My favorite thing to get is a double double animal style with chopped chilies (yes, in the burger). When I feel like cutting some carbs I get it protein style (lettuce wrapped). You can’t go wrong with In-N-Out burger.

Missed this place when I was in chicago. Guys if you in Texas, Cali or somewhere else where this place are, you shoud try it! Best service for burger place, price-value, DOUBLE DOUBLE ANIMAL STYLE!!!

This place is really good. Service is outstanding. The burgers are well crafted. Fries I don't love them but they are not terrible either. They are the Chick-fil-a of burger joints. Every employee was smiling and seemed to be very happy to be at work. I have been a restaurant manager for 25 years and was really impressed by the level of service here.

Old burger diner feel with modern material decor. You know what you're getting, the items on the menu are straightforward. For me the double-double cheeseburger with onion, fries extra crispy, ask for extra spread at the pick up window or when getting your order inside. My toddler loves a cheeseburger no onion or tomato. Wife does double double no onion. We like to confirm we are eating in our vehicle on busy days when we order through drive through. Comes in a box and is easier to handle. How they wrap it makes eating while in the car way easier.

I have been in the food manufacturing business for over 40 years and want to say that I have never seen a fast food restaurant with a better employee culture. I have been sitting here the last 30 minutes watching them work ( 2:00 to 2:30 P on 07/21/25) and they are all smiling, energetic and giving an awesome experience to their customers. It is refreshing to see during this time when so many don’t care or put much into their work. And by the way my wife will tell you I almost never give reviews, the employees at this location have really impressed me.

Great location! I've only done drive through take outs at this particular location so far, so can't say much about the in store experience. The drive through sometimes gets busy but they seem to be organized, so you don't feel like you're waiting for no reason.

Friendly employees, great service, and the overall feel of In-N-Out is always so pleasant. I've talked with the operator of this location briefly, and he has such a kind and caring attitude about him, and you can tell he really does care for his employees.

Being from CA, this hits the spot. The burgers and fries were perfection, and the staff were wonderful. On top of the staff treating us super well, we could hear them all in the kitchen having an absolute blast together. We loved hearing it! We went to another location in TX and it just wasn’t as good in any way.

Nice place that is open till midnight. Excellent taste and price. Can be crowded and might take some time to get the order. With this rush, they still strive to keep the place clean. I also like how they keep the menu simple and small.

Excellent service, quick turnaround, and relatively less busy location than elsewhere in Austin. Much higher quality than comparably priced burger place (BK, McD) or same quality as more expensive places (5 Guys, Mighty Fine). Try animal style - doesn't cost any extra on burgers, and worth the upgrade on fries (but messy).

I think anybody that goes to In-N-Out Burger has a good experience. I know I have since 1971. Very consistent and family owned. Very focused on providing quality food and service. I would never hesitate to go here for a good meal and the best part is their hamburger is less than 400 calories. The cheeseburger I think is 450 calories. when you see other burger places with their cheeseburger at 1200 calories. This is a great low calorie option.

I watched the crew work at Inn N Out and was so impressed by their teamwork, attitudes, and hospitality. The manager was working his butt off, while leading his team. I watched a customer come in over and issue and he left happy because they took care of him. I swung by In-N-Out Burger and had an absolute blast — their Double-Double was perfectly fresh with crisp lettuce, tomato, spread, and melted cheese, and the Hand-Cut Fries were golden and addictive. The Chocolate Shake made for a creamy, nostalgic finish. What I loved most was the laid-back, clean feel of the place — it’s fast food done right. The staff were friendly and efficient, and knowing they make everything fresh (no freezers) gives it that extra “this is real” touch.

We came here for dinner on March 16th. The entire team working tonight was great. We got our food fast and it was pretty good. We liked the entire onion slice on the burger as opposed the usual small diced pieces or small rings. The fries were decent, but a little under fried. The crew working tonight was all over the place cleaning everything constantly. And thank God they have Biblical references everywhere. We will definitely come back.

In and Out is a Bay area classic that makes its way to Austin. Perfectly located for lunch before shopping at Costco, I've found that the drive-thru line here is almost always quite long and going in can be faster. I always order my fries extra crispy which does take longer to get the order (longer being relative; I tracked 9 minutes from order to pickup for a double double and extra crispy fries). My wait was rewarded - I had the best fries I've ever had at an In-and-Out here, and I've been to ones in Vegas and the Bay. Where they could use some work is balancing condiments on the burger; you can see in my photos that one side had no lettuce while the other had all of it. But I give them a 5/5 for the fries alone, which are usually the weakest point of In-and-Out. It's virtually the same price as P. Terry's (at the time of writing, $7.63 for a double double + fries at In-and-Out vs. $7.58 for a double cheeseburger and fries at a P. Terry's) so if you're a fan of good fast food burgers, it's definitely worth a stop.

