The good: I've known this ice cream shop since I was a child. The ice cream is delicious, it has a great flavor. My favorite is the cheesecake and the key lime pie popsicles. For a place in the area, the prices are a bit high, but totally worth it. ✨ The bad: On our last two visits, my sister ordered the chamoy ice cream, and when she ate it, she found insects...a fly and a bed bug. Very unpleasant. :( What could be improved: It would be nice if they accepted card payments, not just cash. Also, the staff's service could be better, and of course, they need to be more careful with hygiene when preparing the ice cream and sorbet. (!!!)

It's a shame that, despite such delicious and unique ice cream in Mexico City, the staff is so arrogant, irrational, and despotic. Not to mention that by 2025, they won't accept a single digital payment, which is almost arbitrary, and they tell you so in such a manner that you'll almost get kicked out of the establishment. I try not to go anymore because I always end up annoyed and disgusted.

We've been customers for many years, and they're really delicious, that's for sure. But unfortunately, we found a rubber band in our ice cream, and I went to tell the manager what I found. I asked him what would happen if a small child found it, and his response was that the child doesn't see who you're giving the ice cream to 😠, that's awful. He also mentioned that it's not the first time it's happened to them, many times, and that the rubber bands are clean 😵‍💫, meaning they wash them before they fall into the ice cream. I'm just saying, be careful with little ones eating the ice cream!
