Clean. Killer salsa and chips bar for dine in. Tacos deliver great taste fair value and size. Chips are made fresh, same with salsa bar and tacos. So awesome and worth the two dollars extra over taco bell. 8 bucks chow down.
I love this place!!! Their fajitas are the best!! I love the Pirata taco. I order it on corn and make two tacos out of one since they always give you an extra tortilla. Their corn and flour tortillas are made in house. I alway love their salad bar as they have picked onions, cilantro, a variety of salsas, and a bunch of other stuff.
This place never disappoints. The Panchos (nachos) are a meal! The fajitas are really good and the homemade tortillas are excellent. Breakfast tacos are top notch as well! My new go to for a fast, tasty meal!
This restaurant did not disappoint. You must try the cheesecake I don't know what they do to it but it's magical. And whoever put my order together you can tell that the food was made with love and they didn't miss anything they actually gave me an extra spoon and double napkins which we all know we're going to use yeah it was just it was really nice to have that good service. The food was good too, and they have Fideo which I love!
Being from Laredo I was looking forward to some good food from home. I was unsure of the transition to the Austin area. Had fajitas for two. Food was very tasty, and hot. Along with a good portion of fajitas Our order came with rice beans tortilla chips grilled onions tortillas and guacamole. We did not wait long for the order and the man who took our order was nice and helpful. Only downside salsas have no heat even the pico de gallo.
Excellent service! Awesome food! Better than what I ever expected, I guarantee you’ll love it here. Especially Jackie she is really amazing! I am hard to please and I will definitely be back.
Eating here for the second time in three days. Some of the best beans & rice I've ever had. The avocado salsa is amazing. For taste and quality they beat everything else in fast food. I'm so stoked that there's an entire menu waiting for me to try.
My new favorite spot for fresh mex! And Jackie is the best at taking my order and always getting it right!
My favorite taco palenque location! They’re very quick and efficient! Great staff, Jackie always attends me with a great smile! Definitely recommend!
I usually come through the drive-thru to pick up a quick dinner. Love the super quesadilla with sirloin. The service is always great. I love their salsa and the tortillas are so good. Definitely the best Mexican fast food around. It's a new go-to for me.
Amazing experience! Wife and I got quite a few menu items to try. The sirloin street tacos were phenomenal coupled with the salsa. Also the fajita chicken quesadilla was one of the best quesadillas I have ever eaten. The ingredients and freshness of everything we ate was on point. Prices were also very reasonable for the amount and quality. The service was impeccable as was the cleanliness. It's amazing to have a place like this in Cedar Park now. My wife and I will be back weekly now to try out more of the menu (it is quick extensive!). Only thing that would have put it over the top would be a place to lock up our bicycles as my wife and I like to bike to dinner (weather permitting).
Can't go wrong with breakfast burritos that are served throughout the day. I often get the Potato and Egg Breakfast burrito with tomatillo sauce, or the Fajitas burrito and I have yet to be disappointed. Jackie, who takes orders at the drive-thru, is always so nice and courteous, and I find myself visiting this location often because of the food and customer service.
I'm don't usually love taco places, but this place was pretty good. Big portions of beef in the quesadillas, and the salsa bar is super fun. The tortilla chips are some of the best. Staff is super friendly. Tortillas don't look great at first glance, but they taste really good, so make sure to try them.
This is great for a fast casual type Mexican restaurant! The menu has a variety of choices that you don’t find at other Mexican restaurants. The fajitas, picadillo tacos, and beans are all DELICIOSO! Homemade tortillas are always a plus! Service through the drive-thru was good & fast, and everything was packaged perfectly so no spills. I will be back!
Service is spectacular, everyone is so kind here. As a student at the nearby college, I love coming here to enjoy breakfast! The Chilaquiles are a must. The inside salsa bar and clean tables make this a pleasant place to eat! Love!!
