) were there. They didn't say hi or we'll be with you shortly, or nothing! We were about to go, but my daughter is very sensitive and she started to cry, because she had already chosen what to order and she made her.mind that that's what she was going to have. My mother (78 years old), asked them if there was any problems with their system, any problems at all and they totally dismissed her. It ruin our family day. What a terrible decision we made to try Fresh Juice in Palm Springs. Never again! You don't need to go to this place. There is a lot of options out there! I actually feel sorry for their "feel good" business with "rude", "uneducated" employees!

I have been to many Freshes all around the valley. This is by far the worst one, and I honestly think it’s because they are the farthest from the entire franchise. Workers did not rinse the blender pitchers and I could taste citrus flavors in my Caribbean bowl. I don’t recommend coming to this location. The other locations are honestly way better than this one.
