This is one of my favorite places to eat. They have the best chicken sandwiches. The employees are all friendly and polite. As a bonus Chick-fil-A, as a corporation, allows everyone to observe the Lord's day.

My family and I pulled into this location to find the drive-thru line packed. Luckily, the curbside pickup area had plenty of spaces. Within a few minutes of ordering, we had our food, which didn't disappoint once we got home. Great service and great food all around!

The employees always seem happy here, unlike other fast food places. If you live in a town with chic fil a, why would you go anywhere else for chicken nuggets. But, yes, the staff is the best.

Every since Chick-fil-A has come to kerrville my family, and I just enjoy going there for a meal!. We love the employees there, the friendly service, and the wonderful food. It is always hot, fresh and delicious!. And if on the rare occasion a mistake is made, it is always quickly fixed no questions asked!. We always feel like valued customers. With that being said, we would love to see a Chick-fil-A come to our little town of Ingram, Texas!. My family friends and loved ones. We’ve actually been scouting out a location lol, there is a little lot out here in Ingram that used to house and old mohair factory!. So if a franchise owner, or the owner of Chick-fil-A in Kerrville sees this, please won’t you consider adding another location? The people of Harper, Mountainhome, and Ingram, Texas would be so happy, actually, we would be blessed!., To have a Chick-fil-A in Ingram Texas. Just the best fast food ever. Service and food are outstanding.

They've definitely stepped up since the last time I went! Had a line of cars wrapped around the property and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Much better tasting chicken, no more burnt oil.

Had the original chicken sandwich, 8 nuggets and mac&cheese. The spices and breading are so good you don't need salt&pepper and the chicken tastes fresh. Mac& cheese is good still slightly Al dente with some cheese crust. I like mine a little wetter. The house dipping sauce is really good don't pass it up. Every time I go it's just as good. The chicken sandwich has a big piece of chicken breast. Yum

There was a bit of a line when I got there but it moved very quickly. I received my order quickly and it was all there and done correctly. The nuggets tasted delicious and the fries were all crunchy. My chocolate chip cookie was was still warm when I got to it after eating my meal. The food was delicious, the employees were extremely kind and pleasant. I will definitely be going back to Chick-fil-A.

I got through a short line quickly. The girl taking my order was pleasant. They got my order correct and gave me the right dipping sauces. The food was delicious as usual. I love going to Chick-fil-A! I even ordered chocolate chip cookies and they were yummy!

Always loved Chick-fil-A, good food. Always busy though, guess I'm not the only one that likes it. Employee's are always nice and courteous, actually gave us treats for our dogs the last time we were there, very cool.

I have never been a fan of chicken off the bone, but I have to say that this place has become a fav of mine. The food is excellent, but more than that, the personnel goes beyond norm to tend to your needs. Always friendly, always coming by to make certain you have everything you need. Steve at this location is a true asset to this restaurant and has made such an impression on my dining partner and I, that we have made this one of our weekly stops. Love, Love, Love it!

Long wait but professional and friendly staff. The inside was clean. My food was hot and delicious, and the shakes were bigger than expected. They also gave two sauces without me having to ask when I requested sweet and spicy siracha. Would go back despite it being kind of isolated.

I have never had an issue with this location. They are always super sweet, fast and friendly. I have ordered twice as well to feed our band kids and they have never missed anything for the orders. They even helped me load up my car.

Very friendly and patient staff! I was taking forever to decide what to order, and the staff patiently explained the difference between certain items, and made recommendations when I was still on the fence! I got compliments from two different staff members. :) Then, I got an extra chicken strip for free! That might have been on accident, but I’m gonna pretend like the staff just really loves me.

Not once have I not had a good experience here but today the lady Kristi was incredibly sweet. Customer service where they remember your name and call you by it as they're speaking, they include condiments and napkins and greet you with a smile this lady was the sweetest lady I've ever had at a drive-thru. I don't think there's any question the founders of Chick-fil-A deserve the success because their customer service is by far the best I've ever had anywhere. Wonderful Christians I just wish they were open on Sunday but that's why.