Yk that moment when you just finished leading a 5 day leadership camp at the Texas capitol building and you go to taco palenque with 15 other people on Valentine’s Day??? If your answer is yes then I need not say much else. This place takes me back to the republic of Tejas before we joined the United States. Food authentic and enjoyable as the conversations you’ll have. God save the queen!
Picked up to go through the drive food. This place is amazing! Mila provided excellent customer service. She was on point with my to go order. Making sure everything was to my specific request. Gave me Salas and did not forget the plastic utensils. I didn't have to ask for anything. She was on point. This is how a drive through service should be. The food was fresh and hot. I love the super fideo! ( beans and meat) It's like homemade!! Yummy! Reasonably priced too! I will be back because of Mila and the excellent service and tasty food this place provides.
I go here often in the mornings. The staff is great. Ilse remembers my order and what type of salsa I always get. The avocado salsa is bomb. It's a nice way to start my morning with a good taco and friendly people.
Food was excellent. Tortillas were cooked which is a plus for us, we sampled most of the sauces all very good chips too. I judge by the refried beans they got a A++, egg & potato taco was very good the eggs were fluffy nit all dried out. The young man that helped us was very nice His code is 1002V We will be back
Incredible food! The closest to a traditional So.Cal / SD style taco shop that I’ve found in the area. They have legit burritos which are almost impossible to find in Texas (besides the ones that lay flat on a plate with a gallon of cheese poured all over them). If you’re from SD you will appreciate this place.
This place is amazing for Valentine's. I've taken 14 people here on Valentine's. Super special place. The food and service is incredible!! Christina was a wonderful hostess :)
I am a regular at the Cedar Park Taco Palenque. Everyone there is so nice. Jackie usually knows my order before I do. I really appreciate her friendliness and that she always remembers me.
The service was really and also the food so good really fresh
Love this place. Their food is fresh and I love the flavors. Jackie in the drive-thru is always so friendly and greets you with a warm smile. Tammy, always gets my order right first try and is so warm and nice at the window.🌻
Thank you for your hospitality and serving our group!
I recently started eating here a couple months ago and I just wanna say that Taco Palenque is not just about the amazing tacos and fresh ingredients, but also the top tier customer service and vibrant atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. The colorful decor adds to the lively atmosphere, making it a fun place to enjoy your meal. 🌮✨🎉
Why anyone would go to Toco Bell on Lakeline Blvd when Taco Palenque is around the corner on Cypress Creek is a mystery. I've been through the drive thru many, many times but never went inside until yesterday (I am not a paid spokesman or employee). The food has always been very good but I was impressed with how clean the inside restaurant was. The condiments bar is also very good. I have somehow discounted this nice place as only worthy of a drive thru and was proved seriously wrong. The staff is friendly and the prices are good for quality food, not imitation Mexican food. Please give this place a shot, we need more of these in Cedar Park.
I will do my best to visit once a week. The kitchen crew is lovely and you can tell they got each other's back, makes for great atmosphere. Jackie attends to patrons with a smile sure to help you make your day better if you need a pick me up.
I got some chilaquiles for breakfast and I was really happy with the amount of food I got for the price. I think I paid a bit under $11 for the chilaquiles plate, which came with 3 tortillas, a side of beans, a side of potatoes. The service was great, and the drive-thru didn't take long at all.
Our order was done fast and hot! Not to mention it delicious! Gloria did a great job! Great work! We'll come back often!
i really enjoy this location. Jackie is so helpful and delivers excellent service every time i come here
I came in for breakfast around 8:30 Mon morning. The restaurant is clean. The girl at the counter was very friendly and had service with a smile. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros plate. It was fresh and delicious. They have a salsa bar with fresh salsas, chips, and pico de gallo etc. Very appealing. No one is standing around I see them keeping busy by wiping the windows etc. Highly recommend.
TOTALLY LEGIT! Run to Taco Palenque's newest location right here in Cedar Park! You'll find a SUPER FRESH salsa bar, friendly staff, and the best char-grilled fajitas around!! I grew up in Laredo, a few blocks from the original location, and they have kept their quality and standards that has set them apart for about 30 years!!!!
