We are new to CP but have been here more than any other restaurant. Afraid from moving from Houston wouldn’t find a place like this. Love the Mexican Restaurant chains but definitely like to come to change it up with more Authentic Mexican food. The breakfast tacos are great.
Ordered the chimichanga w ground beef, double beans, no rice, no salad in Spanish. My server was so sweet and patient. The food was delicious. I will definitely be back. Whew, my 3 years of Spanish paid off.
The Food here is absolutely amazing, but the service is even better! The staff here was going above and beyond to make sure we were all set! I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Mexican food with great service!
Went through drive thru and ordered just regular breakfast tacos. What I received looked a lot like breakfast burritos. Fantastic surprise and very tasty. Will stop there again when in the area.
The food doesn't seem "ready to go" like most fast food places. The taco prices are great especially when you are buying in bulk, like for my family. My only issue (drive-thru) is that you have to order to the person at the window and the street is very loud, but that's not really under their control.
Tacos are always great. Full of ingredients and fast. Wait staff is always happy and helpful. Go here every other week when I’m in Austin.
Awesome service, had the posole and the American style hard shell tacos. Service was awesome prices reasonable quality was great! Business with steady but we still got in and out with no problem. P.S. sweet tea to drink
This place has the best, most authentic Mexican food in Cedar Park. The food is fresh, made from scratch, and cooked to perfection. And it's not even expensive!! I just had it for the first time today, and I'm completely sold. My family and I will now make this our go-to spot for Mexican food.
Well I like this place. Great value. 3 Tasty tacos for $7.50. Coming back for breakfast. This our new go to!!!
I eat here at least once a month. They always have excellent service and everything comes out fresh and hot! The chimichanga is my favorite dish here. Go inside to order your food. The drive through is a long wait because each order is made fresh.
Love this place the one in Leander too. Love my lengua and Barbacoa tacos
Delicious, authentic, best around. People complaining about the drive through and leaving bad reviews... this isn’t fast food. It isn’t prepared and set under a heat lamp until you order it like a fast food drive through. It’s made to order. And worth waiting a couple minutes!
My husband and I go there at least once a week. Prices are good..but more important..food is wonderful! The ladies who wait on us are starting to be more like friends than waitress. They take time..when it is not too busy to chat with us. We enjoy the salsa and every thing we have tried. If you enjoy tea..it is good. Beer..large selection, including Mexican beers and Mexican soft drinks. Growing up on the border..I love the selections of drinks. If you enjoy real Mexican food..this is the place that will not disappointed you. Prices are incredible!
Alambre plate is been consistently great meal. No complaints from here
Food here was absolutely incredible. Had the cheese covered burrito (tapatia burrito).
This place was amazing. The torta was soo good!! The bread was crispy and the filling was amazing and the staff are soo nice and attentive!! We will def be coming back!!
The waitress was very nice And attentive I had some carne guisada I always stop there when I'm hungry , The atmosphere was very pleasant
Admittedly, not the most polished, and they often forget to turn on any lights on at night, but still a Solid choice in Cedar Park for Jalisco style Mexican food.
Had to try this place despite the rating. I am so happy we did! I got a plate of 3 tacos and my husband got the asada burrito - it was delicious! The salsa verde was on point. Definitely will be back.
Had three different tacos bean/cheese, bean/eggs and egg/potato on flour tortellini. They were devious. Service was quite good and the staff was attentive.
I showed up out of the blue. Had a huge taco order. Needed various bags labeled. The lady who helped me didn't flinch. Got all of my tacos (all labeled correctly) and they were absolutely delicious. My only regret is putting the green sauce on ,y first taco...... so hot!!!!!!! Loved the service, loved the food! 5 stars.
