I went there for lunch with a large group, and we were seated in a spacious private room with soft, ambient lighting. Our server was incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent. I ordered the chicken Parmesan, and it was cooked perfectly. The pasta that came with it wasn’t overly salty and paired very well with the chicken. For dessert, we shared cheesecake and tiramisu, and I personally liked the tiramisu more because it was very moist. The portions were generous for a lunch menu. I’d love to come back and try other dishes. (One of my friends ordered the steak and she said it was also very good.)
We are local and have been wanting to try this place for over a year…. Glad we did!!!!! First of all… I would go back for the atmosphere alone. It is beautiful, elegant and at the same time warm and cozy. It is clean and was decorated beautifully for the holidays. Keith was our server and he was so nice!!!! Keith was attentive but not pushy. He honestly enhanced our experience here and I will request him. The food was good. We tried the mushroom tortellini… it is something that I would go back and order tonight. It was that good. My husband had the spaghetti and meatballs and he was a bit disappointed. The meatballs were dry. The red sauce on the pasta stated basil… but it tasted like someone dumped a bunch of oregano in red sauce. Not appetizing. He said he would not get that dish again. The bread service prior to the meal is great! Garlic bread with sun dried tomato oil. We had the chopped salad and the wedge. The salads were a 6 out of 10. So decent. Finished it with the chocolate cake. We will be getting that again for sure! Not too sweet… perfect end to the meal. We are undecided about the food since some things did not knock it out of the park. But we will be back because we feel it has potential. One last thing. There were only 6 tables in the restaurant last night. We saw the manager walk by several times… with a slow night he should have stopped by every table to say hello and check on things. Never saw him do this once. Just a side note… because that is what should happen at an upscale establishment like this.
I had my birthday party here, and everything was perfect. The steak was cooked to the ideal temperature—so tender and delicious—and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this place. Whether I come for lunch or dinner, it’s always a great experience.
This restaurant is fantastic! Great staff, excellent food and a very professional manager. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a great bar too. I had the Linguini Shrimp & Lobster Fra Diavolo, perfectly prepared and delicious. The calamari appetizer was light, tender and cooked to perfection. An all around great experience!
We loved this restaurant! The service was sensational, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, with nice background music that made everything even better. We’ll definitely be back!
We had the lobster bisque which was so smooth and creamy but yet had the lobster pieces in it . I got the crepes salad which was standard Italian . Hubby has the dominico ribeye and gave it a 8/10. I had the lobster ravioli and I give it a 9/10. Will return to try new meal options Our server was very nice and knowledgeable, gave us a good experience overall.
Delicious Italian food, friendly staff and prompt service make this a great choice for lunch or dinner. Conveniently located in Alpharetta near GA 400 exit 11. In addition to the traditional Italian menu (Tuscan and Lazio regions) loved the appetizer selections and dessert options.
Our team hosted a company dinner at Luci’s, and let me just say, it was chef’s kiss from start to finish! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance struck that perfect balance between upscale and inviting. The service? Impeccable. Shout out to Peter and Ricardo! They took excellent care of our party, navigating every detail with grace, warmth and the kind of attention that turns a meal into a memory. Now, let’s talk about the food. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Every bite felt intentional, with layers of flavor that let you know the kitchen doesn’t just cook, they curate! Whether you’re hosting a corporate gathering, date night, or special celebration, Luci’s delivers. It’s the kind of spot that makes you feel well fed and well treated. We’ll be back again and again.
Best Italian Spot in Alpharetta! 🍝🇮🇹 I stopped by after hearing they’ve started serving lunch—and it did not disappoint! It’s the perfect spot for a workday lunch, especially for nearby office folks. The carpaccio was definitely the highlight—so fresh and flavorful. We also tried the steak, lasagna, pasta, and salad, and everything was fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. Great quality food at great value. Highly recommend!
From start to finish the service was some of the best we’ve ever experienced. It’s definitely 5++ stars on hospitality. Our meal was delicious. We enjoyed a ribeye, a filet, onion rings and Brussel sprouts. All were cooked perfectly and were tasty. For dessert we had the strawberry cake and it was excellent. Highly recommend! We will definitely return.
This is a great Steakhouse! First the service is impeccable, our waitress Danielle was very friendly and nice. Great atmosphere. Down from the lighting to the music. The food is out of this world. The Fried Oysters are the best appetizer on the menu. The Steak is so tender you don't even knife to cut it. And the the Scallop with Lobster Risotto was the best I've had. You can drop in or make a reservation. Either way it's a must try.