Taco Palenque never disappoints with its fresh, flavorful Tex-Mex favorites. The fajita and pirata tacos are always a hit—juicy, well-seasoned, and satisfying. The salsa bar is a major plus, offering a great variety of bold, authentic flavors. Big shoutout to Jacqueline for her excellent service—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. And don’t skip dessert—the cheesecake is absolutely delicious and the perfect sweet ending to the meal!
Amazing tacos! Wonderful breakfast tacos! One of our favorite places in Cedar Park
We love Taco Palenque. So convenient to have a drive through with quality and delicious food. You have to try their chilaquiles breakfast taco, the chips stay crispy and not soggy! Their margaritas are delicious as well. Jackie always has a smile on her face and is super helpful!
Chicken is tasty, no fat or gristle. Bowls are like homemade rice, beans, chicken and sauces.
Always such a great experience coming here. Forgot my card here a few days ago and the manager was so helpful and kept it safe for me in the mean time. Food is always constantly good and it’s always packed for a reason! Just picked up my quesadilla for dinner.
Great food, great service..great tres-leches cake too!!
Very quiet place to enjoy your food. Friendly andcourteous workers
Jackie is the highlight of my Saturday with her amazing service and winning personality. She always remembers my order and strives to make sure I have everything I need. Can't recommend enough.
We love this place, Every weekend I'm grabbing breakfast for the family, Jackie at the drive through already knows my order and provides that personal customer service touch. Great food, great service, a must try!
I can’t enough of this place. The ground beef tacos are heavenly. They add just a bit of potato and they have a flavor that’s very unique. There's a little condiments bar with all the goodies to put on your taco plus free homemade corn chips....YUM! The prices are extremely reasonable, the service is super friendly and the dining area is fresh and always clean. If you live in the area, make time to check this place out. You definitely won’t be disappointed
Cristina is so kind, the restaurant is very clean. And the food is great!
I go to Taco Palenque nearly every day for a breakfast taco. Jackie is always friendly and remembers me and my salsa choices when she's working the window. The tacos are consistently good quality. Thanks everyone!
Dilayla was the best! So sweet and great service! She made the ordering process so easy and kept a good conversation:)
The food is always amazing but one of the main reasons I like this location is because of Jackie. She is always so happy and caring that makes me want to come back just to say hello. Wish all employees ere more like her.
They say employees can make or break a business. This Taco Palenque location has a great staff...more specifically an employee named Jackie. She is always very kind and courteous. My son can be picky about his food, and she always makes sure it's prepared the way he likes it. When there is no one at the order counter she gets busy making sure the dining area is clean and ready to go.
Awesome food. I really like the quesadilla and the sirloin tacos are top notch. My wife had the enchiladas special and said it was the best Mexican fast food she's had in a long time.
I love eating at Taco Palenque. The menu has a wide variety of Mexican food to eat. The Al Pastor actually has pineapple. I love their sirloin burrito. The Mexican staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The place is never overly crowded. Taco Palenque has the best Mexican food in the Austin metro.
The super chicken breast fajitas quesadilla, and the chicken breast fajaitas burrito alone with the 1 plate chicken breast fajitas was cooked to perfection. I added cucumber and the cabbage slaw to my food with a squeeze of lime to bring it all together. The pickled radish was a great option, all and all I really enjoyed it. My only ask is add 🫑 when something says fajita I need 🫑 s
I don't know why we've waited so long to try this place!?!? So delicious 😋 it's a little upscale Taco Cabana if you ask me! Hubs and I both wanted the Panchos(beef fajita nachos) boy did we get what we paid for! Start with one to share! They have a tiny chips and salsa bar, The chips and green salsa 🤌 I also ordered a small fideo that we shared and that was yummy too! I think we paid $34-$40 for two. They are NOT stingy with their meat!!! We will be back! Now if only I knew how to say the name! 😂
I was so excited to see this location open in Cedar Park! I love the one in Round Rock and now it’s in our backyard. Fortunately the quality is consistent. The meat and tortillas are excellent and the chips, salsa, side bar is on point! This place is bussin for sure. We will be back frequently. Te amor Taco Palenque
What a pleasant surprise. Walking in, it looks like fast food, but service was excellent and very attentive and kind. Food was very good, our table had queso, crunchy tacos, quesadilla, soft tacos, and several other items. Everything was very good. It is worth a try!
