Can we please get a taco casa in San Antonio! Seguin would love one too! We are growing, thanks. Food was great.
Friendly service, very clean.. There was a time when I wouldn't go into this Taco Casa because of the hostile, rude employees..especially in front of my child!I am glad to see the smiling, friendly, happy faces. As always not one complaint about the food always great!
We love this place, Winstar casino has one in it, also the one in Gainesville is excellent, whenever we're passing through Kerrville we stop, wish SanAntonio had some
I really like Taco Casa, they dont skimp on anything, their tacos are 10 times better then taco bells. If you like cheese, they put a lot of cheese on everything!!! I drove 60 miles to eat there. I wish they would up a Taco Casa in San Antonio
Taco Casa is a yummy place for burritos, both soft & hard tacos, Testarossa, super nachos are my top choices. They give great customer service and are generous with the portion of food too.
There are times that only a Taco Casa meal will satisfy your Tex-Mex fix. I love to order the Nachos Supreme with jalapeños and a large sweet tea at the drive-thru for a quick, filling meal. The chips are always crispy and fresh and the combination of meat, beans, tomatoes, and sour cream top the chips off well. The melted cheese, served in a separate cup, is the perfect amount for the meal. The price is reasonable and the service is fast and professional. These guys have the assembly line down to a science! If I want some quick and delicious comfort food, this is the place to go.
Yes it's a five star review for fast food, but it's Flippin delicious! My personal favorite is the Super Nachos, while my husband is partial to the Taco light! No matter what it's delicious :-) don't forget to add a sweet tea if that's in your wheelhouse!
Visited here about two weeks ago. Food was great! Easy, small menu so everything was ready faster than we could find a place to sit. Everything had a great flavor and was hot and fresh. Employees were very nice.
Always good and worth the drive..but please come back to Marble Falls
Loved the food, taco salad like the way should be made! It comes w black olivves too! Huge tacos & burrito. Meat is tasty w the right amount of lettuce , cheese and beans
Food is good for cheap fast food. Chili burger is just like Taco Bell's old Bellbeefer. And they have tostadas. Grandkids love the soft and crispy tacos. It's fast. It's cheap and I love Taco Casa. Their beans are much better than that other taco place. Try it, you'll agree!
Better then taco bell. And taco bell only give out 2oz scoop of meat per taco. This place give out 4oz. Of meat in tacos and there super burritos are off the chain best best best place to eat with the family our friends out by yourself your always gonna get full. Then I get the super nachos with extra meat, sour cream, cheese and jalapeños on the the best place ever. And yes better then any thing else.
Great food as always. Line was a little long but it moved quickly. The employees were patient with me while I couldn’t make up my mind. The parking lot was a little odd to get in or out of but nothing too crazy. Stopped in from a road trip. Will likely stop again on the next trip through the area.
One of the managers Randy Rios very honest dude my aunt went into eat left her wallet with a good chunk of change in it and he was honest and returned it
I love taco casa I wish there was one in San Antonio TX
Taco Casa reminds me of the food that Taco Bell used to serve in the early 90s... But better
The chilada is life!!! Plus they have some epic tacos. They are the “must stop at” place whenever I make it to town
We stayed in Kerrville TX for 3 nights on our road trip. We had the opportunity to eat at Taco Casa and they have fantastic Mexican Food! We also got breakfast tacos for the mornings. Love how things are freshly made. The service is wonderful, the food is fantastic, and what else more can you ask for!