I brought my kids in today after my daughter’s senior photo shoot. I went straight to the bathroom but I hear a female cashier who sounded like a teen say “oh my gosh, YOU ARE SO PRETTY”. I didn’t know who she was talking to but I distinctly thought it was amazing to hear girls lifting up girls. I came back out, got my kids orders and they sat while I went to make the order. I got that same cashier that I hear when I walked in. First thing she said was “oh my gosh, you have to be that girls mom, yall look just alike and are so beautiful “. This girl had no clue, but both of us truly needed to hear that today. Our biggest are always fire, but this was so much bigger and I spent the drive home talking to my kids about how building up people, especially strangers is so loving and important. I didn’t catch her name. She was younger (teens/20s), appeared white and was wearing glasses. Please tell her how much she made her day with her kid was. 💕

I recently took my niece to Chick‑fil‑A for the very first time, and she absolutely loved it! We ordered two original chicken sandwiches, and they were hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The chicken was juicy, the bun was soft and buttery, and everything tasted just right. The drive‑thru service was fast and friendly, with staff who made sure our order was correct and packaged neatly. I like to come and order here at Chick-fil-A because food is good, people are polite. But there are times that their service is slow. Also the prices are high. The reason why I do not go offten to order out nor dine in at Chick-fil-A.

Fast service, very courteous!!!! Clean place and a fun place for kids!!!! Service was great!! Fast, good fast food!!!! They will ask you exactly what u want. Also, family friendly. No soggy food. I've honestly never left a bad review before, but I came in through the drive through just now and the guy who took my order (I read his nametag at the window it said Jeremiah) sounded SO bored and I find that pretty rude. As someone young who also works in customer service, I know it's not easy putting on a face all the time but his customer service was atrocious. It made the whole experience agonizingly awkward and silently infuriating. I'm not asking to be treated like a queen but to at LEAST be treated like I'm not a bother. Every time I said thank you, I didn't get a response and when I got my food he barely looked at me. Bro, grow up and be professional.

My first time to take away a star my salad was not close to what was pictured on my take out.. very little fruit & veggies.. makes me think twice about ordering that salad..no problem.. lots of lettuce.. but I still will return on take outs again.. Chick-fil-A is a great place to eat..

The food is the same at all chick fil a's...you know it will always be good. What sets them apart is the cleanliness and service and that's where this one was lacking. It seemed very disorganized. They didn't know which orders belonged to what cars which slows down down the rest of the drive-thru. Other than that it was fine.

Ordering from the app was easy and fast. The order was fast, hot and accurate. The food was delicious. The chicken sandwich, the fries and the macaroni & cheese were yummy. Only concern was the person bringing the order was not wearing a face mask. Not sure what company policy is. I was wearing my mask, and the transaction was quick and outside.

Normally, they are great with the service and making sure I get all my things. This time, they forgot some of my food, and I was home when I realized it. It was too much trouble to go back and ask for what was missing. I'm just saying check your order at this location before you leave.

I would give a 5 but the last to times I picked up my order the fries were cold and soggy. The ice cream was down once again. I used to love getting this for grandkids but the get sad when there is not ice cream We will try one more time

It seems almost every chickfila i go to they always hand out chickfila sauce instead of honey mustard...always about speed but never about accuracy. The cashier had put honey mustard on the order but the expo person grabbed the wrong sauce

I am gonna give 3 stars because was not friendly. I have gonna to several Chick-fil-a in different cities and this is by far the less friendliest. It just seems odd, because aside of the tasty food, being friendly is another thing they stand out from other restaurant chains.

Not a fan of ordering ahead with a person outside in drive thru line and without a menu. I don't get this actually. How much faster could it be than ordering at the actual menu board? I didn't get anything to eat because I couldn't see a menu. Just got drinks.

What can you say about chick-fil-A that you don’t already know. They serve chicken sandwich’s. The chicken breast for the most part a very juicy and tender, but are serve on a plain bun with no condiments on it, and that takes away from the juicy, tender breast and makes it seem dry. For some reason this place is popular with many people. So you can’t argue with success. Service is polite, the place is small, so it just get your food and leave, not a nice place to sit down and eat. I was just passing through, saw the sign from on I10 and decided to stop for a quick bite. It was located from quit a distance from the freeway, and it was located with service other businesses and it was very difficult to find a parking spot, apparently I wasn’t the only one who stop for a bite because the place was packed and service was slow, between driving to the location from the freeway, trying to find parking, and waiting in line to place my order, and then waiting for my order, that quick bite turned into a 2 hour ordeal. Wasn’t worth the stop, next time I’ll just keep driving.

