The fried shrimp plate was very good!! Will try grill shrimp next time. The Jalapeño Enchiladas were very bland, no flavor to anyone it, and to me there was no flavor to the beans and rice. The Chile Relleno was good. The salsa and guacamole was really good. Quesa was bland. My husband got the chicken fried steak and it had no flavor, had to put alot of pepper and some salt.
Staff extremely friendly and inviting. They make their own chips, salsa was tasty but TBH I'm not big on salsa.... ordered the guacamole and it didn't make it in the picture bc it was THAT GOOD!! My main dish was the chimichanga bc my waitress has never had customer order it, therefore I did. I asked for beef fajita chimichanga instead of ground beef. Did not disappoint!!! Serving is more than enough. A must stop & of course support locally owned small restaurant.
First time eating here. About 10 minutes from Confort on highway 27. If you were thinking about drinking margaritas; well, they just serve beer. That’s ok. Atmosphere is what you would find in a small town Mexican restaurant. Plenty of sitting. Ordered green enchiladas, chicken flautas, crispy tacos, and sirloin. Service was spectacular. Beer comes with a cold glass, which I love. The servings were over the top. I couldn’t finish my food. Brought home leftovers. 5 thumbs up.
Good food. Good service. Nice place. Portions are large. I had the green enchiladas. They were delicious! I highly recommend them. My mom had the chicken fried steak and said it was good, too. I forgot to take a picture of that, though.
Very nice place. Food was excellent. Vanessa was our server. She was very kind and attentive. She suggested the flautas and I loved them. Soo good! A+

A very good restaurant for Mexican food. I had the Jalapeno Enchiladas with rice and beans. Food was really good and tasty. Jalapeno sauce was not overly spicy or hot with a hint on Jalapeno. Others at the table had allergies for some foods but each were able to find the food acceptable and all said it was very good. You must as for hot sauces as the salsa brought with chips is mainly cilantro and tomatoes purade. Overall the wait staff was very friendly and helpful and restaurant was extremely clean.

Great mom and pop restaurant that rivals any mexican food restaurant. The jalapeno enchiladas were delicious and we couldn't get enough of the salsa. Generous portions. We were with a large group but still received curteous and professional service. My husband and I were visiting family and were really impressed with this place.
Lunch was excellent! Warm chips served with great salsa. My Taco Salad was large and delicious. Others in my party agreed their food was fantastic. Service was wonderful. Good admosphere. Will definitely be back when visiting Texas again!

We just moved to Center Point and tried out this place for breakfast today. The waitress and food were amazing! The salsa is spicy! The potatoes were hash browns and not chunked potatoes like most Mexican food restaurants, which were excellent. My husband got steak and eggs cooked med rare and he said it was a perfectly cooked steak and so tender. The prices are amazing! I can’t wait to try lunch and dinner. I’m sure we will be there often as this is one of the only restaurants in CP.

My family and I were traveling from Houston and stopped here for lunch. We were very pleasantly suprised at the quality of the food. We have many fine Mexican food restaurants in Houston, and the food here was on a par with the best of them. Tortillas were fresh, tender and tasty, the beef fajita taco were real skirt steak and well seasoned. The refried beans did taste canned, which was the only negative. My daughter's chicken sandwich was huge an d was a real chicken breast, not some Mcnugget style minced patty. I highly recommend this restaurant if you travel to this part of Texas.

Stopped in for dinner. The chips were warm and the salsa was tasty. I mentioned we like it spicy so they brought a spicy salsa and boy did that not disappoint! The place was clean and the staff was very friendly! 5 stars for service! I asked for a skinny margarita (made without that sugar mix stuff), I think there was a communication break down on my part, because we ended up with the sugar mix margarita. My husband and I both ordered Juanita’s Mini tacos (aka street tacos). Very authentic and good flavor.

Met my wife there our first time there. Food was very good, ordered the guacamole it was brought out with some cheese dip. Thought the cheese dip was complimentary since it was not ordered, but it cost six dollars. Next time we will be aware of this. But overall it was nice, quite and pretty tasty.

For those that rate their Mexican restaurants on the chips and salsa, you will not be disappointed. Great little local owned spot and thank goodness it's here in Center Point! Sometimes it's just the right thing that saves dinner night.

No vege variety. Usually with fajita you get a side of sour cream, guacamole, lettuce and cheese. This place charges extra for the sour cream and guacamole. The guacamole wasn’t fresh. It’s mush from a 5 gallon Sysco bucket. Really over priced for the quality at $25.

Portions small for the price, asked manager about size he was rude . Told me if I didn't like it bring it back.
