The burgers are delicious, I dare say they're the best in the city. I buy them whenever I can. The only problem, and a very important one, is that they never answer the phone at the Jorge Castillo branch to place an order. It's happened to me several times that I've had to go there in person. Today is another one of those days. We're waiting 20 minutes to place an order; it's absolutely packed. I'd be much happier if they answered and told me to come pick up my order an hour later, but they never answered. I made 15 calls :( It would be great if they actually used their phone service. Thanks!

The service was excellent, as was the food. There's just one issue: while you're eating, they start sweeping, and they kick up all sorts of dust. They even swept my mom's feet, which is unpleasant.

The three stars are definitely well-deserved, mostly for the food. As always, the burgers are delicious, and any of the sides are great too, no doubt about it. However, the fact that they don't have a menu other than the ones on the screens, and the fact that the tables aren't cleaned after customers leave, but rather some time later (I've had them clean just as I sit down, and no, there isn't another one available that's actually clean). The staff isn't reluctant, but that doesn't mean they're excellent with everyone. The food was served quickly, but it's very strange that it's delivered wrapped in aluminum foil, and they waste so much plastic in the small bottles of flavored water.

The restaurant is good, but it has some flaws: the service isn't good, they make you wait for almost an hour, and even your hunger isn't satisfied. Another good thing is that the food is very good, to be honest, but another flaw is that there are no televisions. My honest conclusions are these.

Rayón Burger isn't what it used to be; it takes half an hour to get your order, if they don't forget it. There are much better options.

We've been there several times now, and the fries are awful, they seem like they're just leftovers. Today we went and they gave us raw fries, we asked for more and they gave us the same fries but this time burnt and brown, inedible. And this has happened to us several times already. Very poor quality.

I liked coming here, but today was a very bad day, my hamburger had different buns, the fries tasted like fish and were undercooked, with residue from the fryer, unfortunately, they changed our order because they didn't have ingredients, now I understand why the place was so empty

Hound a bug in my burger, I expected more for waiting 45 minutes. And wasn’t even the burger I ordered, horrible, awful, distasteful service, no one worked there by the name of Alejandro and my Diet Coke manically turned into a esprite. Do not recommend.