This is one of our go to spots. The food is delicious, the price is right, and the atmosphere is acceptable.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Taco Casa is a hidden gem! 🌮🏡 The atmosphere takes you back in time, like the 70s or 80s. 😎 It's like stepping into a time machine! 🕰️ The combination burrito with mild and sour cream is my absolute favorite! 🌯😋 Don't forget the taco sauce—it's the secret ingredient! 🌶️🌮 The service here is top-notch! 👏 Friendly staff and quick service make every visit a delight. I highly recommend this place for a taste of nostalgia and delicious food. 🌟👍 #TacoCasaMagic #TimeTravelTaste #DeliciousBurritos #NostalgiaEats #TacoSauceHeaven
Do you remember how places like Taco Bell used to be in the 70s and 80s before they ruined their food with chemicals & fillers to try to keep it cheap? Do you remember how GOOD it was? How courteous the employees were? THIS PLACE HAS CAPTURED IT! We're talking time-machine epic! So forget the DeLorean and the Life-Preserver, and head over to Taco Casa! This place had me fooled, not being a native. I went by many times, and I wasn't impressed by the decor outside, but I kept seeing "Taco Casa" cups and wrappers all over town. That much trash couldn't be constantly keeping the local street crews busy for no reason. So I followed the latest litter trail in to Taco Heaven... and to my surprise this stuff was not just THAT good, but it was real cheap. The Hill Country's got a good thing going with this place - this needs to go National... P.S. for Taco Casa: That 45 cent large Dr Pepper was a great idea. It got me in the door.
I am writing to share my positive experience during my visit to your Kerrville location #20 on March 20th. I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the establishment. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and demonstrated great customer service throughout my visit. As I placed my order, I noticed the kitchen area was well-maintained, with all items arranged in an orderly manner. The team efficiently managed the workflow in the kitchen, processing orders quickly and effectively. It is not often that one encounters such a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. I felt it was important to bring this outstanding team to your attention, as their efforts deserve recognition. Thank you for fostering such a positive environment at your Kerrville location.
This Taco Casa location on Sidney Baker has the Best Service, friendly staff and fast service!!
I always love me some taco casa.I prefer the crunchy tacos, and burritos.
Taco Casa....What a gem.. Taco bell your fired!!!!! Super fresh and delicious. The Chilada is on point. Get you a half and half swamp water. You will love it! My new go-to affordable fast service taco spot..
Love their tacos!! Eat here at least once every time I am in Kerrville visiting family.
I did not know we had a taco casa near south Texas! Tastes just as good as I remember as a teenager in north Texas, and the prices are tough to beat. This restaurant in particular has the friendliest staff! The gentleman taking my order genuinely made my day better, and the sweet older lady who handed me my food did the same. Huge fan of how much cheese they put on everything lol Never change Taco Casa!!!
Good quick food with plenty of flavor.
This is my go-to when I'm in Kerrville. Good food, great value.
Taco Casa is a time travelers’ dream come true! Imagine walking into a Taco Bell circa 1972, only it’s 2020, well, that’s what this place is, right down to the brown-orange-yellow color scheme, I mean, hell, they still make the ENCHIRITO and the BELLBURGER here - my mind is blown, yes, heaven IS a place on earth - and it’s name is Taco Casa!
Good food, great value, friendly staff!
It was clean and fast and not disgusting like taco hell
Food is good. Best customer service
My wife and I drive an hour and a half just to go to taco casa!! We grew up in Stephenville, living in New Braunfels we don’t have a taco casa, so we make the special trip to enjoy a past time for us!!
Love taco casa for a bite to eat and a fresh sweet tea! Always such a good choice! Highly recommend super burrito!
I accidentally found Taco Casa in Kerville a couple years ago on a quick trip from Atlanta. I make this trip twice a year and always stop at Taco Casa for their delicious food and excellent service and I always make sure to order some extra Chiladas to bring home to GA. Their menu and taste reminds me of that other Taco fast food chain but from back in the 1980s when they were good. Taco Casa consistently brings that great quality and those menu options that take me back to my younger days in the 80s. Love it!
I wish we had one close to me. It's what taco bell used to be, simple but good. They're generous with the portions, the tacos are full of meat and toppings. It's cheap and simple food. I've been to this location a few times while out in Kerrville and everyone was friendly and service was quick. Everyone was working, I didn't see people just standing around on their phones, the seating area was clean, no dirty tables. The employees all seemed to be proud of their work. I miss this kind of service and cleanliness here in Houston.
Everytime we order our food from Taco Casa, it comes out right, fresh and delicious! The staff is always so polite and the store is well stocked with all the "extras" you need to complete your meal. The icing on the cake- how clean they keep this location!
