Wife’s Dutch Baby was fabulous, as remembered!! My 3 pancakes were too doughy…I’ll order the Dutch Baby next time! Viviana is an awesome person/waitress!! Pride of work is so important these days!!

Our waitress Jamie P. was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. All of the food was delicious! We ordered the crepes, 49er flap jacks, blueberry waffles, pumpkin pancakes & hashbrowns. Can’t wait to go back!

I wasn’t expecting much from this place as I had been to a different location and it wasn’t very good in terms of food or service. But this location is wonderful! April is an attentive sweetheart. The omelette is HUGE and stuffed with meat and cheese. The Dutch baby is a classic and serviceable but I I should have gone with the omelette.

FANASTIC! That's how we felt dining in at The Original Pancake House. Upon entering, we were greeted by a lovely young gentleman. His warm smile immediately made us feel welcome! The food was tasteful and delightful. We would highly recommend the Eggs and Bacon plate if you're looking for a good bargain! Eggs, bacon, and pancakes... what more could you ask for?!? But the highlight of it all was our fancy server Percy! He was very attentive and polite. He made this experience feel like fine dining! The Original Pancake House – Alpharetta, GA Percy was our server, and he did an excellent job. Attentive, friendly, and he kept our coffee cups full the entire meal. I ordered the Western omelette with three pancakes on the side, and Michele ordered their iconic Apple Pancake. The omelette was fluffy and loaded with flavor, and the pancakes were light and delicious. The Apple Pancake is truly something special — large, rich, and worth the wait. We shared both dishes and left completely satisfied. A great breakfast experience, and we’ll definitely be back.

Nice place and pancakes were very good! Reason for the 4 star on food was potato pancakes were very greasy tasting and had to send back but waitress was great about it and took them off the bill. Replace them with the delicious pancakes. Both myself and husband felt the coffee was on the bitter side but that's just our personal opinion. His crepes were absolutely delicious as well (no pic of them)

Finally found Swedish Crepes, had to finagle my order i.e I ordered 3 crepe shells and asked for lingonberry on the side. As I didn't want what was on the menu Crispy thin style pancakes. I prefer crepes. So along with a side of well done bacon. Freshly squeezed orange juice, I was keen on the coffee bit harsh flavour reminded me of Starbucks regular. But my crepes were amazing.

This was my first time at The Original Pancake House. Jonathan was our server. We were seated quickly and Jonathan got our drinks quickly. The menu had plenty of options. Once we ordered our food it came out quickly. I got eggs, patty sausage, and chocolate chip pancakes. The sausage was great and juicy. The pancakes were fluffy and moist. Overall the meal was delicious.

I recently ordered takeout from The Original Pancake Factory. The pancakes and crepes were good, and everything traveled well. It was a convenient option for breakfast or lunch. While the food wasn't quite as hot as it would have been eating in, it was still enjoyable. I'd recommend The Original Pancake Factory for takeout if you're looking for a solid breakfast.

First time here. The food was fantastic! We tried the baked sausage and cheese omelette, ham and Swiss cheese omelette, potato pancakes, corn beef hash and regular pancakes. Sticker shock when we saw the prices on menu for breakfast but when we saw the portion sizes it all made sense. We will be back!

Amazing pancakes, bacon, and omelets! We will definitely be back for the food when we’re in town. The pancakes were small but we received a stack that made up for the size. The flavor and pecans did too. The bacon was nice and thick and so was the omelet. No way can you eat it all in one sitting. Service was okay. When I walked in there were two ladies at the front and one just sat and stared at me while the other one worked…It also took a while to get sweetner for our coffee. Once the order was placed our waitress disappeared and everyone else walked past oblivious to anyone except for their table. The environment was okay, nothing to write home about, but the food made up for it.

The place is nice, the food portions are more than good enough. My wife and I ordered the Omelette (which comes with 4 pancakes) for each one and we were not able to finish all the meal. The food and coffee taste are just awesome and our waiter Percy was very kind and nice. He always treated us with a smile and always doing his best. We loved the place, the service and the food taste. If you haven't visit this place before, you should go and visit it. I'm pretty sure you won't regret. They also have some lovely coffee mugs that you can purchase at $18 each.

Food is always fresh and good. coffee is a bit bitter for my taste but I have no complaints about the food. The Dutch baby is my favorite. Service is always spot on.

This is a great place for breakfast. Always get hashbrowns crispy, with eggs over easy and sausage patties. No frills, good food. And the service is great. If all you want is breakfast done well, stop here. I also love the old time diner feel!