Very tasty food so far from the few selections that we've tried. Beef fajitas are very flavorful. Always order inside to get the buffet of chips * salsa even to go. Can be a bit pricey for more than 3 people.
Variety of menu items, carry-out cups & totes for commuters; Reason to return: carne asada quesadilla, pollo enchilada, and postres. Senior citizen's community spirit and portion of $ proceeds, Taco Palenque. Nice napkin of a particular color. Promised, Austin in TX a picture; Semper fi.
It was my 1st time going here. Service good great and food was good.
I had the chicken quesadillas with cheese — the marinade was really tasty and they came out great. The salsa was good too. Two thumbs up 👍👍
The menu is a bit limited on the breakfast shift. Not a single beverage listed. You f they have a website look at the menu there to know what and how to order. I got a pastor on flour, they added pineapple which I think makes it an Al pastor. Good taste and the hot sauce is in fact hot. Just drove through. They have s juice that is purple, and I think she said was hibiscus, but my Spanish is awful. Overall good quality, but only based on a single taco and drink.
Really great seeing a salsa bar back. Other places still have not brought them back. Pico, blistered jalapeno peppers, avocado salsa, red salsas, cilantro, chips and more. Really clean. My tortillas were homemade. The tacos were large. I had breakfast tacos. But they offer lunch and dinner plates. As well as breakfast plates. Surface parking and a drive through.
Delicious fast food Mexican food in CP. Enjoyed the fajita plate. We also got tacos Al pastor, matamoros, carne guisada, and a couple of other tacos. The rice pudding was good. The tree leches was eh. The price for 6 tacos, a fajita plate, 2 desserts and 3 bottles of water plus 20% tip was $78. Enough food for 4 people.
Ordered the crispy taco ground beef combo. Shells did not fall apart at all. Ground beef was pretty salty and I like salt. I’ll def order them with sour cream next time. The rice and beans were great. It took quite a while in drive thru. I wonder after more time passes after their opening if it will always take that long.
Food was pretty good. The highlight was their salsa bar. If the food wasn't so expensive or the portions were a little bigger it would be great. We paid $30 for a quesadilla and 2 breakfast burritos and the burritos were supposedly BOGO.
Majority of Salsas at the salsa and chips bar were all dried out, the salsas were not fresh and tasted almost spoiled. They served matamoros taco with dried up cold corn tortillas. Quality not as good as when they first opened this location. Fidello was great, the guacamole on the matamoros was not guacamole, it was just aguacate/Avocado. The service and young lady at the register was great. Work on that quality Palenque.
After we order our food there’s no condiments and they dump all the mixed drinks only soda left. And it’s like we’re there 30 minutes before closing time. Food was good though so that’s all matters.
Full disclosure: I prefer to order online and pick up instead of ordering and waiting at the window. When we get takeout I am usually multi-tasking with other errands and I like to time my order for a quicker pickup. I've probably been here 3-4 times now (the food is good, although a little over priced in my opinion) and I've always been able to order online and grab it from the drive thru window. It's a quick and easy way to end my errands, everyone gets fed, it's awesome. Or, used to be. Today when I was grabbing our lunch order I was told I needed to come in to get my food. When I mentioned I usually am able to pickup from the window I was rudely chastised and told "they'd make an exception this one LAST time." Once I pulled around I was chastised again face to face. Listen, I get it. If there is a long line sure, I'll pop in so I don't hold anything up, but every time I've picked up food there is no one else in the drive thru line, or even in the restaurant for that matter. I don't understand the issue. If I ordered at the restaurant you'd hand me the same food in the same way right? Strange hill to die on for them, but I'm switching up taco night for the foreseeable future. 3 stars because the food is fine.