It is definitely AUTHENTIC! It's got that flavor you crave from momma's cooking and came out at a very respectable time. The game was on the TV, music was going and I quickly had a drink in my hand. Shortly after sitting down I had some chips and salsa served at my table with my drink. I was a little skeptical from my first visit but everything i had was a breath of fresh air, everything was tasty and cooked perfectly. I started out with a Tostada de Ceviche and an Agua de Tamarindo. That tostada tasted really fresh and like a lot of care went into it. Ceviche is a simple dish but very easy to mess up, it definitely all came together perfectly. I didn't need to add anything other than the wedge of lime that it came with. Seeing how surprised I was by the tostada. I decided to change course from the original idea to get some tacos. I decided to try their specialty, the Carnitas Plate. It was perfect. I honestly could have shared this with a second person and still have been happy. The carnitas were juicy and flavorful. The beans and rice were a great compliment to that rich flavor from the carnitas. When served it comes with this green salsa that you can add or leave out I say definitely add it to some. It definitely transforms the flavor to a whole new dish. The tortillas were another surprise. They were so soft and fresh. They just melted in your mouth. I really was very grateful for that. Sometimes they get left as an afterthought and can be a real disappointment. I'd had so much already but I really wanted to taste more dishes. So I took the rest of the Carnitas home and decided to try out the original idea. I ordered the Campechano Taco (on top) and the Pastor Taco (below). Great choices! I don't think you can really go wrong with anything here. It took me a long time to come back and give this place a second try. The service was the issue the first time and that issue seems to be resolved now. I'm very excited to come back to try out more items in the future! Especially some of those soups!! If you haven't given them a try definitely consider them for your next Mexican food craving. If you were disappointed like I was, then maybe give them a second chance. I definitely think a lot has changed.
Atmosphere was good nice and cold inside. The food was delicious ordered a milanesa plate it was huge. My daughter ordered flautas abd enjoyed it too. The waitress was always missing not sure if it was just ours. Asked for more chips and salsa never got we had to keep tracking her down. There were 3 other people there so not busy and why a 4 star. Didnt have Margaritas but overall a good visit.
Ingredients of tacos are very tasty but the tortillas are clearly store bought and are somewhat small. They do pack a good amount of ingredients into the small tortilla. I would give it 5 stars if the tortillas were better. Prices are fair. Nice environment.
2021 Review: WELL WELL WELL changing my Review from 1 star to 4 stars. Year later and gave it another shot.. Service has turned completely around. Great energy and the food was tastier. Loving the new staff and quick service. 2020 Review: Don't waste your time, there's better food at DOS SALSAS. Times have changed here. The people don't speak English and are rude. They seem to interact well with other Spanish speakers. I actually heard a waitress tell a customer, if you speak Spanish why are you speaking to me in English... she rolled her eyes and stormed off. The food is mediocre. I don't know why but, this place has gone downhill. I gave it two shot in 2 weeks and same level of service. Not coming back in a while to see the pendulum swings back. 2015 Review....(5 stars) The people that work here are amazing. So friendly and nice. The food is delicious. It's hard to find flavorful food that really hits the nail on the head when it comes to Mexican food. ...but they succeed here. Definitely will come again and again.
This is a great little place that is an awesome combination of fast food and restaurant. The menu is big offering a restaurants worth of options, but it has a drive-thru as well. The person taking orders struggled a bit with my lack of Mexican food knowledge; however, another employee was able to help with my order and got it straightened out. It was totally worth the effort as my chicken chimichanga with queso was delicious. The other items we ordered were also quite good. The prices were very reasonable as well. We'll be going back for sure.
Food is always good. Service is usually good, but a few times has been slow or inattentive. Pretty sure the restaurant would close if INS or ICE showed up, but that only makes the food feel more "authentic". Atmosphere gets a low mark because whatever sewage smell is emanating from the floor drain wafts through the rest of the restaurant. I really enjoy the Mexican sweets options they have in the freezer. My waistline doesn't, but I do :) Parking isn't awful, but if you have a big truck it's easier to par at one of the other lots nearby.
This place made me a custom breakfast burrito just the way my growing unborn baby ordered. Haha They give these sides as well. There is no picture of the egg, cheese, and potato burrito as its since been eaten. But, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food great! The wait till was short when I went for a late lunch, but I imagine it being busy some evenings as it is good food, in a good location in CP.
Is kind of irritated. I arrived in the drive-through line at 7:31 AM there was one car in front of me and they only sat there for probably 5 minutes I ordered 2 tacos and a small side of queso. So that I could put my caso on myself. I paid $10.18 for The smallest tacos I've ever seen in my life. I got my food and left at 7:51
Tried this place for some breakfast. The food was ok but right off the bat I asked for eggs with bacon and got eggs with ham. Also while waiting someone came out and tried to give us the wrong order. Not really sure if I would come here again since there are better places around the area.