Taco Casa is always the choice. IRA or 401K... Taco Casa. Comedy or Thriller... Taco Casa. Chevy or Ford... Taco Casa. Cereal or Pop Tart.. Taco Casa. Pizza or Burgers... Taco Casa. 1st Class or Economy... Taco Casa. Sweet Tea or Unsweet Tea.. come on... ALWAYS sweet tea... from Taco Casa.
Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone was very polite and made you feel at home. Restaurant was clean and comfortable. Where I live there are no Taco Casas, but I heard that they are similar to what Taco Bell was forty years ago. Food was awesome. Fresher and higher quality than Taco Bell, and constructed with care. Not haphazzardly thrown together. Tacos and burritos were brimming with ingredients. Hey- it's fast food, but it's fast food done right.
This place reminds me of the original Taco Bell. It was so tasty and nostalgic. I ordered the Taco Lite and something similar to an enchirito (from back in the day). They even had the black olives. I was so impressed. We went back to back and I had to call my mom. She was excited to hear about the menu being just like the OG Taco Bell menu and she hadn't even tasted it. I definitely give it 5 stars. In fact, I wish I had to Taco Lites right now!
Just an inexpensive place to have basic Mexican food at a reasonable price. Tacos, burritos, tostadas and the like. Just wished they had a grilled chicken option. Just beef and beans.
I wish they had one in San Antonio. This was an hour and a half drive from Schertz. I’d go here over Taco Bell any day if there was one equal distance
We took a road trip out to kerrville just to go to Taco Casa. I was not disappointed. The food was fresh and the wait time was not bad. They even had an extended from the building sun aera. Very old school.
I don’t want to give a low star review because I love taco casa and will continue going there, but for almost $10 can I not get more than a splash of beans and meat? Every time I go it gets less and less… and they forgot my peppers… sigh… food service industry has really lacked in this town.
I unfairly judged Taco Casa in Kerrville Tx until a Contractor took me there as a guest. In the blur of modern times I assumed it was just another restaurant. What I discovered was that it offered fast efficient friendly service at breakneck speed and a great meal of yesteryear proportions a senior drink is complementary. All this greatness for low cost or for those on a tight budget. Win win in my book. I’m a regular fan now.
Fast ! Fresh! Friendly! In 1103 done eating 1111. Two crispy tacos and a drink. Recommend you give it a try. More options on the menu. Next time I am in town... : )
I have been coming here for more than 17 years at this point and it has always been fantastic. Its cheap, its good, and its quick. Truly a great place and a great company. You'd be hard pressed to find a place where 2 people can eat for less than $20, fortunately Taco Casa knows it's crowd. There's a very nice older lady who works at this specific location who is as sweet as can be, she always has a smile and makes sure you're taken care of. Overall, you cannot go wrong with either of the Taco Casa locations in Kerrville.
Always quick, always delicious! We make the drive here from San Antonio occasionally. Wish we had one closer! We love you Taco Casa!
Taco Casa is what what Taco Bell wishes they still were! If you know their history, Taco Casa is keeping it real to 80's style Taco Bell, but even better! I don't mind paying a little more than Taco Bell for a FAR superior product. One Taco Casa taco = two Taco Bell tacos, but Taco Casa tastes way better! No skimping on meat or cheese. No need to add extra like at Taco Bell, even if Taco Bell equalled the meat and cheese, it tastes inferior anyway. Plus, they have Taco Salad better than what Taco Bell offered! Taco Casa is amazing for fast food tacos, which is a different category than Tex-Mex or authentic Mexican Food.
No notes! We love this place! We've been eating here over 20 years. It's never changed, beyond adding the chili burger, and that's for the better. Fantastic! Wonderful!
I can only wish Taco Casa would come back to Marble Falls. I sometimes plan trips on routes that have Taco Casa's my favorite Mexican fast food spot. Corporate please see this and open a new store in Marble Falls !!!! Come back Please.......
