The service is always great, and so is the food. Definitely go for the early bird special because it is a way better deal. Before every meal they have a 'small bite' they serve, it changes every week and it is always good. I typically go for the salmon, and it taste great every time. For dessert the chocolate lava cake is great, it takes about 15 minutes but it is worth it. There are no vegetarian entree options unfortunately. The restaurant looks high class, but there is no dress code. If you pay a lot at the casino you are very likely to get did compensation on the price for dinner.

Spontaneous place to Dine and Relax and the Food is PHENOMENAL!!!!! Every Bite had More flavor than the other ❤️ plus Excellent Service.

I came here with my wife and was ready for some steak. They had duck on the menu. I haven't had duck in years. So I chose the duck plate, and it was phenomenal. Service and atmosphere were fantastic.

Great dining place, away from Downtown crowds. We 've been going there for dinners and Sunday brunch when we are in Palm Springs. It's a classic steakhouse with a modern touch. Food and service is good, very relaxing atmosphere on the patio and indoors

I went here for my wife's birthday! We had great service and the food was very good quality. My steak was cooked very well.

This is a high class restaurant. The prices match the ombiance. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I sat at the bar and was dining by myself. I ordered a salad, but they treated me the same as if I ordered a high priced entree. The bartender was personable and knew her job well. I was offered bread and a beverage as soon as I sat down. I would especially recommend this restaurant for special occasions for sure. It is located inside the casino.

We had a great time! This restaurant is inside of the casino. It was very dim lit and intimate setting. The service was impressive and the food was delicious. The rack of lamb was succulent and tender. We tasted almost everything seafood. We spent $600.

The service is outstanding; the food Sea Food Mixer I ordered was fantastic. Clean and relaxed atmosphere. Bar seating available. The best shrimp scampi I've eaten. highly recommend this place to anyone visiting in Palm Springs area. Majority of the menu is priced reasonably.

My wife and I did a little overnight getaway in Palm Springs and wanted to get some gambling in. While at Agua Caliente, we decided to tryout The Steakhouse and it did not disappoint. It was a nice ambiance with very pleasant service and delicious food. My wife had the Caesar Salad with the Petit Filet while I did the Beef Satay followed by the Toothless Fish. Never had Toothless before, and it was honestly absolutely amazing. If you like Chilean Sea Bass, you got to give this a try. Overall, great experience with even greater food.

It was excellent, and just delicious. The cuts were perfect everything was “at least to me” was extra portions. It’s well worth the value and expense. I would take any business guest or for a night of dining, catering to friends and family..this is the place. I loved it my guest loved it we are fully content.

I had the seafood grill with Salmon, Shrimp with rice and broccolini and it was fantastic. The food was seasoned perfectly and the salmon and shrimp were fresh with a really good presentation. The garlic mash potatoes were sweet and creamy The staff was attentive and welcoming and repeatedly expressed their appreciation to me for dining with them. The menu items are not cheap but I certainly felt like I got my moneys worth. The Steakhouse is a great restaurant that I will visit again.

Good atmosphere and great service. Cons: bread pudding was not pleasant, do mot recommend. Also, a more decent knife to cut our tomahawk wouldve been appreciated, or server cutting it for us. But overall good place and would return.

I always have enjoyed coming here for a great steak, but the prices have gotten out of control. Make sure you have deep pockets if you're planning to eat here! I would like to see them offering a expanded scotch selection. They don't have enough choices.

The selection of items was stupendous! And really, the sauces were particularly good, the dessert was amazing, the scallops were, very good and the lobster, though small, was sweet. (So, I'm bumping my food score from 4 to 5, I think 4.5 would be the correct score, because it's pricey- but really, I was eating lobster, scallops and super special dessert!!!) Large portions, great friendly and attentive staff. Desserts looked amazing but did not have room! Would definitely go back. My ribeye was very nice however I prefer to be thicker rather than thinner and appear bigger on the plate.

The food was very good, but we had an almost identical meal the next night at a different restaurant for 2/3 of the price. There was an $80 steak dinner added to our bill. After a lot of discussion with the server and the manager with the explanation “oh that was the party before you“ , they admitted the charge was a mistake. Ot took 2 1/2 days for the wrong charge to be removed and the correct charge put on my credit card

A top tier steakhouse could not cook the steaks at the correct temperature and offered to cook them again. Unacceptable. The wait staff was aloof. The ambience did not match the lofty prices.