Drive through took 20 minutes. I haven't even received my food yet. I waited for two cars in front of me and then I was asked to pull up so others could go around. I hope the food is good. I will update when I get the food. We need more Mexican restaurants in Cedar Park. I am from San Antonio and these choices are too few.
Tacos took a little while I knew that after reading reviews tho...the the ham is fine the bacon is better. The flour tortilla sucks tho. Definitely tastes store bought like someone else said. U bite in and get that spongey unheated right from the package flavor. Real bummer I give this place 2.5 stars if u are hungry and can sit and wait its worth it but I think across the street at j and j is better
Place is alright, service isn't that great staff seems to be very forgetful when I had asked for anything. Price is good but they seem to try to rip you off at times. I recommend cash only they for some reason charge $3 for card transactions, and the receipt never shows items with prices just the total and that's it. Food is great though. I would recommend it if you're looking for something authentic
I had a communication problem with the waitress because she did not understand English. I only ordered two tacos and she had to get another waitress to translate what I was asking for my food. I did not get bacon one of my tacos and when I asked for regular salsa she brought me green hot sauce. I had to mention Rojo (red) for salsa and she finally understood. The food was good but it was definitely a hassle ordering.
The food is great. The drive thru is an absolute mess. It sometimes takes 15 mins to just order. A door bell? Really? Why spend 10,000$ on a new sign to get more business... you can't serve them fast enough. Upgrade your outside menu, get a real point of sale machine... dont pass me a clip board to sign... its 2020, and there's a pandemic. I love your food and staff are hardworking and care... you could be the best if you could figure that mess out.
Today I went and ordered two "to go" large containers of menudo. When I placed the order I asked the cashier if the menudo had hominy in it and she said yes. She spoke good English so I know she understood the question. I waited 45 minutes for my order (the place was not busy). When I got home I opened both containers to serve so we could eat there was no hominy in menudo. It was so disappointing. I will not order food from them anymore.
The chips and red salsa are an abomination.. But if you know how to work the place, it can be magical. Split the pozole. Done.
Local, cheap, fast, good Mexican food. Staff were friendly. Drive thru was convenient. It is a bit difficult to get into the parking lot. The carne asada steak was pretty thin, but it was tasty and cooked nicely. The flour tortillas were good, but a little old. The salsas were great. I would try this place again.
I've been once before and the breakfast tacos were alright. I went for lunch today and sat in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes with out anyone coming to the window. You have to wait till you get to the front window to order since the microphone to take orders seems to be broken with a sign. Granted they were busy inside but they were completely ignoring the drive thru. I ended up leaving without any food. I will not be back.
I waited in the drive thru line for over half an hour and there were only two cars ahead. When I got to the window I asked the cashier if the people pulled over were waiting for orders and she lied and said no. I was in a hurry and if she had been honest, I would have left. Food was only OK, not worth waiting so long for. Tacos were dry and over cooked. Chorizo had good flavor though. Probably won't go again.
SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND MONEY!!! 8 OUT OF 10 TIMES THESE WAITRESSES HATE THEIR JOBS OR MAYBE JUST CERTAIN PEOPLE. My family and I have been coming here on and off for 5 years now.. Sometimes the service is good and the food is as well, other times the service SUCKS and the food is garbage. There is no consistency. And apparently no manager or owner as well. I have asked to speak with each on several occasions, only to be told that there is not one on duty. Basically no one cares what you think or feel. There is no accountability. This place really is a crap shot. I have been welcomed with my grandson by the sincerest woman and turned away by the most hateful youngster. I have watched people at my table finish their food before I got mine. I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, I even called into the restaurant to place my order, backed out of the drive thru and went inside...to wait another 10 minutes for a freaking torta. Today when I asked the woman taking my money if the extremely long wait in the drive thru was an issue, she told me not for her, it's a kitchen problem. Someone should really go in there and fix the issues... because a 30 min wait for 1 torta is a restaurant problem. The problems are significant. The drive thru should be for pick up orders only. Any one coming up to place an order should be told to call in or come inside... OR PUT A FREAKING MICROPHONE SYSTEM IN SO THE KITCHEN CAN BEGIN THE ORDER. This kind of restaurant is NOT fast food, so it should be ran accordingly. The ATTITUDE of the wait staff is disgusting. The dirty looks and disrespectfulness is AMAZING! Hard to believe that the doors are still open. I have seen several workers come and go.... what's sad is the good ones are always the ones that leave.. I tell myself and my family all the time that I hate giving that place my hard earned money for such crappy food and terrible service. I am currently looking for somewhere else to go.