Donna at the front counter is such a sweetheart! Great atmosphere, quick service. I ordered an Arnold Palmer and usually people do it to0 sour but here it was so perfect and refreshing highly recommend on a hot Texas day. 10/10 Chilada love the red sauce
In a Taco mood? In Kerrville, you must stop here for tacos. Don't pass by. It's better than Taco Bell. Taco Casa is a great value, tasty, and filling. Hits the spot. The food is presented very well. Employees are friendly too. I like the super tacos, the tostado is filling, and the super nachos always deliver. Enjoy!
Always have to eat here when im passing through Kerrville. Taco lite and super burritos are my go-to

I LOVE TACO CASA SUPER TACO!! This location gets 4 stars, because of the employees. I don't even know how the taco was wrapped, but it was wrapped so that when it's opened it falls a part! Never received a taco like this. Also, the cinnamon delights were spilled/put in bag and all over my taco in the little tray. So, when I put my hand in to grab my taco ...I grabbed cinnamon-sugar. Not cool! However, I did come near closing...BUT I did ask if they were still opened. Hopefully that's NOT the reason it was put in the bag like it was.
I forget what they called it on their menu but it's the same thing Taco Bell used to call an enchorito. Except for it was way better than any of the ones Taco Bell even made 20-30 years ago. Plenty of Olives plenty of meat plenty of cheese nothing skimping on there. I wish I had one closer to home I would eat there more often. No wonder why Taco Bell's bringing the enchorito back again. But you won't get your money's worth from Taco Bell like you will these people
Definitely my favorite fast food Mexican restaurant. Unlike their competitors, they are not shy about filling their tacos, nachos, and burritos to the brim. The price matches the quality and taste, and the staff has been friendly and helpfu.
I stopped by a national chain taco shop a few blocks away. Fortunately, the doors were locked and a sign posted telling why I could not come in. I say fortunately, as that caused me to drive just a few blocks further. I stopped in and enjoyed the tacos, burritos and whatever else I ordered. Customer Service was friendly, the place was clean and the food was as good as on should expect from a fast food location. It was better than I have come to accept from the national chain. So I made another stop yesterday, consistency is a good thing and Taco Casa was consistent. Stop in, get a bite and leave the national chain for the times you can't find something better.
Taco casa is a place where you can get Tex-Mex fast food tacos super nachos tostadas taco salads a good place to fix a quick hunger
Taco Casa on Sidney Baker is always busy and almost always good food and service. The tea is great. The atmosphere is typical fast food. We hadn't been in a while, so we went back recently. They were fully staffed and pretty busy for pre-11 am lunch rush. I thought we were the only people in town who eat lunch at 10-ish!
Had take out, burritos. Each was really loaded with LOTS of cheese, but the two spicy only had the sauce at the bottom of the burritos. All were good, but spice needs to go throughout the burritos. This seems to be the norm every time I order the spicy burrito.
I'm here at ANTLER Stadium watching the season opener to see my Granson play his senior year and the food was good, but the lighting in the restarant was dim and the heat lamps over the prep area was little to none.I've live here for over 20 years and as a company taco casa rocks. Thanks you guy for a great meal.
Across the span of 30+ years I've eaten at Taco Casa several times first as a child then as an adult. When I was a kid on family vacations my parents used to order tacos and bean and cheese cups with chopped ham in them. I find that item a bit weird now as an adult, but remember eating it in the back of the car as a kid, usually in New Mexico. As an adult I've visited the location in Kerville twice now as well as a few others and find the food decent, not fantastic, and the entire place much like Taco Bell. I will say its a fast, cheap place to grab basic Mexican food. The crunchy tacos are good, the chilada which is an (enchilada) is ok, but Its one of those places that has a unique taste of its own. Prices are cheap, service is fast, food is decent. Id put this place in the same category as Taco Bell, or McDonalds. While not the best Mexican food, or burger around, its cheap, tasty and would be missed by many if it disappeared.
Never been to a Taco Casa before. The food is typical fast food but better than Taco Bell but the menu is somewhat limited. Location was very clean and the interior was inviting with open wood beam construction. Definitely a surprise from most institutional fast food dining areas. Will likely return while in town. Good iced tea.
Always great food and service. Take the Grandkids when they come to town.