Finally made it to Luci's on Windward as I make my way to all the great steak places around me. The atmosphere was great and lots of tables filled for a Sunday night. As much as I wanted to try an app, I was alone and afraid of ordering too much food. Decided to start with a wedge salad. It was a salad, and ranch dressing was buttermilk and the way I like it, but it was a huge salad two wedges, blue cheese and tomatoes and nothing special. Wouldn't order that again. I had an 8oz filet ($52) with an 8 buck butter sauce that was recommended but it tasted like melted butter. So so pricey and It didn't enhance the steak. The steak was nothing special either. Wish I had done the Bernaise. I also ordered potato au gratin (12) which was a huge serving and probs for sharing and it was great, hot and lots of cheese. Finished with some Gelato which they only had vanilla and chocolate. For 3.50 it came with 2 scoops which was perfect. I wanted the coconut cake but at 25 bucks and it is a huge piece, I wasn't going to pay that since I was alone. Kind of silly. I can get an 8 buck huge slice at a bakery in Alpharetta. I also had a glass of dauo cab for 16 which was fine. I had a nice time and the steak was fine. It was medium well and had the perfect amount of pink. My total check was 113.00 before tax. Kind of pricey to me. I would try again but might change up some items. This was supposed to be a fancy steak house and the food was good but the food presentation was so not to perfection. The steak was just on a huge plate and no decor, sauce or anything on it. I just was disappointed. When you pay that much you want some pizazz.
On Easter Sunday, we had a group of 15 that that enjoyed this wonderful restaurant. The food was outstanding, and the service impeccable by Keith and Ellie. The steaks we chose from the waiter displayed choices were top notch. My crabcake was nothing but crab so much so that I don’t know how it was held together, but absolutely the best I’ve had. Owners Gigi and Paolo we’re full of wonderful suggestions and very hospitable. The wine list is quite extensive and impressive. Two of our guests were well-known restauranteurs from another state, who were also blown away! Now, every Sunday they are open for brunch, which is great news. It was our first time there, but definitely won’t be our last. Beautiful atmosphere and plenty of parking. We were in a private room, which was lovely and perfect for any occasion.
Very nice Italian restaurant. I had the soup of the day. It was a chicken noodle type soup minus the noodles and with veggies. It was tasty, but the bread with red sauce was my favorite!
Their food was ok ok. Lobster tail fried was very salty but the broiled version was very tasty. This dish portion is huge. Lamb chops were ok. Sea bass main course quantity was very less. Their dessert Banana flambe etc was not good, they prepare next to the table but not as good as the pf changs version. We had a server by name Miguel and he was one of the nicest gentleman and brought everything we requested for.
Really nice atmosphere. New management trying to make it better than before. I had the Lamb Chop which was ok. If you love lamb chop and don’t mind spending 50+ bucks on it then try Zakia - they have amazing lamb chops. However, my friends loved their Tomahawk steak and it was huuuuge. Overall great experience with friends. Dessert was decent as well.
They were out of fish n chips so I ordered a Alfredo pasta with chicken. The grilled chicken was nicely done, but the pasta was partly cooked, stuck to one another.. The staff would ch3ck on you regularly and keep you updated about when the dishes will be out.
Pretty formal setting for our liking on one hand, on the other hand there was no cocktail/wine menu to select drinks. We “celebrated” our anniversary there but apart from a congratulations there was no minimal effort from the staff’s part. Appetizers were good. Steak was ok, although I ordered it well done yet it was pink on the inside. The lamb came with no side whatsoever apart from a little bit of sauce. Weird. Desserts were big and good but the lava cake was more like a sponge cake, not soft and creamy on the inside. Overall pretty expensive for what you get.
Lots of pros and cons.... We had reservations and were seated right away, they do have a dress code which we appreciated for a nice steak house, but saw several customers seated in inappropriate attire. White jacket service...a bit disappointed our server did not bring steak options to our table prior to us ordering and the unfamiliarity of the servers knowledge in regards to menu and had to have someone else answer all our questions. Steak cooked perfect ,well seasoned and crisp on outside. Risotto and scallops dish was a bit salty and scallops were soggy . The seafood platter was excellent but asked 2 servers what the condiments were on platter and neither knew. Also servers were unfamiliar with wine selections and had no idea what the dessert menu wines listed were. Brussel sprouts were spectacular, but skip the spicy broccalini, zero flavor!! Dessert was ok, but not over the top. It was exceptionally warm in the restaurant, a bit too warm. Not a very intimate setting, loud open dining room. Loud big band music playing overhead. We sat in a booth and the table was way too narrow for the menus. Most importantly the fire on the TV reminded us of a cheesy old school sizzler steakhouse. We asked each other at the end of the meal if we would come back. .and there was great hesitation considering the steakhouse competition in the area.
We had an 8:00 PM reservation for 6 on Saturday February 7th and were still standing around at 8:47 with no table. They then had the nerve to offer us a table for 4 while we watched a party of 3 sitting comfortably at our table for 6. When I asked for the manager, both the server and the manager kept talking over me and repeating that there was “nothing they could do,” except offer to comp appetizers — which I never asked for. I asked for basic respect and the reservation I made.