Thursday November 16th 6:52 you have two people in the Drive-Thru taking orders it would help if you had somebody out front saying you're out of salad before I get stuck in the Drive-Thru line. You have side salads but you don't have a Cobb salad I don't understand. I agree with some of the other customers reviews this Chick-fil-A is going downhill. And it's really sad cuz I love Chick-fil-A

The staff is always really friendly. I wish they would put the separate orders in one big carry bag instead of giving me several separate bags. It's difficult to carry all that in to the house when you're by yourself. Also, I ordered a kids meal with nuggets & they didn't give me ketchup or dipping sauces for my meal. They didn't even ASK..just acted like they were in a hurry even though NO ONE was behind me in line!

Every time I visit this location, I’m disappointed. Their food always seems off for one reason or another. This time, my chicken nuggets seemed really dry. The first time we came to this location, the nuggets had a strong burnt flavor, even though they didn’t appear to be overcooked at all. Other than their food being off, it’s typical Chick-fil-A with excellent service.

Honestly pretty solid, though it doesn't really have much variety. For a couple years my family would purchase from here every other Friday, so I have a good experience with the place. As I grew up however I noticed the company itself would make some extremely poor donation choices, but this one here supports the local community by giving out rewards so I can't really down this location for their parent companies poor decisions.

Food is always tasty and timely. Inside is well kept. Prefer going during the day time due to the fact it’s mostly teenagers on the dinner shift. My wife and I have continuously heard the younger staff talking bad, name calling customers, assuming the guests don’t hear them. Maybe hold the bad mouthing customers til you get in the back. They’re young, i get it, but let’s mature a little.

I'm updating my opinion of Chick-fil-A last 3 weeks to 2 months not good had a hair in my food my orders have been wrong but this completely horrible I asked for spicy chicken on a English muffin and received not spicy chicken and no English muffin I got a chicken and biscuit and I asked for diet coke a received a Dr. Pepper I was asked if I want a sauce said yes didn't receive that unfortunately it the same young girl taking the orders saying ok to everything and whole order is wrong won't be going back for awhile!!

Literally the dirtiest Chick fil a. Bathroom was filthy, no paper to wipe hands after you wash. I had to get napkins from food station. The floors looked like no one cares. Only thing fresh was the fries. My strips were dry. For a company that prides themselves on being so great....this Chick fil a needs an intervention.

I've been to this location's drive thru five or six times. They've only gotten the order correct once. I think the problem is the person at the drive thru window assumes the order is correct without double checking before handing it out to the customer. Perhaps this is a management problem.

I'm from a different city, and the nuggets here did not seem like they were quality. Also at lunch they bottleneck the service line, two lanes into one. Took a really long time, 14 minutes, to get an 8 piece.

Huge Chik-Fil-A fans here and the food was spot on. This was however the dirtiest Chik-Fil-A we have EVER been to. The floors were horrible even in the area behind the cash register area. The lunch crowd was gone but the managers seemed content to take out mobile orders and let 5-6 people stand around. In the area we were sitting in there were 10 tables that were filthy. Some people would clean them themselves with a napkin or just sit in the food debris. For some reason those willing to dine inside the restaurant have second class rights and really have to wait for their orders and clean there own tables. I watched a napkin in a main aisle for the 30 or so minutes we were there. It was getting picked around from all the traffic but was still there when we left. The dine in importance was evidenced by the entire section of the front parking lot that was entirely for mobile orders. Probably will hurt my opinion of most Chik-Fil-A’s. If it’s this nasty where you can see what happens where you can’t? Broken culture is contagious…

Today I ordered the chicken egg white sandwich . The entire English muffin is burnt and inedible . The egg is nearly burnt. I've never had an issue here. What happened ?

