I love these guys! I work right next door at Cava, so I always order ahead to make it easy to just run and grab my drink. It's always ready right on time. The store itself is super cute inside and always clean.

I love the ease of ordering online and picking it up. It's quick and easy and you bypass having to waiting there. Staff is always friendly and I like that they wear masks. We usually get the coconut milk tea, taro, green tea and black sesame. If you go often you should do the loyalty program. They sent us a bunch of cool stuff since we go so much. We got a hat, stickers, a mug, and reusable straws.

My no1 ranked place now! It’s good and helpful service and I always get exactly what I ordered!!

It's been hard to find good quality milk tea in the area. This is probably the first place I've REALLY enjoyed. I'm a low sugar, no ice type (I pour it over my own ice at home). They have great tea flavor with a bit of sweetness at 30%. It's the perfect blend. They're also very fast and nice for to-go orders. I haven't stayed to "dine-in", but they've got a nice air conditioned seating area with wifi and pleasant music.

My daughter loves this place! Anytime we are in the area, she orders the honey milk tea and I order the taro milk tea. We love bobas too. Those two drinks are pretty sweet, but you can reduce the amount of sugar/sweetness in them, which is pretty nice. Worth a visit if you're in Cedar Park!

Incredibly inviting atmosphere and awesome drinks. Very consistent with our orders every time, and really can do some fun and experimental things with your drinks too if you're feeling adventurous! Highly respectable and fun staff as well!

Clean place and their drinks are just sooo good! My favorite is of course Taro!

Fast and very friendly, but oh my word y'all! The tapioca pearls were perfect!!! SO soft and not too large, and tea could have been a little stronger but that's personal preference. But definitely give this place a try if you're in the area!

upd to my previous 3 star review: they refunded the drink I ordered on the next day and mentioned that their original milk cap was out of stock till next Monday, so they temporarily had to substitute it to some other vendor. I came back next week and the milk cap was indeed as usual. I’ve been ordering black tea with a milk cap for months at this location, and it’s usually great. But this time, something was really off with milk cap. At first, I didn’t notice anything unusual, but as I started drinking, I realized the milk cap wasn’t blending smoothly with the tea like it normally does. Instead, it just sat on top with a jelly-like texture and a strange vanilla ice cream-like taste. By the time I finished drinking the tea, the milk cap was still there, and it tasted awful. Now I feel sick.

The clean lines and open concept makes this an ideal place to hang out with friends or sit and work. The Coffee Milk Tea half sweetness was perfect for an afternoon jolt. The service is fast and friendly. Staff all wear mask and are helpful when it comes to deciding what to order.

She had beautiful black hair 👩🏻that I could just tell were so soft and cute dark brown anime eyes 🥺. I stuttered “uh mang mango slu slush” and she whipped it up in 0.5 seconds. I took my first sip of mango slush and wept. It tasted like the nectar of the gods. I’m definitely coming back on a regular basis and maybe I can muster up the courage to talk to the girl 😅.

Many times, I have come here to get boba, and i still will. KFT is one of my favourite spots to get boba, probably my number one. The boba is awesome, the service is exquisite, and the atmosphere is beautiful. I would recommend to family and friends.

The winter melon green tea with boba is delicious. I really liked the texture of boba at this place. Right amount of sweetness and chewy. I particularly didn’t like the bitterness in the drink I ordered. But that’s because of the green tea in it. Will probably try a different flavor next time. They customize sugar levels and ice levels which is great. They also have variety of options to choose from their menu. Although I ordered a to-go, the ambience looked pretty .

Just moved to the area and this place is walking distance so I’ve already been 4 times (I have a problem). The drinks are okay and typical price. I usually go on a work break during their off hours so it’s slow but today kind of ruined it for me. It was packed (which was fine/expected). I sent a mobile order to potential skip the line. After waiting 10+ mins I look over a see a bunch of drinks behind the counter. The girl working stopped and asked all the people standing around for their names/orders and cleared out most of the crowd. She didn’t ask me or bother to acknowledge my presence even though I was standing right at the counter. I see what I think is my drink and try to flag her down - nothing. She goes back to taking orders and making drinks. 5 more minutes and I manage to flag down the guy working. At this point the crowd is mostly gone. The drink that was sitting there THE WHOLE TIME was in fact my drink! The ice was already melted (I did order less ice so partially on me) but what kind of service is that?! Why hide the pick up orders behind the counter!? Also why did the girl worker completely ignore me after talking to all the people in my area? Only one of which was there before me. Also the drink, taro milk tea, was 4/10.