When they first opened the food was priced a little higher than most, but the food, and service was so good it was acceptable. However the visit today was not pleasant. My wife placed our order for lunch and paid. We set down to await our take out order, food arrives and we leave. The wife did not check the order so that is on her, however she stated we never had a problem before so she didn't think it necessary. Got home the order was incorrect, not because the kitchen staff made a mistake, but because the young lady taking the order missed two items. The wife's tacos were good, however the sirloin tacos I got were extremely fatty, and one of the tortillas was so hard, it was cracking and breaking, like a chip. Hoping this was just a one off bad experience and not a sign of things to come.
Great food, fast and friendly. Hours don't tend to be consistent with their posted hours. Closes early and opens late sometimes. Overall great food and atmosphere.
SMALL! My first experience here... The food is very tasty and authentic however, the portions are tiny! The regular portion of quesadillas at Taco Cabana made the double quesadilla here look small and the street tacos were about two inches. You can see in the attached pic with the car key to provide scale. This is two street tacos and half of the "double" quesadilla. I'll give them another try to see how their other tacos are based on this experience, this place does separate itself from Taco Cabana due to size and price.
Seems to be a management issue along with previous complaints...about their signage. [ 'Buy one get one free burrito'. ] ...yeah the sign is up but would not honor the sign. 'promotion is over!' ??? I work VERY close. Sign stayed up for at least another day. Take a lunch everyday same time and now I drive by everyday and go somewhere else. Do better. Manage better. Annoying.
Their drink station stinks.. the smell is horrible smells like septic tank .. sorry but I don't eat where I s hit ..How can yall NOT smell that..or have yall became immune to the smell I thought it was just a one time thing ..but I been there 5 times and the smell is just disgusting
Ordered three tacos and a side of extra bacon, every single taco was incorrect, the side of extra bacon was a shriveled half chunk shorter than my thumb. Even though this place has never gotten an order completely correct (there is always something missing or wrong) this is by far the worst service experience we've ever had here. Food is decent when you actually get what you ordered (which is rare).
Food was fresh and very good BUT priced 25-30% too high. 8 breakfast tacos should not be $35. I also got charged 2.38 for bacon on two tacos which I did request but did not get. Overall again food is good which is rare in CP but people will not pay this much when you can get high quality breakfast tacos at Bill Millers for half this price.
You need to check your order before you leave. I made the mistake. I was also the only one in drive-thru took about 10 minutes for a coyote combo burrito, chips and queso with and a drink. Drove home opened it up. Had to drive back. No chips for the queso food was good though.
Terrible experience! Stopped by just before 8, ordered, paid, and WAITED! There were a ton of people there but only one person making food. There was no one else in line but it took 3 minutes for them to start making my food. There was a guy in a gray trainer shirt that kept having the one food preparer move away from his station, several times, while making my food. He seemed really impressed with himself but not actually interested in helping customers. I left with my food and my order was not even correct. Will never be back.
Service was horrible. Order was wrong. Charged us extra to fix their mistakes. Worst mexican food i’ve had in Texas. Don’t waste your money in this economy. Plus they sold us an expired cake!
It appears that they have an issue on counting 8 tacos. We received 7 and was charged for 8. Is it not hard to count? This is not the first time this has happened. Please don’t assume you are getting what you pay for and count them before you leave.
Adding my second visit review : 2nd time trying this place. Ordered Fajitas for 2- got tiny pieces of dried chicken and the rice was literally mush. Just wet flavorless mush. Like mashed potatoes consistency. I called and spoke to the manager and asked her to taste the rice in the store, she said that's the way its supposed to be. I asked her if that was the Taco Palenque standard and she said YES. Trash overpriced food. Whoever owns this place would be ashamed. Rice is the EASY PART. Extremely overpriced. Barely any meat in the tacos. Undercooked, crunchy potatoes. I had never eaten here before, but live close and it seemed popular. This was straight up trash food for a high price. I feel ripped off. You get 2 times the food for half the price at la tapatilla, but they are all the way over on 1431. Maybe other locations are better, but even if they are, they are ridiculously overpriced. Seems to be what everyone I spoke to there were saying. Most were underwhelmed, no idea where the positive reviews are coming from. Worse than taco cabana.
