Besides being an environmentally friendly business, they have a good selection of burgers and sides. Their diet burgers are some of the best. They also have sweet potato fries and onion rings.

The burgers taste great, I highly recommend this place to hang out and enjoy a good burger. They're really good. The service is just okay, nothing special, and the place itself is nice, with air conditioning for this heat and everything you need to order an ice-cold Coke, haha. I really recommend it; the burgers are very flavorful.

La comida y su precio son excelentes, además de contar con un bonito local. Lo malo es que abre muy tarde y los empleados suelen tener una actitud mala, además de tener caras largas y parecen atenderte muy de ahuevo. Por lo demás todo bien.

La comida es muy rica. No tienen combos. Los precios están algo elevados. El ambiente está bien, pero poco frío.

Muy buen menú, el personal es amable y el.lugar está limpio, puedes pedir antes y ya solo pasar a recoger. Super recomendable

La comida está rica pero no saben la diferencia entre vegetariana y dieta, porque pedimos una hamburguesa vegetariana y nos dieron la de dieta con carne🧍🏻mi pareja tuvo que comer la pura lechuga. También mi error por no checarlo antes.

La comida está rica, pero el servicio y rapidez es pésimo. No había más que 3 mesas chicas y 40 minutos para tener mi orden para llevar. En pocas palabras perdí mi hora de comida en esto. Si piensan comer ahí vayan conscientes que es con paciencia

The food was excellent, but the staff was terrible. I called to place my order and the first five times it went straight to voicemail. I assumed they were too busy, but when I arrived at the restaurant it was empty and most of the staff were idle. Very little customer service attitude.

The burgers are delicious, I dare say they're the best in the city. I buy them whenever I can. The only problem, and a very important one, is that they never answer the phone at the Jorge Castillo branch to place an order. It's happened to me several times that I've had to go there in person. Today is another one of those days. We're waiting 20 minutes to place an order; it's absolutely packed. I'd be much happier if they answered and told me to come pick up my order an hour later, but they never answered. I made 15 calls :( It would be great if they actually used their phone service. Thanks!

The service was excellent, as was the food. There's just one issue: while you're eating, they start sweeping, and they kick up all sorts of dust. They even swept my mom's feet, which is unpleasant.

The three stars are definitely well-deserved, mostly for the food. As always, the burgers are delicious, and any of the sides are great too, no doubt about it. However, the fact that they don't have a menu other than the ones on the screens, and the fact that the tables aren't cleaned after customers leave, but rather some time later (I've had them clean just as I sit down, and no, there isn't another one available that's actually clean). The staff isn't reluctant, but that doesn't mean they're excellent with everyone. The food was served quickly, but it's very strange that it's delivered wrapped in aluminum foil, and they waste so much plastic in the small bottles of flavored water.

Pésimo servicio, las mesas sucias, no limpian, hay que pedirles que te limpien una mesa para poder sentarte, casi una hora para que nos sirvieran y no tenían gente. Lo único rescatable es el ambiente, buena área para niños, que fue la razón por la que fuimos. A esta sucursal no volvería .

La persona que se encontraba en caja en ese momento tardo en tomar la orden debido a que estaba en llamada, al momento de recibir las papas estaban muy secas.

We've been there several times now, and the fries are awful, they seem like they're just leftovers. Today we went and they gave us raw fries, we asked for more and they gave us the same fries but this time burnt and brown, inedible. And this has happened to us several times already.