The food prices had tripled in the last 6 months. The wait staff is always great and on top of everything. But with the prices going up some much we will be finding a new taqueria
The prices have went up tremendously. Food was still ok. You can go down road to jardin Coronas and get reasonable prices and great food. Prices here are very high. And the restaurant is not fancy enough for the prices they have raised. With prices like this they will not stay in business long. We will not be back.
I have only dined here once, and it was 2-3 years ago. Service was terrible! Frankly, I think it was because I wasn't of Latin descent. Food was also disappointing. Maybe it was too "authentic" for me because they have a LOT of customers of Mexican descent, so I must be missing something. Lastly, it wasn't very clean.. All I can say is that isn't for me.
My table was only checked on one time, there were 2 tables that remained dirty the entire time we were there and 2 more that people left from while we were there that were not cleaned up. One server mopped the floor with what smelled like dirty mop water and put one wet floor sign up near the kitchen. The tortillas don't come with the meal and after paying for 4 we found they were the smallest tortillas I've ever seen. Would not visit again
If you don’t mind waiting 30+ minuets just for 6 breakfast tacos, then yes this is the place to go. Awesome food, but slow as crap. I should’ve just stayed home and made breakfast tacos. They took 37 minutes to make 6 tacos and a drink.
Food was not good. Got sick after eating there. Not a very welcoming atmosphere during the day.very expensive for quality. Waitress did not let us know how large quantities were. There was 3 of us for lunch, our bill was $82.
The food was borderline ok, but the service and atmosphere was very bad. The staff barley know English and just keep repeating random menu items instead of answering your questions. The area was very dirty. Tables were cleaned with the same dirty rag and after it was cleaned the table smelled. The floors were so sticky as well. I'll never return to this place.
Run deliveries and this place takes much to long to get orders ready for delivery consistently lose money taking a delivery. Usually reject pickups from here because when you think you can get a quick delivery with only one or two items you are always disappointed in the ridiculous amount of time it takes to get your delivery can then
The food was terrible! Got 2 Bacon, bean and avocado tacos but the meat wasn't bacon. Look like bacon but was terrible. Got a ham, egg, beans and potatoes plate also. Came with a slice of sandwich ham and uncooked potatoes! Definitely not going back there and want my money back!!
Walked in and immediately felt like my shoes were gonna stay stuck on the floor! Waited almost 40 minutes for to go menudo that was $60 for 3! On top of it the dish was missing some of its main ingredients. Also I’m sure the “Agua Fresca” isn’t so “Fresca”. Seems to be made by a machine. Next time I’m gonna save my money but more importantly time and go to Leanders tapatia! Please don’t make the same mistake I did and waste your time!
BUYER BEWARE There’s absolutely nothing delicious or authentic about the garbage these people call food. I have been to third world countries and eaten domestic dog and cat meat that tasted way better than this garbage. I asked for 3 fajita tacos on corn tortillas. What I got was some kind scrap meat they chipped into tiny pieces with lots of hard grisly pieces that I couldn’t eat. I sat in the drive thru 20 mins till they took my order then waited another 20 minutes to get my food. The meat was really dry and cold as were the tortillas. This place is a disgusting example for Mexican food. In fact it’s not worthy to be called Mexican food. I don’t even know what to call it but Mexican is not the word. There’s no way I would ever go back there again and I recommend we ALL find some other place for Mexican food. Hell Taco Bell is way better than this trash.
We had a very long wait time when we were the only car in the drive through so once I got home and sat down to eat, I was shocked to find the beef in my enchilada was only partially cooked. Not sure how they remain in business making people wait ages for bland undercooked food, but I certainly won't be going back.
