I just finished my move at this apartment and I will say this was the easiest & quickest move in process I’ve ever experienced. Indy in the leasing office made everything extremely simple for me and ensured I had all the information I needed. Gorgeous complex with even nicer apartments! Infy got me set up with a beautiful third floor unit with the most amazing view ever! Carpets are new, light fixtures are new, everything was clean and move in ready. I can’t wait to call The Pointe home for years to come :)

I absolutely love this place! Indy is amazing! I wish I knew about this place years ago. The layout, the shops, the church! It feels like a village 💗 I recently added pics 🤟 I had to buy all new furniture because my old apartment was terrible 😞 I love this place 😭 the hallways are huge and clean! Definitely a hidden gem!!

Beautiful apartment complex, great location, wonderful maintenance. I’ve read some of the bad reviews and wonder if they’re living at the same place. I’ve lived here for a year and a half and it’s been nothing less than a really positive experience. The complex is well maintained, the office staff is very friendly and responsive (Angela and Indie), and Robert with maintenance is always around and helpful. The landscaping is maintained well and the pool is sparkling clean year round. The few very minor issues I’ve run into since moving in have been resolved very quickly. It’s peaceful and quiet, my apartment is well insulated from noise, and I’m right across from the pool. The Fresh Market is just outside the gate and there are a few restaurants, hair and nail salons, and shops within walking distance. The things mentioned in some of the negative reviews…yes, the entrance gate sometimes has issues, but so does the gate at just about every complex. Yes, I’ve seen the occasional roach or palmetto bug in my bathroom but this is Georgia! I’ve never lived anywhere and not seen them occasionally, they come in through the pipes. Yes we had issues with the trash valet not picking up trash but that lasted less than a few weeks before management took care of the issue and haven’t had issues since. My 2 br apartment (the Sydney) is perfectly laid out for working from home with a semi-separate area of the living room to use as my office (included a photo because it wasn’t easy to tell from the floorplan what that space was like). I’m on the first floor and was able to add curtains to my patio to add a bit of privacy to my own outdoor space. Having an outdoor storage closet is a game-changer, didn’t realize how important it was until I moved from a house to an apartment! Friends who come to my apartment always comment on how nice the complex and my apartment are. There are people who complain about everything and can never be made happy, so take some of the negative comments with that in mind. I’ve never once questioned living here!

I chose this location specifically and I’ve been here well over a year let me say, The Pointe at Suwanee Station is a Great place to live. They do their best to keep the property clean and for most of the residents, we take care of the community. This is a pet friendly area, all the dogs are leashed and while I have cats, I’ve never seen a stray on or near the grounds. Its been over a years and Unfortunately, my time here has come to an end. If you’re looking for a place to call home, in my opinion, this is one of the best in the area. This is an older very well maintained community that’s clean friendly accessible community. The staff really try to assist in every way. I want to thank Tarene Lancaster the Community Director, N’Daria Butler, Assistant Manager, Saha Gabbidon, Jaylen Rudolph the Leasing Specialist along with all the maintenance attendants I really appreciate all Staff here, they really do a Great Job.

Best community a God fearing man could ask for... a better group of men and woman to work with.. the maintenance team and all the woman upfront. Truly made it feel like home... there care and grace is over top with excellence... I VOW here.. (with their permission).. to provide full city/state and corporate endorsements within all business establishments I own (under executive decision).. the unit they blessed me is a little banged up (bc of me, Roman)..but i would never leave this place without fixing it and making it look better than new. I don't want my security deposit back.. i just need them to know how privileged and thankful i am they gave me shelter. We love it here! The grounds are clean, maintenance is responsive, and the staff is friendly! They always remember us when we come in and are quick to address concerns or issues we bring up. The apartments are well priced for the area and our lease renewal was an acceptable rate increase. The size and quality is great in our apartment. Indy is an absolute gem, from the time we came to look at the apartments to just a wave when we are out walking our pup she makes us feel at home. The property manager, Tarene, has been great at addressing concerns and is always looking for ways to improve the community. When she first came here I addressed a change in the dog waste bags, they had ordered some thin ones and I let her know how the other ones were much better. Within a month she had ordered the better bags…it’s small things that make a big difference when you live somewhere. If you’re looking for a well maintained, friendly clean place to live in a great area, look no further.

