Food was great, portion sizes were MASSIVE (they DO offer half size portions; I unknowingly had the smallest hotel fridge known to man kind and my efforts at having leftovers for later were for not….). The service was meh; the gentleman working the oven/finishing seemed downright irritated by any question or presence of a person waiting for their food. Would come back here; would not want to deal with the expo guy.

Visiting from Canada - Ordered online, take out. Pizza was excellent, best dairy free cheese I’ve had. Lots of toppings, great tasting red sauce, crust was yummy too. Happy with what we got! I am updating my review in light of the fact that the manager contacted me, appologized for the burned pizza and offered me a free one on my next visit. Mistakes happen sometimes and making it right is the right thing to do! I ordered a make - your- own pizza for delivery I am staying in an r.v. park and gave explicit directions to find my trailer. I received several texts saying that my driver was having a hard time finding me. I texted him but no response. I waited out by my truck. He finally arrived 40 min. late and sadly did not speak English so I guess that's why he didn't respond. All of that aside... I took my cold pizza in to eat it and it was completely burned on the bottom. Seriously not fair. Will not buy from them again.

Located in downtown, from waking distance from public parking spots. You can also get road side parking - else public parking is near by. We tried veg out pizza. Preparation is quick, team ask you about what all veggie needs to put on. Ample space for seating. Reduced one star as cleaning can be better at place

So I cannot comment on the customer service for this location due to the fact that I had lunch with an employee that was off duty. So I obviously got treated differently than I would have been, if I had visited as a normal Patron. The employees commented on the fact that we just missed a super busy lunch rush. The place wasn't messy but it was more so used. See attached pics below. Great suggestion for you all, if you're going to stack your pizza high you should ask them to double fire it for you. Otherwise the dough may come out slightly raw. They also have a great selection of beverages. Rated four stars because I've had better Pizza. The whole concept of building your own pizza is the reason I would return to blaze.

Not sure if it is local laws or ordinances that require establishments to provide water to unhoused people but seeing a constant flow of derelicts bringing their outside, unwashed containers taking whatever beverages they like is simply unsanitary. And is likely why the lemonades & agua frescas are absent from this location. Don't even get me started on the bathroom... I enjoyed my pizza despite despite the toppings and salads appearing completely picked over. No one seemed concerned with how the place looked.

Ordered this pizza to be delivered because of a 6 hour drive- Big mistake- delivery was 20 minutes late, no napkins, no fork for the salad, no dressing for the salad, and the pizza was cold rubbery.

I, my friend and my children were dined at Palm Springs location. We go often to Palm Desert. They don’t offer any specials like Palm Desert. And I was ordering Two topping pizza special at Palm Springs location. Half 2 different toppings and half two different toppings. Server said ok and I placed my order. But then I heard the manager is not allowing to do so. That should be something they need to address internally not after you order. So, I was told it will be charged as build your own pizza if I do half 2 toppings different and than the other half 2 toppings different. And specifically after I placed my order already. I was so disappointed. The manager at least should explain or say we honor this time, since you placed your order. I disappointed with customer service and will not be back to this location. I had to reorder and other people were waiting, etc and having 2 small kids….

Not great unless you're hungover, in a hurry or just don't care. The crust had no flavor, the pizza toppings didn't taste fresh, the service was effective but lackluster and the pizza making station was quite messy. The croutons on the cesar salad were stale and the lettuce was wilted. If this was super cheap or discounted pizza maybe you could get by but it's not so we ended up quite unsatisfied after dinner.

Ya get what ya pay for. Pizza is just ok. It falls short with the crust. Ingredients are alright, although the "MeatEater" that I had was lacking in the meatballs. The crust is charred but is like eating chewy cardboard. Had a caesar salad also that was meh. They give you little containers of really thick dressing that you have to apply and try to toss the salad yourself. Dining room was a mess... trash scattered in various places on the floor. Many of the tables hadn't even been wiped down in what looked like since lunch time. My visit was at 6pm. The staff was ok, couple of them friendly enough. Overall, just a unimpressive fast food pizza chain. Nothing special here to go back for.

I was out with the family and we needed something quick but this place was the wrong choice. Waited in line for 30 minutes only to be met by a rude order taker. Got to the cashier and was again met with rudeness, maybe because it was busy but still no excuse. The soda fountain was broke so they offered water cups but the water from the drink area tasted like half vitamin water and half water. They did not have forks for the salad we ordered, and had to beg for parmesan cheese as if it were a valued commodity at blaze pizza. The trash cans were all overflowing so we stacked our trash on the side of the bin like the other patrons. Overall bad atmosphere for mediocre pizza and bad attitudes. Avoid this place and go to McDonalds if you want something fast for the family, at least the place will be clean and you can deal with a robot to order and not a rude employee.

Employees were not friendly and didn’t seem to wanted to be there. All 3 pizzas were overcooked and burnt on the bottom. Had to eat out of the box bc no one cleaned the dirty trays. Table was sticky and dirty. Waste of money. Will NEVER go back.

I called ahead after seeing on Google that the restaurant closed at 10 p.m. The gentleman who answered the phone informed me that as long as I arrived at least 10 minutes before closing, I would be able to place an order. I rushed over and arrived in time, joined the line, and noticed that there were still several customers inside. However, the manager approached me and stated that no more orders were being taken as they were closed. I politely explained that I had called ahead and was told I could order if I arrived before 10 p.m., which I had. Unfortunately, he disregarded my explanation. When I mentioned that I would be leaving a review, he responded, “That’s fine, go ahead.”

Ordered a family deal that is 3 small pizzas and two sides. The delivery did not include either one of the sides. Tried to call the restaurant and the voicemail tells you basically good luck cuz no one will answer and you should email them if there’s an issue. Spent $65 on 3 small pizzas and two brownies. The pizzas themselves are not very impressive. Overall disappointing and wish I ordered from somewhere else!