Horrible customer service. Called in for to-go order, lady hung up on me. Thoight it was a mistake, called back. Lady answered, took my order, and hung up. Never took my name, no bill total.. just hung up. So i waited about 10mins, then drove through the drive thru. I explained the situation, and she infact had made my food. But every order was incorrect. Beef instead of chicken, sour cream and lettuce when there shouldnt have been. 2 enchiladas when i ordered 3, it was just unacceptable. By the time I recieved my missing quesodilla, everything else was cold. I tried to get everything fixed and magically they didnt speak english. I called in hopes of reaching a manager and same thing, "no ingles." Never again will I order food from them.
Worse service ever. I have never drove to a Drive thru, and didn't get attended. 25 minutes passed while I waited. The ladies inside made eye contact with myself multiple times. But not one time told me to wait, or attended me in any way. Their should not be an excuse specially because their was only 3 cars parked outside. So it was not busy. But I forgot Texting at work is more important. Never coming again.
Place is trash now. Idk what happend, but it used to be good. So I was placing an order on the phone, and the lady was taking my order, just to tell me in the end that I have to come in and pay first before they can take my order. So why the hell she didn't say that in the beginning.. Lol. Well anyways. If you want to order something, go to LA tapatia in Leander. They take your order before you pay.
Food is not bad but customer service is horrible! I placed my order over the phone a gordita plate, cheese fries(queso fries), 4 beef fajita tacos and 3 beef Soft tacos. I arrived to the window and rung the bell once Jessica approached I repeated my whole order to her she then handed me my order after I paid. When I opened my order at home I was missing my cheese fries and the soft tacos were in corn tortillas. I called the restaurant and spoke with Jasmine and explained the situation to her she argued with me and told me that apparantly soft tacos can be both corn or flour tortillas, she said that was my fault for not being clear. She then told me that I did not order cheese fries and it shouldn't be a big deal because she didn't even charge me for them which is weird because I got the queso but no fries. I am also not 100% sure if she didn't charge me since my receipt was not itemize. Anyhow at this point is not even about the food anymore I was absolutely astounded by her attitude! Good luck to whoever Jasmine serves next.
Literally sat in the line for 30 minutes still wasn't able to order there was only one car in front of me and when I called to ask how much more longer they said another 16 minutes. They should literally get a better system to actually service the customers no doubt the food is good but the way to get that food is horrid no one should have to wait that long. And I work in cedar Park so of course I want to get a taco in cedar Park but this was ridiculous
Funny, I got the google pop up asking me how my visit was and I am still here.......Same as the last one pretty much. Waited 20 minutes to order, another 10 to get our card back, told to move up and wait, and 20 min later here is my food. My lunch break is gone. Lady at the window gave me attitude when I told her she gave me the wrong drink. Then basically tossed my food at me and walked off. Terrible service and definitely will NOT be back. Have been here before in the past and loved it. So whatever they changed, it isn't working.......
Used to eat here all the time and food, service, and prices have all been reasonable. However not once but twice I've been in recently and sat at a table without being acknowledged for 10 minutes. Not super busy either time. Asked for a menu eventually and was told i had to order at the counter while simultaneously a waitress rushes past to greet and give a menu to hispanic man that just walked in. They don't like white people. That was made clear today. Boycott this racist resteraunt..
Raised their prices significantly on menu items, removed daily specials completely AND they charge you extra for using a credit card. Used to love going here weekly, now this place is just a rip off with high prices and a dirty atmosphere.
Found a hair in my Togo food, a couple of weeks later went back (should have known better) and there was another hair in my food. Never going back
Menudo was bland, No taste didn't have any hominy. Broth was very diluted. Just pinkish water, no flavor We not return.
Like to come and eat at this restaurant, they have 4 different location here. I like there menudo and 2 of the 4 locations put feet in it so I enjoy coming and eating here. But today when I ordered my menudo it came with very little meat in it, I know times are hard but when they charge $9.99 for a bow and 3.25 for a 16oz cup of flavor water I think they should b able to put more then just 15 pieces of meat on the plate.
I’ve never had bad flautas, but these were so dry and burnt I couldn’t eat them. Waited quite a while in the drive thru. Guacamole was so-so. But attendant was friendly. Won’t be back though.