This is the least consistent Chick-fil-A I've visited. I ordered on the app for curbside. Once the app notified me that my order was ready, it was almost 10 minutes before my order was brought out. The ice in my drink had already melted, and the whipped cream on top of my shake was started to break down. The french fries tasted like they were fried in old oil.

I have no idea what is going on, but the food quality has gone downhill rapidly in the past two months! My past three visits in two months has given me overcooked, old and greasy waffle fries that were unfit to even try to eat at 12:10 lunch! They gave me a basket full of cold waffle fries it was literally full of crumbs like a bunch of tiny little pieces somebody scooped that up and thought it was ok but had they came to eat somewhere paid and gotten cold cribs I don’t think they would like it I’ve been to many chick fil a location but this one needs work ethic and consideration for paying customers. I like chic-fil-a food is good service is great and the lobby is always clean. But this time I had to go to the restroom. So I walk in and there’s this employee on his phone. Didn’t pay him any attention. So I went to the urinal and the whole time I’m there this guy is washing his hands while attempting to hawk up a loogie. I finish and wait for what seemed an eternity behind him as he finished washing his hands. As he turns to walk out he leans back and spits this huge yellow brown loogie in the sink and leaves. So now I’m at the sink wanting to wash my hands but u gotta do the little motion sensor for the water to even come on, so I’m forced to stare at this gigantic loogie this guy just hawked up. Kerrville, Tx-Chick fil A is one of my favorite places to eat. I have always been very happy with my food and service until yesterday. I went through the drive in around 2pm. I ordered a chick fil A sandwich meal, 4 ct chicken strips and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. The only thing that was hot was the soup. My piece of chicken was so thin and small and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. The chicken strips were the same way. The waffle fries were cold as well. Needless to say. I was very disappointed. 😩

Sad to see this CFA not holding employees accountable for dress code. Employee looked a mess with gold chains hang down his shirt and untucked like 20 rubber bracelets on arms. And this is the guy handling our food. In the front counter. Doesn’t seem fair to the rest of the employees that come in work ready. Do better team.

Edit on 2/22/2023 They messed up my order again. They officially got 4 out of 5 orderso wrong the past 2 months. This CFA is declining. I love CFA and used to love this location but it is definitely going down hill on the servicing end of things. The drive thru line is ridiculous, apparently people are allowed to order additional foods at the pickup window. Instead of having the car reorder or give them foods at the curb side, this CFA thinks it's a great idea to hold up the whole line. I've been here more than 5 times that had to wait on drive thru for 15 minutes+ (after ordering). The latest time was at 9am on Saturday with 4 cars in the drive thru, I'm the 4th in line. First 2 cars decided to take 6-7 minutes each at the pickup window, after 15 minutes waiting for 3 cars, I was fed up and backed up and went inside to pickup my order then found out those people were ordering additional foods at the pickup window, unacceptable! Another couple of times I opted for curb side and waited in the car for 20 minutes+, walked in the restaurant and waited another 5-10 minutes to get my foods. Mind you, my order is <$15. I'm not sure why management is choosing to please a few unreasonable customers and making the rest of us suffer.

Extremely long wait. Very disappointed in the amount of time it took to order and then receive our food. The order was correct, but we asked for condiments (ketchup, Mayo, Chick-fil-A sauce) and only received one each for a family of 4. So frustrated to wait as long as we did (over 30 minutes) and then be disappointed. This is the slowest Chick-fil-A ever.

Had to double check my order before leaving and they forgot a sandwich and fries. Got probably some of the worst food poisoning I ever had from eating here the other day. Same food sickness happened to two others I know within the same week. Definitely don’t recommend going back to this location anymore.

They’re all extremely uneducated and have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. They argued with me that they put salsa in my bag until I emptied it in front of them to show them I had no salsa. They also specifically asked me if I wanted eggs and cheese and I said yes please and I got eggs but no cheese. Everything I ordered was wrong in some way or another.

Drove 30 minutes bc I was craving Chicken Minis. Bread was fresh. Soda was great. Chicken was old. You could tell by the look. I still tried to eat it. Took one bite and spit it out. It tasted like yesterday's chicken nuggets they didn't sell. Very disappointed and have to drive back another 30 minutes......still hungry.

