First time here for a private party post eclipse. Service was lovely and attentive. Ambience was super cool...doors that open to the view of show/rodeo ring....cornhole...also a stage...a nice roomy bar. A buffet setup. Super fun atmosphere. ood was bbq...chicken was moist...the brisk was fatty but fine..I liked the potato salad best. The bread wasn't baked on premises, came out of a bag like from supermarket. Salad was typical American iceberg lettuce...food not fancy but people seemed happy.. and I myself went for seconds. Must be fun when they host a rodeo or horse show....grounds very well maintained. Ample free parking easy to find off Bandera Hwy. Recommend if in the area! They take credit cards.

Great place! Glad we finally stopped in for lunch. Tap beer was cold and good. I had a pecan ale. I got the cowboy burger while my son got his usual plain and dry with cheese. He's a picky burger person, and he really enjoyed these. My cowboy burger was tasty, loved the jalapeños, onion rings, and bbq sauce. I recommend stopping in. Michelle was an awesome waitress, too. 😍

We really liked this restaurant, the service, the atmosphere, very delicious food and dessert, and there is also live music. Cowboys play the guitar.🤠🎸 You can also play video games on slot machines and American billiards! Super! We recommend!

This is a well-run, fun venue. The owner takes pride in booking acts the patrons will like, the waitstaff is attentive, and the menu is a step up from the regular. From a musician's perspective, this place is AMAZING. Top-notch sound technology, a giant screen for graphics, easy load-in, and friendly, attentive staff.

Awesome place to enjoy a beverage, great music and a variety of great food. The outdoor patio with the acoustic guitar group on Fridays is an awesome way to start the weekend Beautiful Hill county setting.

Today we visited the Gravity Chek outside of Kerrville, Tx just a piece, great Rubin's with Onion rings and outreagously good Irish Nachos. Everything was really nice including the people. Get out to the Gravity Chek and check these folks out. You won't forget it or have a better day

Great service and yummy food (we got the Reuben and fish tacos with onion rings). Very spacious, large wrap around bar, huge stage and dance floor, two pool tables and shuffle board, good music and clean restrooms.

Sandwiches are huge and their salad is great. Limited menu today due to a vent a hood issue but they still great taking care of their customers!

I’ve been to gravity check several times. It has been different in a good way each time. The first time my wife and I went not long after it had opened and there was a limited menu, but we had a good sandwich sitting at the bar as I recall. The second time was for my wife’s high school reunion sometime in the middle of Covid, and yet the place was still festive and alive and jumping. A lot of fun. Live band, etc. The third time was with my older son, when we played pool and had a good bite to eat and a couple of beers. The fourth time was a nonstarter because I started to go in with my middle son but the band was way too loud on the weekend afternoon when we were to go, and there was no way we were going to be able to have a conversation that I wanted to have. Today I’m going back with my youngest son to play some pool and grab a bite, because it’s a great go-to place only a few miles from home. The service is wonderful and very friendly. I love that they have pool tables. A lot of open space. A place out back for events which I hope to take in this weekend, Labor Day. [UPDATE 9/1/2021: last time I had a gator Po boy that was excellent. Tonight I had the Sully burger, which was very good except that the cream cheese slab was a little bit too thick for my liking. My youngest son had a very good burger.]

I TRIED to eat here… Came in and sat down with 7 other people on a motorcycle ride. We all place our orders - I order a burger and fries. About 5 minutes later, everyone’s food comes out, and mine is nowhere to be found. Waitress says she’ll go check on it. 15 minutes later she comes back to check on everyone - do you need any refills and oh honey didn’t you order anything? At this point everyone else is nearly finished with their lunch - I won’t have time to eat my order. “Can you just bring me some fries?” “Yes, I’ll put that order in for you” She leaves and about 10 minutes later comes back with everyone’s check to pay for their meals - my fries are nowhere to be found. Since this was my first time here, I’ll just assume everyone was busy and I just got forgotten. Getting missed when you bring out a large order like that is understandable, but to not get served at all over the course of an entire meal in a group of 7 other people is an insult. Will not recommend this place as a destination for future rides.