Taco palenque just isn’t what it used to be. I’m from the city where it was first originated and it’s been a childish memory to eat there all the time. But these last few times have been concerning. 1) the salsas tasted sour and weird, so naturally we couldn’t eat our food and felt our stomachs hurting all day. 2) the bean and cheese tacos from home are normally LOADED with beans and cheese. This location hardly puts anything! We thought they were just tortillas at first. 3) I paid $25 for a large super fideo loco, which is already so pricy for soup, but since I liked it last time I thought it’d be great for dinner. We get home and it’s just a regular fideo. That’s not even the worse part, the person who took my order through the drive through wasn’t the friendliest, she kept trying to cut my off to just take the order faster. Even when I was just trying to confirm that she got the fideo, specifically, correct. I did call to notify them of the mistake, gracefully, the manager offered the refund with her apologies. So I respected and was at least grateful that she offered to return my money. I wish this TP’s was like the one back home.
If there was such a thing as no stars, they would’ve gotten it. I am warning everyone because I’m concerned for everyone else’s health do not go there. I was there last Thursday evening and they were crickets by the register and while I waited for my food on the table. There were crickets on the tables and on the floor all over. When I mentioned it to the only young boy who could speak English, as the other young girls could not, he just said “I know.” When I finally received my burritos, I mentioned the Red salsa at the salsa bar Weight on top and look very bad. They just said that that was the way they make their salsa. Because of the crickets on the tables and everywhere, I decided to take it home and eat it. Not long after eating it, I started feeling very dizzy, strange, and I could barely get up and walk to my bedroom. it happened so quickly. I tried to call 311 and was speaking very slowly, but short of calling an ambulance and paying in arm and a leg for it as I couldn’t drive by myself at that point, no one could help me. I decided to make my way to my bedroom. I don’t remember much else other than I was completely out of my mind, my head was spinning and I felt very strange and didn’t wake up until almost noon the next day. I don’t remember much else. I know what food poisoning is and I did not have diarrhea or throwing up. I just felt like , my head was messed up and I was drugged. In fact the next morning I knew I was drugged. Angry at myself for choosing that restaurant instead of Chick-fil-A last night, Monday evening I decided to go back but to take photos this time if there were still crickets there. I had my phone on video as I walked in the door. There were no customers in there. It was dead. As I was videoing the dead and live crickets on the floor by the register and walked around the tables and by the salsa bar, I was approached by two Hispanic young girls speaking Spanish to me. I told them I didn’t speak Spanish or understand. The young boy came up asking me in English if he could help me. I said no, and that I was obviously videoing all the crickets and went on to angrily tell him that I regretted coming there Thursday night, and that they had drugged me and that I was going to warn others so that they don’t go there and experience what I did. I had food poisoning in the past and I know what that’s like, but I did not have food poisoning. I was literally drugged. I did further research online in regards to effects. I am 71 years old and live alone. I’m glad I was able to make it to my bed and that I made it through the night. I am in shock that they are still in business as they still have crickets everywhere since last week. They were even crawling on the tables. I did take video so I have proof. I saved the food in my refrigerator that I didn’t finish. I wish that I would’ve thought to video or take pictures of the bad salsa last Thursday evening and the crickets. That is why I went back and naturally, they were still there. I don’t wish this on anyone and I have never in my life ever experienced being drugged. I blame myself for even going there. However, I am thankful that I did make it through to the next day because I had no idea what was happening to me. I filed a complaint with the food inspectors. I have also done research and it is said that crickets can cause and carry diseases and cause health problems. Since they are still there from last week, I’m sure they have quite an infestation. Please, please, please people beware. I do not wish this on anyone.
we ordered through the drive through, and everything went smoothly until we paid and got our food. we weren't given a receipt, a large horchata, or 1 of our sides of guacamole (not cheap). then the workers still had the nerve to argue with us after fishing their copy of the receipt out of the kitchen, even after it clearly showed we paid for those items. im definitely not going back, even if the food was good.
