Their smoothie bowls are sooo worth it! Worth the price definitely, they’re very full and actually big enough unlike many other açaí bowl places. Very nice workers too

These guys are ALWAYS busy and they ALWAYS deliver great customer service! I get the same Veggie Slim-n-Trim, no ginger, add strawberries and they’re always consistent. The staff is so nice and easy to talk to. Thanks, y’all, for keeping me happy and fit!

Gabbi is so personable and sweet. She remembers me and my order every time I come in and only after being here about four times. I have never been a regular anywhere but she make me feel welcome and appreciated so I don’t mind being her regular. Definitely my favorite place to go get a smoothie. Glasses girl, Alexa, and Bobby were very nice and awesome employees. Super quick at making em, never takes more than 5 minutes.

The worker was so nice! They had no problem replacing some of the ingredients with something else. Ive gone before with a friend that has allergies and they used completely different containers so she didnt have a allergic reaction

These two nice girls named Lyvia and Arianna who kindly helped me find which smoothies to get. They were kind and had a nice conversation with me I highly recommend going here!! I stopped going to tropical smoothie Cafe because of these employees and how good the environment is!

Unfortunately I'm not a huge smoothie fan, but if you are, this place is great.. They have a huge menu with detailed descriptions, and the employees were friendly and helpful. We got our smoothies quickly and it was an easy visit!

For what I would call a commercialized nutritional shake and knowing that their price is as such that reflects that that's how they make their business while paying a big property lease and all the other operating expenses, it is still tasty and nutritious. It was convenient and it hit the spot. I do not expect this company to make the kind of shake that I make at home but, if they did, they would cost between $7 and $15 for a 20 oz. It was also a pleasant experience with good customer service and happy faces. Thumbs up for what you guys do. Thank you 😀

Good drink, quick service at a higher cost. Other areas one been to have sold me the same drink at a lesser process; consistently. I guess this place deserve more money; that was my first and last purchase at this location. Becoming more and more difficult for a person to enjoy a good anything with process raising like out summer temperatures.

It seemed awfully small but I was in a hurry and figured smoothie supplies & costs must have caught the Covid pricing bug. Then I got home and looked again at the menu. Nope, I just got screwed. Asked for, and paid for, a large but received a small. It tasted really good, at least while it lasted. But I'm still hungry...and I have less money now.

Smoothie was good, but I waited 20 Minutes for mine. When I saw others getting theirs before me when they came in after me, I asked and was told that my smoothies spilled so they had to make new ones. It was fine if they spilled it, but they could have at least made mine first before the people after me, and also let me know so I wasn’t sitting there waiting and watching others come in and out.

Second time I have car to this location and they did not fill up the cup all the way. I am literally missing 20% of my smoothie but I don’t have time to go back and complain. I saw her look at it and in wonder and she still gave it to me. No words about it no apology just acted like ell should be well

The smoothies are fantastic but the manager needs to work on his people skills. Like for instance when customer comes in and says hello, they might want to acknowledge that. All the smoothie gurus are really nice. I don't think I'd want to work for that manager though. Since the store is so convenient to my home I will still go there but hopefully not while the manager is working. Update:they got a me manager.

Good smoothies, but pretty uncomfortable being around the staff. Ari was yelling about how she hates being at work and how people shouldn’t come in 20 minutes before closing. Both girls working were pounding blenders and throwing things into the sink while yelling at each other back and forth. Felt very uncomfortable standing there waiting for the order.

Came in and I always come to this smoothie king but the way the “manager” or whoever was training the new employee was absolutely horrifying. The superior was rolling her eyes and answering all of the new employees questions very bluntly and or just taking over and not taking time to teach her even tho I told her I was in no rush with zero other people in the lobby. Overall I’m very upset with how she handled her new employee and sincerely hope things get better.

I'm never coming back this location again. It took me 20 minutes to get my smoothie. It was a nice smoothie but it was a waste of time and frankly, I'm disappointed. The girl at the counter who made mine was super nice though and it's nothing personal but yall need more people on shift.

While my smoothie and protein powder purchases were both good, I believe my debit card was skimmed while there and my suggestions to staff that they do something about it were treated with indifference. I wouldn’t go back based on poor staff interaction and would strongly advise anyone not to use a credit card in their store.

Watch out for this SK location. Ordered a daily warrior yesterday with out oeanut butter and was very clear about it, but there was PB in it and i paid the price for it since i am sensitive to PB. The Georgetown location is my home SK and they always get it right

Let me give you a tip, if it’s gonna take me 20plus mins to get a smoothie, how about you announce that while I’m doing the purchase?! 20 plus mins and I’m still waiting There is a reason I came here and not to a restaurant. Assumed quickness of in and out of one of the biggest reasons. I also live next door and will never bring you my business in the years to come.

2020 Always awesome, the staff are great and easy to talk to. They always make the best recommendations based on my likes. 2022 ***Amending my 5 star review to 1 star .... in the past 8 months this place has significantly gotten worse. The recipes have gotten bad and add to that the staff just doesn't care. 100% of the time the have made a mistake to my order. Idk why it's gotten so bad and it only seems to be this location. Very disappointed.

Our kids were craving smoothies, so we scooted on over to Smoothie King. We walked in and noticed some of the lights were being turned off. We asked "are you still open?" to which a young man behind the counter replied "for about another 30 seconds" in a very sarcastic way. He never made eye contact and looked very put out that we were there. My husband asked if he could still make us smoothies and the young man stood behind the register and asked "what do you want." His tone was rude and unfriendly. We ordered 3 smoothies as quickly as we could. He turned around while another young man was spraying and sanitizing. The boys were obviously ready to get out of there as quickly as possible, discussing "you do this and then I'll finish that." Never once did he or the other boy make eye contact, show any manners, make small talk, or act friendly in any way. We would have had no problem leaving if he had said the store was closed, but he made the decision to let us order, so he should have treated us like any other customer who comes into the store during the day. When he rung us us he placed the last smoothie on the counter and, once again, identified which shake was what when i asked, yet still didn't make eye contact. He then said "have a nice night," as fast and under his breathe as possible while turning around to get busy preparing to leave. I'm sure the boys were ready to get out of there and go do whatever they wanted to do, but their lack of good customer service was a real turn off. Working in the business industry for 30+ years, I would never allow my employees to treat customers that way. Those boys need to take a customer service 101 class. We won't be back.

Unfortunately, this location must be really short staff. I was informed that the issue I had with an employee Jazz was corrected by Christy the manager and I wouldn’t have to deal with it again. Well I was informed incorrectly I placed an order over the phone get to the location to pick up my smoothie. The young lady Jazz was in front by herself apparently Gabby wasn’t there. I actually should have known because when I ordered over the phone I had to repeat myself several times what I wanted. I get the same smoothie every time spinach pineapple. This shouldn’t be to complicated at all. That smoothie was so nasty I basically just given smoothie king $9.00 as a donation. From Jazzmine missing the spinach on one of my previous orders to chunks of ice in this smoothie it’s getting even worse.This smoothie had no pineapple taste in it at all. Today was the last straw for smoothie king for me. This was very disappointing to me. This location really needs to get a better staff for mornings. I don’t understand why is it so complicated to follow the instructions on making the smoothies for her. I can say there are several employees at my company comes here in the morning’s daily. If this continues I will not be the only one this location has lost as a customer.
