Their sandwiches are so good that we drive from Soda Bay in Kelseyville to Middletown & we have a deli just (3) miles up the road!! Yeah... they're that good!!

Perfect roadtrip meal! Amazing prices, full of flavor, and right off the highway. HUGE selection of sandwiches. Friendly staff and quick service.

I have always had great food from here, I get exactly what I order with a smile. Plus they are huge supporters of Ride For Kids and the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation and love fundraising for us. The Italian sandwich is awesome on marbled rye!!

Great roadside deli with a lot of delicious sandwiches to choose from! There's also a pretty creek behind the restaurant and my family and I enjoyed cooling our feet and chasing tadpoles. I definitely recommend stopping by Perry's Deli if you're passing through Middletown!

The food here is great! Everything is fresh and delicious. Their hot sandwiches are to die for! I often come in and get a fresh made breakfast sandwich, greeted with friendly staff that makes the food timely and yummy. Even their cold food case is great. Their potato and macaroni salad is my fav! Got to check out this place out!

Was in the area on my way home and was craving a deli sammich. I looked up delis in the area and was not disappointed.. the gentleman at the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable about their sammich menu. Probably the best deli sammich in the county 🤤

Sandwich was INSANELY tasty and so reasonably priced! We got the veggie delight with additional meat and cheese and it was just *chef's kiss*. I wish we lived near there so I could eat there again. Cute little outdoor seating area too.

The workers give great recommendations and have always made us feel welcome. There are plenty of large rocks near the river bed if you want to have a picnic with a peaceful view. They also have deli items like meats cut-to-order, premade salads, etc. Friendly service. Plenty of free off-street parking. Indoor and outdoor seating. Hands down the finest sandwich in Lake co . The Ruben was absolute delish . If the devil is in the details then Perry makes one hateful lunch . Topped it off with a giant pickle and a cookie !

My tuna sandwich was to die for... ( Sorry No pics of my sandwich ,I pigged out and ate it before I could snap a shot!!! Lol

After a great hike at Linda Falls & a wine tasting at Langtry Winery we stopped at Perry's Deli for a sandwich. We ordered 2 turkey..bacon..avocado sandwiches. Bread was soft & fresh..packed with turkey..bacon & avocado..Great sandwiches..we sat out in the outdoor patio..beautiful day..

Perry's Deli in Middletown, California is an awesome place to stop for a snack, lunch, or groceries. Their Deli is fast and the sandwiches are outstanding. Plenty of parking and bathrooms are available.

Beanbag Charlie and his little stab Torpedo Anne were having a Lake County shindig at their cabin up their on Black Ash Ridge to celebrate the completion of their rebuild after the last fire. It seems like they have this rebuild celebration every two years or so, and since it's a Lake County shindig, I've got to bring my own food...And Perry's Deli hits it out of the park! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

My g.f and I came to Harbin and saw this deli across the street from our hotel. Came in everyday to eat here. Sandwiches are phenomenal. Hit or cold you can't go wrong. Meat is juicy and tender. Wasnt too happy with mac n cheese but the sandwiches made up for it.

Stopped by chase while passing g thru town. The staff was enthusiastic and very helpful deciding which sandwich to get. The variety of house speciality sandwiches is staggering. Decide to get their "famous" tri tip sandwich and was not disappointed! The meet was flavorful, tender, and juicy! Fresh veggies, and tasty BBQ sauce! Also, you gotta get one of the Big jar pickles! Stopped by again in the way to a work site with excitement to be able to stop again! Again the staff was friendly and welcoming. Went with the #2 pastrami rueben. BANGER!!! Sauerkraut was perfect with just enough acidity to balance out the sweetness of the house made thousand island. Perry's Deli has become a destination point on my Google maps and will always be a "must stop" place when im passing thru town! 5 stars all day

A nice place with a wide variety of sandwiches and drinks. A very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our recommended sandwiches and are food was prepared quickly. We were early and the place was not busy. By the time we left, the place was packed.

Stopped here on a motorcycle ride to lake Pillsbury. Grab some sandwiches and drinks. Had the #101/2. Pastrami was excellent..... Nice lean cut not to crazy salty like some places. Not a huge menu but all fan favorites for deli meats. If your in the area and hungry for a deli sandwich it's worth a stop.

Edit: Bumped it Up to a 4 because of The Turkey Bacon Avocado Sandwich. ☆♡ If You would Love to Make it up, Roderick maybe in (tall, young "bald" guy)--gift Him the Free Sandwich, tell him "That is Your Free Sandwich, that you wanted." Frost bite, rather strange raw? Like A Bad Pastrami. Avoid that too if they have it. Anyways. Perhaps go with a salad sandwich? Etc. Etc. The Oatmeal Cookie Looks Yum. The Mini Bottles of Energy: Really Good. Beer Available. Seats in Back. On Right side of wall in seating area, bottle capper. Good bottled Rootbeer. I Need A Better Sandwich. Great Customer Service. Attentive. Sometimes Flies Buzz (even in Refrigerated Cases). Weird that the Sandwich was Toasted. Not Subway Toasted. Edit: I Never Knew Rare Roast Beef Existed like That. Will Definitely Stop Back in, likely Thursday Again. Definitely the best sandwich place in town but in other businesses defense I never had allot of money to eat out at the other places. The staff were nice and friendly and they have a nice spot to eat outside as well.

Nice atmosphere local business sandwich shop. My meatball sandwich just wasn’t great. It was off-putting to see every hot sandwich go through their microwaves. The meat was too mushy (almost soggy). Subway’s meatball sandwiches are better and I don’t like Subway.

My sandwich was so amazing! And the guy who made it was really nice. I did have a serious issue with the blond young lady not wearing gloves and touching her face and hair and then digging bread out of rolls and handling the meats. This is one of my fave delis now but I do hope that girls held accountable for putting other peoples health at risk.

all I know is I bought the number five barbecue tri-tip sandwich with extra tri-tip and my sandwich was about an inch thick for $13. I was expecting something way different than what I got. Mary disappointed and won’t be ordering that again. A lot of their sandwiches are small and spendy

Based on other reviews to be fair I will have to believe they must have an off day today. Started out great nice people taking order very attentiv. Then it took over 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. I observed the person making ours getting distracted answering phones and not wearing gloves nor washing hands in between. He kept saying the food would be ready soon but he didn't even start it. One sandwich was pretty much inedible due to the bread saturated in mustard beyond what you would. It's just a deli so that's how it is I guess. Too bad since the food looked pretty good. Wasn't sure how to reply to response here from the owner which was very nice and much appreciated. Like I said it seemed like an off moment based on other reviews. I still recommend using gloves for sanitary reasons. I will stop in again soon. I was there around 130.