Fast food tacos. What else is there to say except yum! One chilada, 2 crispy tacos and 2 soft =$11.95 very tasty, quick and affordable. Could use a little bit more focus on cleanliness of the restroom and dining area, I didn't inspect the kitchen. It wasn't bad, but it was noticable that it was lunch time in a college town.
Ok I haven't been to a chain taco place in years. I read it was the old taco bell recipes and healthier. The bean burrito brought back memories of 25 cent bean burrito in the late 60s, at $2.50 ish it was still inexpensive. The loaded burrito had good flavor and hit the spot. It was late not a lot of options and it was fast and I was back on the road in a flash.
If you're not a big fan of Taco Bell then this place is for you. A North Texas favorite of mine, I always get the taco salad and everything else is also thumbs up good. They make all their tacos with 100% beef and even a super taco will satisfy any hungry belly. Love their loaded nachos and again, everything on the menu is thumbs up good.

Listen I wouldn't usually hate but you can never tell if you're gonna get some sour tea or the best in town. Me and my coworker come here all the time to get Tea. Their food is the same as always
The ground beef used is really the take away. The taste and consistency is fresh and seasoned properly. The prices are great considering the portion sizes, the Super Nachos are a great example of that. It slowly has become one of my regular lunch/dinner spots on my way to work.
I always loved taking a trip home to visit and stopping by Taco casa but the guy fixing my food doesn't wear gloves. I guess they don't do that no more. The guy who took my order assured me his bare hands were clean. Wow.
I don't usually go to this Taco Casa on Sidney Baker. But I was on this side of town. Well I wish I had went to the one on junction. I ordered 3 supreme burritos and a super Nacho. The Nachos were ok. But the burritos were soggy. The inside was good but had to remove from the gross tortilla. I won't go to this one again. Oh the tea was superb as usual.
I've always loved taco casa but here lately their portions have been cut in half it seems. The last 2 times I've been the bean burrito and soft taco portion size seemed 50% less than in the past. - If I wanted a burrito only 25% filled then I'd go to taco bell. - I really hope this isn't their new normal.
We ordered super nachos and got crappy nachos they were supposed to be spread out but it did not cover all of the nachos we had a whole lot of dry chips. And the service was sub par I know it was homecoming week and it was busy buy there was no reason for bad service
Needed a small noche for din din and saw this place off the highway. We ordered a Super Taco and a Super burrito. The super taco was fresh, hot & crunchy but the meat seasoning was a little unusual…
Had to give this busy place a try, it’s always a good sign when a place is busy. Cold burritos? Yuk, the cheese in it was also so cold that it never melted. The tacos were excellent though, nice and friendly staff. Just can’t get over that burrito, reminds me of McDonald’s cold cheeseburgers back years ago when I used to eat at one and since this building used to be a McDonald’s, makes it an odd coincidence. They do not have chips and salsa here by the way so if you are craving Mexican food accompanied by chips and salsa, it’s not here.
I'm not the biggest Taco Casa fan, but every now and then, I'll drop by. Their food is farrrrrr from being Mexican, so don't expect that, but on top of that (just like most fast food joints in town), their customer service can be 🗑 trash. For sure, don't go there before they close because your order will probably be incorrect. P.S. What's with asking how many hot sauces we need🙉......I ordered 10 tacos, give me 10 packs of hot sauce🤷♂️!
Taco Casa, as a brand, is excellent. It is about freshness and taco shells that don’t crack easily. This location, an anomaly here in South Texas, does not live up to the reputation of the brand. The cheese looked like it came from a bag as opposed to freshly grated, same with the lettuce and tomatoes. The shell cracked before I even opened it, and instantly fell apart in my hands. The meat had no flavor at all. It was definitely missing something. As far as crunchy tacos go, this still light years better than Taco Barfell, but it lags behind what the brand promises. I was excited as I live in San Antonio, and prior to finding this location, I had to deive to DFW to get my Taco Casa fix. I didn’t hesitate to drive the hour to get here, and was planning multiple future visits in my head, but after this meal, I doubt I will be back, and instead wait for when I am back in DFW.