Did a walk in pickup last week since the drive thru line was very long even at 2:00. They made it a dine in but when I said it was supposed to be a dine out they were apologetic and happily bagged it properly for me. The burgers are alright for fast food. Just don't order a vanilla milkshake unless you want something that doesn't taste like ice cream was ever involved in its creation! It is so artificially smooth that the texture is more like a really starchy slurry. I couldn't make it past a couple of sips!

Too much money for the room (over $150),I understand it was a weekend but the price was too too much for what we got. A lot of hotels were sold out for this particular weekend but if we had known what this room looked like we would have spent more money to stay at the luxury hotels in downtown corpus. meh. There must be a regional issue with where the meat comes from. California In'n'Outs are amazing. Texas In'n'Outs are pretty "meh". Wasn't impressed with the fries, either, though in CA, they're great. In Texas, Whataburger is much better. Traffic and parking lot maneuverability can be really bad.

The service was very good and the food was hot and fresh. The burgers were built up perfectly with the onions, tomatoes and lettuce. It was not dry and the cheese was melted just right. Unfortunately, the burger patties were very thin and dry which let the burger down. The fries were a good portion but were slightly burnt, which we did not enjoy. This was our first In-N-Out experience.

Maybe oil was old but they were not normal alittle dense I guess? Tough to say what I experienced. Just know I won’t go back and do not see what the fuss is all about

Give me EVERYTHING I didn’t ask for why don’t you, In-N-Out, Cedar Park!! Sent my teen to pick this up and she should have checked but we ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a hamburger with no tomato, and Coke no ice. As you can see from the pics, accuracy is not at all this restaurant’s forte! Fries were also sparse and kind of undercooked. We have In-N-Out in CA all the time when visiting family and we’ve yet to find any in TX that compare. But this location is just about as bad as they get! Update: customer recovery was great with a nice acknowledgment of the issue and I was issued via snail mail, 4 cards for free meals and a do over.

Worst in n out we’ve ever been too! In California and up in Frisco they are excellent!! Today we went at 2pm, we were ticket 173. The protein style burger came out completely wilted and mush. No crunch, just hot soggy lettuce. Absolutely disgusting. Then the shakes were just milk. As thin as water, no thickness or ice cream to them what so ever. We were given literally strawberry milk poured into a cup. We never eat out so this was supposed to be a treat. Wasn’t worth a single dime spent on it. Won’t be back.

Today I had one of the worst experiences ever. Standing there with my son trying to order us both food. The kid got our order wrong and couldn't fix it. He said one of us could only have water. Frustrating having to leave without food you pay for so everyone can eat...

Normally this place is great. But tonight on Friday 5/2/2025 at 6:15pm, it was a disaster, they were all screwing around. They were unorganized and got the order wrong. Ordered a flying Dutchman with an onion wrap and they forgot it, finally got it and the onion wasn't cooked, they put it in a hamburger box, not a cardboard box so it opened up in the bag. The food bags were just shoved out the drive-thru window into my wife's face with absolutely no courtesy. The “iced tea” had no ice. They were all laughing and joking around with each other and customer service was the last thing on their minds. Whoever the manager was this evening should be fired to set an example of what not to do. We have gone to this In n Out on Whitestone Blvd in Cedar Park, TX 78613 at least once a week, sometimes two or three times a week for the last five years. It's my Grandsons favorite place to eat. Never have we encountered such disregard for customer service. Phoebe the cashier was the only one doing her job correctly, she was courteous and professional, unlike everyone else. 😡

This is absolutely the slowest in and out I've ever been in. 1 combo meal took 15 minutes to go when there was no line and there was only three orders including mine that is absolutely unacceptable the food's good like always but the service pick up the pace it does not take rocket science to put a couple burgers together.

There is a sweet young black girl who’s been outside for over 2 hours in this cold, yet I get to the window who’s manned by a gentleman taking orders over the headset as well. Seems like there’s absolutely 0 need to have anyone, regardless of skin color standing outside in this cold. Do better.

Very disappointing experience at In-N-Out Burger. The food quality was terrible and the service was careless. We specifically asked for melted cheese on the side, and instead we were given a cold slice of cheese on a piece of paper. That alone shows how little attention they pay to orders. The fries were horrible — extremely cold, tasteless, and clearly not fresh at all. Honestly some of the worst fries I’ve had. The burger itself was very thin, poorly made, and falling apart, with no real flavor. Nothing about it felt fresh or worth the hype. Overall, the food was low quality and badly prepared. This was a complete letdown, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

What a bad experience! The order was incomplete, missing one size of animal style fries. What a waste of time to go back to the location and ask to get the correct order, what I paid for. The flying dutchman didn't bring onions holly mackerel just the cheese come on guys! Please always double check the your order, at this times we never can trust nobody