Was very dirty. Floor was wet and full of food particles. The bathroom was horrible. Jesus was our server, he was very very nice. There was no ice, drinks were hot. I ordered a kids meal for my daughter, and there were no toys. For the price, there should be a toy, or at least let us know when we order. There were no sauces but ketchup. Ridiculous. And they dont tell you that they are out of anything until you order,pay,and get your food. Honestly, if i would have known they were out of so much, we would have just left. The food was par. My sandwich was lukewarm, my cheese didn't even get soft. By far the WORST chick-fil-A ive ever been to.

I have NEVER had to wait in a drive thru line as long as we have at this location. The second lane was NOT open & they were not coming back to cars to take orders. Very disappointing as we were stuck in the drive thru due to the way it’s set up. Absolutely not how Chick Fil A is supposed to be.

Depressing we got our food for curbside order pick up we started eating at fries and set down to eat and just as we were about to eat my brother says is hair on my sandwich immediate family, all lost our appetite and nobody ate tried to get a refund but they said they don’t refund curbside pick up until morning really upset

I visit this location, I’m disappointed. Their food always seems off for one reason or another. They were hot yes but so crunchy I could tell they had been sitting under that heat lamp too long. This is a small town.. y’all need to take some pride and where you work guys. I wonder who the general manager is 😒

If you go after lunch time be prepared to be disappointed. I went around 1:30pm and it wasn’t really busy at all. I went inside and got my order To-Go, first off the the fries tasted like they had been sitting for a good while. They were hot yes but so crunchy I could tell they had been sitting under that heat lamp too long. Even my #1 chicken sandwich seemed overcooked. Super underwhelming Chick-fil-A. Complacency EVERYWHERE. It’s a small town take some pride and where you work guys. I wonder who the general manager is 😒

Food is basically the same. What has changed is the service. I will never return to the Kerrville Chick-fil-a or probably any establishment ever again.

I’ve been to a lot of chick-fil-as in my life. And this has gotta be the worst I’ve been to. (Actually, the only one I’ve ever been disappointed by.) Both associates that helped me in the drive through seemed grumpy. (Not what I’ve come to expect from people who work here. They’ve allllways been bubbly and chipper before.) They didn’t ask if I wanted any sauces…so I assumed they had already put some in the bag. (Again, NOT what they’ve ever done before.) I drove off and found they hadn’t. No chick-fil-a sauce?!!! Is it even good without it?!! I’ll tell you. No. Not when the chicken is also overcooked. I really hope to see change at this location.

Always crowded. The food is generally dry and tough. There's always some horde of children screaming throughout the lobby. I've never gone here on purpose, only in tow with the in-laws.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after two back-to-back disappointing visits, I figured it was worth saying something. The first time, we went through the drive-thru and the guy taking our order came off as pretty dismissive. He got the order wrong, and I had to go inside to get it corrected. Nobody acknowledged the mistake or even said sorry. Tonight we did curbside and had another letdown. A young employee brought the food out without saying a word and just handed it off to my fiancée like it was an inconvenience. No greeting, no thank you, just walked off. I get that things are tough right now and not every experience is going to be perfect, but this just isn’t what you expect from Chick-fil-A. The customer service that used to set them apart just hasn’t been there lately at this location. Hopefully this place gets back to the standard that made people choose Chick-fil-A in the first place.

It took 3 people to take my order because they couldn’t get my order correct. Then the drink I asked for was out and went through another 3 people to know how to change the drink for it to work. Oh and this was a new one. The sandwhich I ordered was missing one bun, but was given to my mother in law so she had 3 buns. The restrooms were dirty. I’ve been to a lot of chic fil a and never have come across one like this.

I never thought I’d be writing a bad review about a chick fila, but I can’t let this continue, I grew up in this town and was very thankful when chick fila opened. By far the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had on multiple occasions. They are often cold or the bun is hard and dry. Today I sat in the drive through for a couple minutes then someone pulls up next to me and they immediately serve that customer. That customer was able to pull forward and park before they asked what would you like to order. Have truly never had so many bad experiences at a place