We used to frequent here because their tacos were so good. My brother got the steak and shrimp and the shrimp were undercooked and the steak overcooked. My mother ordered potato and egg and the waitress came over and asked her how did she wanted it cooked?, seriously and then they didn't even cook it correctly. I had the taquitos and while they tasted good my rice and beans were cold, so I didn't eat them.
this location is a joke!!! how they stay open is beyond me!! They lie to you about the ingredients and if you ask for information they don't tell you the truth of what their plates consist of especially if you order your food to go! I would NEVER eat in this restaurant as it is very dirty, the front end management do not speak English, they are rude, and over charge for everything!!! I am done! I will no longer go to this location in Cedar Park to order the soups as they do not have the ingredients that they list and are overpriced.!! When I ask to speak to management, their response is 'they are in Mexico" or "they are not there at the store" or they do not share how to reach the main office to complain for the quality of service and food!
Waited 30 min to get 4 breakfast tacos that's freaking ridiculous!!! After waiting 10 min went and asked how much longer for my food and one girl acted like she had no idea another said just a couple more min. Moved out of the drive thru so others could order waited about another 5 min then finally had enough and went inside had to get my 2 sleeping boys out of the truck. Walked waited another 10 min the finally they had my food ready. Will never ever eat here again!!!
We waited over 20 minutes just to order through the drive through. Then I hung on to the clipboard for another ten minutes to finally be told to pull up. Finally got our breakfast tacos after another 23 minutes waiting for our food. This has become the norm unfortunately. We won't be back.
I ordered a Caldo de pollo to go, once at home I started to eat it and the chicken tastes very old and like the caldo was made few days ago. The rice was not good either, had a burn taste to it and it smelled burnt! The cost was $14 and some change, at this price point I was expecting fresh, high quality ingredients but that's not what I got. I called them to ask for a refund and they said they would only cook something else for me, but with this experience I didn't want to eat anything else from there. Buyer beware, high food cost and low quality ingredients. I learned my lesson
I came in, sat In a table right by register, it seemed like I was invisible. Another party came in, and I guess they were visible because they gave them a menu and took their order. I have never been to a restaurant where waiters are in a crowd talking instead of paying attention of customers
I used to come here all the time but I stopped after they raised prices. $20 for enchiladas is WAY too much. Also the quality is average, nothing special. UPDATE: Nothing has gotten better. Im sitting in line right now, have been waiting 20 minutes for 3 bean and cheese tacos. Why so slow? This place sucks. I have places to be. Hurry up!
We went today 9/7/24 at around 5pm, we were the only customers, 5-6 dirty tables were being cleaned. I asked for Modelo on draft and lemonade for my wife. She brought a bottle of Modelo and warm water for my wife. She said no Modelo on draft and no ice for lemonade. I ordered their special which had enchilada it was half a slice of cheese wrapped in a tortilla. Menu did not specify what kind mad my wife’s taco salad was so spicy she couldn’t eat. It took them half an hour to bring our food in an empty restaurant. What a bad experience considering we been going to their restaurant in Leander for seven years and always happy, but the country has just closed it.
Super sad post. I’ve lived here 17 years & it was the to go place for breakfast lunch & dinner. Don’t know what happened :-/ Takes 30 minutes to make 1 taco & the food has gotten so bad.
Sat in the drive-through line for 19 minutes for three breakfast tacos. Server acted like she didn’t even care. Rolled her eyes at me when I told her I’ve been waiting 19 minutes
I run deliveries for favor and I was in line for about 10 minutes waiting to order for a customer and since their speaker doesn't we have to order at the window and I got to the window at 1058 and they refused to let me order anything for breakfast even though I was sitting in line with plenty of time to get the order. I dropped off the food I ordered for my customer and not only is he missing multiple items but they messed up multiple items that they did get. Taking orders and getting them right is not that hard. I've worked in the service industry and it sucks but get better.
Ordered on Uber, missing half my order, and called and they weren’t helpful at all. Has happened twice, I won’t order again. There needs to be a quality check by employees before food is sent out.
They raised the food prices without making the food better. It was all right for the prices that I was paying but now all the sudden I'm getting OK flavoring for over $20. The portions are smaller now too so you're definitely not getting equal amounts for what you're paying.
