The food was adequate, nothing special. I ordered through the app; the packaging, wrapping, and delivery time were fine. Only one item was slightly damaged by the weight and pressure of the other items in the paper bag. The hamburgers are made with ground beef, however, they are dry and tasteless. Some bites tasted like refrigerated or old meat. I expected a bit more from the sandwiches; they're made with ordinary bread and have little flavor (they reminded me of the sandwiches sold inside public schools during recess). The fries and potato wedges are tasty, perfectly fried, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, although the portions are just enough. The ketchup and cheese are low quality, but they do the job. Not very recommendable. Again, the food and products are just adequate, bland in flavor. I don't think I'll be a regular customer or order again; I think there are much better options that stand out.

They don't wear masks when preparing food, and hygiene isn't the best. I was there when I asked why, and the answer was zero. I canceled my order, and they got upset about it. It was November 20th.

Poorly prepared food, unprofessional staff, I absolutely do not recommend it, and if you order delivery, they don't give you all the items. The staff is arrogant and rude, especially to the delivery drivers.

I ordered delivery, and it left a lot to be desired. The meat was very burnt and tough, the bun was burnt, and the burger had no toppings. A regrettable experience.