It’s hard to believe that it has been nearly a year since my brother, Robert Mackle, passed away. I live in New York, while he was a resident at the Pointe of Suwanee Station. I still remember receiving the call from the police officer with the news. Only a few hours later, I heard from the community manager, Tarene, who reached out to me personally. It was a Saturday, and she wasn’t working, yet she took the time to make sure I knew she was there for me and would help ensure everything with his move-out went smoothly. She even gave me her personal cell phone number and encouraged me to reach out at any time. When I drove in to collect what I could of my brother’s belongings, she met me and guided me through everything. It was such a relief to know that, during such a painful and overwhelming time, at least one part of the process was being handled with genuine care. Afterward, when I returned the keys, again outside of office hours, Tarene was there without hesitation. I don’t know many managers who would be this personal, this compassionate, or so willing to give their own time. I am extremely grateful that my brother’s final days were spent in a place filled with people who truly cared for him and made him feel at home.

I don’t know where to begin. The community is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and clean. I really like the landscaping and trees around each apartment building. It makes it feel like more of a neighborhood than a complex. We rented the Atlanta floor plan. This apartment is absolutely stunning! The layout makes it feel more like a home than an apartment. N’Daria helped us from the very beginning. She followed up on my appointment to view the apartment. She showed me the apartment, and all of the amenities, and gave me every piece of information that I would need to make the application process go smoothly and quickly; followed up with every single detail and made sure that our move-in day was absolutely perfect. We could not be happier with our decision to move back to The Pointe at Suwanee Station, and look forward to many years of happiness here!

The Pointe at Suwanee Station has true apartment homes. The staff is extremely nice and helpful with anything that we needed moving in. My wife and I are coming from another complex that caused us nothing but stress and issues. I was dreading having to move again because who really likes moving but it was all very smooth. We were kept in the loop as to our status on being approved because our leasing agent Danielle knew the struggles we were having at our old apartment. She assisted us with all the questions we had, and even worked in a tour for us that fit my work schedule. Thank you Danielle for making this move extremely easy for us. The apartment was very clean when we came to get our keys and the walk through was very thorough. We came from a very loud complex with extremely thin walls and could hear everything from outside and the surrounding units, already we can tell that this is going to be a very quiet complex. We are very excited to get our apartment set up and enjoy the peace and quiet that the leasing office works hard to maintain for their residents. Again, The Pointe at Suwanee Station is a great community and the leasing office is very kind and welcoming. If you are looking for a new place to live, you will not be disappointed living here.

I have been here for roughly three years, from the maintenance crew, to the front office staff. I have always been treated exceptionally well. The few times I had any sort of requests or complaints it has always been addressed immediately with professionalism. Every maintenance request I have had was either handled the same day or within a very reasonable timeframe or if I had some sort of grievance (as example I noticed one of turns in the neighborhood was pretty dangerous due to some bushes causing a blind view on the turn and the very next day the landscapers were out and fixed it!) Though this will not be my forever home, I will always cherish the staff and the neighborhood for the time I have spent here and the time I will continue to be here. Thank you to the incredible staff who do so much for all of us!

N’Daria was so helpful in our process of getting our apt! She treated us with so much respect and also patience. It’s been two year since we rented out an apt. So I was a bit lost in the process. Our apt was clean and beautiful upon our arrival. Thank you so much N’Daria for all your help truly! Also I wanted to thank Jaylene (I think that was her name 🥹) but I got lost a bit on how the picking up packages work but she assisted us and explained everything to us again! Haha

Great, quiet apartment community! I lived here in a 1B1B apartment from 2019-2024. I rarely had any issues, other than the regular apartment living quirks - noisy neighbors, security gates not working, bugs coming in through the patio... However, the maintenance team at this community is always quick to respond to issues and get things fixed as efficiently as they can. The Pest Control business they use is always willing to come by with any issues I had. The Leasing Office also would always hear me out and handle it when my neighbors got a bit too loud. Tarene, the Leasing Manager, is so friendly and understanding. She was willing to work with me when I had a few personal things going on and helped me tremendously when I went to move out after living there for 5 years. Surprisingly enough, I found myself moving back into the community in August of 2024 and had a more than smooth experience with Mya, one of the Leasing Agents. Mya was so friendly when my fiancé and I came by for a tour. She worked with us to find the right apartment and timing for move in. She made sure the apartment was clean and ready for us, and answered all of my calls and emails. This is a great community that is within a 5 minute drive of Suwanee Town Center. There is ample parking, a pickleball court, a beautiful swimming pool, walking trails, and a cute dog park. It, of course, comes with the standard of apartment living, but, I would choose this community every time. The 1B1B I lived in and now live in again is super spacious and affordable (depending on time of year you look) for what you get, especially compared to other communities nearby. The patios have a built-in storage closet, which is rare to find included in apartments nowadays. Even though this community has been around for a while, the apartments aren't outdated at all. You get beautiful granite countertops and vinyl plank flooring throughout. They do a good job at making sure the carpet is clean when you move in. The breezeways would be my only complaint - they aren't cleaned often, so spiderwebs, bugs and small pieces of trash or stains stick around for a while until they power wash and blow off the concrete. The trash policy of keeping valet trash cans inside your apartment during the day is not maintained, so a lot of trash cans stay outside apartments all the time, along with trash bags if they're not picked up on time. I'd recommend they enforce that a bit more, just for cleanliness & visual's sake. Otherwise - I recommend this community to everyone I know!