I have been there 3 times. All 3 times service was terrible, I don't know how people review this place as having excellent service. If you are Hispanic they treat you second rate. But most of all, this place is super dirty. Between the adjoined tables there is crud that has been there both times I've been dining in (and that's a 2 year span). The third time, at the drive through, I waited 15 minutes watching the waitress plating nacho chip trays (stored in white trash cans). When she was done, she came to the window to tell me one second, then reached on her desk and whipped out her smartphone to receive a call. I had noted greasy fingerprints on the drive through window and I just drove off. But overall, this place is filthy. Don't wanna know what their kitchen looks like
Worst dining experience I can recall in recent memory. Absolutely insane prices, which would be forgiveable if the quality of the food itself wasn't abysmal. My quesadilla was dripping water, totally soggy and inedible. Chicken tasted like it came from a can. My partners taco poured water out the side when turned. Are they just dumping water on everything?
HORRIBLE DRIVE THRU SERVICE. I got there at 7:00 am. I was the only car in line. I Hit the service button that had its casing missing from it. I did not get a response till 20 minutes later. I asked the lady if the button was broken, she said it works but i was busy. They literally had three staff members and six guest already sitting down eating. So i didn't order because i knew it would take 20 more minutes for me to receive it. I truly don't mind waiting for good food but someone could have at least acknowledge someone when the pull up to the drive thru. This place will probably be going out of business soon if they don't fix their service.
The worst experience I’ve ever had at restaurant. I was literally pointing to an item on the menu and the woman couldn’t understand what I wanted. Oh top of that, they tried to charge me $35 for $21 worth of food. Prices are right on the menu. I did the math for them and the still couldn’t understand me and insisted it was $35. No… $7 plus $14 = $21!! Even with tax it wouldn’t be $35!! I walked out and left without ordering any food. I wasn’t even asking for anything custom. Complete a waste of my time. Never again!
Needs a change in hours. Hours on Google stated it closed at 10pm, same with DoorDash. Would have doordashed my order, but I don't live overly far away so I thought it would be a better deal to make the drive over. Drive there, get there around 9:30pm, some of the lights are off in the dining room and when I get out of my car there is a woman inside who signals to me the place is closed. I get back in the car--DoorDash warns me I still have about 10 minutes to place an order if I wanted. I have a feeling if I had placed an order on DoorDash, I would not have been getting a thing if the place was closed already.
I tried calling 25 minutes before closing to place an order for pickup and no one would answer. The third time I called, the phone was picked up and there was no talking. They just hung up. The fourth time I called, they answered right away and I said hello and after a few seconds, they hung up. So I got there 12 minutes before closing to order a soup. The lady that answered told me in Spanish that they were closed. I told her that the hours said they are still open. I also told her that I tried calling earlier to place an order but they hung up on me multiple times. In the middle of my sentence, she closed the ordering window. I come to this location a lot because normally the service is great as well as the food, but not today. I am so disappointed.
1/2/26 at 7:25 I Decided , I was gonna buy a bunch of tacos for my work. Maybe $50 to $100 worth an I was gonna give a $50 TIP Because I just got paid. But the lady was so kind to tell me that it would be another 10 to 15 minutes before their kitchen opened. I really don't understand how this Stay in business turning down business. Like You've almost been open for thirty minutes and you're a kitchen , isn't ready How ridiculous. Maybe you shouldn't turn on your open sign until your kitchen is ready. That would be the professional thing to do. That way you're not wasting people's time. I've been going to the location off of one off of hwy 183 for 15 years. I'm Sad to say that I probably won't ever be going back.
The place is dirty, tables are not clean, I have the menudo, it tasted awful like is not fresh, I ordered chips and queso it was running.. I stay away from this place if you are concerned about cleanliness.
Horrible service! I arrived 20 minutes before closing and was waiting at the window after ringing and waited for 10 minutes and NOT one single employee came to take our order. After deciding to no longer wait we started to drive away and two waitresses turned to look at us out the window with a face of “yay they’re driving away” this is not the type of service we were expecting. After today I will never return
Over charged me. I ordered a burrito, a nachos, and a can of soda and the total came out to $44. They also didn’t put a fork in my bag, so eating the nachos was a struggle
Took 30 minutes for a bowl of soup to go. Had to go inside and they looked at me and laughed. Food was not good and the service was even worse. How are they still in business? Help me understand please.....