★☆☆☆☆ – Frustrating and Wasteful Experience Every time I go to Taco Casa, I run into the same issue—no eating utensils. Tonight, I ordered through the drive-thru, looking forward to enjoying my meal while it was fresh and hot. But, of course, they didn’t give me a fork or spoon, which is absolutely necessary for something like a Chilada. By the time I got home, the food was cold, and reheating it just isn’t the same. It was a total waste of my money. This isn’t a one-time mistake too; it happens every single time. It’s frustrating and completely avoidable if they just paid attention. How hard is it to include utensils when the food obviously requires them? I shouldn’t have to beg for something so basic. Get it together, Taco Casa.
Cashier: Candice baffled me. Lack of social skills much less courtesy excepted from a business. I was confused by the blank expression and her looking at the floor during interaction. A bit condescending when I asked for a medium drink (which is unavailable). I’m not a local and am a 1st time customer. Very odd person. I usually give people the benefit, however, I can overhear a complaint in the drive thru about her within minutes of my interaction. She was also mocking the customer and not taking accountability. The complaint was about her rudeness which reinforced my opinion about my experience.
Drive thru experience was crazy. Kept being asked to repeat the order again like they weren't paying attention. Ordered a family size order due to us having a long day and not wanting to cook. After ordering drink with our food order asked for 2 courtesy sweet teas for the kiddos food. But when I got to drive thru I was asked if I had the kids present in order to receive the courtesy drinks. Why do my little ones have to be present in order to get the courtesy drinks after purchasing 4 large drinks and sign saying free courtesy drink with purchase of regular drink. Once we got home noticed the super nachos was not even full like they were rationing. Crazy..maybe just a bad day that day for the staff.
too bad they don't have a section for zero stars management a.k.a. Pam has absolutely the worst customer service skills that I have seen in a long time. I usually look forward to coming to Taco Casa …

We used to love this place. My husband even worked there back in the day. You know when they used to make their own chips with tortillas instead of using those cheap chips that look like cardboard. Changes are great when they're for the better, but this is just sad. It's disrespectful to the customers who used to love this, to charge more for such terrible quality. Now it's just 🤮
Went through the drive-through tonight ordered five tacos and two bean and cheese burritos. The cashier repeated the bean and cheese burritos through the speaker So I get all the way home to find out there’s no burritos. I don’t live close enough to go all the way back so I called them to tell them and they were unpleasant Said that he didn’t believe that his cashier repeated it To me through the speaker which They did. so I am very upset because I expected my food to be in there. I know this happens but they could’ve handled this more appropriately also I’m not sure of the food policy for restaurants, but last time I checked, you had to use gloves when preparing food…..
We stopped here to grab food on the way home and after we ordered we pulled up to window Where we could see a man making out food with his bare hands rolling up our burritos with no gloves 😩 so we drove off
So we went threw the drive threw got 3 super natchos extra meat they didn't give us extra meat so then we called Justin said ill fix it we went back they gave us enough for one super natcho. The lady taking our order was rude.also we waisted our gas going back to get the Lil bit of meat they gave us. It was a bad experience and I will not be going back to that location ever again.pleas do something about this so others won't get ripped off like we did.
my order was rung up by a girl who was higher than a kite and when I brought my meal back after they announced my name and I mention that I ordered something completely different I was confronted with an attitude from the manager, a.k.a. Pam I was charged an additional fee which I had no problem paying for what I got upon getting my meal. It was not even I appealing there was more ingredients outside of the tortilla all over the wrapper and there were in the tortilla. Requested a refund and was told I’m the only one that’s complained. I don’t care about everybody else. I told you my experience was very poor The manager should learn to shut up at some point rather than argue with a customer who doesn’t really care. not my fault you made poor decisions in life. And ended up where your at.
The customer service here is straight trash. Don’t ever ask them to fix your order because they won’t and don’t ask for them to make the order you want because the manager will tell you it’s an inconvenience and policy to tell you no to you wanting to customize your own order. Worst customer service ever and the staff seemed very lazy.
Literally sat at the window and watched all the employees with no gloves making the food after touching EVERYTHING else including money and who knows.. I know it’s fast food but it’s not cheap… you deserve better