I've lived in this community for over 3 years. And the front office, maintenance and grounds keeping teams have been nothing short of great. Ms. Terene Lancaster and her staff Indy, Angela, Mya and Charles have been phenomenal. They're really good at informing the residence if there any changes within the policy, if there are events or services being conducted on the property. I really appreciate this because this allows me to plan my schedule according to this information. Whenever there's an issue on the property, they are quick to have a solution to resolve whatever the issue may be and they keep you informed during the process of correcting the issue. I'm going to miss this place as I transition onto the next phase of my life, and I'm glad I spent this phase at The Point at Suwanee Station. Continue the great work and making Suwanee a better place!

I moved to GA for school and I have enjoyed this apartment. It’s a nice quiet place so I enjoy studying at home. They just added pickle ball courts which I love!! It’s a great stress reliever for me. I have a dog too and he loves walking around the complex with me. There were some initial issues, but maintenance resolved all my concerns in a timely manner. And shoutout to Indy who works up front! She always makes me feel welcomed and well informed.

Going on my second year at The Pointe at Suwanee station, and have never had a moment to second guess living here. >> N’Daria Butler is the gal you want to see.<< When I came here almost a year ago, trying to find my first place, she *instantly* made me feel nothing short of welcome. Her personality and character is what sold me along with the community. Maintenance is also prompt and efficient. Of course with living in an apartment, there's going to be the expected loud neighbor, or sometimes the gate is on the fritz - but I have never felt an ounce of unsureness in this community as they're always on top of things to address any concerns and keep us residents updated. Also, with me having a service animal, they are incredibly welcoming and understanding (given you have the right paperwork). Not once have I had an issue with that as well. My only complaint would be maybe amp up on pest control, but, my run-in with the common household pests have been few. I'm not sure about any other tenant experiences but I do want to share mine. In all - well done to all staff of The Pointe at Suwanee Station, and making me feel like I have a good home to come to. I'm excited to continue my residency for the next year <3

I have lived here for six months. I'm very pleased with my apartment. The office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. It's nice when you are greeted so warmly by everyone. All maintenance requests are handled professionally. The upkeep of the community is overall well done. The only two issues I have experienced are doggy pick-up bag dispensers can be empty for long periods of time (perhaps some dog owners are hoarding bags?) and the gate to the community has been inoperable for at least 45 days - concerns for safety. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The gym is adequate - wish there were a few more nautilus machines. I heard when I moved in the tennis courts would be converted to a dog park but not yet. I feel safe walking my dog around the community. The rent is a bit high which is the only reason I am planning to move out when my 1-year lease is up.

-The leasing agents are very nice and helpful. - Friendly neighbors. - Lived in 2-2 from 2022-2024 - There are insect issues. One situation, there was a wasp nest that was inside of the bricks on our building and they were coming through the AC vents, throughout the apartment. The Manager of apartment complex kept avoiding speaking to us about the issue. Instead of getting a proper exterminator, they sealed the nest into the brick and croaked our vents. Luckily, the light in the bathroom was covered because a few found their way into the bathroom from that hole that was not croaked. From then, to our move out date we were worried and walked around with wasp spray. No one deserves to feel intruded by harmful bug. AND I am highly allergic, and they would not pay for the 2 nights of hotel while they were closed on the weekend before they had the pest man come by on that Monday. They wouldn't even discuss paying or giving any credit for the hotel. - Don't expect to get your full security deposit back.

- will not show you the actual apartments -even after paying a deposit and have a ridiculous amount of fees. (around $100 in addition to the rent price, not including utilities) that are not disclosed when you are given a tour or when you ask questions about specific additional fees. Please see the screenshot so you know what to expect. - Upon move in- AC was broken and did not fix it until multiple emails and many days of requests that it was the middle of summer. - sink and bathtub both clogged upon move in. -heavy mold on faucets for both sinks -flooring gaps and holes - insect issues -dog pee? spattered on the wall of the porch upon move in - downspout on the porch is clogged and flooding the patio area when it rains -poor communication, doesn’t answer the phone almost ever -I have witnessed office staff get in a screaming and cursing match with a resident before. In the amenity area. -enter the unit constantly for various checks and fire alarm testing goes on for 4+ hours. -maintenance is lacking in service and in ability to fix issues. Some of these issues have been fixed, overall the apartment itself is not worth $1600 a month.