I sat at the bar for what I thought would be a nice dinner. I'll cut to the chace bartender lady(name? Angela maybe) was so unorganized and service was terrible. 20 min to get a glass of wine 30 min to get my water which I ordered first while waiting for a menu and wine list. Ordered salad and some grilled seafood plate which she commented great choice. Bread came from another person luckily. Salad came 20 min later and my dinner never came. Other guest sitting next to me said it took her 20 min to get a drink as well. Other guest were waiting for there food forever. After 2 hrs I left not happy gave her plenty of opportunity to do her job in that 2 hrs and I'm sure other guest from the ones I talked to were also disappointed. Won't be back..

They continue to take people that did no have a reservation. Personally watched 3 people come up. Do not bring your kids here they are terrible with kids or large parties. Happy sushi is was worth the money and quality and service

Tuna tartar was bad. Ruined our dinner. Mushroom ravioli was rubbery and disgusting. Went to celebrate my son's graduation and they never acknowledged him. Manager never came to our table. This was one of our favorite places but will never return. When I called the next day all he said was that no one else got sick. Very disappointing.

Fine food, slightly overpriced, but we had one of the rudest servers I’ve ever had. Felt like he was completely above serving us for some reason, we were polite, well dressed, the only thing we weren’t was as old as the average guest perhaps, young adults age 23, our server was rude, completely disinterested in helping us, intensely condescending, and had a fit when we asked to split the check between us two, why? Because I didn’t ask prior to him handing us the check accidentally. Disgustingly rude. Terrible place to go.

Woof! Okay, looked at the reviews, great! decided to give it a shot…disappointing (understatement). Service was good, Pearl was amazing, food on the other hand (the reason you go to a restaurant?), yikes, mediocre…at best. Starting with the obvious, the steak (Ribeye, $88) was over cooked (waiter did ask, but I wasn’t willing to deal with it). Oysters Rockefeller, big and bland; unbelievably bland (ate 2 of 6). Side of Brussels, also bland, how do you make brussels bland? New achievement. Walking out, greeted by the mgr, told him exactly what I wrote in this review, (face looked like he didn’t know what to do, so he didn’t, womp womp) He shook my hand and greeted me good night, that was it…gee thanks? (To be fair, the mgr acknowledged me for the feed back, and I wasn’t mad, shrugged my shoulders and kept it moving).

I DO NOT recommend eating here! Very over priced for the poor quality food. My filet was tough, the mashed potatoes were dry, the Brussels sprouts were really undercooked, the cream corn tasted like Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal with ritz crackers on top. Was not a good experience overall, very disappointing.

Food is good, however the service tonight we had was bad. Our service man was really rude when we told him he put the wrong order at our separate bill. When we told him that he put the wrong order, he insist that we changed our spot to make fun to him. He said the order was correct, because we changed our spot caused he print the bill wrong. We never changed our spot after we ordered food! Why we change the spot?! Because we want to make fun with our server? For the whole process, the service man never say sorry and with the bad attitude to us. He said you know if I went to change the order it would take me a long time and that burned me now! We were shocked by this service attitude! As the Asian clients we think this attitude was racism. The manager should give more training for their service man. But the food is good, thank u.

An unexpected family emergency came up and we had to drove back to Los Angeles The Steakhouse opened at 5:00PM and we decided to have our dinner earlier and then leave Palm Springs. The hostess checked with "Nathan Garrett" and he said: CAN'T DO ANYTHING, while 70% of tables were empty at 5:00 PM : ( In my opinion such a restaurant needs an experienced well trained staff to understand customers need, situation and satisfaction : (

I walked in right when they opened and asked for a table. The host told us they were fully booked and that the only seating available was the bar area. That immediately felt strange, especially considering the restaurant had just opened and the dining room didn’t appear full. As someone who spends a lot of money at the casino regularly, I’m not looking to be pushed into the bar when I’m asking for a proper table. So I told my partner we should just go somewhere else like Mr. Lyons or Sullivan’s instead. On the way to the car we were both talking about how awkward the interaction felt. It honestly seemed like they just didn’t want to seat us. I told my partner, “You know what, call them.” So we did. And magically, now there was a table available. So we made a reservation. When we walked back in and told the host we had just made the reservation, the whole thing became even more awkward. They took us to the very back of the restaurant and the entire time we were both asking ourselves the same thing: is this place even meant for us? I hate to even say this, but the situation left me wondering if it was a minority thing. It’s not something I jump to lightly, but the way it all played out definitely made it cross my mind. A steakhouse should feel welcoming and polished from the moment you walk in. Instead, this felt dismissive, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. Overall, it was far from the steakhouse experience you would expect and not somewhere I would rush back to.
