Food is really good with lots of healthy options. My vegetarian burger was delicious but too sweet, probably because of the caramelized onions. The edamame dumplings are to die for!! The flourless chocolate cake is good too.

It was my first time here and I loved it! My server, Jackie, was so sweet and explained the menu to us in detail. The food was healthy and delicious. The service was amazing. I will definitely be back! We ordered the lavender matcha latte, the grassed burger, kale salad, and the roast beef dipper.

We had such a deliciously nourishing experience at True Food Kitchen in Alpharetta! The food was incredibly fresh and clean — I enjoyed the Ancient Grains Bowl with salmon, and we also ordered a steak that was cooked to perfection. Both were packed with flavor and felt like true soul fuel. The beverages were just as impressive — the Horchata Matcha Latte was the perfect cozy blend, and the Hangover Juice gave a refreshing, revitalizing kick. Our server, Jackie, made the whole experience even more special. She was fun, personable, and so attentive — we felt truly taken care of. We also loved being able to in joy the beautiful patio with our two pups! It’s such a gift to dine at a place that welcomes your whole family — fur babies included. We’ll definitely be back — thank you, True Food, for a truly wholesome and heartful experience!

I love coming to True Food Kitchen! It’s one of my go-to spots when I’m looking for something healthier but still full of flavor. The menu has a great variety of wholesome options that don’t feel like you’re sacrificing taste. For appetizers, I highly recommend the edamame dumplings or the cauliflower—both are flavorful and a perfect start to the meal. As for entrées, the turkey burger is a longtime favorite of mine, but on my recent visit I tried the chicken parmesan with spaghetti squash, and it was so yummy. It felt indulgent while still being lighter than your typical parm dish. To top it all off, the chocolate flourless cake is a must-try. Rich, decadent, and the perfect way to end the meal. True Food Kitchen always delivers a fresh, satisfying experience. Love this place!

Fist time here. The atmosphere is awesome, extremely friendly staff, clean, really cool place! The food is outstanding - fresh, delicious 😋, you can't go wrong here. I liked it so much that I almost went back the next day. I was only in the area for the weekend, so wanted to try another place. I will definitely go back!

This place has become one of my favorite places to eat. I love the food, service and atmosphere. The food is delicious, service is amazing and love the atmosphere. My friends and family go there often to eat now. Recently, we celebrated my daughter's 7th birthday and absolutely loved it. Everyone enjoyed the delicious food and our server was amazing too. They are very particular about allergies and diet restrictions which was amazing. The best health food restaurant in Georgia according to me. Been coming for years and it never disappoints. The kale salad is what dreams are made of. My latest visit was easily the best thanks to my server, Sareena, who was absolutely amazing and attentive, and was extremely helpful! Great vegetarian variety, too, which is nice to see.

My favorite restaurant! Super healthy, clean, great atmosphere! Korean bowl was my favorite dish and our server Jacquelyn was so amazing!

Loved our dinner! The cauliflower app was very tasty - good combination of spicy & sweet (ask for extra dates - the sweetness makes it!) Grass-fed burger (sans umami sauce) was great! Korean bowl was good, but the chicken was a bit over cooked. Our waitress, Jacquelyn was knowledgeable, personable and fun!

Loved the commitment to a healthier menu. The gluten free options were amazing. I had the All American burger and I really enjoyed the TFK sauce. The chocolate cake was absolutely AMAZING (the second time, make sure they fully heat it to make it creamier and more lava like). Jackie was amazing and every suggestion she had was great. She definitely made sure we enjoyed everything we ordered and if anything additional was needed, she was on it! Definitely recommend.

Jacquelyn was our server and she was very kind and super friendly. It's all very healthy yet extremely delicious so you leave not feeling heavy and tired like from a typical meal. We had the chicken Parm, Korean noodle bowl, and ricotta pizza. Everything was great and we'll definitely return!