Known for the Dutch baby, popover style pancake with Apple topping and their oven baked omelettes. I personally am not a fan of either but if you are, it's the place to go. Good coffee, good service and okay food. Usually takes a while for your food to arrive. I'm also not a big fan of everyone at the table not being served at the same time. I realize that some things take longer than others to make, but it's about the timing. Don't make someone else's scrambled eggs until another Dutch baby is almost completed, then both parties are eating at the same time. Instead they tend to bring out the scrambled eggs, all the other guests is waiting for their food.

The blueberry pancakes were hard and rubbery. The opposite of soft fluffy pancakes that you would expect at a pancake house. I did not eat them and ordered a scrambled egg which was perfect. We also had a waffle which was fine.

I went this wife and kid. Been to multiple original pan cake house in Minnesota, this was our first time in Atlanta. Pancakes were great , order strawberry pancake, my kid loved it. Now for rest of the order , they did not has hash brown, which was present back in Minnesota. House potato fries were meh. They did not have much option for vegetarian's, I was used to see avocado toast in menu which was missing here. Space in booth is little cramp.

Good - nothing to write home about. My pecan waffle had raw pecan bits that did not go well with it. The raw taste of the pecan was in conflict with the waffle, syrup and butter. My son ordered the Georgia Peach Pancake, which was extreme in terms of size. He did not eat even a quarter. He did not like the eggy butter, he said it made him nauseous. He ended up drinking my coffee to calm his tummy. My husband the only one who enjoyed his blueberry pancake. Ambience- it was quite loud with the family next to us speaking so loudly we were drawn in to there conversation unwillingly. Our server was the best part of the experience and the reason for the 3 star. She was pleasant and engaged us throughout.

My husband and I went to that Original Pancake House for breakfast. We loved the ambiance and I was so excited to for my breakfast lunch date with my handsome guy! My hubby asked the waitress what a big meal? She said the Sausage and Links platter. I ordered the Nutella crepes and bacon. Let me tell you about the bacon, it was amazing, crispy and flavorful without being overly salty. I was quite happy with my selection. The Nutella Crepes are so yummy, they are happiness in each bite. However after the first one, it was Nutella overload! When the food arrived my husband looked perplexed. I explained to the server that this meal looked like a child’s meal and that was not a lot of food. She offered to provide us with the menu again. He chose the Dutch baby with lemon custard. He said it was awesome, also it was HUGE! Overall we were able to enjoy our meal and may come back in a year or so!

Came here specifically for crepes because my daughter loves them. Very disappointed. The menu called them “delicate” but this is not the case. They were thick and rubbery and barely had any Nutella in them. She took one bite and stopped. I urged her to keep eating until she offered me a bite. It was more like eating buttered noodles than a crepe. I did enjoy my apple pancake but I wish I’d know that if you don’t eat the entire thing there you should just throw the rest away. You cannot reheat it and it be anything like it was fresh. It sinks and becomes so dense and rubbery that it’s kinda gross. They should offer a smaller portion. Aside from the food, the pricing is mystifyingly high and the atmosphere is generic. The booth we sat it was rigid and forced you to sit straight up. I was expecting more personality and coziness from a place with so much history.

Been to several Original Pancake House around the East Coast but recently stopped into Delray Beach, which is different than the usual location I go toin Boca. I ordered a standard ham and cheddar omelette. It came out completely overcooked and dry without the cheddar. I informed the waiter who offered to bring the problem to the manager but I said don't worry about it I already ate some, please just give me the bill but you should know this is the worst breakfast I've ever had. After taking my check and disappearing for 15 minutes when I needed to leave, she finally came back and said the manager has agreed to take the $1 cheddar cheese off your bill which made me lmao. All I wanted to do was pay the bill, and be on my way and not wait 15 minutes more to drive tomynext bkfst spot so I eat. And lastly, when they didn't bring me syrup for 10 minutes for the pancakes, they just brought me a plate of butter. By that time the pancakes were cold and rubbery. Lol. I had been to this location a few months prior and it was excellent but something has gone way downhill.

I was glad to finally get an opportunity to go here because I've heard great things about them, but I have to say based on my first experience, highly unimpressed. I decided to try the chicken and waffles and split an order of french toast with a friend. The french toast was ok, but nothing memorable. And the chicken and waffles...? Might as well have been a Tyson Chicken Fried Patty from a freezer box. As a matter of fact, that's probably what it was. Not sure I will ever go back. Kudos to our server though. He was quick, friendly, and didnt make a mistake. He never missed a beat with refills on drinks and getting the checks out. However, I don't frequent restaurants only for service. I will probably not return on my own, but if I am in a group again like today, I might give it another shot. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals though, unfortunate for me, that was not the case.

I was disappointed with my experience at this breakfast spot. The omelette lacked flavor despite being priced at $20, and even a single sliced banana cost $3.75. For three people, the total came to $80, which felt excessive given the quality of the food. Overall, it was one of the least satisfying breakfast experiences I’ve had.