I've been wanting to check this place out for a while since I pass by it every day, but the inside felt cold and lackluster. I was really excited, but the atmosphere ended up feeling sterile, and the drinks were just mediocre. Some might enjoy it, but I've definitely had better teas elsewhere.

Pretty bummed my taro smoothie was like 1/4th hard ice. The taro and smoothie was delicious but the ice made this drink a two thumbs down…

The tea is great. The space is great. No option for kids: no games, we asked for Milk for my 4 year old, however it was $5.

First time visiting Austin, unpleasantly surprised by the incompetence of the staff. Literally just wanted to get some bubble tea without gluten and wanted some suggestion on toppings to go in there. I asked for advice or suggestions on a popular type of topping to put in my drink and the cashier lady was not able to suggest anything without gluten. She instead looked to her coworker who was sad looking and making the drinks for help but that lady did not seem to care. She walked over and pushed the menu to us and told us “anything that has gluten is written on it” and walked away. Thanks caption obvious. I asked her again if she knew any specific popular toppings or had any suggestions. She then looked at me and did not seem like she knew so I myself suggested some thing and she just seemed to agree it was a fine option to have. When the drinks were handed to myself and my boyfriend the third lady was dismissive. She looked down and didn’t even say anything to us and pushed the drinks towards us as we were near the counter and walked away. There are better places won’t be coming back.

Staff was not friendly at all. It was my first time here which I mentioned when I asked a question about the menu and they did not help me with making a selection at all. The drink it self was okay, I got the caramel machiato slush, but was way over priced for what it is. This tiny cup was over 5 dollars, and not worth it in my opinion.

I don't usually leave reviews, but not having multiple drinks on your menu for months is actually ridiculous Update 9/17/2024 it has been at least six weeks and they still do not have strawberry or blueberry syrup. Just take the item off your menu completely at this point.

Placed 3 drinks order. It didn’t seem to get busier after we placed our order. 15 minutes went by, changed my son’s diaper in the car since there were no changing station and our drink was yet to be done. I had asked if our order was going to be ready anytime soon.. (as there were only two people when we first walked in.) The staff asked what our number was and I said I never received one. They all looked around to see where the cups were at. Apparently, the drinks were done because they were sitting in a bag. They never said anything or gave us any kind of acknowledgment that it was ready. Service is completely awful! The Thai tea is not fresh so don’t expect the authentic orange one when you order. The coffee milk tea wasn’t to our liking… definitely not our go to place for boba milk tea.

I'm a red ( almost black )belt. I have placed countless orders with this location mainly due to how close it is to me. I have been to other locations and haven't experienced the same bored and uncaring attitude I continue to see at this location. Out of every 5 orders, 3 will have an issue. It's to the point where I don't even bother reporting issues management doesn't seem to care As for the company itself, customer service is usually great. Other locations have friendly staff and don't have you waiting a long time for your order at all.

Used to come here with my kids all the time to get a coffee milk tea, however since the machine has been out of order with no hopes of working anytime soon, I just take my kids to the Alley instead. Would recommend their store for a better drink and menu experience. Management needs to figure this out.

Coffee machine has been out of service for months. Can't say I'm surprised, but definitely disappointed. Brown sugar is also apparently all out of stock, nice... Not sure if theres been a change of management or if this is a larger problem with the chain, but they are constantly out of stock of multiple items. Mango, strawberry, all the kids flavors are gone every time we visit. I recommend checking out their competitors across the road!! My wife and I won't be returning until Coffee Wow is available again.

arrived at 3:15, and they had a sign on their door that said boba wouldn’t be done until 3:30. I figured I would wait to order. They then changed the time to 3:40. I ordered at 3:40 and didn’t get my drink until 4:15 (they also forgot about my drink and multiple groups that ordered after got their drinks first). Waited an hour in total for a mid drink.

Have taken this issue with my bank.

This store is in dire need of a franchise audit. If you want Kung Fu Tea, go to the Research location, which is reliable and well run.