I loved the ambience and the set up right at Avalon The service was great and our server was very friendly. We did not have to wait long for the food They have a good selection of drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic The food options are clean and healthy however the taste was not great for us. The hummus was flavorful which was the best. The rest we had issues with The pizza we ordered came out burnt as you will see in the pics and I surprised they served it to us … we ate it but left all the burnt pieces My plant burger was over seasoned with salt The fried chicken sandwich was decent The poke bowl was decent but quantity was less Same with the chicken parm Overall for a $200 for 4 I was disappointed I was looking forward to this experience being my birthday. Maybe we are just a one of bad experience because all the other reviews seem great

The food is rather mid for the price. Definitely avoid the turkey burger. Tastes super processed. The market salad is delicious. The servers are always friendly. This last time Zoe from the bar served us because the server for our section was MIA. Zoe was So sweet and attentive! A blessing ✨

Excellent location with tasty food and a pleasant restaurant ambiance. Parking can be a bit challenging to find. The guacamole served with bread was outstanding.

My avocado toast was average, a little salty for my taste, and some of the avocado was unripe and not soft. My friend liked her pizza. The service is a bit slow. Nothing special and not compelled to return.

This location was much better than the Lenox one but still. For the price, there was hardly any chicken in the wrap. And our cappuccino took for ever to arrive. They were really short on staff. The avocado dip was great.

True Food Kitchen at Avalon is a good place for a meal. My wife and I visited it in late afternoon. We are in our late seventies and vegetarian. We loved the ambiance, but food choices were limited. Our server YUMI is top notch. She is professional, courteous and quick. Since it is situated in AVALON, the location is definitely our GO TO PLACE. Even though TRUE KITCHEN advertises to be for vegetarian and vegan, we were unimpressed by their menu choices. They do not serve soft drinks, but then the non-alcoholic choices are very limited. I am moderately impressed.

Service was spectacular. The wait for food was pretty long, granted we were there for lunch on a Sunday. The food we ordered was OK. One item came to us incorrectly and had to be sent back. The chicken fingers my son got were very lightly breaded, you can see the video, I wouldn’t necessarily call them “fried” chicken tenders in this instance. The burgers were probably the best things we got. Mac and cheese tastes like a buttered pasted with a little cheese on top, which I’m not mad at. It was one of the better things we got. And my wrap was just sort of mid. Best thing on the menu for this trip was the peach lemonade for sure. Would into here again with my kids? Probably not. I guess they are not their targeted demographic.

The service is questionable, and the place seems generally messy. There were food remnants all over the floor and the seating needed to be cleaned. True Food is super busy, so I sort of get it. It's hard to stay ahead of the crowds. The food is good, not overly tasty, but fresh. The menu has many interesting items for children and adults. The bowls 🥣 and sandwiches hit the spot. The flipping server was on another planet. Took forever to come over initially and had to be flagged down for any follow up. A place this busy needs servers that are switched on or you just get lost in the chaos. It's worth another go.

High prices should come with high attention to detail, but that isn't the case here. We returned yesterday hoping for a better experience, but both meals were served incorrectly. While a wrong order might seem like a 'small' mistake to some, for our family—dealing with food sensitivities and mental disabilities—it is a major disruption to our day and our health. It’s frustrating to pay a premium for a meal that ends up being a source of stress rather than a positive experience. Find somewhere better!

I ordered the kale salad with shrimp and there were 6 pieces of shrimp total- half of which were clear and raw on the inside. Also, service was extremely slow. The restaurant was not even half full and it took almost 40 minutes for us to get our food.

I am not a fan of leaving bad reviews as someone who is in the food and beverage industry. Unfortunately, I was so unimpressed and frustrated I had to say something. Me and my younger brother 23 and 21 came in on a Saturday night around 8 PM. Understanding it is busy and we do not have a reservation, I was not expecting immediate service. There were seats at the bar available so we figured it would be easy to grab a quick bite of food and drink, and be on our way. We were pleasantly greeted by one of the bartenders. we ordered two waters a beer and the smoke show old-fashioned. Seemed easy enough unfortunately the waters never came. The beer was quick and the smoke show old-fashioned is still hiding in the smoke after waiting halfway through our dinner I gave up. I’m trying to get my drink eventually, our appetizer came still no waters. After asking for silverware and waters we were able to dig into our dumpling appetizer. Entrées in medium rare burger and medium rare steak came shortly after the steak was cooked well but unfortunately lacked flavor. The burger tasted good, but unfortunately it was closer to a medium well again as someone in the food and beverage industry. I understand Saturday nights are busy and some things can slip through the cracks, but there was just too much going wrong. Also, don’t get me started on the fries that came with our entrées. Not sure if they were boiled and water and seasoned with air but they definitely lacked flavor. It was our first time at True Food and we would love to give it another chance.