Disappointing experience and unfortunate Illness I'm writing to share a disappointing and concerning experience I had here.. I've ate here a few times before, but my most recent visit yesterday morning was very different who left me with stomach bug. It was the only food I ate all day so I'm sure it's happened bc what i ate here. Shortly after my meal, I felt severe stomach illness. It's been almost two days now, and I'm still experiencing pain and diarrhea. I'm so mad and disappointed!
This was one of the worse tasting places I have ever been. Been in the area 7 months and finally made it to a location. The barbaco was actually roast beef, fake cheese sauce, and not a drop of seasoning on anything. I was highly disappointed and will not return. Two thumbs ALL the way down!
Been in here 3 separate times now. Somehow always hoping it would get better. I am a restaurant consultant so I hate leaving a bad review but the staff is very impatient if you ask things like "can you add lettuce to the taco?" The response was "I don't know" and literally no recovery like ... Let me ask just blank stares and a sense of let's move on. First time I was here we waited 30 minutes for 4 tacos. 2nd time the front of house was irritated that they got my order wrong and didn't add the things I paid for. One woman in the back despite somewhat of a language barrier corrected things kindly and professionally but my God this service here is rough. I am Spanish and speak some Spanish so I don't think it's entirely a language issue. Honestly, if they restaffed (I know this isn't easy these days) and got ANYONE up front to be halfway personable and actually learn things like lettuce add ons it would make a big difference.
This place just scammed me off. They have a sign out front that says nachos 3.99 I came in to order some the lady said I had to spend 10$ or more to get them for 3.99 so I ordered 2 and 2 drinks she only put 1 in the register and charged me 11.66 I thought that was it. She brings out 1 nacho. I tried to order another she said I have to spend 10 again. SMH first and last time here. They didn’t even apologize or attempt to make it right. Worst service this year.
I´m really impressed how this can have a 4.4 and I'm even more impressed on how after tasting this kind of "Mexican" food someone would even dare to eat Mexican food again. This chain place sucks pretty bad. Real Mexican food is freshly daily cooked from scratch, you get the opposite here, you can tell everything here comes from a mix of bottles or tetra-pack food. Terrible place for "Mexican flavors", I can cook like a 1,000 times better pastor or fideo following a random Youtube video and I'm not even a Chef. 4.4 really ?
I came by to place a large order of breakfast tacos and unfortunately had a disappointing customer service experience on 8.27 drive-thru. I accidentally paid with my personal card instead of my company card, and I immediately apologized and asked if the transaction could be refunded so I could use the correct card. I was told “no” three times before finally being told a manager would need to be called. When the manager arrived, there was no communication directed toward me, only conversation in Spanish (which I do understand). Eventually the refund was processed, but the interaction felt dismissive. When my order was handed to me at the drive-thru, the young woman didn’t acknowledge me, and when I waited politely to ask for napkins and red sauce, she appeared frustrated and walked away after quickly handing me the bag. The lack of courtesy left me feeling unwelcome. The food itself was excellent — the breakfast tacos were delicious, the tortillas, so good! I had even planned to order lunch for my team all week while we are working across the street. However, because of how I was treated, I decided not to place any further orders, and I shared my experience with my team as well. Respectful and professional service goes a long way, especially when the product is good. Had my situation been handled with basic courtesy and understanding, I would have gladly continued to order breakfast amd lunch all week.
So, I pull up to the drive-thru, and the representative promises me tacos with guac and onions—sounds amazing, right? Instead, I got two plain tacos that look like they just took a trip to the “nothing” buffet. For $11, I expected a fiesta, not a lonely tortilla with a chicken breast. Guess my tacos were on a strict no-fun diet!