I moved into the Pointe at Suwanee Station apartment complex in late spring of this year with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare due to an ongoing roach infestation. I have noticed roach problems in my apartment since July 2023, and despite multiple maintenance requests, emails to management, and visits to the front office, there has been no improvement whatsoever. Discovering roaches in my apartment has been incredibly distressing, as they pose a significant health hazard and make it impossible to be comfortable in the apartment I pay over $1500 for every month. Despite keeping a clean unit and having minimal items in my apartment, I find anywhere from 3 to 5+ roaches every week. I have never experienced anything like this in any apartment complex I have lived in around the metro Atlanta area. I have reached out to the management team through various channels, including in-person visits and emails, but my concerns are not being taken seriously. The leasing staff continues to send pest control without relaying the message of concern for an infestation. Each time pest control visits my apartment (which has been about 5 times in the past 3 months), they only spray with the same chemicals over and over again. When I came into the leasing office to ask if they would be able to escalate the concern, the property management staff informed me that they would reach out to the property manager. However, the following week the same method of spraying was used. As a tenant paying rent, it is my right to live in a clean and pest-free environment, and I have done my part by reporting the issue and cooperating with maintenance visits. However, the lack of concern or willingness to eradicate the issue from the Pointe at Suwanee Station management has left me feeling ignored, helpless and repeatedly exposed to potential health risks. In addition to the roaches, there have been a number of maintenance issues that have occurred frequently as well. Issues with the AC and toilet not working, door jams falling off, and potential patched water cracks in the wall have been my experience. I find myself completing a request far more frequently than I ever have before. Although the maintenance team is typically quick to respond and pleasant, I am left wondering about the safety and up-to-date status of the apartment complex. All in all, I strongly advise anyone considering this apartment complex to think twice before signing a lease here. The complete disregard for tenant well-being and living conditions is unacceptable, and I hope my review serves as a warning to others seeking a comfortable and pest-free living environment. Your thousand-plus dollars in rent can be paid somewhere else where you are not working double as pest control in your own living space. Attached to this review are SOME of the roaches I have found in my apartment most of them ALIVE when I sprayed them to death. As you can see in the picture, the roaches are at various points in the roach life cycle which is further cause for concern. October Update: After posting this review, I went into the office and was finally offered escalated treatment options, in particular fogging the unit. It has been a week since management stated this treatment would be done and its hasn't. Today there was a teen roach running from what I think was a crack in the wall IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY. Based on my experience and some of the other reviews, I believe this living community has an untreated infestation. November Update: Apartment was roach bombed. Seeing about 1 roach a week now. This week the trash was piled for about 5 days and trash valet did not pick up trash for 3 nights. Hoping not to see an increase in roaches because of this.

i had thought that i found the perfect apartment, good floorplan, views, parking, location. it quickly turned around due to the very lengthy application process. 2 weeks of stepping out of work, classes, and investing a lot of my personal time to be able to provide all necessary documents and paperwork. the approve shield reps are rude, dismissive, and extremely unhelpful. they will call you days after you submitted finance paperwork to say that it was not the right form or you don't make enough money for their standards. (expected rent was $1,299). i had submitted multiple forms of income verification, however we were denied. the approve shield reps stated that it is up to the apartment and its manager to approve or deny applicates. we were also told that there was a possibility that approve shield can be overridden so we can be approved and move in before the end of February. which was very important to us. the manager is not any better either. she will claim that she didn't give timeframes on a recorded line, when she stated on multiple accounts that we would know final decision by Friday night, and if not Monday night. we did not find out until 5:30pm on Tuesday night. (2/24/26) our expected move in date is 2/25/26. she refused to accept any accountability for the lack of communication. any update whether if it is nothing or something is still an update. she constantly left us in the dark. she also claims that approve shield has final say in whether an applicant is approved or denied. i stated to her my concerns and frustrations, and she tried to dodge the questions. my partner and i were the main ones who called, emailed, and texted during those 2 weeks. i do have to give credit where credit is due. Jaylen was a great leasing agent when we came to tour the unit. she understood the situation and pulled all the strings she could to help push our application to approval. thank you Jaylen.
