*Please like! It was located in a convenient place for us to stop for French fries and burgers. It's located in a strip mall with a rather large parking lot. The restaurant is small inside and was busy with several families eating and carrying on. Then it slowed down to almost no one there at all. They offer self service machines to order and pay on your own. The food was hot and fresh. The service was excellent, everyone was professional and friendly. They immediately started to clean-up the dining room after their evening rush of hungry patrons. The bathrooms were tidy as well. I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's but this was a nice place overall. Free WiFi but no outlets to charge up the devices. I highly recommend this location if you're ever in the area and get the munchies. Plus there's lots of big box stores to shop arpund in if that's your pleasure.

Not to be a racist person, but if you are going to put someone on the drive through mic, they CANNOT have that much of an accent!!! I could not tell what they were saying and they got my order wrong because they didn’t understand me!

If you're gonna hire someone for register they should know English 🙄 took us three or four times of repeating ourselves.

First time coming through they got our order wrong, however I'm giving 2 because the second time they got our order somewhat right, mainly using the terminals which may be a little confusing.

Ordered from the drive through, buy one get one for $1 big macs, no pickles. At the window they ask if I had the two macs no cheese. Told them no, there should be cheese, no pickles. They had me pull over to wait while they remade them. Got two macs with labels clearly saying no pickles. Checked to make sure they had cheese, and they did. When I got home, found out that they also still had pickles, despite the labels. I know it's a minimum wage job, but is even basic competence too much to ask for?

Dont try and order pay cash in person, they will.make you wait 20+min standing around before even acknowledging you and say ill be right there and make you wait another 13 min. With only 3 tickets on the order screen and 6 workers in the kitchen.

I have to disagree with comment about a fan favorite for kids. Well first of all it is cold as hell in the playground area and my daughter could not enjoy playing in that environment. Another time we went and some other kid decided to urinate up at the top of the playground area. Plus it smelled really bad. I don't understand why they won't sanitize the area every day. Only when people complain about it. Shame on you McDonald's.

Ordering on the computer system is very difficult for anybody who doesn't do it very often. Ordered a Happy meal and got no napkins. You have to ask for napkins and ketchup. No napkins on any of the tables and nobody at the counter seems to care

Walked in to order and waited about five minutes to be acknowledged. I ordered a sausage McMuffin and an OJ and waited exactly 16 additional minutes to get my order. No apologies. It’s McDonalds insane.

Worst location in Humboldt. The staff is incapable of handling even the simplest of tasks. 4 times this month my sandwich came with nothing, but egg. How do you forget to put the main ingredient on the sandwich? This is simple stuff, and we pay these people $20 an hour to start. The worst part is instead of apologizing, remaking the order, and refunding you. They ask "Hey do you want me to make you a new one, or can I just throw it on this one." Sure throw it on this one that's cold and now a half hour old. To top it off they refused to refund me for my inconvenience.

The supervisor SLAMMED the drive through window on us when we were in mid-sentence and was sooo rude. They gave us someone else’s order but the window attendant didn’t speak enough English to understand what we were explaining so she went and got the supervisor. Not going back to this McDonald’s on Broadway after being treated like that over something that could have been fixed with grace and ease.

Left to sit in drive thru for 20 minutes due to a mishap with someone else's order, parked us and didn't bring out drinks the first time, drinks were not filled to the top and looked sad.

I have not ate at a McDonald's in over 25 years as I do not like fast food much. The south end of Eureka location was remodeled and had put in an indoor play structure. Today (5/25/22) I took my daughter there for lunch and to play on the structure, she was so excited to play on the structure. We arrived and ordered chicken sandwiches as we thought we'd be safe with that selection. First disappointment was we were told the play area was closed which was an extreme let down to my daughter. We received our food in a to go bag, as we were not asked for here or to go when ordering, so apparently there was no option to dine in (second disappointment). The tables were all empty so we assumed there was no dine in allowed so we just drove home to eat. Well it got worse as our third disappointment came when we opened our food which was inedible (see pics of dark hard chicken, soggy crushed fries, and burnt buns). What a waste of time and money as we had to eat food that we had at home. I do not recommend this establishment. I am confident in saying I will never eat at a McDonald's again for the rest of my life. After over 25 years they have only gotten worse not better.
